HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN
Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale.
As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGES
We are looking for driven professionals and entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services in France and internationally.
The job description is simple: you set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome.
Here are some examples of missions our team is covering that you could lead:
- Saving millions through fraud detection: Building a detection capability with no playbook. Owning make-vs-buy decisions on tooling, balancing precision against member experience at scale, and managing the external surface. Partner negotiations, industry lobbying, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
- Building a global recovery engine: Establishing a billing monitoring framework to identify gaps early on. Then building assets & partnerships to drive costs down : designing a global recovery system that adapts to local legislation to support Alan’s expansion. With millions invoiced every month and high growth, the impact on P&L is direct.
- Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: Defining the operating model from scratch, making hard resourcing decisions under uncertainty, managing quality at scale, and driving international replication. Today: 80,000 sessions were delivered & 93% of users report reduced stress.
- Reinventing healthcare expense payment: Challenging a key French health insurance item (Tiers Payant), owning complex supplier negotiations autonomously, and cutting the budget line by more than half while improving member satisfaction.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
- You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
- You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
For this role we are looking to hire within the D-F https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity level range based out of France, Belgium or Spain.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions. We offer spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, built for individual investors and institutions alike.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders work. Tight spreads, deep books, an API people actually build on. Our audience is skeptical, technical, and quick to tune out anything that feels like marketing, so our content has to earn its attention.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Content Lead who can write the script, nail the headline, and shape the email in the same week. This is a broad, hands-on role across Kraken Pro: organic posts, organic and paid video, campaign copy, and email. You'll set the voice for how we talk to traders and make sure everything we put out sounds like it was made by people who trade.
- Write for every format. Scripts for organic and paid video, copy for organic posts, and the occasional longer piece when an idea needs room.
- Own the idea, not just the words. Turn a brief into a concept traders would actually watch or read, then carry it through to the final cut or the send button.
- Run campaign copy end to end. Headlines, ad copy, landing pages, and email campaigns, from product launches to trader lifecycle journeys.
- Translate the Kraken Pro voice into words and dialogue. Sharp, credible, never salesy. Make order types, funding rates, and liquidity clear without dumbing them down.
- Move at market speed. Turn around reactive content for volatility, listings, and launches, with clear sign-off so speed never costs accuracy.
- Partner across the business. Work with Social, Community, Video, Design, Product, and Marketing, plus the traders and product experts who know the platform best.
- Increase and improve output by actively integrating AI wherever it helps. Ideation, drafts, repurposing. Faster output, same voice.
- Learn from the numbers. Track what gets watched, opened, clicked, and converted. Double down on what works and drop what doesn't.
- Ship responsibly. Work with Legal and Compliance so everything we publish is accurate and compliant across regions.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Receipts. A portfolio of scripts, campaigns, and emails that performed. We care more about what the work did than who it was for.
- 4+ years in content, copywriting, or social-first marketing in fintech, crypto, or trading, and comfortable owning the work end to end.
- You speak market. Funding rates, order types, liquidity, volatility. You can make them watchable and readable without dumbing them down.
- Range. You know a punchy video hook, a scroll-stopping post, and a high-performing email are different crafts, and you can do all three well.
- A campaign brain. You can go from brief to concept to execution, and explain why an idea works in two sentences.
- Channel fluency. You know how YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the inbox each reward content, and you write for them, not around them.
- Speed and judgment. Markets don't wait. You know when something can ship now and when it needs a second pair of eyes.
- High AI competency. You use it to move faster and make better work, not just more of it.
- Thick skin. You've made content for traders who are quick to call out anything that feels like marketing.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

- Grow into your next role: Develop through structured mentorship, hands-on experience and increasing responsibility. High-performing participants will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role at the end of the 12-month programme, aligned with their strengths and business needs.
Across the programme, you’ll gain exposure to three key areas:
- Product & User Experience: Understand user needs, explore market opportunities, analyse data and help shape and deliver product improvements that make self-custody more accessible, intuitive and useful.
- Growth & Ecosystem: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, growth experiments, community initiatives and partnerships across wallets, dApps, blockchains, stablecoins and emerging payment networks.
- Business Strategy & Operations: Solve cross-functional business challenges, improve processes, evaluate new opportunities and translate data and insights into practical decisions that drive business performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong academic foundation: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a top, renowned university, or equivalent evidence of exceptional ability and achievement.
- Early-career talent: 0–2 years of professional work experience or relevant extracurricular experience, including student leadership, entrepreneurship, personal projects or community initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving: You can break down complex, ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions and develop clear, logical recommendations.
- A builder’s mindset: You turn ideas into action, take ownership of outcomes and focus on what creates tangible value for users and the business.
- Clear communication: You can articulate complex ideas simply, influence through sound reasoning and collaborate effectively across different teams.
- AI-native and future-focused: You actively explore AI tools such as Claude, Grok and Cursor, and are curious about AI agents and how they could transform how people work and transact.
- Genuine Web3 curiosity: You’ve explored wallets, DEXs, stablecoins or other Web3 applications, and have ideas about what works, what doesn’t and what could be better.
- Adaptable and driven: You learn quickly, thrive in ambiguity and are motivated by high standards, rapid execution and meaningful challenges.
Nice to Have
- Entrepreneurial experience: You’ve founded a venture, built a product or launched a project in AI or crypto — whether or not it succeeded.
- Hands-on Web3 involvement: Experience with DeFi, perpetuals, stablecoin payments, hackathons, DAOs or other ecosystem initiatives.
- A track record of building: Side projects, product teardowns, research, a newsletter, open-source contributions or an active presence on X or GitHub.
What You’ll Get
- A launchpad for leadership: A structured 12-month development journey with mentorship from senior leaders and opportunities to grow your scope and responsibility.
- Ownership that matters: The chance to work on real challenges and deliver improvements for a global user base of millions.
- A front-row seat to the future: Hands-on exposure to self-custody, AI-powered experiences, crypto payments and the evolving Web3 ecosystem.
- A steep learning curve: Learn by doing, collaborate across functions and build commercial, strategic and execution capabilities early in your career.
- A pathway to grow: High performers can progress into permanent roles where their strengths and ambitions align with Trust Wallet’s evolving needs.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: R&D Supply Chain Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build mechanical systems and structures on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items, critical materials and complex parts as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When machining capacity, material availability, special process queues or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical parts and materials you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, materials and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced mechanical engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Identify long lead items, critical raw materials and complex parts as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, material reservation, capacity booking, buffer stock, coating readiness, securing helicoils) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Provide engineers with real-time insights on material availability, components availability and quick-turn manufacturing options.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own project procurement of CNC machined parts, structural elements and composite parts, mechanisms, motors, fasteners, bearings, thermal hardware and raw materials, including related special processes such as heat treatment, surface treatments and coatings.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their parts and materials on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative suppliers, processes or materials within hours, not weeks, when capacity or material shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Worked closely with machine shops and composite fabricators, special process providers and material distributors, and worked with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of machining, special process suppliers, and material distributors.
- Negotiate priority machine time, expedited processing and shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active projects, including capacity constraints, raw material availability, single-source suppliers, special process bottlenecks and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing details accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical parts and materials to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and special processes, and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of direct experience in mechanical sourcing, procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong procurement understanding of machined and composites parts, special processes, engineering materials and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions: tight deadlines, shifting priorities, incomplete information, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience running purchasing and material management through an ERP system.
- Confident negotiator, commercially and technically, able to influence engineers, program managers and suppliers without formal authority.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence, hardware startups or other deep-tech R&D environments.
- Engineering Mechanical Background, knowledge of the tools (such as CAD) and technical understanding/background of designs.
- Exposure to taking a hardware design from prototype into series production.
- Existing relationships with machine shops, fabricators, special process providers and material distributors. Familiarity with rapid-prototyping suppliers and global component marketplaces

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Netherlands
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
