About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the role
Improvado is a marketing data platform for enterprise brands and agencies. You will own how our revenue runs and how it is measured. That covers Salesforce and the GTM tools, the path from signed contract to paid invoice, the revenue data model, and the reports leadership decides from. You work closely with the analytics team: you don’t have to build the data models yourself, but you must read them, spot what is wrong and say what to change. You work through AI agents daily, doing the work of a bigger team.
What you will do
Salesforce and GTM stack
Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus the integrations around it (Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment, e-signature, lead routing).
Keep CRM data clean with guardrails that block mistakes. Manage licences and vendor renewals.
Maintain the Salesforce manual and RevOps SOPs, and train new hires.
Contract to cash
Own ARR and bookings logic (new, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals) and keep agreement, opportunity, and invoice consistent.
Run the closed-deals and billing check with Finance. Fix errors at the source and add a control so they don’t repeat.
Audit invoices, track and chase unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
Revenue analytics and data model
Own the quarterly sales analytics pack, the CRO report, the forecast and pipeline coverage (including CS renewal inputs).
Track funnel conversion, explain why deals move, stall or slip, and keep attribution correct with Marketing.
Query ClickHouse daily, trace any number to its source, and write specs for model changes. Give each metric one documented definition and add data quality checks.
Build leadership dashboards, retire unused ones, and end every analysis with a recommendation, a number and an owner.
AI and automation
Use coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) for queries, scripts and Salesforce automation, and always verify their output.
Automate manual work (invoice and payment checks, CRM hygiene, deal-risk alerts, call analysis) and measure hours saved and errors avoided.
Ownership
Be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product. Turn each request into a task with an owner, date and success metric.
Requirements
4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS, with hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.
Strong SQL and comfort in a modeled warehouse (layers, lineage, one definition per metric). dbt is a plus.
Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals.
Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, kept in sync with the CRM.
Proof you build with AI agents: something you shipped that others use.
Fluent English and clear written updates without being asked.
Nice to have
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
ClickHouse or another columnar warehouse, and any BI tool.
Salesforce development (Apex, triggers, API).
Gong, Clay, Lemlist, or workflow automation tools.
Billing, CPQ, or accounting systems.

Attribution or CS health score data.
Martech or analytics company background.

Product mindset and appetite for broader ownership over time
What success looks like:
Ambiguous financial, product, or regulatory requirements become clear, scalable platform designs
Teams ship changes safely in critical money movement systems
Reusable platform capabilities improve consistency across products
You grow from owning requirements into shaping the direction of the platform
What we offer:
Full-time B2B contract
Up to 20% tax allowance
22 paid leave days annually
Stock options (ESOP) in a fast-scaling, pre-IPO company
Flexi benefits you can use for wellness, travel, or learning
Work alongside a high-performing, international engineering team in a global fintech unicorn

This is a role for a true hunter.
We are scaling one of the fastest-moving BNPL platforms in the region, and we are looking for a hungry, self-driven Business Development Executive to take our SME merchant acquisition engine to the next level. You'll be set up with the tools and prospect lists to hit the ground running, but building your pipeline from zero is on you.
You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end: identifying high-potential SME merchants, opening doors with founders and decision-makers, running consultative discovery, pitching game-changing financial solutions, negotiating commercial terms and driving merchants all the way through onboarding to live activation.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, love the thrill of the close, and want real ownership from day one — this is your seat.
Key Responsibilities

About Tabby:
Tabby
is the GCC's leading shopping and payments platform, giving millions of people across Saudi Arabia and the UAE more control in the way they spend, save and earn. Headquartered in Riyadh, we've grown into one of the largest fintech companies to come out of the Arab world, working with +65,000 sellers, from global names like Apple, IKEA, Adidas and Shein to the region's leading retail groups.
We're now building a local team on the ground in Kuwait, with a renewed presence in the market coming soon. This is a rare chance to join us at the start of a local launch, shaping how we show up for Kuwaiti shoppers and sellers from day one, backed by the scale, technology and track record we've built across the region.
If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on
Senior Risk Manager
to help build Tabby’s risk capabilities in Kuwait, with combined responsibility for enterprise and credit risk. As one of our first local hires, you will establish the governance, policies, risk appetite and reporting required for launch, while providing credit risk oversight as the portfolio grows. You will work closely with Kuwait leadership and Group Risk, as well as Product, Compliance, Finance and Operations, to ensure we scale responsibly and meet local regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining Tabby’s local risk management framework for Kuwait, covering enterprise and credit risk and aligning it with Group standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Developing the local risk strategy, risk appetite statement, policies, limits, governance forums and management reporting required for launch and ongoing operations by aligning with Group standard and adapted to local requirements
Owning the enterprise risk process, including risk identification and assessment, the risk register, key risk indicators, emerging-risk reviews, residual risk positions and remediation tracking.
Providing independent risk challenges on new products, partnerships, customer journeys, operating models and other material business initiatives.
Leading local credit risk oversight across the customer lifecycle, including underwriting and eligibility rules, credit limits, affordability, collections outcomes and portfolio quality, focusing on local regulatory requirements.
Partnering with Group Risk and Product teams to calibrate credit strategies for Kuwait and assess model, policy and limit changes.
Establishing clear early-warning indicators, thresholds and reporting to support timely, data-informed risk decisions.
Preparing risk assessments, reporting and recommendations for local leadership, risk committees, the Board and regulators, as applicable.
Supporting licensing activities, regulatory submissions, examinations and information requests in partnership with Compliance, Legal and other control functions as well as acting as primary risk contact for Internal Audit
Coordinating risk input into business continuity, outsourcing and third-party risk, operational incidents and control assessments.
Promoting a practical risk culture and helping teams understand how risks should be identified, assessed, escalated and managed as well as ensuring material risks and control gaps are escalated and addressed at the right level.
Helping shape the future Kuwait risk organisation and supporting hiring as the business scales.
You should apply if
You have strong risk management experience within banking, fintech, consumer lending, payments or another regulated financial-services environment.
You bring meaningful hands-on experience across both enterprise risk and credit risk, rather than exposure limited to governance or oversight.
You have built or materially improved risk frameworks, policies, risk appetite, governance structures, reporting and control processes.
You understand consumer credit risk across underwriting, credit policy, portfolio monitoring, collections performance and loss drivers..
You understand enterprise risk disciplines including risk and control assessments, KRIs, incident and issue management, operational resilience, third-party risk and emerging risks.
You understand the Kuwait regulatory environment; experience engaging with the Central Bank of Kuwait or another GCC financial-services regulator.
You can operate independently in a new-market environment and are comfortable building the essentials yourself before a wider team is in place.
You can balance strong governance with practical, proportionate execution and constructively challenge senior stakeholders when required.
You communicate complex risk topics clearly and can prepare decision-ready materials for leadership, governance forums and regulators.
You work effectively across Product, Data, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal and Internal Audit.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, Mathematics or a related field; FRM, PRM, CFA or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
You are professionally fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the role
Tabby is the leading shopping and financial services app in the Middle East — 25M+ users, 65,000+ merchants across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. We're now building our Kuwait team.
This is a founding role. As General Manager, you will take Tabby Kuwait from a licensed entity in progress to a fully operating, onshore, regulated business — and then scale it. You'll be the face of Tabby to the Central Bank of Kuwait and to the local banking and merchant ecosystem, with full accountability for standing up the entity, the team and the growth plan from day one.
Very few people get to build a regulated consumer finance business in a market from a standing start, with a proven regional platform behind them. This is that opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Central Bank of Kuwait relationship end to end — registration and licensing, correspondence, inspections and ongoing supervisory dialogue — as the named accountable executive
Stand up Tabby Payments K.S.C.C. as a fully operating local entity, with its own team, compliance, operations and governance
Carry full commercial ownership of the Kuwait market: merchant acquisition and retention, bank and payments partnerships, local marketing and customer growth
Own the local P&L and market-level economics, operating within group frameworks for product, credit, risk, treasury and legal — and influencing those functions to get what the market needs
Build and lead the local team, starting lean and scaling with the business — defining the hiring plan and owning the local cost base
Define and sequence the market's product roadmap with group product, bringing Tabby's wider product set into Kuwait as licensing and infrastructure allow — including longer-term financing, card, wallet and payments, and cross-border transfers
Represent Tabby externally as the senior leader in-market, with banks, merchants, partners and the regulator
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a general management or senior commercial role with full P&L accountability
A track record of launching or scaling a regulated financial services, payments or fintech business in a GCC market
Direct experience as the named accountable executive in a relationship with a financial regulator — licensing, submissions, examinations or remediation
Domain expertise in fintech, consumer lending/BNPL, payments and e-money, or retail banking and cards, including financial regulation and licensing in the GCC (Central Bank of Kuwait experience specifically valued)
A proven merchant or B2B commercial track record — building a partner base from a low base, not just managing an existing one
Comfort operating in ambiguity with a small team: a builder, not an administrator of an established machine
Strong grounding in P&L management and unit economics, regulatory submissions and compliance/AML frameworks, and commercial contracting and partnership negotiation
Professional Arabic and English, including the ability to handle Arabic regulatory correspondence
Nice to have:
Existing relationships with the Central Bank of Kuwait
Prior experience inside a high-growth start-up or fintech
Exposure to local funding or bank facility relationships
Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait
Workplace: onsite
