About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.
We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
Advantage HQ is looking for a Senior Media Buyer who can take ownership of growth across a portfolio of e-commerce clients.
This is a strategic, client-facing role. You will be responsible for understanding each client's business, developing the paid media strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and working with Media Analysts, Creative Strategists, and other internal teams to turn that strategy into measurable results.
You will be expected to think beyond campaign metrics. The strongest Senior Media Buyers understand how media connects to the broader customer journey, creative, offers, funnel performance, and business economics.
You will have significant ownership over your clients and will be expected to bring recommendations, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities before the client has to ask.
What You'll Own
Own the paid media strategy
You will develop and lead paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
You will determine where to allocate budget, how to structure campaigns, which audiences and creative angles to prioritize, and where additional investment can create profitable growth.
You will balance short-term performance with the longer-term goal of building a scalable acquisition engine.
Drive account performance
You will work closely with Media Analysts to monitor performance, identify trends, diagnose problems, and make decisions that improve efficiency and growth.
You will be accountable for understanding the reasons behind performance changes, not simply reporting what happened.
You will know when to scale, when to test, when to pull back, and when the problem sits outside the media account itself.
Think beyond the media account
You will analyze the broader customer journey and identify opportunities across the funnel.
This may include landing pages, conversion rates, offers, pricing, checkout experience, creative, customer retention, and post-purchase behavior.
You will work with cross-functional teams to turn these insights into practical recommendations for clients.
Lead testing and experimentation
You will develop a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creative, offers, messaging, campaign structures, and other growth levers.
You will evaluate test results based on business impact and use those learnings to inform future strategy.
You will avoid testing for the sake of activity and focus on experiments that can meaningfully improve performance.
Partner with Creative
You will work closely with Creative Strategists to identify creative opportunities based on media performance, customer behavior, and market insights.
You will help translate performance data into clear creative briefs and recommendations and use creative performance to inform future media strategy.
Own client relationships
You will serve as a strategic partner to your clients, building relationships based on trust, expertise, and results.
You will lead strategic conversations, present performance insights, explain recommendations clearly, and help clients understand the decisions behind the strategy.
You will be comfortable challenging a client's assumptions when the data supports a different direction.
Identify growth opportunities
You will continuously look for opportunities to increase client growth and account value.
This could include new channels, new audiences, new offers, creative opportunities, funnel improvements, or changes to the broader acquisition strategy.
You are expected to bring ideas to the table rather than waiting for direction.
Who You Are
You are an experienced performance marketer who understands e-commerce from the perspective of both media and business growth.
You can look at an account and understand not only what the numbers are saying, but what they mean and what should happen next.
You are strategic enough to lead client conversations but hands-on enough to understand campaign mechanics and challenge the details when necessary.
You are commercially minded. You understand that a strong media account is not defined by a good CTR or low CPA alone. You care about profitable growth, customer economics, conversion, retention, and the client's broader business objectives.
You are comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of your accounts. You do not wait for someone else to identify the next opportunity.
You use data, technology, and AI to improve the speed and quality of your decision-making.
Experience We Value
6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
Significant experience managing e-commerce clients is required
Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok, with additional platform experience such as Snapchat or X being valuable
Experience managing significant advertising budgets
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth
Strong understanding of funnel performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition economics, and e-commerce metrics
Experience with creative testing, offer testing, and landing page or funnel optimization
Experience working closely with Creative, Analytics, Growth, or other cross-functional teams
Strong client-facing and presentation skills
Experience creating and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Why Join Advantage HQ
You will work with ambitious consumer brands and have the opportunity to influence growth beyond the boundaries of a traditional media buying role.
You will have access to experienced media, creative, growth, and technology teams, as well as proprietary data and tools such as Meteoric AI.
You will have meaningful ownership over your clients and the opportunity to test new ideas, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies across the broader customer acquisition system.
For the right person, this role can also provide a path into media leadership, strategy, or broader growth responsibilities.

About Improvado
Improvado is a marketing data and AI analytics platform for enterprise brands and agencies. We connect 500+ marketing and sales data sources, normalize them through a governed data model, and put an AI agent on top so marketing teams can ask questions of their own data without going through BI or IT.
What we sell:
extraction and 500+ connectors; data transformation (SQL and dbt-compatible); Marketing Data Governance — taxonomy, naming, data-quality rules; warehouse and storage; dashboards; AI agent and MCP access to live marketing data; DECS, data engineering as a service on a 2 to 4 week SLA.
Who buys it:
Economic buyers:
CMO, VP Marketing, VP Demand Gen, agency COO and ops leadership
Technical evaluators:
VP or Director of Marketing Analytics, marketing analysts, data engineering, sometimes IT and security
Segments:
enterprise brands, mid-market, agencies
Verticals:
pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, gaming, agencies
Why this role, now
Our messaging is not aligned.
Positioning, web, sales pitch, product and content each carry a different version of what Improvado is. The market categorizes us as "marketing ETL" while we position as an AI marketing analytics platform. That gap costs us deal quality and price.
The category is crowded and moving fast.
Battlecards exist but decay, and nobody owns keeping them true.
Attribution, incrementality and causal measurement is where deals are won and lost
— and it is the hardest thing to argue credibly without hand-waving.
Analyst firms are a silent blocker.
When an enterprise buyer asks Gartner or Forrester about Improvado, there is no briefed narrative waiting for them.
You would not start from a blank page. We already have a positioning registry, roughly 11 documented buyer personas, a pain-point and value-prop library, competitor intel reports and about 10 battlecards. They are inconsistent and under-used. Your first job is to make one version true and make people use it.
What you'll own
Positioning and messaging.
Core positioning, category framing and message hierarchy across ICPs and personas. ICP and persona documentation that is used, not filed. The messaging layer of new product and feature launches, including the internal rollout that makes the field able to sell it.
Competitive intelligence and win/loss.
A structured win/loss interview program with quarterly readouts. Living battlecards. Monitoring competitor positioning, pricing and product moves, and driving our counter-positioning.
Sales enablement.
The core pitch narrative, demo storyline and objection-handling framework. The messaging components of new-rep onboarding. A standing weekly cadence with Sales leadership — not quarterly check-ins. Direct support on competitive and enterprise deals: RFPs, security and technical evaluations, displacement plays.
Market and analyst relations.
The Improvado narrative for Gartner, Forrester and category influencers, so that a buyer's analyst call becomes an accelerator rather than a blocker. Feeding structured market and buyer insight back into product prioritization.
What we're looking for
4 to 8 years in product marketing, or an equivalent blend of product marketing with marketing analytics, marketing or data ops, sales engineering, analytics consulting, or product management on a data product.
Category fluency in marketing data and measurement: attribution models, incrementality testing, MMM, data governance and taxonomy, warehouses and ETL/ELT — including where each is honestly weak.
B2B SaaS sold to marketing or data buyers. Marketing analytics, martech, measurement, CDP, BI and data-infrastructure vendors are the reference profile.
Proof you have shipped, not just documented: positioning that changed the website and the pitch, battlecards reps actually opened, a win/loss program that survived past its second quarter.
Writing that survives contact with a skeptical technical buyer — claim and evidence, not adjective stacking.
Comfort operating close to Sales: weekly cadence, deal reviews, live calls, direct feedback.
Nice to have:
hands-on SQL, dbt or BI, enough to validate a claim yourself. Experience marketing AI capabilities without hype. Analyst-relations experience. Agency-side or enterprise-brand background. Vertical depth in pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, or gaming.
Not a fit if:
your product marketing has been mostly launch logistics and content calendars; you need a fully staffed team and a finished brand system to be effective; you are uncomfortable being told in a deal review that your messaging did not work.
How we measure success
Win rate in competitive deals against our top 3 named competitors, baseline set in month 1.
Stage-to-stage conversion on open opportunities, particularly discovery to demo to proposal.
Time-to-first-deal for new reps.
Field adoption of enablement assets — measured, not assumed.
Win/loss program running on cadence, with themes that visibly change product and GTM decisions.
Message consistency: a quarterly audit across web, deck, product UI and content.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Competitive compensation
Medical and dental benefits
401K plan
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays
Professional development reimbursement

Improvado
is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like ASUS, Docker, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the role
The Account Executive uncovers business pains, articulates ROI, and builds the business case that helps prospects modernize how their marketing data works. You'll own a territory end to end — from first outreach to signed contract.
Your buyers are marketing leaders, marketing ops and RevOps, and the data and analytics teams behind them. Some come to us; many you'll go and find yourself. It's a consultative, multi-stakeholder sale with a technical validation stage, so you'll work closely with our Sales Engineers along the way.
Responsibilities
Achieve a quarterly revenue quota across new business and expansion in your territory.
Proactively generate new pipeline — you'll be expected to self-source at least 35% of your own opportunities, not just work inbound.
Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, technical validation with a Sales Engineer, business case and ROI, executive presentation, negotiation and close.
Build multi-threaded relationships — bring the technical evaluator, the budget owner, and your champion into the process early rather than running a deal through a single contact.
Qualify with discipline. Confirm budget, decision path, and the real cost of doing nothing before pulling in technical resources — and walk away early from deals that aren't a fit.
Become an expert at using Improvado's software, and at the marketing problems it solves.
Coordinate the internal resources needed to win — Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success — and keep every deal moving.
Keep the CRM accurate and forecast honestly.
Use AI in your day-to-day workflow — account research, call prep, follow-ups, first drafts. We'll expect you to work the way the company works.
Leverage your creativity, intellect, and attitude in order to win new business.
Qualifications
5+ years in a quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS Account Executive role.
2+ years of experience in the MarTech/AdTech space.
A track record of carrying and hitting a significant annual quota — you can walk through your numbers year by year with real examples.
Experience selling to large enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and formal buying processes.
Real outbound prospecting experience — you've built pipeline from scratch, not only worked inbound.
Familiarity with ad platforms and the digital marketing funnel, and the metrics marketers are measured on.
Comfortable in a technical sale — you can hold a credible conversation with a data team and then reframe it for a marketing leader.
Experience in successfully initiating sales cycles with C-level executives.
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment.
Emotional intelligence, natural curiosity, strong listening skills, and coachability.
Superior communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with a modern sales stack (CRM, call recording and coaching tools, prospecting and enrichment tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and with using AI tools in your own workflow.
Experience working in a startup.
Nice to have
Experience selling to or working inside agencies.
Formal training in a qualification methodology (MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar).
What We Offer:
Remote-first environment
Competitive compensation
Medical and dental benefits
401K plan
Unlimited PTO

US Shift (5:00 PM–2:00 AM IST)
⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned schedule, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST, 5 days a week, onsite at our Gurugram office. Please apply only if you can fully commit to this schedule.
⚠ Eligibility Gate: Open to 2025 and 2026 graduates. Candidates who completed graduation in 2024 may apply and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval. Candidates currently pursuing their degree or who graduated before 2024 are not eligible.
The 6-Month Learning Journey
Joining Neolytix as a Management Trainee, RCM is a full-time opportunity that begins with a structured 6-month learning journey. You are not thrown on the floor from day one. You will be trained, assessed, and made ready for live operations before you independently handle client work. Every stage of the journey is designed to build your skills progressively.
Phase 1
Classroom Training
8 to 12 Days (Max 14)
Structured instructor-led sessions covering US healthcare, medical billing, coding basics, and RCM workflows. Your LOB is decided within the first 2 to 3 days based on your performance, knowledge check, and operations team input.
Phase 2
Operations Readiness Training
8 to 12 Days
You move to the floor alongside senior team members and trainers. You apply classroom learning in a supervised, live operations environment with ongoing assessments.
Phase 3
Production Ramp-Up
4 Weeks
You begin handling real client work under close supervision. Accuracy, speed, and process adherence are tracked. Performance here determines your readiness to go live independently.
Phase 4
Go Live
Full Production
You are cleared for independent production on your assigned LOB. This marks your transition from trainee to fully operational team member.
Throughout the 6 months, there will be several assessments to evaluate your skill development. Your training path and LOB may be refined based on these assessment outcomes.

We are building our next generation of RCM professionals through this full-time opportunity and we are looking for fresh graduates who are motivated, disciplined, and ready to build a real career in US healthcare operations.
Revenue Cycle Management is how US healthcare providers get paid for the services they deliver. As a Management Trainee, you will be assessed, trained, and placed into one of three core RCM functional areas based on your skills and performance during the first days of training. Your LOB is not a default assignment. It is matched to where you will thrive.

Accounts Receivable (AR)
Following up on submitted claims, resolving denials, and ensuring payments are collected from insurance payers. Requires analytical thinking, persistence, and clear communication.
Credentialing
Enrolling healthcare providers with insurance payers so they can legally bill for services. Covers CAQH, PECOS, payer portals, expirables, and compliance. Requires strong process discipline and attention to deadlines.
Your LOB assignment is made within the first 2 to 3 days of classroom training, based on your knowledge check scores and the evaluation of the operations team. Once assigned, your entire training is aligned to that LOB.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and complete all classroom training modules within the defined timeline, meeting assessment benchmarks at each stage.
Commit to the LOB assigned to you and engage fully in the training path designed for that functional area.
Apply classroom learning during operations readiness training under the supervision of senior team members and trainers.
Meet accuracy and productivity benchmarks during the 4-week production ramp-up before going live independently.
Support team leads and senior specialists in achieving client SLAs and compliance targets once on the floor.

This role owns how well we do that. You define what a good customer conversation looks like and you build the capability across our managers to deliver it consistently. One question sits behind every conversation we look at: did we exhaust the opportunity to serve this customer.
The work happens through our Leaders. You build their ability to see the missed opportunities inside their own teams' conversations, and you hold them accountable for acting on them.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Centricity Standard
Define what a good customer conversation looks like and keep it to a short set of criteria.
Evaluate on a single judgement per interaction: did it meet the standard, and if not, which of three to five reasons explains it.
Keep the standard current as products, policies, and customer journeys change.
Manager Enablement
Set the customer centricity standard and equip Team Leaders and Operation Managers to apply it with their teams.
Run ticket-solving sessions with managers to surface the opportunities they walk past.
Assess how Team Leaders coach their agents, using LLM analysis.
Coaching of agents sits with the Team Leaders. This role makes sure that coaching is good.
CSAT
Own the diagnosis of CSAT: what drives it, where it breaks, and who fixes it.
Build the ability to recover CSAT even on outcomes the customer will not like.
Split detractors into skill, will, or product and uncontrollable, so every point has a cause and an owner.
Report blended CSAT and controllable CSAT as two separate numbers.
Route product-driven dissatisfaction to product owners via the Experience Leads.
LLM Quality
Own the LLM Quality Team, which runs checklists, per-conversation evaluation, and structured feedback into LLM agent “guidance” or prompt.
Specialize evaluators by product stream and pair them with the Experience Leads.
Maintain the LLM evaluation model separately from the human one, where LLM Agent checkers are more detailed, while human quality is outcome driven.
Analysis & Insight
Work across everything we have on the customer: evaluation results, CSAT and DSAT verbatims, VoC, complaints, escalations, repeat contacts, and the conversations themselves.
Dissect the data, and work with Analytics and with the analyst in the function to get what you need.
Turn findings into refreshers, training triggers, and process changes with named owners and dates.
Measure the function on whether a driver actually moved.
Build a small team of high-skill owners with real accountability for outcomes.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience coaching people to win customers over, in telesales, retail, hospitality, or service recovery.
Not so much a checklist owner. Rather a sales coach. We have the product that we have to sell - the agents must be fluent in making the customers satisfied with the outcome regardless of excuses.
Data fluent. You can take a large dataset, dissect it, and explain what it means without someone translating it for you. Comfortable working across large datasets and dashboards.
Calm and measured.
A track record of leading change that met resistance and made it stick.
Able to hold a position with senior stakeholders on evidence, and change it when the evidence changes.
7+ years in CX, service, or sales coaching leadership, with real ownership of outcomes.
Comfortable working in an LLM-heavy environment.

BNPL businesses don't run on a single core system — they run on a chain of vendors: KYC providers doing identity
checks in milliseconds, bureau data feeding underwriting decisions, processors moving money at checkout, and
collections agencies chasing missed payments on our behalf. When any link in that chain fails, it isn't an internal
inconvenience — it's a customer who can't check out, a credit decision made on bad data, or a regulator asking why
a critical service went down with no warning.
As Vendor Risk Manager, you will own our third-party risk program end to end, from the first due diligence
questionnaire to the day a vendor is offboarded. You will be the person who can tell leadership, in plain terms,
which vendors carry the most risk and why, and you will make sure vendor failures never become customer failures.
Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Onboarding
Run due diligence on new vendors before contracts are signed, including financial health checks, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 review, breach history, and subprocessor mapping.
Issue a clear risk rating for every prospective vendor, with conditions attached rather than a simple pass or
fail, covering KYC, identity verification, fraud detection, credit bureau, payment processing, card issuing,
banking, and collections partners.
Sit inside the contracting process with Legal and Procurement to secure the terms that matter: audit rights,
breach notification windows, data localization commitments, exit assistance clauses, and SLAs tied to real penalties.
Risk Assessment & Ongoing Monitoring
Own vendor risk assessments across our active third-party portfolio, prioritizing critical and high-risk vendors for annual deep-dive reviews.
Build and run tiered monitoring cadences — quarterly for critical vendors such as KYC, payment processing, and banking partners, annual for the rest — tracking control drift, subprocessor changes, and
adverse media.
Maintain the concentration risk and critical-vendor register, and be ready to explain single points of failure, such as one bureau covering the majority of underwriting volume, and what the contingency plan actually
is.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work with Product before new vendor integrations go live — you're in the room when a new checkout partner or fraud model vendor is being evaluated, not brought in after the contract is signed.
• Prepare vendor risk reporting for the Risk Committee and Board, translating control gaps and incident
trends into decisions leadership can act on.
Offboarding & Exit Management
Manage the offboarding process for exited vendors, confirming data deletion, access revocation, and transition continuity for anything customer-facing.
Ensure regulatory and contractual exit obligations are met and documented, particularly for vendors
classified as critical or important.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3–4 years in third-party risk management, vendor risk, or operational risk, ideally at a payments company, lender, bank, or fintech where vendor failure has direct customer or regulatory consequences.
Working knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and standardized assessment tools like SIG or
CAIQ — you know how to read a SOC 2 report and spot what's missing, not just file it away.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape vendors sit inside: consumer credit rules, data privacy obligations
(GDPR/CCPA depending on footprint), PCI-DSS for anything touching card data, and
outsourcing/operational resilience expectations for critical third parties.
Comfort negotiating directly with vendors — you've pushed back on a processor's standard MSA, gotten a
fraud vendor to commit to a real SLA, and know when “our legal team will follow up” means the deal
needs to walk.
Ability to translate risk findings for people who don't think in risk terms, including explaining to a
commercial lead why a cheaper KYC vendor isn't worth the onboarding delay it will cause six months later.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret vendor performance and control data to support
operational decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of
the organization.
Full professional proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have:
Direct BNPL or consumer credit experience — you've worked with bureau data, alternative credit scoring
vendors, or collections agencies specifically.
Hands-on experience with a GRC platform such as OneTrust, ProcessUnity, or Archer for assessment
workflows and vendor inventory.
CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM certification.
