Location: Remote (Canada) Workplace: Remote BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers. Every great client conversation at Wealthsimple starts with the right person being in the right place at the right time. That's workforce management, and it's a big part of how our Client Experience Operations (CXO) teams deliver fast, reliable support to more than 4 million clients. As a Senior Associate, Workforce Management, you'll own scheduling for a portfolio of our CXO domain teams across phone, chat and email. You'll build and maintain their schedules, protect coverage through planned and unplanned shrinkage, and make the calls that keep service levels, cost and our people's experience in balance. You'll report to the Lead, WFM Platform & Automation, on a small team where everyone owns their area end to end. A small team also means a wide view. Scheduling is the core of the job, but you'll need a working command of the whole WFM ecosystem (forecasting and capacity, intraday, leave and shrinkage, reporting) and the judgement to know how a change in one place lands in the others. You'll work closely with People Ops, Enablement, Systems and domain leadership, and you'll often be the person in the room explaining what a decision will do to coverage. This role requires hands-on WFM experience. As a small team, we're looking for someone who can own schedules in their first few weeks and have real influence on a small, high-trust team. That experience can come from Wealthsimple or from anywhere else. WHAT WILL YOU DO? - Own scheduling for your domains: Build, publish and maintain schedules for your portfolio, including rotations, weekend and extended-hours coverage, shift bids and the multi-skill split across phone, chat and email. You're accountable for them being right. - Protect coverage: Plan for shrinkage before it happens (PTO, training, meetings, coaching, leaves) and respond when it doesn't go to plan. Set PTO availability, plot offline time where it does the least damage, and flag coverage risk early. - Keep the schedule the source of truth: Process schedule change requests with care and consistency, so the schedule reflects where people are expected to be. That record supports adherence, performance conversations and payroll. - Be the expert in the room: Represent WFM on projects such as hours-of-operation changes, new channel launches, tooling changes and org changes. Translate operational plans into staffing impact, and be clear about the trade-offs. - Partner across CXO: - With HR and People Ops on leaves, accommodations, contract changes and overtime. - With Enablement on training and nesting schedules for new hires. - With domain leaders on coverage needs and shift preferences. - With Systems on the tools and integrations that schedules depend on. - Analyze and report: Track schedule effectiveness, adherence and conformance, shrinkage and coverage against need. Tell a clear story with the data: what happened, why, and what we should do next. - Improve how we work: Find the manual work in our scheduling process and help automate it. We build with tools like Playvox and Claude, and we expect you to bring ideas. WHAT DO YOU BRING? - 3+ years of hands-on workforce management experience in a contact centre or support environment, with direct ownership of scheduling. - Experience scheduling at scale: you've built and maintained schedules for 100+ agents across multiple skills or channels, including rotations and weekend or extended-hours coverage. - A working command of the WFM ecosystem: forecasting inputs, capacity planning, shrinkage, Erlang-based staffing, service level, occupancy, adherence and conformance. You know how a forecast becomes a schedule and how intraday reality feeds back into the plan. - Fluency with a WFM platform such as Playvox, NICE IEX, Verint, or Assembled, and related CRM/Telephony tools. - Sound judgement on small-team trade-offs: you can weigh coverage, cost, fairness and your teammates' experience, make a call with incomplete information, and know when to escalate. - Stakeholder confidence: you're comfortable explaining a staffing decision to a team lead, a people partner or a senior leader. You can say "here's what this will cost us" and work collaboratively towards solutions. - Ownership and follow-through: you don't need to be told what's next, and your schedules are right the first time. - Frequent user or at least strong curiosity about AI and automation: you use tools to move faster, and you check the output. NICE TO HAVE: - Experience with Playvox specifically, or with Zendesk and Five9. - SQL, or experience with BI tools like Preset or Looker. - Experience in financial services or another regulated environment. - Experience scheduling around a BPO or outsourced partner. Location: New York, NY Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT US At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be LangChain's dedicated cloud alliance lead for AWS, owning the relationships and revenue motions that make these partnerships produce real pipeline. This is a senior individual contributor role sitting within the Partnerships team where you'll be close to the product, close to the field, and expected to drive results without a lot of hand-holding. You'll own co-sell execution and marketplace presence end-to-end, working with cloud partner teams, field sellers, and LangChain's GTM organization to turn partner relationships into closed deals. WHAT YOU'LL DO Co-sell and pipeline - Own and grow LangChain's co-sell motion with AWS: manage joint pipeline, coordinate deals with AWS field teams, and drive sourced and influenced revenue. - Partner with LangChain sales leadership to define priority co-sell accounts, map territories to AWS coverage, and run co-sell plays region by region. - Keep ACE hygiene high across the sales team so that opportunity sharing, acceptance, and launch become routine rather than a partnerships-team chore. Marketplace - Own LangChain's AWS Marketplace presence end to end: listings, private offers, CPPO through channel partners, and program enrollment. - Operate our marketplace GTM platform (Suger today) and extend referral and offer automation so sellers can transact through Marketplace without partnerships-team involvement. Programs and funding - Operationalize AWS funding mechanisms across the team: MDF (market development funds for co-marketing), proof-of-concept credits, ISV Accelerate benefits, and any strategic collaboration funding we secure. - Pursue AWS competency and specialization programs that strengthen our positioning with AWS sellers. - Track funding drawn down against funding available and report it monthly. Executive and partner relationships - Own LangChain's working relationships at AWS: partner development managers, ISV sales managers, Marketplace category leads, and the Bedrock and AgentCore partner teams. - Build executive sponsorship on both sides, and run a joint business plan with AWS that sets shared goals and a review cadence. - Navigate the coopetitive dynamic: partner closely with AWS on Bedrock and AgentCore while differentiating LangGraph and LangSmith where AWS has competing offerings. Field enablement and marketing - Equip LangChain sales, solutions engineering, and marketing with better-together messaging, competitive positioning, and joint sales plays for AWS accounts. - Partner with marketing on co-branded campaigns, content, and events that generate pipeline, including re:Invent, AWS Summits, and joint customer programs. - Communicate results clearly to internal stakeholders, including a monthly readout on pipeline, Marketplace, and program activity. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 6+ years in cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development, with direct, hands-on ownership of an AWS relationship. - A track record of scaling a hyperscaler co-sell motion, not just starting one: you have taken a working AWS alliance to materially higher Marketplace share, pipeline, or partner-sourced revenue, and you can describe the mechanisms that got you there. - Deep working knowledge of AWS Marketplace transactions and programs: private offers, CPPO, ACE, ISV Accelerate, and the funding programs available to ISVs. - Experience operating a marketplace GTM platform such as Suger, Tackle, or WorkSpan, including referral and offer automation. - Experience shaping and running a joint business plan with a hyperscaler, including executive sponsorship on both sides. - Enough technical foundation to speak credibly with builders. You do not need to write code, but you need to understand how LangGraph, LangSmith, and LangChain fit into a customer's AWS stack. - Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you set the operating rhythm for a partner motion rather than inheriting one. - Strong operational discipline: you manage pipeline in the CRM, track partner activity, and report results clearly to internal stakeholders. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort owning senior relationships at a large cloud organization and resolving conflict constructively across company lines. NICE TO HAVE'S - Prior experience inside AWS in partner sales, ISV, or Marketplace roles, with a working understanding of how co-sell decisions and seller compensation work internally. - Experience with commercial contracts with AWS like SCAs. - Existing relationships across the AWS ISV, field, Marketplace, and Bedrock partner teams. - Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem: how LLMs, agents, and developer tooling fit into enterprise stacks. - Experience with AWS partner programs specific to AI and data, such as the Generative AI Competency and related partner tracks. - Prior experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company with a product-led growth motion. Annual salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 OTE + Equity Compensation Philosophy: We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations. BENEFITS Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.
