BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own Wealthsimple’s Connectivity Platform, spanning two critical areas:
- Brokerage & Bank Linking: How clients securely and reliably connect external financial institutions to Wealthsimple.
- Public API: How clients and partners securely access and use Wealthsimple financial data outside of Wealthsimple.
Together, these capabilities define how Wealthsimple connects to the broader financial ecosystem, and how every product team inside Wealthsimple builds on the external financial data that flows through it. This role will set the strategy for that platform and turn it into a reliable, scalable and differentiated capability for our clients, our product teams and our partners.
This is a platform role with a meaningful client experience surface. You’ll need to be equally comfortable thinking about APIs, data models and platform architecture as you are designing a client UX or deciding how Wealthsimple should work with an external provider.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Brokerage & Bank Linking team builds the technology that lets clients link their outside bank and brokerage accounts to Wealthsimple. It owns the automated and manual linking experiences end to end, along with the three connectors behind them: Plaid, Flinks, and WST, our own in-house connector. That makes it one of the highest leverage surfaces in the company, and powers a growing set of experiences built by other product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Connectivity Strategy
- Set the long term vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple connects with the broader financial ecosystem.
- Define the capabilities we should build ourselves, where we should rely on partners, and where we can create differentiated client value.
- Develop a roadmap that balances immediate product needs with investments in reusable platform capabilities.
Brokerage & Bank Linking
- Own the end to end experience for connecting external bank and brokerage accounts to Wealthsimple — automated and manual, including how clients recover when an automated connection fails.
- Improve connection success, reliability and coverage across institutions, and own the routing strategy that decides which connector handles which institution and flow.
- Own the client experience, including institution selection, authentication, errors, recovery and connection management.
- Drive reliability and AI Powered self-healing so connections detect and recover from failure without manual intervention.
- Balance conversion against fraud exposure and operational load, making those tradeoffs deliberately with our risk and operations partners.
- Develop the platform capabilities that allow Wealthsimple products to consume external financial data consistently.
- Own relationships and product integrations with connectivity vendors such as Plaid and Flinks, and decide where our own connector should lead — including how much of the connector business Wealthsimple should be in long term and where it makes more sense to partner.
Public API
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Wealthsimple’s Public API and external data connectivity.
- Make it safe and easy for clients to permission their Wealthsimple financial data to the products and services they choose.
- Define the platform capabilities required for authentication, consent, permissions, data access and partner integrations.
- Identify and prioritize the partners and use cases that matter most to Wealthsimple clients.
- Build toward a world where Wealthsimple is the financial institution where clients have the most control over their financial data.
- Accelerate wealthsimple and our industry toward open banking.
SKILLS YOU BRING
You’re a strong product thinker who can operate across platform infrastructure, external ecosystems and client experience. You likely have:
- Experience owning a platform, API, developer product or integrations platform, with a track record on metric-attached outcomes like conversion, success rate or reliability — not only feature delivery.
- Enough technical depth to work closely with engineers on APIs, authentication, data models, routing and platform architecture.
- Experience delivering through external vendors or partners whose roadmaps you don’t control, including making thoughtful build versus buy decisions and holding vendors accountable for product outcomes.
- Comfort treating reliability as product work — error taxonomies, failure recovery, observability, and the operational load a product creates.
- Experience weighing growth against fraud, risk and compliance, and holding both sides of that tradeoff.
- The ability to turn a collection of technical capabilities into a clear product strategy and compelling long term vision, and to make the case for investing in it.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to understand reliability, conversion, coverage and product performance, including building the measurement where it doesn’t exist yet.
- Excellent cross functional leadership across Engineering, Design, Security, Legal, Compliance, Operations and external partners.
- A bias toward simplifying complicated systems rather than layering more complexity on top of them.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with open banking, Canada’s consumer-driven banking framework, or building to a data sharing standard
- A background in financial data aggregation, whether at an aggregator, a bank, or a fintech consuming one
- Experience shipping a public API or developer platform as a commercial product, including partner onboarding and support
WHAT GREAT LOOKS LIKE
You won’t just operate Bank Linking and ship API endpoints.
You’ll create a coherent connectivity strategy for Wealthsimple: making it easier for clients to bring their financial life to Wealthsimple, easier to move their financial data where they want it to go, easier for any team at Wealthsimple to build on that data, and increasingly less dependent on the slow pace of connectivity innovation from incumbent financial institutions.
You’ll also have made the case for what this platform should become — the metrics, the roadmap and the investment argument that get it there.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.

To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $200,000 - $220,000 base plus bonus and equity
About the Team
Huntress protects the small and mid-sized businesses that attackers assume can't afford a security team. The Detection Platform team builds the engines and pipelines that turn billions of raw telemetry events into the signals our 24/7 SOC acts on. Every detection Huntress ships, across endpoint, identity, SIEM, and third-party EDR, runs through systems this team owns. We measure ourselves on two things: time to detection and detection engine uptime.
About the Role
We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help build and rebuild these systems without disrupting the SOC that depends on them, and to make their behavior predictable under load. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you'll lead major workstreams, set direction that other engineering teams build against, and write and review production code every week.
What You'll Own
Detection engine and pipeline modernization.
We're rewriting our detection engine to support the full Sigma v2 specification, including stateful correlation of patterns across many events over time. In parallel, we're reworking several existing detection pipelines and building new ones, moving off the bespoke per-product detectors we've accumulated and onto a common platform. You'll lead major workstreams across both and own the validation approach that proves a reworked pipeline still behaves like the one it replaces, so we can turn old paths off knowing we haven't lost anything.
Reliability and behavior under load.
A detection pipeline that quietly stops producing signals is worse than one that crashes loudly, and detection volume spikes for reasons we don't always control. You'll build the guarantees that make quiet failure impossible: end-to-end latency measurement, liveness coverage, and alerting that fires when expected work stops arriving. You'll also build the mechanisms that keep a spike bounded and recoverable.
Event schemas and data contracts.
Our schema and transformer layer are what several other engineering teams build their detections against. You'll help drive toward a coherent internal standard and build the validation and drift-detection tooling that catches upstream changes before they break detections.
What We're Looking For
Required
Deep experience designing, building, and operating production distributed systems at scale, primarily in Go, with the range to work across several layers of the stack.
You have replaced or substantially re-architected a live, high-throughput system without breaking its consumers, and you can walk us through how you proved the new path was equivalent, staged the cut-over, and decided it was safe to retire the old one.
Experience with high-volume event or data pipelines, and a good feel for how they behave under load: where things queue, where they fall behind, and what happens to correctness when they do.
Strong operability instincts. You design observability in rather than retrofitting it, and you've built alerting that catches the absence of expected work, not just errors.
Demonstrated technical leadership across team boundaries. You've set a direction that other teams had to build against and raised the engineering bar around you, without needing positional authority.
Judgment about production quality: when a system is good enough to ship, when it needs more evaluation, and when it shouldn't ship at all.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, and a point of view on using them well, where correctness is a security outcome.
Strongly Preferred
A background in security operations or security engineering: time spent writing or tuning detections, or working in a SOC. You know what makes a detection maintainable, how fast noise erodes a SOC's trust in its tooling, and why a missed detection is a different class of failure than a noisy one.
Experience with detection-as-code or other rule- and DSL-driven systems, including the parsing and evaluation work that supporting a specification properly entails.
Experience building platform tooling for non-engineer authors such as rule writers, analysts, and researchers, where the product surface is a language, an API, and a feedback loop.
Ruby on Rails experience. Some of our pipeline and application code is Rails, and you'll occasionally read and review Ruby. It's a nice-to-have, not a requirement; we'll help you ramp.
Our Stack
You'll work primarily in Go across our detection engines, pipelines, and the services around them, with Kafka, Temporal, Redis, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, and Kubernetes across AWS and Azure. Some of our pipeline and application code is Ruby on Rails. Detection logic is written in Sigma.
We don't expect prior experience with all of it, and we're not screening on the list; Go is the one language we'll assess directly in interviews. You should be someone who likes being fluent across a broad stack rather than being specialized in one corner of it.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for forward-thinking, high-performing AI Engineers who are excited to pioneer the future of AI-driven engineering at Paysend. In this role, you will work hands-on with Claude Code and the Anthropic API to design, harden, and ship agentic systems that write, review, test, and deploy code. This is a high-impact, build-and-own opportunity: you will take cutting-edge AI prototypes and turn them into resilient production infrastructure - directly empowering our global engineering teams, accelerating our product velocity, and helping us solidify Paysend as the definitive end-to-end payment infrastructure for the modern world.
THE ENGINEERING PROBLEM
The problem is not to make an LLM generate code. The problem is to make AI-assisted and agentic software delivery reliable enough to become part of normal engineering work.
These systems operate inside real software delivery workflows. They need to deal with incomplete context, failed execution, incorrect assumptions, external dependencies, changing repository state, and cases where an agent should not continue on its own. This means designing clear execution boundaries, decision points, observability, recovery and escalation paths, not only the agent behaviour itself.
The role includes shaping how these systems work, not only implementing integrations with existing AI tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design end-to-end AI-assisted delivery workflows, including agent responsibilities, execution boundaries, decision points, human intervention, failure handling, recovery, and escalation
Design and refine AI-driven pipelines that automate coding, code review, testing, and deployment tasks
Build and optimise agentic workflows using Claude Code and the Anthropic API, including custom tooling, MCP server integrations, sub-agents, and stateful orchestration logic
Engineer robust prompts, benchmark suites, and automated eval datasets; measure and improve pipeline accuracy, latency, and API costs
Define workflow-specific success criteria and operational evidence, including correctness, reliability, intervention and escalation rates, failure modes, and recovery effectiveness
Integrate core Anthropic capabilities (tool use, structured outputs, prompt caching, batch processing) into internal developer platforms
Handle unglamorous production work: sandboxed execution, strict error handling, retries, observability, guardrails, and edge cases
Own these systems after initial implementation: observe how they behave in real engineering workflows, investigate failures and incorrect behaviour, and improve the system based on operational evidence
Partner with engineers across the org to identify automation opportunities and roll out agentic tools safely with human-in-the-loop review mechanisms
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong software engineering background, with experience designing, building, and operating production systems, and strong hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript
Ability to decompose end-to-end engineering workflows, identify decision boundaries, failure modes, dependencies, observability needs, and recovery paths
Direct, hands-on experience with Claude Code—you've used it beyond casual experimentation and understand its strengths, limits, and configuration (CLAUDE.md, sub-agents, hooks)
Experience building with LLM APIs: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, context window optimization, agentic loops, and evaluation
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration and custom workflows
Comfort turning prototypes into production systems: CI/CD integration, containerized execution, reliability engineering, and monitoring
Pragmatic judgment about where AI automation helps and where traditional deterministic logic or human oversight is required
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or building custom agent harnesses/tooling
Track record shipping internal developer platforms or CLI tooling
Contributions to open-source AI frameworks, developer tools, or MCP servers
