COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Partner at Tennr, you will own the customer relationship and drive commercial outcomes post-sale. It is a high ownership and high impact role responsible for ensuring customers realize measurable value, renew, and growth with Tennr.
Account Partners sit at the center of the business - partnering with Product, Engineering, Solutions, Sales, and Operations to translate Tennr products and deployments into real operational impact for healthcare providers. In this role, you will act as both the strategic project manager and a trusted advisor to some of the most complex healthcare organizations working to fix how they handle patients. Within Tennr, you will work across stakeholders from frontline operators to the C-suite to ensure Tennr is fully embedded, adopted, and integral to day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for high performing professionals from healthcare consulting, banking or tech backgrounds that want to work in a scrappy environment, thrive in ambiguity, and drive real business outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the customer relationship end-to-end, from kickoff and deployment through renewal and expansion.
- Lead change management and training plans to ensure Tennr workflows are adopted, and embedded into daily operations.
- Drive the strategy behind each customer’s key objectives through rigorous data analysis, clear executive storytelling, including polished, metrics-driven decks.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to both executive and frontline stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Operations to deliver high impact and quality workflows.
- Champion and articulate customer insights internally to influence product roadmap priorities and enhance Tennr’s product strategy.
- Identify renewal risks and efficiency blockers early, and mobilize internal teams to resolve them proactively.
- Lead renewal and growth conversations by quantifying delivered ROI and identifying the next Tennr worker opportunities to unlock upsells.
- Travel on-site with customers as needed to drive adoption, deepen relationships, and accelerate strategic partnership goals.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare account management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong executive-level storytelling skills
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with experience translating data into clear recommendations and impact
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams

THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical partner for our prospects and customers. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales throughout the full lifecycle: qualifying technical requirements, designing and proving out architectures, running proofs of concept, and guiding customers from first evaluation through to production at scale. You'll be the trusted technical voice in the room, translating ClickHouse's architecture and capabilities into solutions that solve real business problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the technical advisor for prospects and customers evaluating or scaling ClickHouse, from discovery through production deployment.
- Design reference architectures, data models, and ingestion/query patterns tailored to each customer's use case, scale, and existing data stack.
- Own and run technical proofs of concept and benchmarks, demonstrating ClickHouse's performance, scalability, and cost advantages against incumbent solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build technical account strategy, navigate procurement/security reviews, and close complex deals.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and workshops to audiences ranging from individual engineers to VP/C-level stakeholders.
- Advise customers on schema design, query optimization, cluster sizing, replication, and migration strategy from other databases (e.g., Postgres, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Druid, Spark).
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product and engineering teams structured feedback on gaps, feature requests, and competitive positioning.
- Build reusable assets, demos, and technical content (blog posts, reference architectures, sample apps) that scale your impact across the field team.
- Contribute to team best practices, tooling, and onboarding materials.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Data Engineer, or Technical Consultant, ideally at an infrastructure, database, or analytics company.
- Deep hands-on experience with SQL and analytical/OLAP databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Druid, Vertica, Redshift, or similar); ClickHouse experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals: partitioning, replication, consistency trade-offs, and query execution at scale.
- Comfort working across the modern data stack, including streaming systems (Kafka), orchestration tools, BI tools, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to run and win technical evaluations against competitive alternatives, with a track record of influencing buying decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to flex between whiteboarding with engineers and presenting business value to executives.
- Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and enjoys being both hands-on with technology and directly responsible for revenue outcomes.
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer visits, conferences, and team events.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience deploying or administering ClickHouse in production.
- Experience with real-time analytics, observability, or large-scale event/log data use cases.
- Contributions to open-source data infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience at an early-stage or hypergrowth startup.
WHY CLICKHOUSE
- Work with one of the fastest-growing open-source projects and databases in the industry, at the center of the real-time analytics category.
- Join a technically excellent, customer-obsessed team that ships fast and takes ownership.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits, with a remote-friendly, distributed culture.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.

At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
The Role:
The Developer Platform team builds KMS, the key-management and signing service behind ZeroDev's embedded, non-custodial wallets. These are smart-account / account-abstraction wallets that developers integrate directly into their applications. End users retain control of their keys, while KMS security orchestrates wallet creation, authentication and signing on top of a third-party signing provider.
You'll own production Go services and the cryptographic recovery and trust-model systems around them, working in a small, high-ownership team. This is security-critical infrastructure with a high review bar and external security audits. You should already be comfortable with applied-cryptography fundamentals such as public-key cryptography, signatures and key management. You don’t need to be a cryptographer or have prior experience with areas like MPC or TEEs, but you should be able to reason about cryptographic systems and their security implications.
As the platform evolves, you'll also help expand it beyond interactive consumer wallets toward programmatic and automated signing, and programmable transaction policies.
What you'll work on:
Backend services: build and operate Go services that power wallet creation, authentication, and signing at scale
Key recovery and the committee trust model: distributed key generation and secret sharing that keep the service non-custodial, with recovery authority split across independent committees so no single party holds a user's key
Trusted Execution Environments: reconstructing and operating on key material under hardware isolation and remote attestation
Authentication and signing-provider integration: the user-facing auth methods that gate signing (passkeys / WebAuthn, OAuth, OTP, sessions, 2FA), and integrating with a third-party signing provider (authorization and policy flows, scoped credentials, quorum / consensus approvals)
Security review and hardening: writing design docs and decision records, working directly with external security auditors, and turning a high review bar into shipped code
Production operations on Kubernetes: observability and alerting, secrets and certificate management, on-call, and the compliance controls the domain requires (sanctions screening, PII-safe handling)
Who you are:
Strong backend engineer who has shipped and operated production services in Go (or an adjacent systems language and is eager to go deep in Go)
Security-first by default: You naturally think about threat models, blast radius and key custody, and write code that holds up to security-critical review
Comfortable with applied-cryptography: You understand fundamentals such as public-key cryptography, signatures and key management, and can reason about how they apply to production systems.
You don't need to be a cryptographer!
Solid on distributed systems and API design: You’re comfortable reasoning about idempotency, failure modes and clean service boundaries
Operationally experienced: You’ve worked with production infrastructure and are comfortable with Kubernetes, observability and incident response
Clear written communicator: You can explain technical decisions through design docs and decision records, and work effectively in a collaborative, review-heavy environment.
Nice-to-have
You don't need to have worked with all of these. Experience in one or more would be valuable.
Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) such as AWS Nitro Enclaves, Intel SGX / TDX or similar
Threshold cryptography / MPC, including DKG, FROST or other threshold signatures, verifiable secret sharing or resharing
Account abstraction, including ERC-4337, EIP-7702, smart accounts or embedded / non-custodial wallets
Custody or signing infrastructure such as Turnkey or Fireblocks, either as an integrator or builder
HSMs, YubiKey / PIV or secure-element integrations
Third-party security audits and driving remediation through to completion
Authentication technologies such as WebAuthn / passkeys and OAuth / OIDC, or experience with the Go crypto ecosystem
Perks:
Remote-first global workforce + NY office
Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
401k retirement plan + company match (US only)
Wellness stipend
Home office set up / ergonomic equipment program
Attention Offchain Job Seekers:
This role cannot be performed in California, or Colorado.
Please be advised that there has been a rise in fraudulent recruiter activities, particularly within the Web3 space. If you would like to confirm whether someone is an Offchain employee or the legitimacy of an offer you received, please email jobs@offchainlabs.com
At Offchain, we are committed to building a welcoming and supportive workplace for all employees, regardless of their background or identity. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued and has an equal opportunity to succeed and thrive. We encourage candidates from all walks of life to apply and join our team.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION:
Hybrid New York or Remote (EST timezone).
ROLE:
This person will bring Enteprise Accounts onto Morpho: Neobanks, Fintechs and Exchanges that put Morpho-powered earn and borrow in front of their own users (B2C or B2B). You will own the full cycle, from the prospecting to go-live and ramp up of the integration. This is a new business acquisition role: it rests on finding the accounts where Morpho can become core infrastructure partner, getting to the people who decide, coordinating the launch and closing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build a strategic fintech pipeline through targeted outreach and discovery to qualify valuable lending use cases.
- Map decision-makers across business, product and compliance to build a clear path to agreement.
- Lead technical discovery with crypto and product leaders to shape viable onchain lending integrations.
- Drive structuring and negotiation with executive stakeholders to close complex partnerships.
- Coordinate Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk to move signed partnerships toward launch and active loans.
- Plan account transitions with Growth to support expansion
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
FIRST 30 DAYS
You're fluent in the Morpho stack and caught up on every live new business conversation. Your own network is mapped, and you have a first view of the accounts worth pursuing.
FIRST 4 MONTHS
The target accounts are mapped and prioritized, you're in live conversations with the top ones, and your first new account is in motion with a term sheet in draft.
IN 1 YEAR
Your first integrations are live and ramping, and you've built a repeatable pipeline of new-logo distribution deals. The accounts you cover already know Morpho.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 10+ years experience of personally originating and closing complex fintech partnerships or integration deals.
- Technical fluency in crypto and onchain lending to lead most customer conversations independently.
- Understanding of how fintech business, product and compliance teams make decisions.
- Experience sustaining complex sales cycles and coordinating teams through launch.
- Executive presence, patient listening and the judgment to know when to push or pause.
- Strong ownership and autonomy in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Clear, crisp async communication across teams and time zones.
- A team-first mindset and low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The CDN Content team is responsible for serving all content that flows through Vercel's global CDN — static assets, optimized images, incrementally regenerated pages, partially prerendered shells, and everything in between — to billions of requests for millions of developers. Our focus is performance: ensuring content is served globally as fast as possible. Caching plays a big role in making that happen, and the team operates a multi-tier caching architecture spanning in-process caches, regional cache services, and object storage across 20+ regions.
As a Software Engineer on the team, you'll take on well-scoped projects with real production impact and grow into owning larger pieces of the system. The work spans the serving path end to end, and everything ships through careful, progressive rollouts validated with production data. You'll learn how a planet-scale CDN works from engineers who built it.
This is a team where infrastructure meets product: we work in close partnership with frameworks such as Next.js, bringing framework-defined infrastructure to life on Vercel's CDN, and the serving and caching behavior we ship directly shapes the performance and cost that millions of developers see. You'll develop strong instincts for distributed systems, careful production rollouts, and data-driven engineering.
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF or NY), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Build and improve the services behind ISR, PPR, and image optimization — working in Go, Lua, and TypeScript across the serving path.
Execute well-defined projects independently, from implementation through safe rollout (feature flags, shadow modes, progressive deployment) and post-ship validation.
Monitor and maintain your work in production: build dashboards, add metrics and alerts, and develop ownership of what you ship.
Contribute to the team's observability and testing surface — the dashboards, log views, and e2e test suites that keep a high-change system trustworthy.
Participate in the on-call rotation with support from senior engineers, and contribute to incident follow-ups that make the system more resilient.
Collaborate with teammates and partner teams (Next.js, CI/CD) through design discussions, code review, and pairing.
What you need
2+ years of experience building and operating backend services in production.
Proficiency in at least one of Go, TypeScript/Node.js, or a comparable systems language, and enthusiasm for working across a polyglot stack.
Solid understanding of HTTP and web fundamentals — caching headers, request/response lifecycle, what a proxy does.
You write code you're willing to operate: tested, instrumented, and documented.
Curious about how large-scale systems work, and motivated to dig into unfamiliar code and production data to figure things out.
A collaborative teammate who communicates clearly, asks good questions, and follows through reliably.
Bonus if you
Have experience with caching systems (CDNs, Redis/Memcached, application-level caches) at any scale.
Have AWS experience, particularly S3 or ElastiCache.
Have used Next.js or another modern web framework and understand rendering modes like SSR/SSG/ISR.
Have experience with observability tooling (Datadog, Honeycomb, or similar).
Have experience with Terraform or Kubernetes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a junior application security specialist to join a growing security team at Xsolla. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior specialists to identify, assess, and help remediate security vulnerabilities across our products and infrastructure.
You will be involved in day-to-day AppSec work - code reviews, vulnerability triage, threat modeling, and security testing. You are curious, detail-oriented, and eager to develop deep expertise in application security. You do not need to have all the answers, but you ask the right questions and follow through.
This is a strong learning environment. You will be exposed to real-world security challenges in a payment platform operating at scale, and supported by experienced security specialists who will help you grow.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. Responsibilities
Triage Security Findings
- Assess incoming bug bounty reports and scanner findings. Evaluate validity, calculate real severity, and escalate appropriately with clear written summaries.
Assist with Vulnerability Assessments
- Participate in security assessments of web applications and APIs. Help identify and document risks in new features and existing systems.
Write Clear Security Documentation
- Document findings, reproduction steps, and remediation guidance in a way that engineering teams can act on.
Support Threat Modeling
- Participate in threat modeling sessions. Learn to identify trust boundaries, data flows, and attack surfaces in system designs.
Monitor Security Tools
- Help operate
SAST
,
DAST
, and dependency scanning tooling. Track findings, reduce noise, and support remediation workflows.
Support Code Reviews
- Review code for common vulnerability classes under guidance of senior specialists. Learn to identify security issues across PHP, Python, and Go codebases.
Stay Current
- Follow developments in the security community. Bring awareness of new vulnerability classes, CVEs, and attack techniques relevant to our stack.
What You Bring
Web Security Fundamentals
- Solid understanding of common vulnerability classes:
OWASP
Top 10,
CSRF
,
XSS
,
IDOR
, SQL injection, open redirect, authentication and session management weaknesses. You understand root causes, not just names.
Web and Browser Fundamentals
- Solid understanding of how web applications work: HTTP request/response cycle, client-server model, REST APIs, how browsers handle same-origin policy, cookies and their attributes, and
CORS
. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Security Testing Tools
- Hands-on experience with Burp Suite or similar web application security testing tools. You have used them to intercept, modify, and replay requests — not just run automated scans.
Vulnerability Documentation
- Able to reproduce a vulnerability and write it up clearly: reproduction steps, proof of concept, and impact statement. Findings that engineering teams cannot reproduce or understand do not get fixed.
Secure Development Awareness
- Familiarity with foundational secure coding concepts: input validation, output encoding, parameterized queries, and least privilege.
Code Readability
- Ability to read and follow code in at least one language relevant to web security - PHP, Python, JavaScript, or Go. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to follow logic and spot security-relevant patterns.
Analytical Thinking
- You reason through problems methodically. You can explain not just what a vulnerability is but why it exists, how it is exploited, and what fixing it actually requires.
Clear Written Communication
- You write findings and summaries that are precise, reproducible, and useful to the engineers who need to act on them.
Curiosity and Initiative
- You dig into problems rather than stopping at the surface. When something looks wrong, you investigate before concluding
Nice to Have
Participation in bug bounty programs or
CTF
competitions;
Basic scripting ability for automation - Python or Bash;
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and where security tooling fits;
Exposure to cloud environments - GCP, AWS, or Azure;
Relevant coursework or certifications - eWPT,
CEH
, PortSwigger Web Security Academy progress, or similar entry-level credentials.
Xsolla operates across multiple time zones. Strong written communication is essential - you will need to document your work clearly so findings and context are not lost across handoffs. We value directness, intellectual honesty, and follow-through. If you do not know something, say so and find out. If you find something, explain it clearly and see it through to resolution.

About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed and regulated financial institution for digital assets. We hold licenses in Dubai (VARA) and Singapore (MAS), are registered in Hong Kong (TCSP), and operate 24/7 from offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
We are an integrated provider of custody, trading, financing, staking, and tokenization services. Our custody platform, Hex Safe, is one of the strongest in the market and serves 600+ institutional clients globally: investors and allocators (VCs, funds, family offices), Web3 companies (foundations, protocols, token issuers), and service providers (wealth managers, OTC desks, brokers, PSPs, corporates, banks). It stands out as the only platform offering regulated cold wallets with transaction signing under 1 second, compared to an industry average of around 2 hours.
As a pioneer in digital asset infrastructure, we are now expanding our ecosystem by strategically entering the payments’ business space. This expansion marks a pivotal milestone in our growth, aimed at bridging traditional finance with the digital economy through compliant, scalable and instant payment infrastructure.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to originated revenue, paid quarterly.
We are looking for a VP / Director Senior Sales for Cross-border Payments Solutions with a strong network across the payments and PSP ecosystem in APAC and the GCC. The ideal candidate has sold payment infrastructure into institutional clients, understands how PSPs and fintechs make integration decisions, and can speak credibly about stablecoins, on/off-ramps, settlement, and APIs.
As a Senior Payments specialist, you will help spearhead Hex Trust's strategic expansion, transforming our core enterprise capabilities into cutting-edge merchant solutions and global digital payment networks.
This role carries two mandates:
Scale our existing Convert-to-Pay business
by originating and closing PSP, acquirer, and fintech clients across APAC and the GCC — driving payment volume, recurring revenue, and stickiness from day one.
Secure a flagship design partner
to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — a strategic, build-the-future mandate at the frontier of where payments and digital assets are heading.
This is a pure origination role with high autonomy and direct impact on revenue. You will own the commercial cycle end-to-end: prospecting, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage. The platform is proven, the licenses are real, and we have the right to win.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the full commercial cycle for Convert-to-Pay: prospecting, qualification, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage across APAC and the GCC.
Identify and win new PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients to grow stablecoin payment volume, recurring revenue, and assets in flow — this is a hunting role.
Translate Hex Trust's regulated, API-first stablecoin payment capabilities into commercial wins with senior payments and treasury stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and secure a flagship design partner to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — shaping requirements, structuring a co-build relationship, and turning early collaboration into a long-term commercial anchor. This is a core responsibility and a key deliverable for the role.
Work closely with product, client operations, compliance, and legal to deliver smooth onboarding and integration.
Feed product, marketing, and leadership with market intelligence and client signals that shape the roadmap and our go-to-market.
Requirements
7–10 years of institutional or B2B sales / business development experience, with meaningful time in payments.
Proven track record of selling payment infrastructure — ideally cross-border, on/off-ramps, acquiring, or stablecoin/digital-asset payment rails — into PSPs, fintechs, or financial institutions.
An existing, active network in the PSP and payments ecosystem across APAC and/or the GCC. This is critical; we are not building your network from scratch.
Strong working knowledge of stablecoins, settlement, treasury workflows, and payment APIs — you do not need to be an engineer, but you must speak credibly on these topics to technical and commercial audiences alike.
Demonstrated ability to run the full sales cycle independently — prospecting through close — in a lean, fast-moving environment, including consultative, product-minded selling and co-creating solutions with early or strategic partners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly to senior stakeholders.
Fluent English is required. Mandarin (for HK/Singapore) or Arabic (for GCC) is a strong plus.
Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.
