ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As an Analytics Engineer at OnePay, you'll own the analytics foundation (dbt models, testing, and Databricks BI) so the business can move fast on trusted data. We build for humans and AI, so you’ll use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) daily to move faster and design models, metrics, and documentation that agents and analysts can both rely on.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build production dbt models on Databricks that the organization uses as the source of truth for what’s happening in the business
- Support external reporting with accurate, governed data that stakeholders and partners can trust
- Own data quality: testing, CI/CD, documentation, and patterns the team follows
- Build and evolve Databricks dashboards and semantic metrics for self-service across the business
- Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and analytics stakeholders to turn messy business problems into durable data products
- Drive AI-native workflows: Cursor/Claude (or equivalent) in daily development; model and doc design that works for LLM consumers
YOU BRING
- 3+ years in analytics engineering or equivalent: you’ve owned production models end-to-end, not just ad hoc analysis
- Expert SQL and deep dbt experience (architecture, incremental models, tests, macros, CI/CD)
- Strong Databricks BI (or equivalent semantic layer) delivery
- AI-savvy in practice: you already use AI coding tools daily, validate outputs rigorously, and design data for both humans and agents
- Proven ability to execute in ambiguity: startup pace, incomplete specs, bias toward shipping
- Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Owner mentality: you see what’s broken, fix it, and raise the bar for others
TOOLS WE USE
We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. We run on a highly distributed cloud-native stack with Kubernetes and AWS, and scale and resiliency are at the heart of everything we build. We also embrace agentic development, so engineers have their choice of a variety of models and agent harnesses, including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and more to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's New Markets and Monetization team exists to bring transformational AI to every business. Model capabilities are compounding, and the Claude Platform is how businesses build with our models. Our job within the Claude Platform is to make sure that every industry, not just software, can build on frontier AI with our APIs and that everyone who builds on Claude prospers by it.
The work falls into two pillars that reinforce each other.
Verticals:
identifying and building for the next API markets.
Monetization:
the commercial machinery that lets the platform do business anywhere, with anyone: a single way for usage that flows through partners, resellers, and other platforms.
We're hiring the founding product managers onto this team, and this posting covers all of them. You will own one of the areas below outright, work day to day with a dedicated engineering lead and designer, and be measured on numbers that are company-level goals for the half. Almost none of this exists yet, so most weeks you will be the person defining the problem rather than receiving it.
Key responsibilities
Partner and platform billing.
How usage that reaches Claude through a partner, reseller, or another platform is metered, attributed, and billed, and the program terms that go with it, so indirect volume can grow without our risk growing with it.
Spend observability and controls.
Giving enterprise buyers a precise view of what they spend and where, and turning that into limits and controls they can enforce, including programmatically.
One account, and the startup path built on it.
One login and one wallet across the API and Claude's subscriptions, so a builder's first commit, first production call, and first invoice are on a single plan.
A vertical.
The platform strategy for a particular industry: what builders there need that the platform doesn't yet do, which bets to make, and shipping them with the vertical's own product and go-to-market partners.
Whatever your focus, you will:
Build on primitives owned by the Billing Platform and Auth & Identity teams, and ship with Growth, Go-to-Market and Startups, Legal, Finance, and Data Science
Structure the commercial terms yourself, whether that's pricing, revenue attribution, or partner and startup program terms, with Finance, Legal, and Business Development
Talk to every side of the ecosystem, from enterprise buyers and startup builders to the partners that resell or embed Claude and the industry customers we're building for, and turn it into a roadmap where each new participant makes the platform more valuable to the rest
Own the team's outcome metrics: the share of the platform's business outside coding, new startup revenue, volume unified across the API and Claude's subscriptions, and the volume partners book on Claude, and make sure the instrumentation exists to know whether what you shipped moved them
Write the strategy, the specs, and the analysis yourself
Minimum qualifications
Have owned a developer platform, API, billing or money-movement product, or self-serve growth product end to end, and were the person accountable for its revenue or activation number (for most people this means five or more years as a PM, but we care about the ownership, not the years)
Have built with or shipped on top of large language models, and have a view on what changes about billing, identity, or distribution when the customer is sometimes an agent
Are technically fluent: you read API docs, work through a billing, identity, or attribution design with engineers, and make calls on platform primitives yourself
Pull your own data: SQL or equivalent, to define a metric, build a funnel, or size a market
Have negotiated pricing, revenue share, or program terms with Finance, Legal, or Business Development counterparts
Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive, and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you're making
Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about growing this platform in a way where the people building on it share in the upside
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of product management experience
Worked on metering, usage attribution, reseller or cloud-marketplace channels, or enterprise spend management
Taken a developer platform into a new industry, or built product in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or another regulated industry
Grown a developer product's self-serve or startup business, including its pricing and packaging
Built account, identity, or subscription systems that span more than one product
Taken a product from zero to one, where the users, the product, and the economics all had to be worked out at once
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Coach the team on selling to technical and executive audiences, including engineering leaders, AI teams, platform teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Inspect pipeline rigorously, identify risks early, and ensure clear next steps across priority opportunities.
- Develop a clear view of market demand, buyer personas, competitive dynamics, and customer pain points across your region.
- Help refine LangChain’s enterprise sales motion as we scale from early GTM into a more repeatable, predictable sales organization.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent as the region grows.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, including 2+ years leading quota-carrying sales teams.
- Proven track record managing teams that sell complex technical products to enterprise customers.

- Experience selling to technical buyers such as engineering, infrastructure, data, AI/ML, developer platform, or product teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage or high-growth environment where playbooks are still being built.
- Strong cross-functional instincts and a collaborative approach to working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.
- High ownership, low ego, and a willingness to be hands-on with customers, deals, and team development.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure software, observability, data platforms, ML/AI tooling, or open-source commercial products.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, observability, evaluations, or modern AI application development.

- Experience with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Prior success selling into both digital-native and large enterprise accounts.
- Experience working in a highly technical, product-led, or open-source-influenced sales environment.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will oversee a book of 60–70 Enterprise customers (750+ employees) and own the long-term relationship, overall account health, and commercial outcomes for your portfolio. Internally, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support customer initiatives, coordinate efforts, and contribute insights that help shape Ramp’s product and operational processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own a portfolio of ~60-70 Enterprise customers, with a clear responsibility to develop strategies for expansion, driving revenue for Ramp
- Lead customer conversations across all seniority levels, including operators, finance leadership, and C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and drive strong business outcomes
- Manage renewals end-to-end, from identifying the need to solution design, positioning, and negotiation
- Create and execute scalable account plans, highlighting areas of risk, opportunity, and long-term strategy
- Run regular touchpoints — status calls, optimization reviews, roadmap conversations, and QBRs — to keep customers engaged and successful
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, CSMs, and Solutions teams to deliver a cohesive and high-quality customer experience
- Travel occasionally for customer on-sites, events, and internal summits
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in a closing role with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
- Experience managing Enterprise or large Mid-Market accounts (500+ employees), ideally in a scaled book model
- Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS
- Comfortable explaining product workflows, integrations, and technical requirements to both financial and technical stakeholders

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including comfort working with senior leadership and the C-suite
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or growth targets in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- High level of ownership, adaptability, and comfort working through ambiguity
- Willingness to travel as needed

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Manager of Channel Partnerships at Tennr, you will own pipeline generation through the activation of our signed partners. Tennr's business development team signs partners; you take the handoff and build the enablement, incentives, cadence, and systems that turn a contract into a qualified pipeline. You will build and scale partnerships in phases, starting with the most established base and expanding across additional channels over time.
We're looking for a builder who has activated a channel before at a healthcare company and is energized by a partner base that is signed but not yet producing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the primary relationship owner with a growing book of signed partners.
- Map partner networks to Tennr's ICP and identified target accounts so partners can effectively hunt in the verticals we care about, segmented by specialty and geography.
- Partner with sales enablement and marketing to build playbooks and high-impact collateral for partners to use in market.
- Run the cadence that keeps partners producing between deals: reviews, check-ins, communications, and the incentive programs behind them.
- Stand up partner tooling and reporting, feed insight back to BD on which partners to sign more of, and extend the motion to new channels as we sign it.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience activating and scaling a signed partner or channel base at a growth-stage company.
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline through partners, with clear ownership of a number.
- Experience activating channels for a company selling into healthcare, with fluency in MSOs, GPOs, and EMRs.
- Track record of designing or rebuilding a partner incentive program.
- Proven expertise with key CRM/PRM tooling (SFDC, Crossbeam, etc.)
- Strong executive presence across both startup and enterprise audiences
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who operates with a high ownership mentality
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's engineers want to work in an AI-first way. What's missing isn't enthusiasm — it's the platform underneath it. Today everyone assembles their own agent config, context files, and MCP servers, so the good patterns stay trapped in individual setups instead of becoming defaults everyone inherits.
You'll build that platform: the agent configurations tuned to our monorepo, the context and tooling layer that makes agents competent in our codebase, the evals that tell us which approaches actually work, and the rollout mechanics that get a new engineer productive with agents in week one.
You are not here to mandate how engineers use AI — you're here to make the good path the easy path. Success looks like teams adopting what you build because it beats what they'd cobble together themselves, not because a policy requires it. Platform engineer, not AI evangelist. Ship infrastructure, measure it, kill what doesn't work, let adoption be the referee.
The playbook for AI-first SDLC doesn't exist at any company yet. You'll write ours.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Agent substrate — Repo-level context infrastructure that makes agents competent in our codebase (CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md http://CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md conventions, architecture and domain context, and the tooling to keep it accurate as code moves). Internal MCP servers giving agents scoped access to CI, observability, incident tooling, deployment state, and docs. Shared skills, subagents, and hooks that encode Baseten workflows. Sandboxed environments where agents can build and test safely.
The golden path — Project templates and onboarding that ship with AI tooling configured and working. Self-serve infrastructure so teams build their own agents without you as the bottleneck. Gateway, auth, cost controls, and audit logging for internal model access.
The feedback loop — Eval harnesses that answer "is this config better than that one" against real Baseten tasks, not vibes. Instrumentation of AI tool usage and its downstream effects on cycle time, review latency, and change failure rate. Honest reporting, including on what you built that didn't pan out.
Agents in the SDLC — Automation where agents earn their keep: PR review triage, test gap-filling, incident context assembly, migrations and refactors, codebase Q&A. Integrating agents into CI/CD with guardrails that make it trustworthy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the internal AI developer platform end to end — architecture, build, rollout, operation, measurement.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and whatever ships next quarter), and build the context layer that makes them work against our monorepo.
- Build frameworks that let other engineers create their own agents without deep LLM expertise.
- Establish the evaluation practice for AI-assisted development at Baseten, and use it to drive investment decisions.
- Drive adoption through developer experience — good defaults, clear docs, low friction — not mandate.
- Embed with teams to find where AI genuinely unblocks them, then generalize those wins into platform capabilities.
- Own the safety layer: permissions, secrets handling, audit trails, cost management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 4+ years of relevant industry experience building and enabling AI native SDLC
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go, building tools other engineers depend on daily.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks — tool calling, MCP, context management, orchestration, failure handling. You've shipped something agentic that real people used, not just prototyped.
- Deep personal fluency with AI coding tools and well-formed opinions about where they break down.
- Platform mindset: you build for adoption and self-service, treat internal engineers as customers, and would rather ship a good default than write a style guide.
- Developer tooling, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/Docker fundamentals.
- Comfort with ambiguity — this space invalidates its own best practices every few months.
- Excellent written communication. Much of your leverage is docs, templates, and examples that scale beyond conversations you're in.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

THE ROLE
Baseten is seeking talented and experienced Software Engineers to join our Platform team within the Infrastructure organization. As a member of Baseten's Platform Team, you will own the systems that let every engineer at Baseten prove their code works before it reaches production. Our product runs mission-critical AI inference for customers who measure downtime in dollars per second, which means our internal bar for correctness, performance, and failure tolerance has to be exceptional.
Your focus is the full testing stack: fast and reliable unit test tooling, integration harnesses that spin up realistic environments on demand, load and performance testing for GPU-backed inference workloads, and resilience testing that deliberately breaks things so our customers never have to find out what happens when a node dies mid-request. This is a builder role with org-wide leverage. You won't be writing tests for other teams — you'll be building the frameworks, harnesses, and feedback loops that make writing good tests the path of least resistance, and you'll set the standards for what "well-tested" means at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Baseten's testing strategy end to end — define the standards, the tiers, and the tooling that engineering teams build against.
- Build and maintain unit, integration, load and performance testing frameworks
- Design end to end test infrastructure that provisions realistic dependencies on demand — ephemeral Kubernetes namespaces, containerized service dependencies, etc.
- Build resilience and chaos testing capabilities: fault injection, network partition and latency simulation, pod and node failure scenarios, dependency degradation, and automated verification that our systems degrade gracefully and recover.
- Attack test suite reliability head-on — flake detection and quarantine, test impact analysis and selective execution, parallelization, and aggressive reduction of end-to-end CI wall time.
- Build observability into the testing layer itself: coverage reporting, test health dashboards, failure triage tooling, and clear signals about which areas of the codebase are under-tested.
- Create project templates and shared libraries so new services start with a complete testing setup on day one.
- Partner directly with product and infrastructure teams — embed where needed, understand their hardest testing problems, and turn one-off solutions into platform capabilities.
- Mentor engineers across the org on testing practice and raise the collective bar through code review, documentation, and internal advocacy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python, with hands-on experience building test tooling and libraries used by other engineers.
- Deep experience with testing frameworks and their internals — pytest, Go's testing package, testify, testcontainers, or equivalents — including the ability to extend them, not just use them.
- Experience designing integration test infrastructure for distributed systems, including ephemeral environment provisioning and dependency management.
- Practical experience with load and performance testing tools (k6, Locust, Vegeta, JMeter, Gatling, or similar) and the judgment to interpret results and drive action from them.
- Solid Kubernetes and Docker fundamentals — you can build test infrastructure that runs on and tests against real cluster environments.
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD, including how to keep large test suites fast, deterministic, and trustworthy at scale.
- A track record of measurably improving testing culture on an engineering team — you have opinions on what to test, what not to test, and where the ROI actually is.
- Are excited about building foundational infrastructure and are comfortable working independently on ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We believe that there is a better healthcare world – one powered by data. Our platform transforms complex, diverse data into a unified foundation for health, helping organizations deliver better care, boost revenue, and lower costs.
We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Teams across Arcadia already put agents to work enabling clients' clinical, analytics, and operations teams. We use them heavily for our own work, too. Much of the platform foundation is in place. Now it has to handle longer-running workflows, client-facing agents, and PHI at scale.
You'll join the team that owns the platform underneath these agent workflows. This isn't a solo mandate. Your influence comes from what you ship and what other teams build on top of it.
How We Build
Engineers at Arcadia own outcomes end to end: the problem, the design, the code, the rollout, and the result in production. We build alongside AI without handing it our judgment; our automation is governed and transparent, built to strengthen human expertise, not replace it. We have few layers, high agency, deep ownership. We adopt new tools and practices quickly, which lets us move faster than many startups while keeping the discipline a regulated environment demands.
Our agent platform sits on top of governed access to AWS-based petabyte-scale lakehouse data with open table formats, distributed Spark processing, and Kubernetes services. The current implementation has an OSS agent harness and a gateway/router across model providers, all built on a third-party agent framework.
What Success Looks Like
Arcadia product teams should be able to spin up an agent quickly, ship it with confidence, and evolve it over time safely and cost-effectively. The platform provides the building blocks: persistence, workflows, memory, and identity-aware, compliant connectivity to tools. The platform also takes care of the quality attributes: caching, compaction, evals, guardrails, observability, resiliency, and safe handling of PHI.
Teams adopt it because it's the fastest safe path, not because they're told to. You treat it as a product and can show the impact in numbers.
Next: customers bring their own agents to Arcadia, and eventually assemble them from our building blocks.
What You'll Be Doing
Evolve and run our agent platform for both internal and client-facing use cases: the runtime, SDKs, templates, and paved paths that let teams ship agents on Arcadia's data. You write a meaningful share of the code.
Stand up and harden the infrastructure underneath it: IaC, network topology, security controls, and the operational tooling that keeps it running, in close partnership with SRE.
Make quality attributes platform defaults, not per-team projects: evaluation harnesses and regression gates, guardrails and policy enforcement, tracing and telemetry, and resiliency patterns for model, tool, and data failures, plus the inevitable provider churn.
Design for a regulated industry: PHI isolation, least-privilege identity for agents, audit trails, and human review.
Run the platform as an internal product: work with the teams building on it every week, and measure adoption and developer experience.
Partner with domain teams on their hardest agent use cases, and turn what you learn into platform capability.
Own it in production: SLOs, on-call, incident response, and postmortems.
Set the technical bar for how engineers build with AI at Arcadia, and coach Senior Engineers through design partnership and review. Their trajectory is part of your impact.
What You'll Bring
Platforms you've built and run that other engineering teams adopted, from ambiguous beginnings through years of operation, with results you can show.
Deep foundations in cloud-native distributed systems, data infrastructure, and service architecture. You reason from first principles.
Hands-on infrastructure depth: IaC, cloud, security architecture, and running production systems. You can go deep with SRE, not just hand work off to them.
Current, hands-on production coding, and the desire to keep doing it.
Passion for developer experience (DevEx/DevProd) as a discipline.
Writing clear enough to set standards beyond your own work, and influence that comes from credibility, not title.
No healthcare background required. We hire builders from fintech, infrastructure, and consumer scale, and teach the domain.
Would Love for You to Have
Scars from production LLM/agent deployments beyond glossy demos (but we won't ask for 20 years of LLM experience).
Pragmatism about the LLM ecosystem: excited by it, not distracted by it.
Regulated-data experience (HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2 or HITRUST environments).
A public voice through talks, writing, or open source.
What You'll Get
The opportunity to own one of Arcadia's most consequential platform domains and to set its direction for years.
Direct influence on how Arcadia's engineering org adopts AI; your tooling, patterns, and standards become examples others build on.
Remote-first across the US, with in-person hubs growing in Boston, DC, and NYC.
A flexible culture with personality and heart, named a Built In 2026 Best Place to Work.
Work that shows up in patients' lives.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Manager, Product Applied Science to build and lead a team at the core of Garner's product. Our members rely on us to answer hard questions — Which doctor should I see? What will it cost? When should we reach out, and how? — and the quality of those answers is determined by the algorithms behind them.
This is a hands-on management role. You are responsible for the overall technical direction of your squad, building alongside your team of Applied Scientists to solve some of the hardest problems at the company.
This is not a dashboards or descriptive-analytics team. Your team owns production systems end-to-end: framing the problem, defining the objective function, choosing the right approach (ML, optimization, heuristics, expert systems, or a hybrid), shipping it, and improving it against real-world outcomes. The closest analog outside healthcare is leading a research pod at a top hedge fund.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Lead a team of 4-6 — hire, coach, and develop them, hold the bar on both rigor and speed, and help raise that bar across Applied Science
Own the Population Health team and their outputs as a core responsibility
Own your team's roadmap and delivery: what gets built, in what order, and whether it ships
Set technical direction, and get in the weeds to do it — stay close enough to the code and the data to call the approach yourself, whether that's machine learning, optimization, a heuristic, or a simple rule, and set the standard for how your team makes that call
Define the set of metrics needed to judge whether a solution is working, and validate solutions before they ship
Put your own hands on the problems where your judgment matters most — the highest-stakes, least-defined work — and deliver the algorithmic step-changes that move metrics like total-cost-of-care savings, steerage, and member engagement
Turn ambiguous business goals into a clear problem set alongside Research, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders, and represent your team's work to senior leadership
Set the quality bar: review your team's work with rigor, and define the metrics that decide whether a solution is working
Build a deep understanding of the healthcare economy and Garner's place in it
To make the role concrete, here are three problems on our near-term roadmap:
Provider tiering optimization.
Build a tiering algorithm that jointly optimizes geographic access and total-cost-of-care savings across our doctor network. The objective function, constraints, and tradeoff surface are all open design questions.
AI primary care doctor.
Fine-tune and productionize an LLM-based primary care experience on our website, including the evaluation harness, guardrails, and ongoing quality monitoring needed to ship a medical-adjacent product safely.
Member engagement model.
Build an ML system that ingests claims data and in-app behavior to choose the right channel and moment for each touchpoint — SMS, push, phone, or email — to influence member behavior toward better-quality, lower-cost care.
The ideal candidate has:
6+ years of industry experience as an Applied Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Research Scientist, or equivalent; or 4+ years of industry experience with a relevant advanced degree, PhDs preferred
Deep technical credibility, with the range and judgment to lead scientists who are experts in their own right, and the willingness to stay hands-on
Strong judgment in choosing between statistical models, heuristics, optimization approaches, and simpler algorithmic methods depending on the problem
Strong applied problem-solving skills, with the ability to define good metrics and then deliver solutions that improve them
A bias toward action, quickly translating ideas into working prototypes to test approaches
Strong communication skills, including at the executive level, with a track record of driving alignment across teams and functions
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
Technologies we use:
Python, SQL, AWS, Snowflake, pandas, XGBoost, PyTorch, HuggingFace, modern LLM tooling and eval frameworks. We pick tools based on the problem, not the resume — bring your judgment.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the team behind Garner's algorithmic systems — shaping how members find better care, and how applied science gets done at Garner, while staying close to the work yourself.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target base comp range for this position is $300,000-$390,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. As the Security Operations Center (SOC) continues to grow, dedicated ownership of the case lifecycle has become essential to ensuring incidents and investigations are consistently tracked and driven to closure. The Cyber Case Manager serves as the single point of accountability for that lifecycle – from intake through resolution – ensuring every case is owned, prioritized, progressing, and documented. This individual-contributor will report to the Security Operations leader.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases including intake, ownership assignment, progress tracking, and driving cases to resolution and closure.
Serve as the single point of accountability for case status across the SOC, maintaining an accurate, prioritized, real-time view of all open incidents and investigations.
Exercise authority to assign, reprioritize, and escalate cases across SOC Analysts, Threat Detection Engineering, and Incident Response to keep work moving and eliminate stalled cases.
Enforce case-handling SLAs and quality standards; proactively identify aging, blocked, or at-risk cases and escalate to the Security Operations Leader.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning incident response, DFIR, insider-threat cases, vulnerability-remediation tracking, audit and GRC findings, and eDiscovery and legal-hold requests.
Manage case documentation and evidence integrity – ensuring timelines, actions, decisions, and artifacts are captured consistently and remain audit-ready.
Integrate case workflows with SIEM/SOAR so alerts, enrichment, and automated actions flow into and out of the case record without manual re-keying.
Produce case metrics and leadership reporting, including MTTD, MTTR, backlog, aging, closure rates, and SLA adherence
for SOC leadership and stakeholders.
Build and continuously improve case-management processes, intake criteria, and runbooks to increase throughput and reduce manager overhead.
Facilitate case reviews, shift and regional handoffs, and post-incident lessons-learned, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
Leverage the SOC’s SIEM and SOAR platforms, with Jira and Confluence as the system of record.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, SOC Analysts, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and business stakeholders to support sensitive investigations, maintain confidentiality and chain of custody, and strengthen iCapital’s overall cyber resiliency.
Participate in incident-driven after-hours coordination as needed to keep high-priority cases moving.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in cyber security operations, incident response, or security case and program management
Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or information technology is preferred
Experience in a regulated industry; financial services or fintech is preferred
Hands-on experience managing incident or case queues in a SOC or incident response environment
Working knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms and how alerts and cases flow through them
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, tracking, and documentation
Strong understanding of the incident response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and drive work to closure through influence and follow-through, without direct reporting authority over those teams
Familiar with handling sensitive investigations, evidence handling, and chain-of-custody principles
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail while managing many concurrent cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report status clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Relevant certifications (i.e. GCIH, GCFE, PMP, ITIL, or Splunk and SOAR) are preferred
Experience with dedicated case-management or SOAR platforms (i.e. ServiceNow SIR, TheHive, Splunk SOAR and Phantom)
Exposure to insider-threat, DFIR, eDiscovery, legal-hold, or GRC and audit workflows
Familiar with cloud environments, AWS is preferred and knowledge of Agile frameworks is preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

We're looking for a Capabilities Researcher to join the team building Claude Security. In this role, you'll identify which security capabilities in frontier models are ready to build on, measure how well they perform, and work out how to make them useful to customers who are not security experts.
Frontier models have become substantially more capable at security work over recent generations, and they continue to improve with each release. That progress creates a set of practical questions: which capabilities are reliable enough to depend on, how they perform in realistic conditions, how they behave when an adversary is involved, and where their limits are. You'll be responsible for answering those questions through fast prototyping and rigorous evaluation, and your findings will shape what the team decides to build.
You'll also work on making those capabilities usable. Together with engineers on the team, you'll design the scaffolding, tooling, and defaults that let a strong model capability do useful work for a non-expert, and you'll stay involved as it becomes a product.
This is a research role on a product team, with a broad charge and real latitude in what you investigate. It suits someone who already has ideas about what AI should be able to do for security teams and wants the models, the time, and the engineering support to pursue them.
Responsibilities
Prototype rapidly to find define the AI frontier for cybersecurity work
Design evaluations that measure model performance on the work security teams actually do
Build the datasets, harnesses, and scoring those evaluations depend on
Engage with the cybersecurity community to help define where AI can make the most impact
Work with engineers and researchers to operationalize promising capabilities into something customers can rely on
Track how model capabilities for security are changing, and what that means for what we build next
Share findings that inform product direction, and partner with product leadership on priorities
You may be a good fit if you:
Have deep expertise in one or more security domains, such as vulnerability research, exploit development, reverse engineering, malware analysis, incident response, or offensive security
Have built AI-powered tools or capabilities for security work
Can get from an idea to a working prototype quickly, and abandon the ones that don't hold up
Are comfortable designing rigorous evaluations and interpreting the results honestly
Can write and communicate clearly about technical findings
Have 7+ years of experience in security research, security engineering, or a closely related field
Strong candidates may also have:
Published research, CTF results, CVEs, or open source security tooling
Experience with model evaluation, benchmarking, or red teaming
Experience building agentic applications
Familiarity with the safety considerations of AI in security contexts
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$405,000
—
$485,000 USD
If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
