We Offer
Competitive salary that reflects your experience and the value you bring.
Flexibility that fits your life — work from home, from our office, or a mix of both. You decide what works best.
Flexible benefits package — choose the options that suit your life, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
A genuinely good place to work — an informal, collaborative culture where ideas are heard and bureaucracy stays out of your way.
Continuous learning — ongoing training, education programs, and the support to deepen your expertise in a fast-moving industry.
Connection beyond your desk — events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.
Global exposure — work side by side with talented colleagues from all over the world, across a business serving clients in 100+ countries.

The role
We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager
to own IT infrastructure in Nebius data centers from the moment it is accepted into operations: acceptance of new sites and GPU clusters from the Project team, and delivery of projects and changes in live production environments. You will work with modern GPU clusters — GPU servers, high-speed networking, compute and storage — acting as the link between the Project team,
DC
engineers, vendors and IT Operations.
This role represents IT Operations in those projects, sets the acceptance bar and owns the transition into steady-state operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acceptance & operational readiness of new sites and clusters
Represent IT Operations in new site and cluster projects from the planning stage: define acceptance criteria and operational readiness requirements upfront, before build starts.
Own the acceptance process: readiness assessments, acceptance testing against agreed criteria, punch lists, operational sign-off. Acceptance is mandatory — no site or cluster moves into operations without it.
Prepare operations for takeover: operational procedures, tooling, documentation, on-site processes, spares and vendor support in place before sign-off.
Manage the transition period from Project team to IT Operations, including defect follow-up and closure of open items after handover.
Operations projects & change management in live DCs
Manage and deliver IT infrastructure projects and change requests in production data centers: hardware deployments and replacements, capacity changes in accepted clusters, network and cabling changes, decommissioning.
Own the change lifecycle for
DC
IT infrastructure: change requests, risk and impact assessment, MOPs, maintenance windows, rollback plans, post-implementation review.
Manage risks and dependencies in live environments; proactively identify technical, operational and process issues and drive them to resolution.
Stakeholders, communication & documentation
Lead communication with all stakeholders: transparent progress reporting, expectation management, escalation of critical blockers, timely decision-making.
Lead project meetings, technical reviews and operational readiness discussions with a focus on clear ownership, actionable outcomes and execution.
Maintain project and operational documentation: acceptance criteria and reports, risk registers, issue logs, operational procedures, handover documentation, deployment reports.
Cross-functional coordination & operational excellence
Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, network, security, procurement, hardware lifecycle and operations teams across acceptance and operational phases.
Work directly with data center engineers, vendors, contractors and operations teams.
Lead operational reviews and planning with internal teams; improve reliability, response times and workflows.
Contribute to automation, process improvements and design support as needed.
We expect you to have:
Proven experience in data center IT infrastructure operations, preferably in high-performance or AI-oriented environments.
Experience accepting IT infrastructure into operations: defining acceptance criteria, running readiness assessments, taking handover from project teams.
Experience running changes in live production environments: change requests, MOPs, maintenance windows, rollback planning.
Solid understanding of data center design and operations: racking, cabling, power planning, cooling considerations.
Hands-on experience with IT hardware in data centers; comfortable on site during live operations.
Experience in project delivery, team coordination and cross-team collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot technical and workflow issues across the IT stack.
Ability to document processes, maintain tracking systems and produce clear acceptance, deployment and handover reports.
Strong stakeholder management; clear communication between technical and business teams.
Ownership, drive and follow-through — including the ability to refuse sign-off when criteria are not met.
Ready for regular business trips, including on-site presence during acceptance of new sites and clusters.
It will be
an added bonus
if you have:
Structured project management or delivery frameworks (PRINCE2,
PMI
, Agile).
ITIL
/ formal change management experience.
Relevant technical certifications.
Familiarity with GPU clusters / AI workloads.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

In this role, you'll be passionate about open source software, drive repeatable sales processes, and influence GitLab's growth by establishing disciplined go-to-market strategies, developing sales talent, and executing against ambitious bookings targets in France.
What you’ll do
Lead the growth of GitLab's business in France, taking ownership for building the country plan, pipeline discipline, and day-to-day execution to achieve or exceed quarterly bookings and ARR growth targets.
Manage, coach, and develop a small team of Account Executives, staying close to the field, joining customer meetings, and modeling hands-on, high-activity sales behaviour.
Drive new logo acquisition across a broad base of medium-sized Italian businesses while shaping a long-term strategy to engage larger accounts.
Build GitLab’s reputation in the Italian market by partnering with marketing, business development, and local networks to generate pipeline and increase market awareness.
Establish clear operating rhythms, sales processes, and methodologies that bring structure, organization, and accountability to the team without losing agility.
Collaborate with regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners across account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations to align territory coverage, share best practices, and ensure consistent execution across the region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at the executive level (CXO and program level), positioning GitLab as a strategic partner and identifying expansion opportunities.
Analyze pipeline, forecast, and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities, adjust plans so the team focuses on the highest-impact activities, and represent the Italian business internally by sharing insights on market trends, customer needs, and resource requirements to inform regional strategy.
What you’ll bring
Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams, ideally within France, with a focus on coaching and developing talent.
Ability to design and execute a country go-to-market plan, including pipeline generation discipline, territory coverage, and disciplined deal execution.
Strength in balancing hands-on field work with strategic leadership, staying close to customers while managing day-to-day operations.
Familiarity with B2B software or technology sales and open source/DevSecOps concepts, with enthusiasm for learning GitLab’s platform and building long-term market presence.
Skills in creating structure, setting clear expectations, and driving organized, data-informed sales processes, including use of MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create trust and empathy with both customers and GitLab team members at all levels.
Comfort operating in a dynamic, growth-focused, all-remote environment, acting as a self-directed “manager of one” and using Salesforce.com or similar CRM and marketing automation systems to build trackable, repeatable sales processes.
About the team
You’ll join a regional sales organization focused on growing GitLab’s presence across France, working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional partners in account management, customer success, marketing, product, engineering, and operations. The team is all-remote and collaborates asynchronously across time zones to build pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver consistent customer experiences. You’ll help shape how we organize coverage, implement disciplined sales processes, and bring structure to a high-growth region while staying aligned with global sales strategy and GitLab’s values of transparency, collaboration, and results.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Strategic WFM Analyst lives in the Core Workforce Management (WFM) Planning & Operations Strategy team and is responsible for owning centralized forecast, capacity planning, workforce cost optimization, and strategic headcount trade-offs across all lines of business (LOBs). Moving beyond traditional scheduling and intraday monitoring, this role acts as a high-judgment governance function, translating complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime spend strategies, modelling capacity risks, and aligning executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations. You are exceptionally strong in WFM maths and financial analytics, exhibit deep strategic curiosity, navigate messy raw data effortlessly, and communicate recommendations with executive-level clarity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translating multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity, headcount, and budget requirements.
- Modelling workforce and financial trade-offs across internal FTEs, BPO partners, overtime spend, bonus hours, productivity shifts, and shrinkage.
- Analyzing demand-funnel changes (e.g., product feature roll outs, AI bot deflection shifts) and quantifying their exact capacity and dollar blast radius.
- Partnering directly with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate baseline assumptions, enforce input SLAs, and align on staffing commitments.
- Drafting concise, decision-ready executive memos and Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) for Directors and leadership.
- Conducting deep-dive root-cause analyses whenever operational actuals deviate from capacity plans and establishing corrective action paths.
- Standardizing capacity planning frameworks, modeling templates, and operating standards across LOBs.
- Maintaining deep forecasting competency to audit models, challenge underlying assumptions, and provide seamless coverage across the broader central WFM engine.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strategic WFM Maths: Exceptionally strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modelling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs) and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, or Python.
- Business & Financial Judgement: Demonstrated ability to connect operational queue dynamics directly to dollar exposure, hiring velocity, BPO costs, and SLA risk.
- Executive Communication: Superior strategic writing skills with a natural instinct to distil complex, multi-variable workforce analytics into scannable, 1-2 page decision memos.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to establish governance frameworks, challenge bad assumptions with back tested data, and align Finance, Product, and Operations leadership without formal authority.
- Blank-Page Ownership: High comfort operating in ambiguous environments with incomplete data, verifiably isolating what materially matters without requiring step-by-step direction.
- WFM Analyst Profile: Strong core WFM domain expertise with a strategic/Ops spike, not a generalist and not a passive traditional scheduler.

Coinspaid Dev is the engineering brand behind the technology, infrastructure, and R&D expertise built within Coinspaid. With more than 120 engineersand over 11 years of industry experience, Coinspaid Dev brings together software engineering, infrastructure, security and R&D teams with experience building distributed systems and blockchain infrastructure operating across more than 20 blockchain networks.
Coinspaid Dev emerges as an independent engineering brand with a straightforward mission: to advance blockchain infrastructure engineering and contribute practical expertise back to the industry. The structure is new. The experience behind it is not.
Director of Technology Operations
We are building the next operating model for a ~150-person technology organization behind production-critical financial infrastructure.
We are looking for a Director of Technology Operations to lead that transformation.
This is not a traditional infrastructure or IT operations role. The mandate is to evolve Technology Operations from a primarily reactive model toward a scalable organization built around clear ownership, platform engineering, automation, self-service, operational excellence, resilience and measurable outcomes.
You will initially lead several established technology functions through their existing Heads and Leads, with approximately 25 people across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT and Operational Excellence. The mandate is broader than the initial team size: you will help shape the operating model of a ~150-person technology organization and build capabilities designed to scale significantly beyond today's structure.
Your responsibility will go beyond managing these teams. You will help shape how the broader technology organization operates: how production services are owned, how incidents and changes are managed, how engineers consume infrastructure capabilities, how operational risks are identified, and how recurring manual work is systematically eliminated.
A major part of the role is organizational transformation. We expect you to assess the current model, challenge it where necessary, define the target state, develop the leaders underneath you, and deliver measurable improvements rather than simply introduce new processes.
The goal is straightforward: as the company grows, Technology Operations should become more reliable, resilient and scalable while requiring less manual coordination, less operational toil and less executive intervention.
What you will do
Lead the transformation of Technology Operations across Platform/DevOps, Corporate IT and Operational Excellence, moving the organization from reactive operations toward ownership, automation, self-service and measurable outcomes.
Define the Technology Operations strategy, target operating model, organizational structure, responsibilities, priorities and transformation roadmap.
Lead multiple established technology functions through Heads, Leads and other managers, creating clear accountability and developing leaders who can operate with increasing autonomy.
Lead the evolution of DevOps toward a Platform Engineering model that reduces operational toil, increases self-service and improves developer productivity while maintaining reliability and security.
Partner with Engineering to establish a "you build it, you own it" model, where product teams retain ownership of their services in production while Technology Operations provides the platform, standards, tooling and operational framework that enable them to operate reliably.
Develop Service Management toward Operational Excellence: strengthen service ownership, incident and problem management, introduce risk-based change governance, reduce unnecessary manual controls, and use operational data to eliminate systemic causes of failures.
Transform Corporate IT toward a secure, automated employee technology model, with strong identity and access lifecycle management, device management, governance and employee self-service.
Continuously assess the current organization, technology landscape and operating model, identify structural and operational gaps, and turn them into concrete improvement initiatives.
Improve the maturity, reliability, scalability and efficiency of technology operations supporting production-critical systems.
Define meaningful operational metrics and use them to identify systemic problems, measure transformation outcomes and drive improvements rather than simply report performance.
Own the Technology Operations contribution to digital operational resilience, including ICT business continuity, disaster recovery, backup and restoration, resilience testing, recovery objectives, crisis readiness, and remediation of findings from incidents and resilience exercises.
Partner with Security, Risk and Compliance to maintain an effective ICT risk management and control environment, including technology risk identification, critical service dependencies, ICT third-party risk, resilience testing, audit readiness and regulatory remediation.
Ensure operational and technology risks are identified early, understood, prioritized and addressed appropriately.
Support the company through audits, certifications, regulatory requirements and other controls relevant to financial and technology organizations.
Own and optimize budgets, technology vendors, infrastructure investments and external partnerships within the function.
Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Risk, Compliance, Product, Finance and other business functions.
Represent Technology Operations in cross-functional and executive discussions and communicate complex technology and operational topics clearly to different audiences.
Help prepare the technology organization for the next stage of the company's growth, including increasingly complex enterprise customers, new products and a larger engineering organization.
What we are looking for
Significant leadership experience in Technology Operations, IT Operations, Infrastructure & Operations, Platform/Production Operations, Platform Engineering or a comparable technology function.
Experience as a manager of managers, with responsibility for several teams or functions through Heads, Engineering Managers, Team Leads or equivalent leadership roles.
Previous experience as a Technology Director, VP/Head of Technology Operations, Platform/Infrastructure leader or in a comparable senior role within a product engineering organization is highly relevant.
Proven examples of significant organizational or technology transformation: changing operating models, building or restructuring functions, introducing new capabilities, increasing operational maturity, scaling teams or materially changing how technology organizations operate.
Experience leading or evolving DevOps, SRE or infrastructure capabilities toward Platform Engineering, including developer self-service, automation and reduction of operational toil.
Strong understanding of modern production ownership models and the relationship between Platform Engineering and product engineering teams.
Experience with production-critical systems where availability, reliability, security and operational failures have direct business impact.
Experience with IT and Service Management in modern product/engineering environments, including incident, problem and change management.
Experience transforming Corporate IT or employee technology environments, including identity/access lifecycle, endpoint/device management, automation, governance and employee self-service.
Practical experience with business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience in production-critical environments, including BIA, RTO/RPO, backup and restoration, resilience testing and remediation.
Experience working with Security, Risk and Compliance teams and managing technology and operational risks.
Exposure to audits, certifications, regulatory requirements and operational controls relevant to financial institutions or other regulated environments.
Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to technology operations in financial services, such as DORA, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic engineering and operational controls, is a plus.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts and technology investments.
Ability to operate effectively when requirements, organizational boundaries or the final solution are not yet fully defined.
Track record of developing leaders and building teams that can operate without constant escalation or executive intervention.
Ability to move between strategic topics and operational problems: understand what requires executive attention, delegate what should be owned by your leaders, and personally step in when the situation requires it.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with technical teams, senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial infrastructure or another regulated and production-critical technology environment would be highly valuable.
How we think about this role
We are not looking for a traditional IT or infrastructure leader whose primary focus is maintaining existing systems and following established processes.
We need someone who is comfortable entering an environment where not everything has already been defined — and who sees that ambiguity as part of the mandate.
You should be able to understand how the organization actually operates today, distinguish symptoms from systemic problems, bring the right people together, make decisions with incomplete information, and turn those decisions into measurable organizational and technology improvements.
You will not be expected to solve every problem personally. A major part of your role will be to build strong Heads and Leads who can own their areas independently, while you focus on the most important organizational, strategic and cross-functional challenges.
At the same time, limited resources, legacy approaches or imperfect processes should be constraints to work with — not reasons why progress cannot happen.
What success looks like
Within the first 6–12 months, we expect to see measurable movement in addition to plans:
reduced recurring operational toil;
increasing developer and employee self-service;
stronger and clearer service ownership;
fewer repeated incidents and systemic operational failures;
more risk-based and automated change management;
improved developer and employee experience;
clearer operational and resilience metrics;
measurable progress toward a Platform Engineering model;
stronger operational resilience and risk management;
and Heads and Leads operating with greater autonomy.
You will have established a clear target operating model and transformation roadmap, but success will not be measured by the existence of the roadmap itself. It will be visible in how the organization operates.
Success means the organization requires less manual coordination and executive intervention while becoming more reliable, resilient, faster and more scalable.
