About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on our Enterprise team, your role is to guide some of France's largest businesses to the frontier of AI and help them deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working. You will become the go-to Claude Platform specialist and trusted technical advisor for your customers, advising their engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation, and working with the C-level and senior executives who sponsor these programmes to show the business value Claude can create and help them reach a confident decision to build on Claude.
Enterprise deals are different. Procurement cycles are longer, more stakeholders are involved, and success depends on being able to connect the technical work to the outcomes the boardroom cares about. You will be as comfortable advising an engineering team on evaluation and architecture as you are presenting a value case to a CIO or CTO, and you will carry the technical thread across every stage of a multi-quarter engagement. Much of this work happens in French, with French executives and engineering teams, so native or fluent French is essential for the role.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take each customer from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude. Once they have decided, you set their systems integration partner up to deliver, agreeing the target architecture and what good looks like, and you stay close as the customer's technical advisor on Claude throughout deployment, while the partner does the build. Working alongside Anthropic's Product and Engineering teams, you will use your knowledge of the Claude Platform to advise on evaluation, recommend architectures that meet enterprise security and scale requirements, and create the technical and business resources that help large organisations succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to take enterprise customers in France from first conversation, through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement, to the decision to build on Claude
Lead the technical side of each opportunity through to that decision, and remain the customer's technical advisor on Claude as they deploy
Set customers and their systems integration partners up to deliver: agree the target architecture, define what good looks like, and stay on hand to advise the delivery team as the build progresses
Guide enterprise customers to the frontier of AI, advising them on how to deploy Claude into their operations, their products, and their ways of working
Help customer engineering teams see how they would build on Claude, covering architecture, agent design and evaluation, so they can make a confident decision
Build and present the business value case for Claude with C-level and senior executives, in French and English, linking technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk, and time to market
Guide customers through long, multi-stakeholder procurement and adoption cycles, including technical evaluations, proofs of concept, security and architecture reviews, and a clear path to production
Work with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and executive engagement plans, and with Applied AI Architects to keep context and continuity across every engagement
Run executive briefings, technical workshops, and enablement sessions for both leadership and engineering audiences
Navigate enterprise requirements around security, compliance, data residency, and governance, working with Anthropic's internal teams where needed
Identify patterns across enterprise engagements and feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and the wider Applied AI team
Travel to customer sites across France for executive meetings, workshops, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Native or fluent French, written and spoken, as you will work day to day with French enterprise customers at both executive and engineering level
6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
Experience in a pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally in the French market, including scoping and designing complex solutions
Experience with value-based selling, meaning you can build a business case, quantify impact, and present it to senior decision makers
Comfort presenting to, and building relationships with, C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Experience owning the technical win in enterprise deals: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence with engineering, security, legal and procurement teams
Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale
A hands-on engineering background, including building and deploying production applications, so you can relate to engineering leaders and their teams
Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements, and experience working through them with customer teams
The ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, and to move between industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions)
Programming/scripting proficiency sufficient to build automation and tooling (e.g., Python, Go, or Bash)
Practical experience with incident response, post-mortems, and driving reliability improvements from incidents
Strong collaboration and communication skills — this role works embedded with product development teams daily
Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming — high-traffic transactional systems
Nice to Have:
Kubernetes certifications
Google Cloud Platform certifications
HashiCorp certifications

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Title: Planner Satellite Manufacturing - MAITE
- Location: Athens, Greece
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Director of MAITE
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
- Please note we can only accept applications in English
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The mission of this role is to be the single planning point for the whole MAITE (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Test and Execution) organisation in Greece: AIT Engineering, Production, Stock & Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and the Cleanroom & Lab. You will build and own one integrated schedule, from the master schedule down to daily work orders, that turns satellite demand into executable work across all of them.
You will work with the global planning team, which sets the master plan and component MRP, and turn it into a detailed, executable plan for the site. Unlike traditional satellite builds, LEO constellations demand industrial-scale throughput, modular design adaptability, and tight integration between production, engineering and supply chain.
Much of the value sits in the interfaces: sequencing a calibration campaign or a cleanroom intervention so it does not stop a build, holding a slot for a quality inspection, or flagging a long-lead component early enough for procurement to act.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, works comfortably across departments, and improves the planning tools and workflows they inherit where off-the-shelf solutions fall short. You are the reliable source of truth for the site plan: when the plan and the floor disagree, you know first and say so.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 1000 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, maintain and optimise a single integrated schedule covering AIT Engineering, Production, Stock & Logistics, Procurement, Quality and the Cleanroom & Lab, from the master schedule down to daily work orders, against technical constraints, material availability, labour and facility capacity.
- Translate the master plan and component MRP from the global planning team into a sequenced plan for each department, agreeing dates and capacity with the department owners rather than directing their work. Hold slots for cleanroom interventions, calibration campaigns, quality inspections and rework loops so that planned work lands where it costs least, and keep those slots when priorities move.
- Run the daily and weekly planning cadence. Coordinate daily schedules with the site team leads, report actual people availability into the capacity plan, publish status, and raise deviations early and factually rather than sitting on them, then drive them to a decision.
- Feed the planning cycle. Keep plan versus actuals, milestone status and people availability current and flowing to the global planning team on cadence, so the plan above the site reflects floor reality.
- Produce and maintain the artefacts the organisation runs on: master schedule, critical path analysis, capacity plans, sprints and the visual management boards used in daily meetings.
- Integrate new product introduction and engineering changes into the plan, including prototype and qualification builds, without disrupting series production. Keep the plan and work order BOMs aligned with the current approved configuration, coordinating with Configuration Management, who own the governed baseline.
- Schedule planned downtime deliberately, including preventive maintenance, instrument calibration campaigns and cleanroom interventions, so that they land where they cost least.
- Embed quality hold points, inspection windows and rework loops into the schedule rather than absorbing them as overruns, and flag long-lead and shortage risk to Procurement early enough to act.
- Keep planning data in NetSuite, Manufacturo (MES), Jira and Smartsheet in sync with the floor: work orders released and closed on time, no phantom work in progress, no conflicting references, and material, WIP and stock status accurate enough to plan from.
- Publish and track the organisation-level planning indicators: on-time delivery, schedule adherence and cycle time. Consolidate and report the department-level measures that explain them, including material availability at kit release, inspection turnaround, equipment availability and calibration compliance. These measures remain owned by the department that produces them. Where one moves against the plan, raise it in the planning cadence with its owner and drive it to a decision.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of experience in production, industrial or operations planning in a technological environment (aerospace, defense, maritime, automotive, semiconductor, medical devices, etc.).
- Proven scheduling capability across multiple departments or product lines, building and owning a master schedule fully.
- Capacity planning across labour, equipment and facilities, with the judgement to state clearly what cannot be done as well as what can.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics and systems engineering, sufficient to challenge a lead time or a routing.
- Comfortable reading technical documentation: bills of materials, routings, work instructions and engineering change notices.
- Inventory management experience: tracking materials, work in progress and stock accuracy against plan.
- Ability to hold competing departmental priorities in balance and reach a decision without formal authority over the teams involved: influence and reliability over authority, and the instinct to raise a problem early rather than sit on it.
- Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to forecasting, problem-solving and decision-making, using Excel, Power BI or similar.
- Adaptability to respond quickly to production changes, delays, or evolving technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems and scheduling tools, including responsibility for planning master data accuracy. We use NetSuite, Manufacturo (MES), Jira and Smartsheet, which are being implemented while in use; experience with equivalent systems is fine.
- Experience producing visual management for daily operational meetings, and with project tooling such as Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
NICE TO HAVES:
- A satellite, aerospace, or another regulated, low-volume / high-complexity manufacturing setting.
- Foundational software development skills, such as Python or scripting, useful for automating planning tasks, integrating data sources, or building internal planning tools.
- Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement, S&OP cycles, or APICS/ASCM certification.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Title: Mechanical AIT Engineer
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Location: Athens, Greece
- Reporting to: AIT Engineering Team Leader
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site (Occasional travel for environmental test and suppliers facility)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
- Please note we can only accept applications in English
Why this role matters:
The Mechanical AIT Engineer transforms satellite designs into reliable, flight-ready hardware. You are the technical authority for mechanical and composite hardware in Athens: how satellites are assembled and aligned, what proves they will survive launch, and what evidence exists that every build was done correctly.
You define the AIT processes, tooling and ground support equipment the facilities need as they grow from subassembly production towards full satellite integration. You make sure the design, the processes and the tooling can carry production to high throughput, and you feed what you learn on the floor back into design, so that each build is more manufacturable, more testable and more reliable than the last.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
WHY SHOULD YOU WORK FOR US?
ICEYE is at the cutting edge of new technology and we are continuing to build and operate our commercial constellation of SAR satellites. Working with ICEYE, you will be part of making the impossible possible, whilst shaping the Earth Observation industry. You will work with varied, diverse and engaged colleagues to further the ICEYE mission. At ICEYE we realise that without great people we can not succeed, therefore you will be an integral, valued and appreciated colleague, with the ability to directly shape the vision and direction of the business.
We actively support Continuous Professional Development, and will provide access to a range of avenues to allow you to succeed, including courses, training and attendance at conferences. ICEYE is a place where your development, your growth and your success is a priority.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
AIT PROCESS DEFINITION AND INDUSTRIALISATION
- Define the MAITE processes for building sub-assemblies and satellites: integration flows, standard sequences, work packages and test strategy.
- Qualify the critical assembly, integration and test processes, using PFMEA and control plans, and define the acceptance criteria and standardised procedures that go with them.
- Specify the tooling, equipment and workstations each process needs, anticipating them ahead of programme milestones, and lead the transfer from prototype to series so that processes and tooling can carry production to high throughput.
DESIGN MATURITY AND CO-ENGINEERING
- Work with Engineering from the concept phase so that design and production constraints are aligned, applying design for manufacturing, assembly and testability (DFM, DFA, DFT) and bringing buildability, tolerance stack-up, tool access and test provisions into internal design iterations before the design is frozen.
- Support internal and supplier design and readiness reviews (e.g. PDR, CDR, PRR, IRR, TRR), ensuring designs are mature and ready for transition into production, and identify industrial risks early with the action plans that close them.
ASSEMBLY AND INTEGRATION
- Lead and execute structural, mechanical and thermal assembly and integration of satellites and sub-assemblies, acting as the technical point of contact for mechanical subsystem integration.
- Own the mechanical build standard: torque and preload, locking methods, bonding, composite handling, cleanliness and ESD discipline.
- Verify components before integration, perform precision alignment and dimensional verification of critical interfaces, and support the floor hands-on during assembly, harness routing and test setup.
VERIFICATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL TEST
- Plan, prepare and lead environmental test campaigns, including vibration, shock, thermal vacuum, acoustic and EMC, and guide system-level functional verification.
- Design or evaluate test fixtures, derive test levels, and act as the technical point of contact towards internal and external test facilities.
- Own mass properties: mass budget, centre of gravity, moment of inertia and launch vehicle interface data.
GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
- Specify, design, procure and validate Mechanical Ground Support Equipment for handling, transport, integration and test, from concept and CAD through structural analysis to fabrication oversight.
- Verify structural margins, define proof load testing and recertification intervals, and certify equipment before use on flight hardware.
SUPPLIER PARTS AND MATERIALS
- Act as the technical authority for mechanical and composite parts from suppliers, covering capability assessment, special process review and First Article Inspection.
- Act as the technical reference for composite hardware (CFRP panels, honeycomb assemblies, bonded joints, potted inserts), defining handling, machining, acceptance and inspection criteria, including non-destructive inspection where needed.
CONFIGURATION, DOCUMENTATION AND ANOMALIES
- Maintain as-built configuration and traceability, and apply engineering changes consistently to hardware and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions, coordinating with the Engineering team, the production team and any other team needed to ensure schedule and quality adherence.
FACILITIES AND PROCESS REQUIREMENTS
- Define the AIT process requirements for the facilities and work with the Global Manufacturing Infrastructure team on the layout that supports them.
- Define the contamination control, ESD and handling requirements that integration and test activities must meet, and propose improvements where the process or the environment falls short.
STANDARDIZATION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Capture lessons learned from the floor to improve procedures, tooling, test efficiency and build reliability as production volumes increase, and align with the Global AIT and Engineering teams on product standards and process updates.
- Mentor and support local engineers and technicians, sharing AIT best practices and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the development, integration, testing or production of complex hardware systems (e.g. aerospace, defense, automotive, semiconductors, satellites), including work on flight or equivalently critical hardware.
- Demonstrated experience defining and qualifying assembly, integration and test processes, turning them into standardised work packages, and taking a product from first units towards series production.
- Deep technical knowledge in mechanical engineering, with system-level understanding across full product architectures and the ability to spot issues across the interfaces between design, production and operations.
- Demonstrated ownership of environmental test campaigns, from specification through execution to reporting.
- Practical mastery of precision mechanical assembly (torque and preload, locking methods, bonded and inserted joints, alignment and dimensional verification) and of composite hardware, including its handling and inspection constraints.
- Experience specifying, designing or validating MGSE or comparable handling and test tooling.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, CAD models, GD&T and interface control documents, and to translate them into procedures others can execute.
- Strong track record of enabling design for manufacturing, assembly and testability (DFM, DFA, DFT), working alongside design teams rather than after them.
- Familiarity with verification and configuration management in complex hardware industries, including root cause analysis and non-conformance ownership through to closure.
- Working knowledge of cleanroom and ESD discipline. Integration in Athens is typically ISO 8, with ISO 7 and ISO 5 environments also possible.
- Experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments, mentoring engineers or technicians, and communicating clearly with designers, production leads and executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
NICE TO HAVE
- Industrialisation and methods toolkit: Lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, standard work, line balancing, capacity planning, APQP or PPAP.
- Familiarity with EN 9100 and ECSS standards as applied to space hardware.
- Experience defining AIT process or facility layout requirements alongside a facilities or infrastructure team.
- CAD and structural analysis proficiency (SolidWorks, NX, CATIA or equivalent) for tooling and fixtures, and metrology with laser trackers, theodolites or CMM.
- Non-destructive inspection interpretation on bonded or composite structures.
- Hands-on operation of environmental test equipment, or involvement in its acceptance and commissioning.
- Automated test scripting (Python or equivalent), and familiarity with PLM, ERP, Manufacturo (MES) or Jira for build records and configuration control.
- Launch campaign or launcher interface experience.

You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager
At Wolt, we create technology that brings local communities, merchants and customers closer together. What started with restaurant delivery has grown into a broader local commerce platform, helping customers discover and access more of what their cities have to offer.
As our Retail business continues to grow, we’re looking for a
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager

This role can be based in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich .
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll own the acquisition and development of high-value regional Enterprise retail partners in Germany, from identifying and engaging the right prospects through commercial negotiations, signing and initial rollout. You’ll combine strong commercial execution with a strategic view on which partners can have the greatest impact on Wolt’s selection, coverage and long-term growth.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty.
Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners’ businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt.

Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches.
Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale.
Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach.
Contribute to sharing best practices and raising the bar for Enterprise sales execution across the wider team.
Our humble expectations
You have significant experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships, ideally working with Enterprise or other complex, multi-stakeholder customers.
You have a strong track record of independently managing and closing complex commercial opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature.
You’re an excellent negotiator and understand how to build partnerships that create sustainable value for both sides.
You’re comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both externally and across cross-functional internal teams.
You combine a hands-on, results-oriented sales mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their strategic impact.
You’re highly structured and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You’re comfortable working with data and commercial metrics to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and inform decisions.

You’ll work at the intersection of sales, strategy and operations, collaborating with experienced colleagues across Wolt while building relationships with some of the most important retailers in the market. The role offers substantial commercial ownership and exposure while giving you the opportunity to develop further in Enterprise sales and contribute to how we scale our Retail business.
You’ll also join a fast-moving international environment where good ideas can quickly turn into action, with the tools, support and trust to take ownership of your work and make a visible impact.
