Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a Support Engineer to join our
API Support
team. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You'll own customer issues end-to-end: triaging incoming tickets, debugging production behavior across our authorizer and API surface, reasoning through configuration and data flow, and driving problems to resolution, often without needing to hand anything off. You'll work across card lifecycle, authorization decisioning, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and the other configurable layers of our platform, using internal tools, Snowflake, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows to move fast.
When issues reveal deeper product gaps, you'll partner with Engineering and Product to surface patterns and get problems resolved upstream. You will also partner with Solutions and Product Delivery to ensure that we deliver clear, timely, and charming customer communications. Your judgment directly shapes customer trust, product reliability, and our ability to scale the Support function without scaling headcount linearly with ticket volume.
Lithic is the card-issuing and payments platform powering some of the most ambitious fintechs and embedded-finance programs in the market. Our customers build on our APIs to issue cards, move money, and run card programs at scale, which means the questions that reach us are rarely "where's the button?" They're "why did this authorization decline at 3:42am ET?", "why is this webhook firing twice?", "is this dispute eligible under Reg E?", "what's the latency on our tokenization endpoint right now?" Customers don't remember when things work. They remember when things break, how fast we fix them, and whether we took the time to set things right. As a Support Engineer at Lithic, you're the person who makes that moment go well.
What you'll do:
Own support tickets from first response through confirmed resolution. No tossing them over the fence.
Debug independently by tracing system state, API logs, authorizer decisions, webhook delivery, and data flow across production.
Diagnose issues spanning card issuance, authorization decisioning, transactions and settlement, webhooks, account holder KYC, disputes, and other configurable behaviors of the Lithic platform. A typical investigation might involve querying Snowflake to trace a transaction's lifecycle, checking Grafana dashboards for latency anomalies, pulling up the customer's integration in Retool, and documenting the resolution in The Vault
Use internal tooling, Snowflake/dbt marts, Grafana/Loki, and AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, internal agents) to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain high operational rigor in triage, prioritization, SLA adherence, and customer communication.
Surface recurring failure patterns that inform product and engineering improvements. Drive permanent fixes, not just one-off resolutions.
Contribute to The Vault (our Notion KCS knowledge base). Write the article you wished existed when you picked up the ticket.
Create and update internal tooling using Metabase, Retool, Grafana, and Snowflake.
What you'll bring:
3+ years in a technical, execution-heavy role: Support Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, TAM, or similar. Ideally in fintech, payments, or developer-platform B2B SaaS.
Strong debugging instincts and comfort operating in production environments where you won't always have a playbook.
Comfortable with using and debugging REST API calls, webhooks, and configuration-driven systems. You are familiar with OpenAPI specs, JSON payloads, and can work through issues with HTTP calls fluently.
SQL chops. You can independently write a query against a data warehouse (we use Snowflake + dbt) to answer a customer question without needing to ping a data analyst.
Ability to reason through complex system behavior from first principles, not just follow runbooks.
Clear, direct written communication internally and customer facing. You explain what happened, why, and what you did about it, without hedging or jargon.
A strong bias toward ownership. You'd rather solve the problem than route the ticket.
Comfortable using AI tools like (LLMs and coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor) as a part of your daily workflow.
Experience working in ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, or equivalent)
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a remote environment
The annual US salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Engineer, you'll be the technical anchor for GitLab's Nonlinear Productivity team in the US: the person who decides what "proven" means before something ships, and who helps shape what the team builds next, not just how to build it. It's a from-scratch, generalist team with no dedicated product manager — that ownership starts on day one.
Some examples of the problems this team takes on:
Cutting the time it takes to complete a good code review — one that still keeps a human in the loop — by half, using agentic solutions.
Turning a manual, error-prone release step into an agentic workflow that catches its own mistakes before a human ever has to.
What you'll do
Set the technical direction for the team's agentic systems, from how agents are orchestrated to where a step should stay human-owned, and defend those calls once they're tested against real code.
Discover and prioritize sources of friction across GitLab's SDLC, driving the fix — agentic, process-based, or both — from a rough hypothesis through to a shipped, measured result.
Work across any part of GitLab's codebase as the problem requires, since this team operates like a small, generalist group rather than one scoped to a single service.
Apply distributed systems judgment to catch cases where generated code looks correct but breaks under concurrency, at scale, or across deployment topologies (including self-managed, dedicated, and multi-tenant environments), and coach others to do the same.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on agent engineering practices and distributed systems judgment, through design reviews and pairing that raise the team's collective bar rather than just your own output.
Collaborate with the India-based group a few times a week to align on the roadmap, and represent the team's technical progress to stakeholders in the Chief Technology Officer's organization.
Serve as a bar raiser for the team's hiring, owning the Technical Leadership round for other Staff-level candidates as the team scales.
Own a greenfield technical foundation from day one, with your scope and impact free to grow as the team scales.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you'll bring
Experience building reliable agentic or large language model (LLM)-based systems, including multi-step orchestration, tool use, guardrails, and recovery.
Ability to work autonomously in unfamiliar codebases and drive solutions from discovery through completion.
Strong distributed systems and computer science fundamentals, including coordination, consistency, idempotency, rate limiting, failure modes, and degradation under load.
Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python, with the ability to read and modify code in the others.
A track record of delivering results from unclear or incomplete requirements — able to take a complex, loosely specified problem and decompose it into a concrete proposal of small, shippable steps.
Experience designing evaluation frameworks for systems where "looks plausible" and "is actually correct" are different questions, and a track record of raising the quality bar for a team's output, not just your own.
A history of unblocking and enabling teammates — through design reviews, technical writing, or mentoring — and of engaging regularly with other teams to find where collaboration actually pays off.
About the team
Nonlinear Productivity — shortened internally to "NLP," with no relation to natural language processing — is one of GitLab's newest teams: a strategic incubation group that reports into AI Platform leadership under the direct sponsorship of the CTO. It's split into a US group (this role) and an India-based group working the same charter; the two sync on roadmap and tooling a few times a week but otherwise run day to day on their own. Solutions that prove out internally are the team's path to a monetized, customer-facing GitLab offering.
It's a good fit for engineers who want technical ownership of something with no existing playbook, and a hand in defining a brand-new part of GitLab from its first commit.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ClickUp is hiring a Majors Account Executive to grow and expand our footprint across larger EMEA customers. This role is built for a seller who can take strong product adoption, identify real whitespace, and turn it into broader, multi-team commercial growth.
This is an especially important hire now because ClickUp’s international business already matters materially, and larger customers increasingly want to consolidate scattered tools, improve execution clarity, and understand how AI can create leverage across teams. We need someone who can run strong discovery, build a credible business case, and guide more complex stakeholder groups from interest to expansion.
Mission
- Own and grow expansion revenue across major EMEA accounts by identifying whitespace, building business cases, and positioning ClickUp as the platform that helps larger teams work with more clarity, speed, and operational leverage.
Key outcomes and responsibilities
- Own expansion opportunities across major accounts in your region, with a core focus on larger organisations in the roughly 1,000–2,500 employee range.
- Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting account signals, free trials, marketing-qualified leads, demo requests, and product adoption into qualified commercial opportunities.
- Run structured discovery that uncovers workflow pain, stakeholder priorities, buying friction, and the business case for broader ClickUp adoption.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect ClickUp’s platform value to customer priorities, cross-functional workflows, and executive-level outcomes.
- Build and manage multithreaded deal plans across end users, managers, executives, procurement, and other decision-makers.
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and adjacent GTM teams to improve lead quality, regional account coverage, and conversion.
- Maintain strong process discipline across forecasting, pipeline inspection, next steps, CRM hygiene, and follow-through.
- Identify recurring patterns across segments, objections, and account behavior to help sharpen the majors expansion motion in EMEA.
- Support more formal buying motions when needed, including RFIs / RFQs and procurement-heavy evaluations.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales with clear ownership of full-cycle deals, account growth, or expansion motions.
- Track record of exceeding quota and managing a disciplined pipeline in commercial, strategic, or larger-account environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including comfort communicating with both practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Clear consultative selling instincts, with the ability to connect customer pain to value, urgency, and practical next steps.
- Strong process rigor and attention to detail across forecasting, deal planning, and follow-through.
- Experience completing or leading RFIs / RFQs, or operating in deals with more structured evaluation processes.
- Ability to work in our Dublin / London office 2-3 days per week.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling workflow, collaboration, productivity, CRM, CX, or adjacent horizontal SaaS platforms.
- Experience in an expansion-heavy, cross-sell, or land-and-expand motion rather than a purely transactional new-logo model.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups in larger customer environments.
- Familiarity with EMEA selling dynamics, regional complexity, or distributed territory ownership.
- Comfort selling a broader platform and AI productivity story instead of relying on feature-by-feature comparisons.

Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.
Some examples of our projects:

A
solution to capture the state of a customer’s server

A functionality to
ChatOps
to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com

Participate in our hiring processes by reviewing applications and assessments, and by participating in interviews.

Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash), and MVC frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails)

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
RC Capital is RevenueCat's first move into financial services. Our first product, Early Payouts, gives developers access to App Store proceeds without waiting the usual 30 to 60 days for Apple and Google to pay them.
As Sales & Operations Specialist, RC Capital, you will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end - from identifying and qualifying suitable prospects through screening, onboarding, activation, ongoing support, account operations, and portfolio health. You will combine commercial judgment, customer care, operational discipline, and risk awareness to help RC Capital acquire and serve more healthy customers.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role on a small founding team. You might move from a discovery call to an onboarding issue, a portfolio review, and a workflow improvement in the same day. You will work closely with Sales, Support, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and GTM Operations, and report to the VP of Strategy & Operations. You will also help build the playbook and systems future teammates inherit.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Sales and qualification. Manage a portfolio of inbound and targeted outbound opportunities. Run discovery, assess product and customer fit, coordinate screening, handle objections, maintain momentum, and guide suitable prospects to a clear decision.
- Onboarding and activation. Lead approved customers from decision to activated. Ensure customers understand how to use Early Payouts successfully.
- Customer support and portfolio operations. Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, including questions, disputes, and operational issues. Coordinate with RevenueCat Support and specialist teams, and own follow-through through resolution.
- Risk-aware execution. Apply documented customer, fraud, and risk policies consistently; investigate issues; document decisions; monitor emerging patterns; and make sound recommendations. Escalate exceptions and regulated or high-impact decisions to the appropriate risk, legal, finance, or leadership owner.
- Lifecycle performance and insight. Maintain a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support demand, usage, and portfolio health. Turn data into recommendations on funnel quality, conversion, time to activation, drop-off, retention, customer experience, and risk indicators. Bring structured customer insight to Product to inform roadmaps.
- Systems, automation, and playbooks. Improve CRM, support workflows, internal handoffs, reporting, documentation, and automation. Use AI thoughtfully to reduce manual work and response times without weakening controls or customer trust. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Data, and Product on durable implementations.
- Customer and growth. Partner with Marketing on focused acquisition and lifecycle experiments. Support marketing efforts like campaign execution, competitive analysis, and content that drives demand.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a high-ownership, customer-facing commercial or operations role spanning sales, account management, customer success, customer support, or customer operations.
- A track record of moving opportunities through a commercial process and managing a meaningful volume of customer relationships with strong follow-through.
- Experience in fintech, payments, lending, factoring, embedded finance, or another environment where customer growth and operational risk are closely connected.
- 1-2 years of marketing or growth experience running campaigns or managing CRM-driven outreach.
- Strong operational judgment: you clarify ownership, define next steps, document decisions, apply policy consistently, and recognize when an issue needs specialist review.
- Analytical fluency across CRM, support, and analytics tools, with the ability to diagnose funnel or portfolio performance and recommend action.
- Practical experience improving workflows with automation and AI, including judgment about where automation introduces unacceptable risk or a poor customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: persuasive with prospects, clear during onboarding, calm in disputes, and concise with executives and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity on a small, autonomous team and working hours that meaningfully overlap with US time zones.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience with payment operations, underwriting, fraud and risk workflows, disputes, or compliance-adjacent processes.
- Experience launching a new product, business line, or operating motion before the playbook was written.
- Knowledge of mobile apps, developer products, subscriptions, or App Store economics.
- Experience contributing to CRM or lifecycle campaigns, customer-facing content, or growth experiments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Intercom or Zendesk, Slack, Zoom, and product analytics platforms.
What success looks like
In your first 30 days
- Understand RC Capital's product, customers, unit economics, risk model, and role within RevenueCat.
- Map the lifecycle from first signal through activation and live-account support.
- Establish baseline reporting for pipeline quality, conversion, time to decision, time to activation, support demand, repeat usage, and portfolio health.
- Shadow sales, onboarding, support, risk, and account reviews; then handle initial customer interactions with support.
- Ship one concrete improvement to a workflow, report, playbook, or automation.
By 90 days
- Independently own a portfolio from qualification and screening through onboarding and ongoing operations, escalating genuine exceptions appropriately.
- Give the team a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support, usage, and portfolio performance, with recommendations rather than reporting alone.
- Run a consistent cadence for opportunity follow-up, onboarding, live-account reviews, and issue resolution.
- Ship workflow or automation improvements that reduce manual work or customer wait time without weakening controls.
- Support marketing efforts to deliver on targets.
- Translate recurring customer and operational friction into structured recommendations for Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Support, or Marketing.
By 6 to 12 months
- Improve key lifecycle measures such as conversion, activation speed, utilization and retention.
- Help grow a portfolio of healthy customers while keeping fraud, disputes, losses, and other agreed risk indicators within guardrails.
- Maintain a commercial and customer-operations playbook another teammate can follow without relying on context held only in people's heads.
- Help turn the early motion into a repeatable engine and identify which responsibilities should move to partner teams or future hires as volume grows.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend
