As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at GitLab, you’ll help keep all user-facing services and production systems reliable, scalable, and efficient. Our SREs combine a pragmatic operations mindset with strong software engineering practices to drive automation, reduce toil, and improve resilience across our platform.
In the Environment Automation specialization, your focus is on operating and automating hundreds of GitLab environments—from initial provisioning to day-to-day maintenance tasks.
Unlike other SRE roles, this position centers on automating the lifecycle of many tenant environments, ensuring they remain secure, consistent, and reliable at scale.
Some examples of the projects you could work on:
Designing infrastructure automation that provisions and operates GitLab environments using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
Creating and maintaining deployment packages for GitLab, such as Helm Charts and omnibus-gitlab
Building and operating Dedicated GitLab instances integrated with cloud-native services (e.g., GCP, AWS)
Developing tools to orchestrate infrastructure-as-code workflows across multiple tenants
Deploying and managing microservices on Kubernetes clusters at scale
Enhancing GitLab’s observability stack (e.g., Prometheus, ELK) to support proactive monitoring and incident response
Integrating with and operating infrastructure in cloud provider ecosystems (e.g., IAM, networking, storage)
Championing and implementing cloud security best practices across automated infrastructure
What You’ll Do
Build & Scale Multi-Tenant Infrastructure:
Design and implement automation that provisions and manages hundreds of isolated GitLab environments using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Manage complex state strategies and workspace configurations to support scale and maintainability.
Debug & Resolve Production Issues:
Troubleshoot issues across Kubernetes clusters, cloud services, and GitLab apps—identifying root causes of failed deployments, crash loops, and scheduling conflicts to ensure service continuity.
Automate Operations at Scale:
Replace manual workflows with infrastructure-as-code solutions, including automated version upgrades, configuration rollouts, and provisioning pipelines that operate reliably across all tenants.
Monitor & Predict Capacity:
Build observability systems that detect bottlenecks, predict usage trends, and optimize resource consumption using tools like Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.
Respond & Lead During Incidents:
Lead incident response and postmortem efforts, applying technical depth to resolve issues and establish operational standards that reduce future risk.
Architect & Collaborate:
Influence architectural decisions around automation, scalability, and operational excellence. Partner with engineering teams to improve automation, platform resilience, and production-readiness.
What You’ll Bring
Production-Scale Experience:
Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot production workloads across multiple tenants or environments. Deep understanding of how distributed systems fail at scale and how to build in resilience.
Terraform & IaC Mastery:
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, including workspace strategies, state management, and automation patterns that scale. Comfortable solving state isolation issues and building reliable, reusable infrastructure code. Experience with Ansible and templating tools like Jsonnet is a plus.
Kubernetes in Production:
Skilled at diagnosing deployment failures, interpreting pod logs, and debugging scheduling issues and rollback scenarios in live environments. Understands how pods, ReplicaSets, and controllers interact in production.
Programming & Code Analysis:
Ability to read and debug code in Go and/or Ruby. Familiar with identifying performance issues, scalability concerns, and contributing to infrastructure tooling through thoughtful code analysis.
Large Scale Operations Background:
Experience supporting infrastructure for many customers or environments simultaneously. Comfortable managing isolation, scaling, monitoring, and incident response across diverse workloads.
Architecture & Incident Response:
Able to reason through complex systems and operational challenges. Brings on-call experience and can lead technical discussions and incident resolution efforts under pressure.
Customer-Focused Collaboration:
Proven ability to work across teams and with internal or external customers to solve technical problems while maintaining service commitments and clear communication.
GitLab Platform Proficiency:
Comfortable using GitLab as a daily tool for infrastructure automation, collaboration, and operational workflows.
About the team
GitLab’s Dedicated team, where the SRE Environment Automation role sits, is on a mission to deliver a fully managed, single-tenant GitLab experience through the GitLab Dedicated platform. Our goal is to eliminate manual operations across the entire lifecycle of customer environments, including provisioning, upgrades, security, and monitoring, so customers can focus on unlocking the full potential of The One DevOps Platform without managing the underlying infrastructure. We build scalable, automated systems that ensure each GitLab Dedicated instance is secure, consistent, and production-ready—whether we're managing 10 environments or hundreds.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The People Technology Product team builds the internal tools and frameworks that power every employee’s journey across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. We combine a hybrid “build + buy” approach to deliver intelligent, scalable and people-centric experiences across hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning, performance and more — connecting our mission to transform the way the world eats and shops with the experience of the people who make it happen. We partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, People/HR and IT to build products that elevate the entire People Tech stack across all three brands.
About the role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding — one of the highest-leverage moments in the employee lifecycle — across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on the cross-functional experience that begins the moment a candidate signs and continues until a new hire is fully ramped, spanning both the People and IT functions. You’ll be the end-to-end product owner for the systems, workflows and experiences that get equipment, access, accounts, paperwork and early enablement right from day one. Based in London and working with global teams, you’ll drive measurable improvements to the new-hire experience and help our new hires ramp up faster, at scale across regions, legal contexts, and brands.
What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt, from offer acceptance through to a fully ramped new hire.
Design and evolve cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows — provisioning, access and account setup, equipment, documentation and early enablement — into a single, coherent journey for new joiners and their managers.
Define and track the metrics that matter — time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness and operational efficiency — and use them to prioritise work and demonstrate impact.
Build durable, modular product capabilities — task orchestration, status visibility, and manager and new-hire dashboards — that scale across geographies, orgs and brands and reduce reliance on manual, one-off processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR and IT to translate complex, cross-functional process needs into intuitive product capabilities.
Navigate the realities of a multi-brand, multi-region environment — varied legal and compliance requirements, regional differences and change management — without disrupting critical hiring moments.
Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across the People and IT functions, building alignment on a shared onboarding strategy across all three brands.
Model strong product judgement: define clear problem statements, scope MVPs intentionally and invest in foundations that compound over time.
Requirements
A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end — from problem definition and strategy through delivery and iteration — ideally in People/HR, IT or other complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems and stakeholders, turning complexity into simple, usable experiences.
Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including integrating data across systems.
Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success, prioritise and measure impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly and influence senior leaders across functions and brands.
Experience operating across regions, legal contexts or multiple brands, building products that work in a global environment.
A bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organisation, balancing speed, risk and technical constraints.

We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. If you have a disability or long-term health condition and need support to apply for one of our roles, or require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know once you’ve submitted your application. We’ll share details on how to request support so we can ensure you have a fair and equitable experience.
If you’re excited about making a real impact in a fast-moving marketplace and growing your career alongside ambitious, supportive teams, we’d love to hear from you!

Workplace: Remote
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
You can be based in Europe; we're mainly remote and invite you to the Berlin office 3-5 days every two months.
We expect significant travel across the Europe, with occasional travel to other regions when the audience quality justifies it. The exact cadence will change with the event calendar, but you should expect travel to be a meaningful part of the job.
WHY THIS ROLE?
Langfuse has grown mostly through product-led, open-source adoption. We built a strong product, wrote useful docs and examples, stayed close to users, shipped in public, and helped developers understand how to build better AI applications.
However, many of the highest-signal moments happen in person: hallway conversations, workshops, meetups, dinners, conference demos, and technical talks.
We want someone who can own that motion end to end; put Langfuse in the right AI engineering rooms, make the product clear to technical audiences, and turn in-person conversations into durable marketing momentum.
The goal is not to do every event. The goal is to make the right events excellent, scalable, and measurable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent Langfuse at conferences, meetups, workshops, customer events, partner events, and community gatherings across Europe
- Run live demos and technical sessions on tracing, evals, prompt management, datasets, metrics, and related LLM engineering workflows.
- Build and maintain field-ready material: demo flows, workshop runbooks, talk abstracts, event landing pages, follow-up emails, signup flows, and conference-in-a-box assets.
- Organize Langfuse-hosted meetups, workshops, dinners, and smaller technical gatherings around the highest-quality audiences.
- Partner with ClickHouse field marketing, sales, solutions, product marketing, and engineering teams where it helps Langfuse show up well.
- Turn event learnings into useful artifacts: better messaging, better demos, better docs, better talks, better customer stories, and sharper product feedback.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have worked in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, developer advocacy, or technical community roles.
- You have spoken at developer conferences, meetups, workshops, webinars, or technical customer events.
- You already create technical content, demos, videos, talks, open source projects, or educational material.
- You should be excited to travel, give talks, run demos, host events, talk to developers and technical leaders, and bring what you learn back into the company.
- You care about developer experience, open source, AI engineering, and the quality of the rooms you spend time in.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can independently decide what to do before there is a mature playbook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A strong plus:
- You are a former engineer, or deeply technical operator who can credibly explain software to experienced developers.
- You can write code well enough to build, debug, and maintain demos or workshop material.
- You are deep in AI engineering, LLM observability, evals, agents, or developer tools.
- You have original opinions that experienced developers value.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Backend Engineer on GitLab's Core DevOps team, you'll provide technical leadership across your team and adjacent teams. You'll lead large backend initiatives, guide the modernization of a large monolith into modular, reusable, appropriately independent systems, and set standards that help teams move faster without compromising quality, security, reliability, or operability.
You'll work with Product, Frontend, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Engineering Managers, and engineers across product groups. You'll lead complex backend architecture, make product trade-offs, and influence technical direction without formal authority.
GitLab is an open core software company that develops an artificial intelligence-powered DevSecOps platform. Our mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous environment where you communicate decisions clearly in writing and work independently.
What you’ll do
Lead the technical design and delivery of backend initiatives that span teams, and identify and remove systemic bottlenecks across product and infrastructure groups.
Drive modular backend, service, data, and platform architecture, including modernization of the monolith and legacy backends while preventing fragmentation and service sprawl.
Define and improve standards for application programming interfaces, contracts, compatibility, schema evolution, testing, security, performance, observability, operability, and maintainability.
Establish patterns for dependency management, data ownership, eventing, failure isolation, service maturity, and operational documentation.
Establish Go service patterns and Kubernetes operating practices where they matter to the production estate, and guide Rust adoption where it addresses systems, security, performance, or supply-chain needs.
Take part in on-call and incident response for systems your teams own, serve as a technical escalation point during complex incidents, and turn lessons from incidents into lasting improvements.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform roadmap decisions and investment trade-offs.
Mentor Senior and Intermediate engineers, reduce technical debt, build reusable patterns that improve team throughput, and lead adoption of artificial intelligence-assisted and agentic workflows with quality, security, privacy, and operational guardrails.
What you’ll bring
A record of leading technical work across more than one team or a broad product area.
Deep backend architecture and production experience with complex applications, services, or platforms, including application programming interfaces, service platforms, data systems, modular monoliths, or shared backend components.
Experience modernizing a monolith or legacy backend architecture in production and using modular approaches such as bounded contexts, package encapsulation, ports and adapters, service extraction, or event-driven boundaries.
Experience building alignment through clear written proposals and decision records so teams document, understand, and adopt technical decisions.
Experience making trade-offs among customer outcomes, delivery speed, technical health, reliability, and long-term platform investment.
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping standards through code review, documentation, and practice.
Production experience with artificial intelligence-assisted or agentic engineering workflows, including improving how a team adopts them.
About the team
The Core DevOps team owns core repository capabilities, from Git command-line operations to web-based code exploration. We build features and platforms, improve existing capabilities, and improve maintainability, accessibility, performance, and workflows for teams using artificial intelligence-assisted development tools.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Mistral AI is building a new Compute Support team to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our GPU clusters in a Kubernetes environment. As one of the founding members of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its processes, standards, and culture.
In this hybrid L1/L2 support role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for compute-related inquiries. You’ll also serve as the escalation point for complex issues, leveraging your deep systems knowledge, Kubernetes expertise, and operational debugging skills to ensure our AI workloads run smoothly at scale.
This is a support-focused role that blends system administration, customer-facing communication, and compute infrastructure expertise. While coding is not the primary focus, familiarity with Go for debugging and automation is a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FIRST CUSTOMER’S POINT OF CONTACT
- Act as the first interlocutor for customers and internal teams, providing timely and effective responses to compute-related inquiries.
- Triage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring SLAs are met for acknowledgment, first response, and resolution.
- Gather and analyze initial issue details (e.g., logs, error messages, system metrics) to diagnose problems efficiently.
- Provide clear, actionable guidance to customers and internal users, including temporary workarounds where applicable.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
- Serve as the L2 escalation point for Linux, Kubernetes, and compute infrastructure issues, providing deep technical troubleshooting for:
- GPU/TPU workloads (e.g., CUDA errors, memory leaks, job failures).
- Kubernetes clusters (e.g., pod crashes, node failures, networking misconfigurations).
- Bare metal and cloud environments (e.g., AWS EC2, GCP VMs, HPC clusters).
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, hardware failures, and resource contention in distributed systems.
- Analyze system metrics, logs, and traces (e.g., dmesg, journalctl, nvidia-smi, Prometheus, Grafana) to identify root causes of issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical compute systems
- Nice to have: Optimize system configurations (e.g., kernel parameters, filesystem tuning, network settings) for high-performance computing (HPC) and AI workloads.
KUBERNETES & CONTAINERIZATION
- Debug Kubernetes clusters with a focus on:
- Pod and node issues (e.g., CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled, ImagePullBackOff).
- Networking and storage (e.g., CNI plugins, PersistentVolumes, StorageClasses).
- Resource management (e.g., Requests/Limits, QOS classes, node affinity).
- Troubleshoot container runtime issues (Docker, containerd) such as image pull failures, OCI compliance, or runtime errors.
- Collaborate with SRE teams to understand and improve existing IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and Go-based tooling.
DOCUMENTATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Create and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and internal documentation for common compute issues (e.g., GPU debugging, Kubernetes troubleshooting).
- Contribute to post-mortems with actionable follow-ups to prevent recurring incidents.
- Train internal teams on best practices for compute infrastructure and debugging.
- Help define and refine support processes as a founding member of the new Compute Support team.
What We’re Looking For
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in system administration, technical support, or infrastructure operations, with a strong focus on compute-heavy environments (bare metal, cloud, HPC, or virtualization).
- Deep Linux/Unix expertise:
- Debugging kernel-level issues (e.g., OOM killer, I/O bottlenecks, CPU throttling).
- Performance tuning (e.g., sysctl, ulimit, filesystem optimizations).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, containerd) and basic IaC awareness Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
- Basic scripting/automation skills (preferably Go, but Bash or Python are acceptable for ad-hoc tasks).
- Experience with bare metal, virtualization, or HPC environments (e.g., Fluidstack, Coreweave, Vast) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and patiently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for resolving issues efficiently and improving system reliability.
- Ability to work in on-call rotations and handle high-pressure situations with a structured, calm approach.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based between UTC-5 and UTC+3.
About the Role
Oyster’s Go-To-Market organisation is scaling fast, with an ambitious growth agenda that spans new markets, new products, and a step-change in brand and execution. Our Chief Revenue Officer needs a strong partner to help the GTM leadership team turn that agenda into disciplined, connected, day-to-day execution.
As Business Manager for the GTM organisation, reporting to the CRO, you will work directly with the VPs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to keep the organisation running smoothly, moving quickly, and pulling in the same direction. You will be equally comfortable in the detail of an operating cadence and in the judgement calls of a cross-functional strategic project, and you’ll take real ownership of outcomes, not just process.
What You’ll Do
Translate strategy into a GTM plan
- Partner with GTM leadership to turn company strategy into a GTM plan (OKRs and key initiatives), driving focus across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps.
- Run a regular cadence to track progress, sharpen “what’s next”, and drive accountability.
Design the initiatives GTM needs to hit the plan
- Identify and help design the cross-functional initiatives that matter most.
- Bring structure and rigour to ambiguous problems, and know when to escalate versus solve it yourself.
- Draw on your knowledge of other GTM organisations to shortcut to what works.
Drive execution of the highest-stakes initiatives
- Own select initiatives end to end (scoping, resourcing, running, and reporting on results) while bringing the GTM teams around you along.
- Push initiatives from decision to delivery, not just decision to plan.
Run the operating rhythm
- Build and run the GTM operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and QBRs, so GTM executes as one team.
- Partner day-to-day with the VPs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps as a trusted advisor, spotting and closing operational gaps early.
- Diagnose friction between teams (broken handoffs, misaligned priorities, duplicated work) and broker fast, pragmatic fixes.
Own strategic internal communication for GTM
- Be the link between leadership’s priorities and the wider organisation. Shape the communication cadence (updates, all-hands content, key messages) so everyone in GTM knows what matters and why.
- Build feedback loops so leadership hears what’s really happening on the ground.
Collaborate beyond GTM
- Represent GTM’s needs with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Experience, and People through genuine working relationships, not transactional asks.
- Flag cross-organisation dependencies early and help resolve trade-offs before they become blockers.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy consulting, or a similar cross-functional operating role, including direct experience within a GTM organisation (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps).
- Experience working in or closely with tech GTM teams. You’re comfortable with GTM terminology and metrics, and with how a revenue organisation actually runs.
- A strategy consulting background, or similarly rigorous analytical training, is a strong plus.
- A track record of operating credibly with senior leaders. You can challenge, influence, and align VP and C-level stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong programme and project management skills. You can run several complex, ambiguous initiatives at once and still deliver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can turn complexity into a clear, honest narrative for different audiences.
- A structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving, paired with the judgement to know when a problem doesn’t need a framework.
- Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and the realities of a scaling, fully distributed company.
- A bias for action and a drive to make a big impact, whether that means rolling up your sleeves yourself or working alongside others to get it done.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year
- The GTM leadership cadence (business reviews, planning, follow-through) runs tightly, and decisions made in the room actually get executed.
- You have scoped, run, and delivered at least one significant cross-functional growth project, with a clear before and after result.
- The GTM organisation can point to a consistent, trusted flow of communication on priorities and progress, with fewer surprises and less rumour.
- A cross-team silo or bottleneck you identified has been visibly removed.
- The CRO and the leaders of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps would all say the organisation moves faster with you in it.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We're looking for a
Product Analyst
to help us better understand how customers use Wrike, identify product opportunities, and support better product decisions with data.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and UXR throughout the product development lifecycle — from exploring customer problems and evaluating opportunities to defining success metrics and measuring the impact of released features.
This role goes beyond reporting numbers. We expect Product Analysts to understand
why something is happening, why it matters, and what we should consider doing next
— turning data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Our Work Style:
Tech Stack:
SQL (GBQ), Python, Tableau, Amplitude, Airflow
Work Mode:
Hybrid – 2 days in office
Your Impact:
Discover and Evaluate Product Opportunities
Explore customer behavior and product usage, size opportunities, investigate root causes, and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Assess and Measure Product Impact
Estimate the potential impact of product initiatives, define meaningful success metrics and baselines, and evaluate whether released changes deliver the expected customer and business value.
Run Experiments and Product Research
Design and analyze experiments and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods and data sources and clearly communicating limitations and confidence in the results.
Turn Data into Product Insights
Investigate adoption, engagement, conversion, and changes in user behavior. Go beyond what happened to explain why it matters and what teams should consider doing next.
Build Analytics for Scale
Create dashboards, reusable analyses, documentation, and automation that make recurring questions easier to answer and help teams use data more effectively.
Partner with Product Teams
Bring an analytical perspective to product discussions, communicate findings clearly, challenge assumptions when needed, and help teams make evidence-informed decisions.
Use AI to Work Smarter
Use AI responsibly to accelerate analytical work and improve analytical workflows.
Your Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in product, data, business analytics, or a similar analytical role
Strong SQL skills and experience with analytical databases; Google BigQuery is a plus
Experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau)
Good understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
Ability to independently drive analytical projects from understanding the question to delivering insights and recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data to customer, product, and business context
Ability to validate data and assumptions and recognize limitations in evidence
Ability to balance analytical depth, speed, and business needs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and productivity, with a critical approach to validating outputs.
Upper-Intermediate or better English
Standout Qualities:
Python skills for data analysis
Experience with Amplitude
Experience with advanced analytical methods such as regression, clustering, or causal inference
Experience with product discovery or opportunity assessment
Experience building AI-enabled analytical workflows, automations, or reusable AI solutions.
Team Dynamics:
You'll join a team of experienced Product Analysts working closely with Product and R&D teams. We use data not only to measure what happened, but to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities, and help teams make better product decisions.
We value curiosity, analytical rigor, ownership, business thinking, and collaboration, while continuously looking for ways to make analytics more scalable through reusable approaches, automation, and AI.
What’s Next?
Exploratory call with recruiter

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
This role will be based in London, UK. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES:

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
