We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Planning to serve as the operational counterpart to FP&A inside Revenue Operations. This role is accountable for headcount and expense management, comp plan execution, forecast roll-ups, and the analytical work that keeps the GTM organization on plan.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Planning, you will partner directly with FP&A and across Revenue Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with broad exposure to the operating mechanics of the GTM organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Program-manage the annual planning cycle across Sales and Finance: own the timeline, drive the deliverables, coordinate stakeholders, and synthesize the output into a single plan.
- Own headcount and expense management for the GTM organization: track plan vs. actual, manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers and recruiting on capacity.
- Run the comp plan modeling and execution cycle: scenario modeling, plan documentation, exception handling, and partnership with the comp administrator on payout accuracy.
- Build and maintain forecast roll-ups across regions and segments. Partner with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
- Support territory and quota deployment: produce the analytical work that underpins the annual plan and mid-year adjustments.
- Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer: dashboards, recurring reports, and the data quality work that makes the rest of the team's work possible.
- Partner with FP&A on month-end close, commissions accruals, and revenue reporting.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar analytical role. SaaS or consumption-based business model experience preferred.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat your scope as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces.
- Comfortable program-managing a cross-functional process. You can hold a timeline, drive deliverables across Sales and Finance leadership, and synthesize across stakeholders without being told how.
- Strong financial modeling skills. Driver-based modeling in Excel and Google Sheets, built independently.
- SQL fluency required; Python a plus. Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack. Comfort working in code, not just spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles: how revenue, commissions, and expense flow through the financial system.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with operational rigor. You see controllership as a discipline, not a chore.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, comp administration platforms (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar), and BI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

You will join a highly-profitable, fast-paced division within Keyrock, where you will be expected to make a senior individual-contributor impact while collaborating with a global, fully-remote team. This role is open to candidates located in European time zones.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission-critical trading systems

- Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems; proficiency with Tokio is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading, or similar), with solid understanding of execution, market data, and operational risk
- Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including cloud infrastructure trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads, shell scripting, debugging, and production troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for strategy development, automation, and operational tooling
- Deep familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket), exchange connectivity, and market data feeds
- Solid grasp of low-latency networking: TCP/UDP, packet and latency path analysis, dedicated network infrastructure, and kernel bypass techniques (DPDK)

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Product Infrastructure team works on creating abstractions and data models that solve enduring problems across the stack. We solve problems that span multiple product surfaces and typically stretch across both front-end and backend and unblock new product avenues that were previously challenging to create.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Shape and build the core frameworks that enable reading and writing data in Notion, integrating feedback from internal customers along the way, using whatever tools are required for the job, such as AWS, Postgres, NodeJS, TypeScript, React on the frontend.
- Design new systems and abstractions that improve developer productivity, reliability, and performance by handling entire classes of problems up-front for product engineers.
- Solve hard technical challenges such as designing abstractions for efficient traversal of the user content graph, building a system to sync user content for offline use, or scaling our permission model to serve large customers with complex content.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution.
- Pragmatic and business-oriented: You care about business impact and prioritize projects accordingly. You're not just going after cool stuff—you understand the balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
- Strive for simplicity: You think critically about the implications of what you're building, and aim for the most simple and well-crafted design. You understand the consequence of complexity, and are motivated to eliminate them.
- Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies and programming languages are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological and can learn new technologies as you go.
- Empathetic communication: You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
- Team player: For you, work isn't a solo endeavor. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You have leveraged the features of typed languages (e.g. TypeScript, Flow) to drive code migrations, or have implemented your own data modeling paradigms (e.g. writing your own ORM, sync engine, or query language).
- You have seen how fundamental abstractions scale within a large codebase, and are curious about how different organizations solve similar problems (e.g. TAO by Meta, Zanzibar by Google).
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.
- You have interests outside of technology, such as in art, history, or social sciences.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As an AV Operations Specialist, you'll be accountable for how the AV spaces perform, how support requests get resolved, and how events land in the space you're responsible for. This role will help own all areas within the AV landscape. In a given week you might execute a preventative maintenance sweep across a floor of conference rooms, work the support queue and drive a recurring failure to root cause, and then run technical coverage for an all-hands or an executive presentation that evening.
You'll be the regional presence our AV Engineering and Production teams build on — the person who catches problems before users report them, and who turns what you learn on the ground into standards the rest of the team can run from. Your work directly enables the collaboration and transparency that advance our AI safety mission.
Responsibilities
Site Ownership & Room Health
Serve as the AV owner for your office — accountable for the health, readiness, and performance of every room and event space in the building
Execute preventative maintenance programs and recurring room sweeps on a defined cadence, not only in response to tickets
Maintain accurate inventory of room systems, peripherals, wireless microphones, cameras, and portable production gear, including spares strategy and replacement cycles
Coordinate AV scope for office moves, room reconfigurations, and new-space readiness in partnership with Workplace and AV Engineering
Know your estate: maintain the room documentation, as-builts, and site-specific gotchas that make your office supportable by anyone on the team
Support Operations
Help own the AV support queue — triage, prioritization, resolution, and escalation with clear diagnostic context
Participate in the regional AV on-run rotation (West, East, or EMEA), covering AV issues during local business hours alongside the daily room-check discipline
Systematically isolate faults to a point in the signal chain rather than reaching for reboots and cable swaps
Drive recurring issues to root cause and surface them to AV Engineering as candidates for platform-level or design-level fixes
Contribute to runbooks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base documentation that other technicians follow
Event Support & Production
Provide technical coverage for live and hybrid events in your office — from small executive presentations and team meetings through to all-hands and company-wide broadcasts
Operate event production systems including audio consoles, video switchers, camera systems, playback, and streaming encoders
Run pre-event readiness: walkthroughs, rehearsals, source checks, gear staging, and failover planning
Handle scoping conversations with requesters — translating what a stakeholder wants the event to feel like into an equipment and staffing plan that fits the team's SLA
Turn novel one-off events into repeatable standards — a template, runbook, or gear list that makes the next one easier for the whole team
Vendor Direction & Cross-functional Partnership
Direct AV integrators, contractors, and event labor on site, holding them to defined scope, SLAs, and quality standards
Partner with Workplace, Events, and IT on lead times, expectations, and readiness
Act as the regional feedback loop to AV Engineering — what's failing, what's missing, and what the standard should be
Communicate status, risk, and resolution to non-technical stakeholders in clear, calm, jargon-free language
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support
Have owned a standing estate — the same rooms, the same stakeholders, week over week — and were accountable for how those spaces performed over time
Bring working fluency across room systems, event audio, video, camera, and streaming, with enough depth to diagnose problems rather than only report them
Are comfortable being the only AV person in the building, and can prioritize independently across maintenance, support, and events
Bring structure to ambiguity — checklists, intake processes, maintenance cadences, and documentation
Are energized rather than drained by being the front-facing technical partner to executives, event producers, and everyone else who walks up to you in a hallway
Take ownership end-to-end, from noticing a recurring failure to getting it permanently fixed
Thrive in a fast-moving environment where standards are being written rather than inherited
Strong Candidates May Also Have Experience With:
Q-SYS DSP platforms — comfortable navigating and reasoning about existing audio/video routing and control designs
Logitech CollabOS and Sync, Google Meet hardware, Zoom Rooms, and enterprise room system administration
Preventative maintenance and room-sweep programs across a distributed room fleet
Broadcast video switchers such as Blackmagic ATEM, Ross Carbonite, or NewTek TriCaster
Digital audio mixing consoles such as Yamaha DM7 or CL/QL series, and Shure wireless systems
PTZ camera systems and multi-camera workflows
Ticketing and workflow systems such as Jira, and participation in an on-run rotation
Coordinating AV contractors, integrators, and labor for site support and event coverage
CTS certification or equivalent demonstrated capability
Role Specific Location Policy:
This role will be based in our New York office
This role is expected to be in office 5 days per week
Occasional evening and early-morning coverage is expected around major events
4-6 weeks of travel annually may be expected for this role for distributed support, office buildout support, and event coverage as needed
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$230,000
—
$285,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
