Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Technical Program Governance team enables complex technical initiatives across PlayStation engineering organizations by creating clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across organizational boundaries.
As a Staff Technical Change Manager, you will lead the people, adoption, and organizational dimensions of complex technical change across engineering and technology organizations. You will work alongside technical leaders, architects, program managers, and delivery teams to understand what is changing, who is affected, what will be required of them, and how to move from awareness to sustained adoption.
This is a technical change role. Success requires more than familiarity with software-development terminology or experience working near engineering teams. You must be able to understand systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, engineering delivery models, and technical dependencies well enough to identify meaningful change impacts, ask informed questions, and translate technical decisions into practical organizational action.
This role offers the opportunity to build and shape change capability from the ground up. You’ll help define how change is led, scaled, and embedded across a growing technical organization, creating practical approaches that can evolve with the business rather than inheriting a fixed playbook.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional organizational change within technology, engineering, digital, or technical environments.
Strong technical fluency across modern software and technology environments. Able to understand systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, engineering workflows, and technical dependencies well enough to assess organizational impact and engage credibly with technical leaders.\
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts and decisions into clear stakeholder impacts, adoption needs, communications, enablement plans, and practical actions.
Deep practical knowledge of organizational change methods and tools, combined with the judgment to adapt, combine, simplify, or move beyond a methodology when the situation requires it.
Experience developing end-to-end change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness, communications, engagement, learning or enablement, adoption measurement, and reinforcement.
Strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills, with a record of operating effectively in ambiguous environments where the change strategy, operating model, or path forward is still being created.
Ability to influence senior technical and business leaders, facilitate difficult conversations, build alignment across competing priorities, and move decisions forward without direct authority.
Experience using qualitative and quantitative signals to assess adoption, identify resistance or friction, test assumptions, and adjust strategy based on evidence rather than process compliance.
Demonstrated ability to create reusable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and guidance and to coach others so change capability scales beyond the individual.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce concise executive narratives while retaining enough technical substance for engineering audiences.
Desirable
Consulting or transformation advisory experience, particularly in environments requiring rapid context building, executive influence, and practical recommendations across multiple clients, organizations, or business units.
Experience building or materially evolving a change capability in an organization where practices, roles, standards, and expectations were not already mature or consistently established.\
Experience supporting platform, infrastructure, cloud, architecture, developer tooling, enterprise systems, or other technically complex transformation work.
Experience working directly with engineers, architects, technical program managers, product leaders, and senior technology executives.
Background in the games, interactive entertainment, or large-scale technology industry.
Formal change-management certification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING:
Technical Change Strategy and Delivery
Lead change strategy and execution for complex technical initiatives spanning multiple teams, organizations, technologies, or geographies.
Build a clear understanding of the technical change itself, including affected systems, dependencies, operating models, workflows, roles, and decision points, before determining the appropriate change approach.
Translate technical implementation plans into stakeholder impacts, readiness needs, adoption risks, engagement strategies, and measurable change outcomes.
Embed organizational readiness into the design and delivery of major initiatives, helping ensure change is considered from the beginning and translated into sustained adoption, stronger execution, and measurable business impact.
Identify adoption barriers early, frame the underlying problem, and drive practical interventions that address behavior, capability, process, structure, or incentives as appropriate.
Define meaningful measures of readiness, adoption, and sustained use, and adjust strategy when evidence shows the current approach is not working.
Technical Partnership and Organizational Judgment
Partner closely with engineers, architects, technical program managers, product leaders, and subject-matter experts to understand technical decisions and their organizational consequences.
Ask informed technical questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and surface dependencies or downstream impacts that may otherwise be missed in change planning.
Operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing clear recommendations, rationale, risks, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes rather than relying on escalation or waiting for direction.
Demonstrate strong judgment about where and how change leadership can add value. Read the room, adapt to the audience and organizational context, and apply the right level of structure to accelerate outcomes without introducing unnecessary process.
Use organizational context, stakeholder insight, and data to determine where leadership attention is required and where teams can move independently.
Connect technical transformation to business and organizational outcomes so leaders understand not only what is changing, but why it matters and what successful adoption looks like.
Capability Building and Scale
Help build a practical, scalable technical change-management capability, including reusable frameworks, playbooks, templates, decision guides, and operating practices.
Create lightweight approaches that can be used by program and technical leaders directly, reserving specialist change support for the work where it creates the most value.
Coach leaders, TPMs, and cross-functional partners on stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption planning, resistance, and reinforcement so change knowledge spreads through the organization.
Use strong facilitation and organizational judgment to bring the right people together, navigate competing perspectives, and turn complex conversations into clear decisions, alignment, and action.
Capture lessons learned and patterns across initiatives and use them to improve future change strategies, tools, and organizational practices.
Leave teams more capable than you found them by building knowledge, confidence, and repeatable practices that continue beyond an individual initiative.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
· Sustained adoption and organizational readiness for complex technical changes, demonstrated through measurable use, behavior change, or operating outcomes.
· Quality and timeliness of change-impact identification, stakeholder strategy, risk management, and interventions across multiple initiatives.
· Demonstrated technical credibility and effectiveness partnering with engineering, architecture, program, and senior leadership audiences.
· Evidence that change approaches are adapted based on context, feedback, and data rather than applied mechanically.
· Measurable growth in organizational change capability through reusable tools, coaching, knowledge sharing, and increased self-sufficiency of partner teams.
· Senior stakeholder confidence in the clarity, practicality, and strategic value of change recommendations and execution.
The individual will be measured on:
Successful adoption and sustained impact of complex technical and organizational changes, with clear evidence that intended outcomes are understood, adopted, and embedded.
Ability to identify where change leadership will have the greatest impact, applying sound judgment and the appropriate level of structure based on the audience, environment, risk, and desired outcome.
Quality of strategic partnership with technical and business leaders, including the ability to build trust, navigate organizational dynamics, challenge constructively, and influence decisions.
Effectiveness in translating complex technical change into meaningful organizational action, connecting technical direction with what teams need to understand, do differently, and sustain.
Measurable improvements in organizational readiness and adoption, using meaningful indicators and feedback to identify barriers, adjust strategy, and improve outcomes.
Growth of scalable change capability across the organization, including practices, approaches, and knowledge that enable leaders and teams to manage change more effectively without continued direct support.
Ability to strengthen and evolve the organization’s approach to change, identifying opportunities to improve how change is led and building practical capabilities that can scale as the organization matures.
Effectiveness operating independently in complex and ambiguous environments, bringing recommendations, exercising strong judgment, and driving work forward without requiring a predefined playbook.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build a structured onboarding program for new Account Executives and Sales Engineers, with role-specific tracks
- Deliver onboarding live and asynchronously: cohort sessions, workshops, certifications, and role-plays
- Introduce what AI Fluency means at Sierra and how to incorporate it into daily sales activities (account research, call prep, call recaps, pipeline updates, etc.)
- Make sure every seller can explain, demo and stand behind how Sierra uses AI, so they can speak credibly with customers who are learning to deploy AI themselves
- Establish baseline ramp metrics (time to first meeting, first deal, quota attainment, SE readiness) and set targets for reducing them
- Use AI tools to scale enablement itself: faster content creation, AI-driven role-play and call coaching, and self-serve answers to seller questions
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Sales Engineering to keep content accurate as the product and market change
- Recruit subject-matter experts, including top sellers and SEs, to teach and coach in the program
- Gather feedback from new hires and managers, and iterate on the program quarterly
- Build the global program so it can be adapted for regional teams, including our London office
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years in sales enablement at a high-growth B2B software company, with hands-on onboarding or training experience and experience managing cross-functional programs
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding for both quota-carrying sellers and technical sellers
- Track record of prioritizing competing requests from senior stakeholders and saying no with data
- Track record of tying enablement work to business outcomes, not just completion rates
- Strong facilitator, comfortable teaching experienced sellers and executives
- Willing to do the hands-on work in the early months, not just manage it, and comfortable building from scratch with limited process and few resources
- Able to learn a technical product ([AI agents / enterprise software]) well enough to teach it credibly
- Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work, and experience teaching others to adopt new tools and change how they work
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience running sales kickoff or product launch enablement
- Experience selling or supporting sales in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., [Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, Gong])
- Experience running onboarding through rapid headcount growth, or handing a program to a successor

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.

- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Regional Research Economist at Anthropic, you will collaborate with governments, academia, industry, and civil society in your region to measure and understand AI’s effects on the economy and explore research-driven policy interventions. You will contribute to the development of the Anthropic Economic Index and its extension to generate regionally relevant insights, establish new methodologies to measure the usage, diffusion, and impact of AI throughout the economy, and work to broaden access to and usage of the insights generated by the Index. You will use frontier methods in econometrics, machine learning, and structural estimation. Such rigor will drive impact, shaping both policy discussions externally and informing Anthropic’s internal business and product decisions.
Our team combines rigorous empirical methods with novel measurement approaches. We’re building first-of-its-kind datasets tracking AI’s impact on labor markets, productivity, and economic transformation. Using our privacy-preserving measurement system (
Clio
), we
analyze millions of real-world AI interactions
to understand how AI augments and automates work across different occupations and tasks.
For this role, we’re looking for candidates who can combine rigorous economic analysis with novel measurement approaches to understand AI’s transformative effects on the economy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at the intersection of empirical economics, technological change, and policy impact.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, policy think tanks, and other research partners as the primary point of contact for these organizations on economic impact work in your region
Advance research collaborations that answer country- or regional-specific economic impact questions
Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for policy discussions
Make fundamental contributions to the development and expansion of the
Anthropic Economic Index
, including country- and regional-specific analysis
Design and collaborate on empirical research on AI’s economic effects with governments, academia, industry, and civil society in your region
Develop new methodological approaches, in collaboration with partners in your region, for studying AI’s impact on labor markets and the future of work; productivity and task transformation; economic inequality and displacement; industry-specific disruption and adaptation; and aggregate economic trajectories (GDP, productivity, unemployment) under varying AI-adoption scenarios
Work cross-functionally with other technical teams to improve our measurement infrastructure and data collection
Amplify external engagement through research publications, policy briefs, and presentations to diverse stakeholders
Minimum qualifications
PhD in Economics
Strong track record of empirical research, particularly studies combining novel data sources and economic theory or implementing frontier methods in causal inference and machine learning
Demonstrated experience working in, and relevant relationships across, the region
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools for large-scale data analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from conception to publication
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across academic, policy, and industry communities
Preferred qualifications
Experience relevant to the study of AI’s impact on the economy, such as labor market analysis and occupational change; task-based approaches to technological transformation; large-scale data analysis and econometric methods; large language models for social science research; policy-relevant economic research; experimental and quasi-experimental methods for causal inference; macroeconomic modeling and time series forecasting; or agent-based modeling and large-scale simulation
Experience working with novel datasets and measurement systems
Comfort learning new technical tools and frameworks
Strong interest in ensuring AI development benefits humanity
Comfort working with AI systems and ability to think critically about their capabilities and limitations

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

About the team
The Subscription Strategy & Performance team sets the strategic direction and performance bar for Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across EMEA. We sit within Subscription EMEA, whose vision is to build the best local-commerce membership programme in the region. The Strategy & Performance team owns the subscription strategy, planning rhythm, and performance, turning subscriber data into priorities, investment choices, and leadership-aligned strategies that other teams can act on. We work closely with other subscription teams and market teams.
About the role
We're looking for a Senior Associate to to own strategic projects and lead analyses that help define the strategy & goals for the team. You’ll partner closely with other subscription team members and local market teams to identify opportunities, align priorities and execute initiatives. You'll be expected to move fluidly between deep-dives, planning inputs, and stakeholder communication, and to be a trusted subscription counterparty on cross-functional projects. Success means you become the trusted counterparty for subscription related topics, leadership trusts your outputs, and your work helps to guide our priorities.
Typical problems you'll own
Where is subscription performance ahead or behind ambitions, what are the drivers and what interventions should we drive?
How do we ensure we stay competitive and build a top class membership product across markets?
What do customers value and how should we improve our product to be closer to our vision of a leading EMEA local-commerce membership programme?
What you’ll be doing
Identifying opportunities to improve subscription program performance across markets by analyzing gaps, doing opportunity sizing

Helping to set prioritization among investment choices when engineering, product and ops capacity is limited
Helping to run the weekly operating & reporting cadence
Exploring how AI and automation can speed up reporting, insight generation and recurring analysis workflows
Our humble expectations
2+ years of experience in strategy & operations, strategy consulting, investments, or business operations - ideally with exposure to subscription/membership businesses, or consumer tech
Commercial acumen: comfortable with consumer subscriber and marketplace dynamics; able to connect analyses to business implications and understand the consumer lens
Analytical rigour: You go from question to query to narrative without needing a dedicated data engineer. You can read code, you’re comfortable with AI tools and master spreadsheets
Bias for action and ownership: you bring structure to ambiguous problems and drive work to a finish, driving execution beyond recommendations
Cross-functional influence: able to work with product, finance, legal, and local markets and align people around evidence
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; you present trade-offs clearly to senior audiences
Based in Helsinki or Berlin and comfortable with occasional cross-border travel as needed

We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.

ABOUT NIANTIC SPATIAL
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a staff member of the Map Team, you’ll own and drive significant parts of our Reconstruction and/or Localization technologies. You will be responsible for building the Map representing a living geospatial world model that can be simultaneously used to generate a high-fidelity 3D representations via Gaussian Splatting and Meshing, as well as the centimeter-level accuracy Visual Positioning System (VPS) that allows people and robots to explore the real world.

- Applied Research: Up to speed state-of-the-art in relevant areas to be able to invent novel solutions in VPS and/or 3D Reconstruction alongside the team.
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable production-grade Computer Vision systems that power Niantic Spatial’s VPS, 3D Reconstruction and 3D Mapping pipelines.
- Algorithm optimization and production implementation: develop and optimize algorithms, train models, for high-accuracy and high-performance execution on CPU/GPU on the cloud or device as part of a reliable production system.
- Quality & Benchmarking: Drive decision-making creating high quality data that allows the accurate spatial grounding of AI queries with structural, semantic and location specific knowledge.
- Technical Strategy & Mentorship: Work with engineering leadership to define the technical roadmap and quarterly objectives for the Applied CV Team; provide high-level mentorship and code governance to elevate the team’s technical bar.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with Product, Research, and Operations teams to ensure that state-of-the-art Computer Vision solutions translate into delightful user experiences.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to lead design for some of Synthesia's AI-native, agentic Sessions product surfaces.
Sessions are the experiences where employees learn through conversation, companies lrun a survey at scale, and AI becomes a direct participant in how work gets done - not just a tool behind the scenes.
This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users.
You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions, shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar.
In practice, this role is about solving AI-native design problems, for example:
- Designing real-time, conversational avatar experiences that feel engaging and natural - not robotic or gimmicky - for employees learning and practising skills at work.
- Creating interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows that give users the right amount of control, transparency, and trust without overwhelming them with complexity.
- Improving output quality through better structure, guidance, and feedback loops - helping users understand what the AI is doing, catch issues early, and iterate with confidence.
- Working at the frontier where AI changes what "interaction" means, and the best patterns are genuinely still being invented.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Own major AI-native bets end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped outcomes and iteration.
- Set a design vision for our "Sessions" surface, and influence adjacent product areas to stay coherent.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define what "great" looks like (principles, quality bar, success metrics) and then drive toward it.
- Prototype and test interaction models quickly - including novel agentic and conversational patterns - and know when high-fidelity matters.
- Raise the bar on craft: interaction design, UI quality, systems thinking, and consistency across AI-native experiences.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU BRING:
- Significant experience designing complex, high-usage product surfaces - ideally including AI-native products, agentic features, conversational interfaces, or products where the system takes meaningful autonomous action.
- Strong craft in interaction design and visual design, and a track record of shipping work that measurably improves the product experience.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you can turn unclear and fast-moving problem spaces into crisp direction, and you do not wait for perfect clarity.
- Systems thinking: you understand how AI capabilities, model constraints, and product architecture shape what's actually possible in the UX - not just what looks good on a screen.
- Excellent communication in design reviews and cross-functional decision-making contexts.
- Experience designing workflows where trust, transparency, and user control are central - helping users feel confident in AI-driven outputs rather than confused or excluded.
- A track record of tackling novel problems in maturing product spaces, and shaping the product from early-stage bets through to execution.
- The ability to leverage feedback from users and customers to ensure the product continues to meet real needs - including enterprise users with high stakes around quality, compliance, and scale.
AT SYNTHESIA WE EXPECT EVERYONE TO:

- Be Fast & Experimental

This is an early-career position that plays a key operational role supporting our Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring our people processes run smoothly across multiple markets.
You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition (TA), People Service Delivery (PSD), and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Manila, with three days per week in the office.
What You Will Do
Hiring and Selection
Support the Regional HRBP in submitting hiring requests to TA through Workday
Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
Onboarding and Offboarding
Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings and inductions for new hires
Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardized onboarding and induction template, and contribute to the onboarding process where necessary
Conduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key findings and flag risks to the Regional HRBP
Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal providers, and final payment follow-up
Conduct the exit interview for voluntary resignations and analyze exit surveys to flag risks or challenges to the Regional HRBP
Ensure all people movement events are processed accurately and on time in Workday
HR Employee Support
Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance, and compensation from employees and managers across APAC
Collaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time-off requests and balances, Workday challenges, and more
Liaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Actively contribute to the FAQ and knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team
Engagement Plan Execution Support
Support the execution of the APAC Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI and Automation initiatives)
Coordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups
HR Systems and Data Integrity (HRIS)
Own the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles
Perform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system
Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
What We Are Looking For
Background
A degree in Human Resources (Human Resource Management), Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience
1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments (for example HR operations, HR generalist, or HRIS support)
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
Skills
Advanced English, written and spoken; most team communication is in English
Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides): advanced level required
AI tools literacy (familiarity with Claude or similar tools is a plus)
Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and building clean reports
What Will Set You Apart
High tolerance for ambiguity: you don’t need everything to be defined to take action
Dynamism: you shift context quickly and don’t lose quality when the pace picks up
Comfort with uncertainty: you see change as the norm, not the exception
Proactive communication: you flag issues before they become problems
Discretion: you handle sensitive information with care and sound judgment
Why Join Aleph
Real impact across APAC:
Your accuracy in Workday and your follow-through keep hiring, onboarding, and people movements running smoothly across multiple markets, and your insights help the Regional HRBP and business leaders decide what to do next.
A clear path into HR business partnering:

Collaborative, supportive team culture:
Work alongside Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Service Delivery colleagues in an English-speaking team that values proactive communication, discretion, and flagging issues early.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN
Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale.
As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
⭐️ THE CHALLENGES
We are looking for driven professionals and entrepreneurs with a strong operational background to disrupt the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare. Our goal is to delight our members everywhere as we keep on scaling and building new services in France and internationally.
The job description is simple: you set the vision, make the hard calls, and own the outcome.
Here are some examples of missions our team is covering that you could lead:
- Saving millions through fraud detection: Building a detection capability with no playbook. Owning make-vs-buy decisions on tooling, balancing precision against member experience at scale, and managing the external surface. Partner negotiations, industry lobbying, and ecosystem-level fraud strategy.
- Building a global recovery engine: Establishing a billing monitoring framework to identify gaps early on. Then building assets & partnerships to drive costs down : designing a global recovery system that adapts to local legislation to support Alan’s expansion. With millions invoiced every month and high growth, the impact on P&L is direct.
- Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: Defining the operating model from scratch, making hard resourcing decisions under uncertainty, managing quality at scale, and driving international replication. Today: 80,000 sessions were delivered & 93% of users report reduced stress.
- Reinventing healthcare expense payment: Challenging a key French health insurance item (Tiers Payant), owning complex supplier negotiations autonomously, and cutting the budget line by more than half while improving member satisfaction.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
- You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
- You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
- You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
For this role we are looking to hire within the D-F https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity level range based out of France, Belgium or Spain.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end
REQUIREMENTS
- Ashby Power User. Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. Messy data bothers you, and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI native. Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.
- Scheduling at Scale. Interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You enjoy being the person who knows how the system actually works
- You’d rather build a template once than do the same setup ten times
- You’re comfortable moving fast without letting accuracy slip
