We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Warehouse Inbound & Returns Supervisor to lead our morning-shift team. In this role, you won't just oversee standard receiving; you will also manage our high-volume returns processing operations.
You will lead a dedicated team of 15 to 17 associates across both departments, ensuring we meet our commitments to top active lifestyle brands. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love building up a team, and have a sharp eye for process improvements, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do:
Lead the Floor:
Directly supervise 5–7 receiving associates and roughly 10 returns processing team members.
Manage Inbound Flows:
Ensure all incoming shipments are unloaded, checked, and put away in racking quickly according to our strict deadlines.
Oversee Returns & Repackaging:
Direct the team sorting through customer returns. Decide what is damaged and what can be safely repackaged for future customer orders.
Plan Labor:
Review upcoming shipment loads and coordinate with internal client service teams to ensure you have the right headcount scheduled daily.
Train & Coach:
Build a multi-skilled team through continuous on-the-floor training, performance feedback, and cross-training.
Keep It Safe:
Drive a culture of safety across your assigned zone, identifying hazards and ensuring your team follows warehouse safety compliance.
What You Bring:
Experience:
3+ years of experience leading a logistics team, specifically within receiving, inbound, or returns processing.
Tech Literacy:
Strong experience working daily with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Outlook.
Physical Ability:
Able to stand and walk on the concrete floor for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb warehouse ladders or stairs.
Communication:
Strong verbal communication skills. Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a massive plus, but not required.
Education:
A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
2. "Why Apply?" Candidate Pitch
Double Exposure Leadership:
This isn’t a one-dimensional receiving role. You get to dual-manage standard inbound freight and e-commerce returns, significantly building your operational resume.
Real Career Growth:
The local footprint is expanding fast. A brand-new facility is opening locally in Q1, meaning plenty of room for upward mobility and future leadership paths as operations grow.
Work-Life Balance Culture:
Unlike third-party logistics (3PL) providers that force mandatory 70-hour weeks for months at a time, this company values labor management. Peak season operations are carefully managed to prevent leadership burnout.
Premium Clients:
You get to work directly with high-demand products from major companies in the active lifestyle space.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

POSTING INFORMATION
- Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role.
- AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process.
- Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent.

Unlike an entry-level role, an Analyst II handles escalated or complex alerts, identifies emerging typologies, and assists in the refinement of our monitoring rules. - Investigative Analysis: Perform end-to-end investigations on complex transaction monitoring alerts, utilizing internal data and external OSINT tools to identify suspicious patterns.
- Case Management: Manage a queue of high-priority cases, ensuring thorough documentation of rationales and timely clearance or escalation.
- Reporting: Draft high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) or Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) for review by the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
- Pattern Recognition: Identify and escalate new financial crime typologies and "red flags" observed during daily monitoring to improve automated detection rules.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk accounts or merchants triggered by transaction monitoring alerts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Control (QC), Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and Product Engineering team to provide feedback on alert quality and system effectiveness.
- Mentorship: Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter expert (SME) for Junior Analysts, providing guidance on complex investigative techniques.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all reviews are completed within strict regulatory timelines and internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Law, Criminology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in AML Transaction Monitoring or Financial Crime Investigations within Fintech or Banking.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using Transaction Monitoring systems (e.g., Napier, Featurespace, or proprietary tools) and data visualization tools.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to "connect the dots" across disparate data points to uncover complex money laundering schemes.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to write clear, concise, and defensible investigative narratives.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act (FIAMLA) and global AML/CFT standards (FATF).
