Google Sheets

About the role
Field marketing is at the heart of how we build demand, foster community, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate growth. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Field Marketing Manager to build the engine that fills the funnel for our North America GTM team, focused on two to three priority industries: healthcare, financial services, telco, and retail and e-commerce.
Your expertise in industry-led field marketing strategy, regional program execution, and GTM partnership will be pivotal in creating the moments that bring enterprise buyers to the table, from executive dinners and roadshows to industry conferences, roundtables, and account-based programs aimed at named buying committees. Collaborating closely with the North America GTM team and the broader marketing team, you will own every stage of the field motion, from territory and account strategy through budgeting, on-site execution, and post-program pipeline attribution.
ElevenAgents is being evaluated today by customer experience and contact center leaders at the largest health systems, banks, carriers, and retailers in North America. Your ability to think like a marketer, act like a salesperson, and run multiple industry programs at once will ensure we get in front of them first.
What you’ll do
- Build the engine that fills the funnel for your industries, a repeatable program mix that creates net new pipeline quarter over quarter
- Develop and execute the North America field plan for two to three industries, from territory and account strategy through budget, execution, and attribution
- Partner with Enterprise and Strategic account executives on named account lists. Agree the targets, fill the room, drive the follow-up.
- Design the program mix: executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, roundtables, customer advisory sessions, and 1:few account-based plays
- Create the vertical narrative with Product Marketing. Invite copy, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences that speak to a healthcare, banking, telco, or retail buyer, not a generic one.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, and report pipeline created and cost per opportunity, program by program
- Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data and give an honest read on what worked. Recommend what to scale and what to retire.
- Follow up with participants in collaboration with the GTM and growth teams
- Work with Paid Media and Demand Generation to amplify field programs before and after they run
- Own end to end execution, with support from the North America events team on venue, vendors, logistics, and on-site delivery
Requirements
We are more focused on hiring for potential than past experience, but the person who thrives here will bring most of the following.
- 7+ years in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing, with a demonstrated track record of building programs that directly influenced pipeline and closed revenue
- Deep experience marketing into at least two of: healthcare, financial services, telco, retail and e-commerce
- Track record reaching enterprise buying committees on six and seven figure deals
- Fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution. You can defend your numbers in a pipeline review.
- A peer relationship with GTM. You have pushed back on an account executive and been right.
- Comfortable running an executive dinner, speaking at events, and partnering with C-level stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Sharp judgment on what to cut. Budget and calendar discipline under tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel roughly a third of the time across North America
- Transparent and unafraid to challenge, ask questions, or call out obstacles
- An AI-first working style, and a passion for ElevenLabs technology
- Bias toward shipping

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenMusic is our AI music creation platform, letting anyone turn an idea into a finished, studio-grade track in minutes, with control over genre, mood, structure, and vocals across multiple languages. It is one of the most exciting parts of the ElevenCreative suite, and we want its voice, community, and content presence to match the ambition of the product.
We are looking for a Content Creator & Strategist to own how ElevenMusic shows up in the world. You will make music with the platform every day, push it to its limits, and turn what you discover into educational content, tutorials, and social posts that teach creators what's possible. You will own the ElevenMusic social accounts, build and energise the community around the product, and represent ElevenMusic on stage at creator events.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of music creation, content, and community. The right person is a genuine music maker who lives on social platforms, has strong opinions about how an AI music brand should show up, and is just as comfortable behind a mic or on stage as they are in an editing timeline. Because you'll be using the product harder than almost anyone, you'll also be a critical feedback loop into the engineering team, shaping the product itself.

Aave Labs is looking for a highly creative Video Editor who lives and breathes social media.
You’ll create video content across Aave’s social and digital channels, working closely with the Marketing team to bring our products, ecosystem and brand to life. From short-form social and product launches to events, interviews and longer-form storytelling, you’ll help shape how Aave shows up online.
We’re looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling. You have strong creative instincts, a sharp sense of internet culture, and an intuitive understanding of hooks, pacing, sound, storytelling and platform-native content. This is a hands-on role. You should be as comfortable turning around a fast, culturally relevant social edit as you are crafting a polished brand or product piece. You’re constantly experimenting with new formats, editing techniques and tools — including AI — to work smarter, remove unnecessary production bloat and spend more time on the creative.
How you can make an impact:
Create high-quality, social-first video content across Aave’s channels
Turn raw footage and ideas into edits with strong hooks, pacing, sound and storytelling
Create content around product launches, campaigns, events, interviews and moments across the Aave ecosystem
Spot social trends, formats and cultural moments that Aave can authentically participate in
Adapt creative based on the platform, audience and what actually performs
Work closely with Marketing and Design to develop ideas from concept through final edit
Experiment with AI and emerging creative tools to make production faster and more efficient
Help define and evolve a distinctive video style for Aave
Let's connect if you have:
Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates both creative taste and editing craft
Are deeply plugged into social media, internet culture and emerging content formats
Understand what makes short-form content compelling — hooks, retention, pacing, sound and payoff
Have strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent
Use AI and new creative tools to improve your workflow without compromising creative quality
Can move quickly, experiment and manage multiple pieces of content at once
Have strong creative judgement and obsessive attention to detail
Are curious about fintech
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
