HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.

A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.

Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.

Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.

ABOUT HIGGSFIELD
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a highly operational, systems-minded Contract Manager to own and scale our commercial contracting processes. Sitting at the intersection of Legal, Finance, and GTM, you’ll help ensure contracts move quickly and accurately while maintaining the right level of process, visibility, and risk management.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex or manual processes into simple, scalable systems. You’ll manage the day-to-day contracting lifecycle while owning the infrastructure behind it—from intake and approvals to Ironclad workflows, templates, reporting, and automation.
You’ll be successful in this role if you’re highly organized, comfortable operating with autonomy, and constantly looking for ways to make contracting faster and easier for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Contracting
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including creator and influencer agreements, agency MSAs, PR and sponsorship agreements, content licensing, referral agreements, contractor and consulting agreements, NDAs, order forms, amendments, and vendor agreements.
- Own contract intake across Growth, Marketing, PR, Recruiting, Finance, and B2B; route, prioritize, track, and drive requests through completion.
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate NDAs within approved playbooks and fallbacks.
- Prepare first drafts and markups of commercial agreements using Higgsfield templates and playbooks, escalating exceptions to Legal with clear recommendations.
- Conduct final quality checks and coordinate Legal, Finance, and executive approvals before signature.
- Route approved agreements through Ironclad and DocuSign and ensure executed agreements are properly filed.
- Manage contracting SLAs, proactively flag delays, and maintain clear visibility into open matters.
Ironclad & Contract Operations
- Co-own the build and ongoing administration of Ironclad, including intake workflows, approval logic, templates, clause libraries, metadata, permissions, repository structure, and reporting.
- Translate Higgsfield’s contracting playbooks into standardized clauses, approved fallbacks, escalation rules, and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain self-service intake workflows and templates across B2B and non-B2B agreements.
- Maintain permissions, record types, legacy agreements, and repository hygiene so Ironclad remains the single source of truth.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and partner with workflow engineers when technical support is required.
- Build reporting around contract volume, cycle times, SLAs, and bottlenecks.
- Support integrations and automation across Finance, Security, Slack, AI-assisted review, and other systems.
- Onboard teams to Ironclad and create lightweight documentation that drives adoption.
Operational Excellence
- Own matters from intake through execution, filing, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain accurate trackers and provide concise, proactive updates without requiring follow-up.
- Identify gaps in templates, workflows, or processes and take ownership of resolving them.
- Apply approved templates and playbooks independently while escalating exceptions early.
- Continuously improve contracting processes through better workflows, automation, reporting, and AI tooling.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
- Deep hands-on Ironclad experience building and launching workflows, templates, approvals, permissions, playbooks, and reporting. This is a must.
- Experience scaling or cleaning up a CLM, including legacy migrations, record consolidation, and workflow rollouts.
- Ability to independently negotiate NDAs and prepare first-pass commercial agreement markups using established playbooks.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial agreements and contracting lifecycles; a law degree is not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
- Strong judgment around applying playbooks, meeting SLAs, and knowing when to escalate to Legal.
- Collaborative, clear communicator who works effectively across Legal, Finance, Growth, Recruiting, PR, and leadership.
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools such as n8n and Claude, with an interest in using technology to scale legal operations.

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
• Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

About the Job:
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead LaunchDarkly’s Cloud Engineering team, the team responsible for the foundational infrastructure our products and engineering teams depend on.
Cloud Engineering owns LaunchDarkly’s AWS accounts and networking, multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure, Terraform and GitOps workflows, CockroachDB operations, disaster-recovery capabilities, and FedRAMP infrastructure posture. The team is small, senior, and recently rebuilt. This is a frontline leadership role for a manager who treats operational health as a top priority, leads calmly through incidents, and creates leverage through software, automation, and reliable paved paths.
In your first year, you’ll lead a marquee infrastructure insourcing program from planning through completion. The program’s cost savings will help fund additional team growth, giving you the opportunity to deliver meaningful business impact while strengthening the infrastructure behind LaunchDarkly’s next stage of scale.
This role combines people leadership, operational ownership, and technical judgment. You do not need to be the most senior individual contributor in the room, but you should be comfortable partnering with experienced engineers, guiding tradeoffs, and creating an environment where the team can do its best work.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a senior Cloud Engineering team, providing clear expectations, coaching, feedback, performance management, and career-development support.
Own the operational health of LaunchDarkly’s cloud infrastructure, including incident response, on-call health, service-level objectives, resilience, and disaster recovery.
Launch and deliver a multi-quarter infrastructure insourcing program, including sequencing work, managing dependencies, communicating milestones, and ensuring a successful transition.
Guide technical priorities and tradeoffs across AWS infrastructure, networking, multi-region Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, GitOps, datastore operations, and compliance-related infrastructure.
Build leverage through software, automation, and paved paths that help product engineering teams use infrastructure safely and independently.
Support migrations by providing guidance, patterns, and enablement while maintaining clear ownership boundaries with partner teams.
Establish team norms for effective AI-assisted engineering and identify opportunities to reduce operational toil through AI and automation.
Maintain team health and continuity through change, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable environment.
Partner with Service Frameworks, Core Platform, Revenue Platform, Data Platform, and product engineering teams on shared infrastructure priorities and cross-team dependencies.
Communicate roadmaps, operational risks, investment needs, and progress clearly to engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Participate in hiring and team planning as the organization grows.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing an infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering team at a product company, including people management of an on-call team.
Demonstrated ownership of incident response, on-call health, and service-level objective frameworks for critical production systems.
Experience leading at least one multi-quarter infrastructure migration or insourcing program from planning through completion.
Technical fluency with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices, with the judgment to guide discussions and tradeoffs with senior engineers.
Experience taking over an established team and maintaining engagement, performance, and retention through a leadership transition.
A clear point of view on team norms and practices for AI-assisted engineering.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and operational priorities to a range of audiences.
A thoughtful, calm, and accountable leadership approach, particularly during incidents and periods of change.
Nice to Haves
Experience with vendor negotiations or cloud cost management.
Experience supporting FedRAMP or other compliance-related infrastructure and operations.
Experience operating large-scale datastores or OLAP systems.

ABOUT US
Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. Now we’re building AI into every part of it, so Close does the busywork and your team does the selling. No manual data entry, no 10-click workflows. Just communication-first, AI-powered sales software designed to help you succeed and scale.
We're bootstrapped and profitable which means we answer to our customers and play by our rules. We're proud of our 130-person, 100% remote team, focused on building Close so that no small, scaling business fails because it can't figure out sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
One of our values is “Build a house you want to live in.” In this metaphor, Close.com http://Close.com is the front door. Our website is where people learn about who we are, what we do and, even more importantly, it’s a critical touch point on their journey to becoming a Close customer. We’re dedicated to making it best-in-class. We’ve recently migrated from Webflow to our own codebase (Astro, Sanity, Vercel) so a new and improved foundation is in place. We believe building in-house gives us the flexibility, creativity, and speed to make our website a competitive advantage - this is where our first Sr. Frontend Engineer - Marketing comes in. As the technical owner of the website, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and instrumenting Close.com http://Close.com. You’ll work closely with Marketing, including a Marketing Designer, but report up through Engineering.
YOU ARE
- A marketing website engineer. You’ve built beautiful, conversion-focused websites for a while now - probably 5+ years. You may have worked in an agency, but you’ve also had to build, own, and collaborate on websites long-term - seeing your work through impact and likely many iterations. Motion, ambitious CSS, and rich media are second nature, and you sweat page speed and how the site reads to both search engines and AI agents as much as how cool it looks. A modern stack like Astro paired with a headless CMS (Sanity is ours) is familiar territory to you.
- Fluent in measurement. The sites you build aren’t only beautiful, but they’re well-measured too. You understand cookies, conversion events, analytics, and experimentation tooling, and you've worked with tools like Segment, Amplitude, or Customer.io http://Customer.io.
- Focused on conversion and fueled by impact. We’re primarily a self-service SMB business and that means that Close.com http://Close.com isn’t just a brand experience. It’s a critical part of our acquisition funnel. This means that your work will have a direct effect on some of our most important business metrics - traffic, conversion, revenue. You’re the type who finds this motivating and is eager to partner with Marketing and Growth to move these numbers.
- Energized by empowering non-technical team members. You’ve built systems that allow Marketers or Designers to self-serve and solve problems quickly and independently. You’re comfortable thinking through guardrails, automations, and tooling.
- Already building with AI. You use AI to move faster and empower your team but are equally discerning about which moments require craftsmanship and taste.
- Resourceful and collaborative. You’ll bridge two teams (Marketing and Engineering) and will need to easily work with folks across departments and levels. No tweak or task is too small (or too big) for you to tackle.
YOU WILL
- Build and continuously improve a world-class marketing website. We want close.com http://close.com to be responsive, highly interactive, and polished. The kind of site that brings the product to life through animation and interactivity. You'll ship new pages and continue raising the bar on core site functionality.
- Make the site fast and findable. You’ll own performance, technical SEO, and how the site shows up to search engines and AI agents.
- Manage the infrastructure behind the site. The platform (Sanity), components, integrations, and deployment are for you to maintain and evolve.
- Own the technical integrity of site measurement and partner on experiments. Make sure tracking, attribution, conversion events, and funnel data are implemented correctly and reliably flow into our marketing and data systems.
- Build tools that let Marketing self-serve...and help the site self-improve. You’ll build automations and flows to help the team ship pages, campaigns, and experiments, but you’ll also help the website be a partner in its own development - be it catching regressions or flagging performance problems and SEO issues. The website of the future is a surface for collaboration between you, the marketing team, and AI agents.
- Stretch beyond the site and act as an engineering resource to marketing. The website is your focus, but there’s a lot of work to be done! You’ll be a resource for solving tricky problems, across the website and in other areas of marketing - sometimes that means hopping in yourself, or just knowing when to loop in the right person.
BENEFITS
- Compensation: Competitive pay plus an organization-wide goal-based bonus
- Paid Time Off: ~5 weeks of PTO to start. Plus a 1-week all-company Winter Holiday Break and paid US holidays. You'll earn 2 extra days for every year you're with Close.
- 80% Work Option: Work with your manager to choose between a standard 5-day week or a 4-day week at 80% pay
- Parental Leave: Paid leave for primary and secondary caregivers
- Sabbatical: A 1-month paid sabbatical every 5 years with the team
- Healthcare (US residents): Two medical plans with Close covering the majority of your premium, plus Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and company-paid Long-Term Disability
- 401k (US residents): We match your contributions up to 6%, vested immediately
OUR VALUES
Build a house you want to live in - Examine long-term thinking and action
No BS - Practice transparency and honesty, especially when it’s hard
Invest in each other - Build successful relationships with your coworkers and customers
Discipline equals freedom - Keep your word to yourself and others
Strive for greatness - Constantly challenge yourself and others

About the Opportunity
The Trading Systems team builds the mission-critical order, execution, position, and risk infrastructure that powers OKX’s global trading platform. We operate at the intersection of high performance, correctness, resilience, and scale—where every design decision matters.
We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our trading counter and core trading systems. This role is for an engineer who combines deep systems expertise with strong ownership: someone who investigates root causes, raises the quality bar across the engineering lifecycle, and turns individual learning into reusable team capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance C++ trading systems.
Design reliable distributed systems, including consistency, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across system boundaries.
Own work end to end—from technical proposals and design reviews through framework refactoring, implementation, deployment, production debugging, replay, and validation.
Solve low-level systems challenges involving networking, protocols, concurrency, memory management, performance, and operating-system-level behaviour.
Drive architectural improvements by identifying systemic issues and anti-patterns, such as overly coupled or “God Class” designs, and redesigning components with clear responsibilities.
Build proactive quality safeguards, including automated testing, failure-injection scenarios, stability validation, monitoring, and replay-based verification.
Design controlled experiments to validate architectural assumptions and diagnose complex production issues beyond surface-level symptoms.
Work effectively across heterogeneous technology stacks, making sound engineering decisions at language, service, and platform boundaries.
Independently explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across code understanding, solution design, cross-review, incident analysis, test validation, and knowledge capture.
Raise engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Mentor engineers and share practical knowledge through documentation, playbooks, technical sessions, and reusable frameworks.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with substantial experience building production C++ systems.
Strong experience designing and evolving complex systems, with a clear understanding of architectural trade-offs.
Proven knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, network programming, and performance optimisation in Linux-based environments.
Hands-on experience with distributed consistency, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, or other system-level reliability designs.
Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including networking protocols, operating systems, memory, storage, and runtime behaviour.
A track record of taking ownership proactively, from defining the problem to delivering and validating a robust solution.
Exceptional debugging and analytical ability, with a habit of investigating why issues occur—not simply applying short-term fixes.
Experience using automated tests, simulation, replay, or comparative experiments to validate system behaviour and reliability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to turn experience into documentation, standards, and practices that help the whole team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with exchange, brokerage, trading counter, order management, execution, market data, or other low-latency financial systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Rust, Java, Go, Python, or other languages used in multi-language production environments.
Practical experience applying AI tools to improve software engineering workflows and code quality.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
