ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't.
- Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors.
- Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering.
- Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team.
- Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product.
- Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking.
- Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo.
How we'll measure success:
- Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them
- Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels
- How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market
- Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it
- Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week
- Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work
- Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products
- Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack
- Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer
- Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you
- Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools
- Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality
- Vibe-coding projects you're proud of
We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

We don't just sell a product; we partner with companies to help them create new experiences and unlock value at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.

• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, including self-sourced pipeline.
• 5-7 years of previous experience in sales in a SaaS organisation.
• Strong product intuition — able to learn a technical product deeply and clearly articulate its value to customers. Genuine curiosity about Voice GenAI.
• A proactive, agile operator who moves fast rather than waiting for leads to come in.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• A hybrid customer- & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction and scale.
• High fluency in Japanese; working proficiency in English.

An overview of this role
As a Customer Success Architect, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor and technical authority to some of GitLab's most complex and high-value Enterprise and Government customers across Japan. In this role, you will be driving and shaping how our largest customers adopt GitLab's intelligent DevSecOps platform to achieve their business goals and realise meaningful, long-term outcomes. You will be working closely with customers after the sale to turn pre-sales command plans into clear success plans, guide them through their customer journey, and drive adoption, utilization, and technical maturity. You will also be directly influencing renewal and expansion decisions through your post-sales engagements with executive-level decision makers in the account.
This is a individual-contributor role for someone who has already led pre or post sales customer engagements in large complex accounts across multiple industry domains to drive quantifiable business outcomes..The individual is comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can credibly advise VP- and C-level stakeholders on business transformation, application modernization, platform strategy, architecture, and organizational DevSecOps transformation. You'll also be shaping playbooks and best practices, and acting as an escalation point for the team's most technically or politically complex situations.
Reporting into the APJ Customer Success organization, you'll own a portfolio of GitLab's most strategic enterprise and Government accounts, act as the executive-level technical liaison for these accounts, and drive cross-functional resolution of their highest-priority issues — coordinating and, where needed, directing the efforts of Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. You'll bring deep technical expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, multi-cloud, hybrid architecture and enterprise DevSecOps practices. You will use that expertise to shape customers' long-term platform strategy, apply best practices, configure GitLab for their environments and stay current with platform capabilities. In your first year, success will look like establishing yourself as the trusted senior advisor across a portfolio of flagship accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, materially improving and increasing platform maturity, leading retention and renewal conversations, increasing customer satisfaction across your portfolio and contributing to the broader CSA team's technical standards and ways of working.
Some examples of our projects:

Owning end-to-end resolution of a critical, multi-team escalation for a flagship account — driving root cause analysis, coordinating Engineering/Product/Support, and personally briefing customer executives on remediation
What you’ll do
Owns a book of Enterprise and Government customers and drive adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction through ongoing strategic, business and technical engagement.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re launching dedicated Digital Natives coverage in North America, a new team built to serve companies whose products and business models are built around technology. These are cloud-first, developer-led organizations that build fast, scale fast, and evaluate vendors the way engineers do.
This is a named account role with a focused portfolio of the most strategic digital native companies in the region. You will be full-cycle - driving new business, as well as expansion inside organizations where the buyer is often a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product, and where adoption frequently starts with a developer and an API key before it becomes an enterprise relationship. Your job is to find that momentum, multi-thread across technical and business stakeholders, and turn it into durable, multi-product partnerships.
These aren’t transactional engagements. You’ll architect solutions that span across our ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI platforms that require cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You’re not just executing a playbook, you’re writing it.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of named digital-native accounts in North America, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Identify where our technology is already being used or evaluated inside an account and convert developer-led adoption into company-wide commitments
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across product lines, teams, and use cases
- Scope and close large ($xM+), complex deals, including multi-product, usage-based, and custom commercial structures
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, product, platform, and executive stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor on how AI voice and multi-modal agents fit into customers’ product roadmaps and architecture
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand value
- Translate patterns from this segment into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights that inform how we expand Digital Natives coverage to other regions and verticals
- Feed learnings from the field into the product roadmap and the broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies (onsites, technical deep dives, exec briefings, developer and founder events)
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts
- Experience selling to technology companies, high-growth startups, or developer-led organizations, ideally API, infrastructure, or platform products
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles where engineering and product leaders are the primary decision-makers
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions, including converting self-serve or usage-based adoption into enterprise agreements
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs
- Deep technical fluency, able to engage CTOs and engineering leaders credibly on APIs, integrations, latency, and architecture
- Executive presence with the ability to influence founders and C-suite stakeholders on long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, building a new coverage model from scratch
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows

How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. Little more about the team:
The team builds observability for AI in Honeycomb. We help customers see what their agents are doing, what those agents cost, and where errors happen. We also give them insight into individual conversations so they can debug them. We're bringing LLM and agent observability together, and we own both the data foundation and the product experiences built on top of it. You'll work in a small, cross-functional group of engineers with a dedicated product manager and designer, shipping features customers use in production. If you want to define how people understand and debug AI systems, this is the team for you.
What you’ll do in the role:
Deliver AI observability capabilities end to end, from ingestion to in-product visualizations.
Contribute to the data model and infrastructure that let us observe agents and their ecosystems across the Honeycomb product.
Build systems that analyze and surface AI-specific signals, such as cost, token usage, errors, and anomalies.
Collaborate with product and design partners to make sure what we build is usable, intuitive, and unlocks meaningful user workflows.
Share what you learn about exploring and understanding AI system behavior across conversations and workloads.
Iterate through fast feedback loops and experimentation, and share both wins and failures.
What you’ll bring to the role:
3+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience shipping customer-facing features at a SaaS company, beyond internal tooling.
Full-stack range, with proficiency in backend development (Go and/or Python) and frontend development (TypeScript and React).
A track record of working with product managers and designers.
Regular, hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day engineering work.
Experience being on call. You'd join our rotation after about 90 days.
A track record of navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving field where requirements shift and experimentation is a core part of the job.
Bonus: Experience building LLM or agent-powered features in production.
Bonus: Hands-on experience with observability tooling, such as OpenTelemetry.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$218,891
—
$245,946 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

ElevenLabs is looking for our first Sports Specialist to lead the commercial adoption of our AI audio products across the sports industry. This highly strategic, customer-facing role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and sports.
We’re looking for someone who combines deep expertise in the sports ecosystem with a strong enterprise sales background. You will become the go-to expert for sports use cases, partnering closely with Account Executives to help customers understand how AI can transform content creation, localization, fan engagement, accessibility, and live and on-demand experiences.
This is not a quota-carrying role. Instead, your success will be measured by driving product adoption, enabling the sales organization, influencing product direction through customer feedback, and helping close strategic opportunities where sports expertise is essential.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ElevenLabs’ sports use cases, supporting enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through deployment.
- Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing product expertise, customer education, and strategic guidance.
- Drive adoption across professional sports leagues, teams, federations, broadcasters, streaming platforms, rights holders, agencies, sports technology companies, and other organizations across the sports ecosystem.
- Help customers apply AI audio to use cases such as multilingual content, commentary, fan engagement, content production, personalization, and accessibility.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across sports, including commercial, media, digital, content, innovation, and technology leaders.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and workshops that showcase the capabilities and business value of ElevenLabs’ products.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Legal to bring customer insights into product development and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop scalable enablement materials, best practices, and sales playbooks to help the broader commercial organization successfully position ElevenLabs within sports.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, sports technology, media, broadcasting, and fan engagement to help shape ElevenLabs’ long-term strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- Proven experience selling into or working with sports leagues, teams, broadcasters, streaming platforms, rights holders, agencies, or sports technology companies.
- Deep understanding of the sports ecosystem, including content and production workflows, media rights, fan engagement, partnerships, and digital distribution.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
- Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting to both business and technical stakeholders.
- A track record of navigating complex organizations and building alignment across multiple decision makers.
- Highly collaborative, with a passion for partnering across Sales, Engineering, Growth, and Legal.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced startup environment where you will help define the role as the business grows.

An overview of this role
As the Manager, Customer Success Engineers, you’ll lead a team of technical specialists who drive GitLab adoption and value realization at scale across the Americas. You’ll design and run scalable technical enablement programs that help customers unlock business outcomes from GitLab across source code management, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile planning, while building repeatable frameworks to remove adoption barriers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Success Managers, you’ll combine deep DevSecOps expertise with strategic program development, partnering closely with Sales, Renewals, and cross-functional teams to turn technical insights into commercial impact, reduce churn risk, and surface expansion opportunities. In your first year, you’ll be focused on establishing clear metrics for technical value, strengthening voice-of-the-customer feedback loops with Product and Engineering, and elevating the effectiveness and impact of the Customer Success Engineering team across a pooled book of business in the AMER region.
What you’ll do
Lead a distributed team of Customer Success Engineers in the Americas to drive GitLab adoption and technical value realization across a pooled book of business.
Develop and execute scalable technical enablement strategies and programs that help customers use GitLab for source code management, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile planning.
Drive creation of repeatable frameworks and systematic solutions that remove adoption barriers and support measurable customer business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Renewals, and Customer Success Managers to align technical enablement with commercial objectives, supporting retention and expansion across accounts.
Use data and performance indicators to assess program effectiveness, identify adoption trends, and adjust technical initiatives for greater impact at scale.
Mentor and coach team members to strengthen their DevSecOps expertise, customer engagement skills, and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Champion the voice of the customer by translating field insights and technical pain points into actionable feedback for Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer feedback, feature requests, and adoption insights inform roadmap priorities and improvements to the overall customer experience.
What you’ll bring
Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, with the ability to connect GitLab capabilities across source code management, CI/CD, security, and Agile planning to tangible business outcomes.
Experience leading and developing technical teams in a distributed, remote environment, with a focus on customer outcomes and scalable impact.
Background in software development or engineering that enables you to guide technical conversations, remove adoption barriers, and design effective enablement paths.
Experience designing and implementing scalable customer success or technical enablement programs, using data to measure impact and refine approaches.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-focused messaging for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven skill in collaborating with Sales, Renewals, and other cross-functional teams to align technical adoption work with commercial objectives.
Comfort using customer insights and feedback to influence internal priorities, including product, process, and program decisions.
Openness to diverse backgrounds and transferable skills, with a growth mindset toward learning GitLab’s platform and evolving DevSecOps practices.
