About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

The Washington Post
. We're now preparing to deliver billions of dollars a year to people in extreme poverty, if funding allows.
Read our CEO's essay
on what that will take.
About this role:
Are you an experienced engineer at the stage of your career where, above all, you want to do good?
This role is about using engineering to support fundraising: delighting our donors; helping our fundraisers; getting donations recorded and safely started on their journey to our recipients; telling donors and the public about what happens to their gifts. A bit of website development. A lot of plumbing.
The good news about
this
position:
You will make a difference to people in extreme poverty
You will work independently, with few constraints
You will work directly with lovely people from across our fundraising teams
The trade-offs:
There is only one other fundraising engineer and mostly you will be working on your own
Our technology is a mixture of boring (Laravel, PHP, plain JS, HTML and CSS) and legacy (Salesforce, Wordpress, wrangling CSV files sent by our partners)
We're growing, but this is a role for someone who values depth and impact over a fast title ladder.
The maybe good maybe bad news about the role depending on who you are:
We are all in on AI where it allows us to get more $ to people in extreme poverty
If you want a role where you will be part of a bigger engineering team, working in Python or working on more complex tasks, then please take a look at our
other engineering roles
.
This role is right for you if:
You care about our mission
You agree with
our values
You have the right to work in one of the countries we're able to hire from (you can check the current list
here
).
You're happy working remotely, and taking meetings across East Africa Time and US Eastern Time.
You are happy to travel to meet your colleagues in the US, Europe and Africa a few weeks a year
You are fluent in English
You have 4+ years of engineering experience
You're happy working autonomously: defining what needs doing, doing it, getting it tested and launched, fixing the bugs, and hustling to make progress every day.
You're comfortable being on-call on peak donation days (Giving Tuesday and the last weeks of the year), including owning an incident: working out what matters, communicating with fundraisers, and debugging on legacy and others' code, sometimes when no other engineers are available.
You are happy with our boring and legacy technologies (Laravel, PHP, plain JS, HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Wordpress, SQL, wrangling csv files etc). You don’t have to be experienced in all of them, but you do have to be genuinely happy to use them (many engineers are not…).
You are happy and skilled at working directly with non-engineers on messy, poorly defined, rapidly changing, sometimes boring tasks

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a Finnish technology company known for its local commerce platform. From food delivery to grocery stores and cosmetics, we make cities better places to live by connecting people with the things they need. Our Global Creative Production team is currently undergoing a massive transformation, shifting from a reactive service center to an "upstream AI-Enabled growth engine".
We are looking for a
Senior Creative Producer
to join us at this pivotal moment.
This is a 6-month fixed contract opportunity starting ASAP.
Location: Helsinki, Berlin, Athens.
What you’ll be doing
As the Senior Creative Producer, you will manage digital projects from brief to final delivery. You’ll thrive in cross-functional collaboration across different business departments such as B2B, Communication, New Verticals, and Wolt+ teams. You’ll own project timelines for successful deliveries, weekly standups, daily communication with stakeholders and creative teams, and the localization and QA process during the production of social and digital assets.
You will own the end-to-end production of digital advertising projects, ensuring our creative assets are not only on-brand but also built for massive scale across global markets. You will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of the team and daily communication from brief to delivery.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
End-to-End Delivery:
Manage digital projects and multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch. Our deliverables touch social, in-app, DOOH, event collateral, and OOH.
Resource & Budget Control:
Oversee project costs, timelines, and team allocations without losing creative quality.
Stakeholder Management:
Align internal marketing teams, designers, and external agencies on project milestones and timelines. Daily and/or weekly status updates are crucial for the success of our projects.
Time Management & Multitasking
: Excellent time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines. Our producers are working on multiple projects simultaneously, and projects might touch different surfaces each time.
Our humble expectations
Solid Production Experience:
8+ years in creative production or integrated campaign management, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a progressive digital agency.
Understanding of Media Plans
: You have experience with specs and asset production across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion layers.
Stakeholder Management:
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple high-level stakeholders while maintaining high creative standards. Demonstrated success partnering with distributed teams across time zones and cultures
Risk Management & Reporting
: Ability to assess risks during production, find solutions, and share with management and stakeholders in a timely manner.
Organizational skills
: Methodical in following a predetermined system to complete tasks and meticulous in paying close attention to small details without losing sight of the big picture.
Strong work ethic and accountability
: A proactive attitude and rigor on everyday tasks, a positive mindset despite ongoing changes, and an excitement to learn. Resourceful during productions; deciding and acting on whether to bring external and/or internal resources and self-motivated to lead the project to completion. Someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and follows through on commitments made.
Tech-Forward Mindset:
You have a strong interest (and ideally experience) in AI-powered creative tools and generative workflows.
What we offer
Shape the Future:
You won’t just be filling a seat; you’ll be building the blueprint for how Wolt produces creative content for years to come.

Take ownership of strategic business priorities and see your work scale globally.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Help turn “I built a business” into “I have customers.” As a Staff Software Engineer on Replit’s Money team, you’ll help shape Agentic Ads: an emerging area focused on using AI to make customer acquisition more accessible to businesses built on Replit.
This role focuses on intelligent, advertiser-facing software—not ad-serving infrastructure, an ad exchange, or a real-time bidding engine. You’ll tackle problems at the intersection of AI, business growth, measurement, and trustworthy automation, turning complex decisions into clear, useful experiences.
You’ll help define a new product area, working closely with product, design, and engineering to discover customer needs and deliver practical solutions. This is a hands-on Staff role: you’ll own architecture, lead delivery across teams, mentor engineers, and turn an ambitious vision into incremental customer value.
YOU WILL:
- Set technical direction for Agentic Ads, translating customer needs into an architecture and roadmap that balance rapid learning with long-term reliability.
- Build agent-powered experiences that help businesses make informed growth decisions, translating user goals into understandable recommendations and appropriately authorized actions.
- Design extensible integrations with external services, using well-defined APIs and abstractions that accommodate changing provider capabilities and requirements.
- Partner with product and data teams to establish reliable measurement, connect product activity to business outcomes, and address data quality, delayed feedback, and uncertainty.
- Develop intelligent automation that learns from performance signals and helps users improve outcomes within their goals and constraints.
- Make financial control a product requirement: scoped authorization, explicit approvals, budget limits, auditable decisions, clear reporting, and reliable pause controls. Distinguish recommendations from actions that commit customer spend.
- Make cross-platform workflows reliable with durable state, idempotency, safe retries, reconciliation, observability, and recovery from partial failures, expired credentials, rate limits, and provider API changes.
- Establish agent evaluations and production monitoring for plan quality, tool selection, policy compliance, spend safety, and verified execution. Partner on experiments that distinguish attributed results from incremental customer value.
- Lead ambiguous initiatives across product, design, AI, data, security, and partnerships. Stay hands-on with implementation, define incremental milestones, mentor engineers, and own the quality and operation of what the team ships.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A track record of Staff-level technical leadership on complex customer-facing products or platforms: setting direction, resolving ambiguity, and delivering through launch and production operation across multiple teams.
- Strong hands-on software engineering and system design skills across APIs, data modeling, distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and customer-facing product experiences.
- Experience building and operating third-party integrations that remain correct under duplicate requests, partial failures, rate limits, changing schemas, and inconsistent external state.
- Practical experience shipping LLM-powered products or agentic workflows, including tool use, orchestration, evaluations, and safeguards for actions taken against external systems.
- Strong data and measurement judgment: experience using instrumentation and experiments to evaluate product outcomes, and the ability to reason about noisy data, delayed feedback, uncertainty, and correlation versus causation.
- Sound judgment around systems that act on a user’s behalf, including authentication, authorization, sensitive data, approval boundaries, and limits on consequential actions.
- Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams, explain technical trade-offs, mentor engineers, and drive execution without relying on reporting authority.
- A product-minded approach to simplifying complex workflows for non-experts, with hands-on ownership from prototype through reliable production operation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building advertiser-facing products, marketing automation, campaign-management tools, growth platforms, or software that helps businesses acquire customers.
- Experience integrating advertising or marketing APIs; familiarity with account onboarding, campaign lifecycles, and platform requirements.
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, budget pacing, and the limits of optimizing with low conversion volume.
- Experience with experimentation, incrementality measurement, constrained optimization, recommendation systems, or decision-making under uncertainty.
- Experience building permissioned, multi-tenant products with approval workflows, budget controls, audit trails, and privacy-aware handling of customer and conversion data.
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience with agent tooling, durable workflow execution, delegated authorization, or evaluation frameworks for agents that take consequential actions.
- Experience connecting application events or server-side conversion signals to advertising platforms, or integrating creative generation and landing-page experimentation into growth workflows.
- Experience building for small businesses or first-time advertisers, where clear guidance, limited budgets, and sparse data shape the product.
- These are additional strengths, not a checklist. Experience with every ad platform is not expected; ad-serving infrastructure experience and an ML research background are not prerequisites.
WHAT WE VALUE:
- Customer outcomes: success means helping a business acquire qualified leads and customers—not merely connecting an account, launching a campaign, or increasing spend.
- User control and trust: agents explain recommendations, act within explicit authority, and make budgets, costs, and consequential changes understandable.
- Evidence over activity: we validate measurement, acknowledge uncertainty, and test whether a change improves business outcomes rather than treating attribution as proof of causality.
- End-to-end ownership: we own the journey from a business goal through campaign execution, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
- Pragmatic technical leadership: we build on existing ad platforms, ship focused increments, and invest in correctness and extensibility where they matter.
- Clear collaboration: we document decisions, surface risks early, and help other teams and partners succeed.

We connect to diverse blockchain networks and collect, process, govern, interpret, and serve large-scale onchain data, delivering accurate, real-time, and reliable capabilities to Wallet, DEX, Explorer, Risk, CeFi, and AI products.
Our scope includes, but is not limited to:
Multi-chain data ingestion, parsing, computation, and unified data models;
Data capabilities for onchain assets, transactions, addresses, tokens, contracts, and projects;
Blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, Onchain Data APIs, bots, and agents;
Labels, risk detection, risk-control data, and security investigation capabilities;
DEX trending rankings, token scoring, and other onchain data products;
Global multi-region deployment, high-availability architecture, performance optimization, and system reliability;
Deep application of AI in engineering, data analysis, risk investigation, and intelligent operations.
You will work on challenges involving heterogeneous chains, large-scale data, real-time computation, high concurrency, high availability, data accuracy, and complex cross-functional collaboration. Your work can directly improve user experience, asset security, and business growth.
What You May Work On
This is a broad hiring track rather than a single fixed role. Your responsibilities will be matched to your strengths, experience, and interests, and may include one or more of the following:
Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, or business systems, taking ownership of the quality and outcomes of critical modules.
Build multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch computation, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities, continuously improving data accuracy, completeness, and freshness.
Contribute to blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, onchain assets, labels, risk control, DEX rankings, token scoring, and related platforms or products.
Identify critical technical and business problems, make sound judgments, design solutions, coordinate resources, drive execution, and review outcomes.
Build highly available, high-performance, scalable global systems, while continuously improving reliability, cost efficiency, delivery efficiency, and user experience.
Use AI tools deeply and explore agents, intelligent investigation, engineering automation, and intelligent operations, turning successful practices into reusable team capabilities.
Collaborate with product, data, security, algorithm, operations, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
What We Value Most
Hunger — Curiosity and Drive
You stay curious about AI, Web3, emerging technologies, and new business domains, and can learn unfamiliar areas quickly.
You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend and distributed systems;
Real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage;
High-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering;
Risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis;
AI agents, LLM applications, or engineering productivity.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
Experience in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
Proven examples of using AI tools to solve real problems and turning solutions into engineered or scalable capabilities.
Ability to work in English, or experience building global and multi-region systems.
Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.
Why Join Us
Build core onchain data infrastructure for OKX Web3, directly supporting global users and multiple strategic businesses.
Work deeply with diverse blockchain technologies, onchain data systems, and real-world Web3 use cases.
Solve challenging engineering problems involving large-scale data, real-time computation, high availability, and global deployment.
Explore the intersection of AI and Onchain Data, applying frontier technologies to data, risk control, products, and engineering workflows.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the Vercel Dashboard, the control plane for every Vercel user, defining how developers and teams interact with Vercel from first login through daily use, across both individual accounts and enterprise organizations. You will lead the shift from what is a project listing page today to a personalized, agent-powered surface that proactively helps users ship and discover value. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Vercel Dashboard, the primary surface through which all Vercel customers interact with the platform
Define how agents operate within the Dashboard, from surfacing errors and suggesting fixes to updating code and config on behalf of users
Shift the Dashboard from a passive "pull" experience to a proactive "push" experience, surfacing insights, notifications, and recommended actions
Define the information architecture and design patterns that product area teams build within, and partner with those teams (Billing, CI/CD, Observability) to keep their experiences consistent and high-quality within the Dashboard shell
Collaborate with Engineering to hold an uncompromising performance bar. The Dashboard must be the fastest, most delightful surface at Vercel
Run experiments and measure onboarding funnel performance, feature adoption, and engagement across user segments
What you need
You've built and shipped developer-facing products
You have experience with control planes, dashboards, or console products at infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools companies
You have strong opinions on information architecture and how to organize complex products so they feel simple
You think about the product from both a human and an agent perspective. You use AI tools in your own workflow and have a point of view on how agents should interact with product surfaces
You have experience running experiments and working with product analytics to drive roadmap decisions
Bonus if you
Have worked on platform or horizontal product teams where you set patterns that other teams adopt
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
Have worked on onboarding, activation, or growth loops in a product-led growth context
Have experience with personalization frameworks or systems that adapt to user segments and lifecycle stages
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
