HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.

🌍 FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE BASED IN FRANCE, BELGIUM OR SPAIN 🌍
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, performance, and resilience of the cloud infrastructure powering Garner’s products and AI/ML workloads. This role sits on our Platform Engineering team. You will run the machine: defining and upholding SLOs, leading incident response, and driving the automation and standards that let every Garner engineer ship faster and more reliably. Because our systems directly influence health outcomes for millions of patients, maintaining the highest standards of production quality is imperative. This is an automation-first role: you will use AI tools to continuously convert manual operational work into monitored, hands-free processes, so the role gets more leveraged as you build.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:
Run the Machine:
Own the end-to-end reliability, performance, and resilience of Garner’s cloud environments (AWS, Kubernetes), including those powering AI/ML workloads; define, measure, and uphold SLOs across our critical services
Lead Incident Response:
Serve in the on-call rotation, lead incident response, and drive deep-dive root cause analysis, seeing corrective actions through to resolution and rigorously reviewing infrastructure changes
Own Observability:
Build and maintain the monitoring, alerting, and observability systems that let us detect and resolve issues before users feel them
Scale & Optimize:
Translate ambiguous, high-performance scaling requirements into well-defined, automated, and composable infrastructure-as-code deliverables (Terraform); proactively identify and implement cost-efficiency and performance gains across the stack to maximize cloud ROI
Automate Away Toil:
Pay down impactful tech debt and reduce operational toil, using AI tools and automation to convert repetitive operational work into hands-free, monitored processes, and holding our internal platform to the same rigorous standards as our customer-facing products
Enable Engineering:
Build and maintain the deployment and observability standards that empower the broader engineering team to ship AI features faster and more reliably; communicate complex cloud and reliability concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Uphold Security & Compliance:
Ensure our infrastructure and operations meet Garner’s security and HIPAA compliance obligations
The ideal candidate has:
4+ years of hands-on experience operating production cloud infrastructure at scale in an SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering role
Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Terraform in a cloud-first environment (AWS preferred)
A strong track record with production observability: defining SLOs, building monitoring and alerting, and leading incident response and blameless post-incident reviews
Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python or Go, applied to infrastructure automation (experience with Kubernetes APIs a plus)
Experience driving cloud cost-efficiency and performance optimization across compute, storage, and networking
Experience supporting AI/ML or data-intensive workloads in production is a plus
Experience operating in a security-conscious or regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC 2) is a plus
Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) applied to real engineering and operations workflows, or strong motivation to build it fast
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
Technologies we use:
AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Istio, Python, Go, TypeScript, Postgres, NATS, Datadog, GitLab
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation Transparency:
The target range for this position is $191,000 - $226,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

About the role
As an Intermediate Backend Engineer, you will take backend features and improvements from clarifying the problem through shipping them and following up in production. You will work within a product area, partnering with Product Management, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Security to deliver predictably and contribute to the quality, security, performance, and maintainability of shared backend code and services. You will be trusted to work with minimal guidance, to know when to seek help, and to communicate clearly in a remote, asynchronous environment — with other tenured engineers alongside you to review your work, think through hard problems with you, and help you grow.
Why you’ll love this role
Ownership:
You'll take features from requirements through delivery and follow-up; your code will run on a platform used by millions of users.
Learning and Growth :
You’ll work alongside your engineering team, who treat code review and design review as a learning loop rather than a gate — one of the fastest ways to grow your engineering judgment.
Innovative Culture:
You’ll use AI as a genuine part of daily engineering work, developing the judgment to know when to trust it and when not to.
Autonomy:
You’ll thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, so you understand why you’re building something, not just what.
What you’ll do
Own and Ship Features:
Design, implement, test, and ship backend features and improvements with minimal guidance, working in Ruby/Rails, Go, or any other modern languages.
Build for Production:
Write maintainable, secure, observable, and performant code. Design and maintain APIs, background jobs, integrations, and bounded service functionality, and work with data models, migrations, indexes, and query behavior.
Test and Review:
Add and improve automated coverage — unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end where appropriate — and review others’ code for correctness, maintainability, security, performance, and operational risk.
Operate What You Build:
Investigate build, test, deployment, and runtime failures at the feature boundary, identify technical debt and propose practical improvements, and take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
Leverage AI:
Use AI productively in daily work, validate what it produces, and understand where its limitations matter.
What you’ll bring
Backend Fundamentals:
Professional experience building and shipping production backend applications, with strong programming, API, database, testing, debugging, and performance fundamentals.
Adaptability:
Experience with Ruby/Rails, Go, or any other modern backend language. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Feature Ownership:
The ability to take a feature from clarification through delivery and follow-up, working independently while seeking input at the right time.
Practical Judgment:
Sound instincts about security, reliability, performance, maintainability, and operational risk, plus an understanding of modular backend boundaries and the consequences of coupling.
Clear Communication:
Strong written communication and effective collaboration in a remote, asynchronous environment.
AI Fluency:
Practical experience with AI coding tools, including the ability to review and correct what they generate.
Helpful experience
Production Go services, APIs, concurrency, profiling, or gRPC.
Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, or cloud deployment.
Rust, particularly for systems, security, performance, or platform work.
PostgreSQL, schema evolution, caching, queues, messaging, or event-driven workflows.
Observability using metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerts.
Contributing to a modular monolith, bounded context, shared component, or independently operated service.

About the role
As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across your team and adjacent teams, solving the highest-scope and most complex problems in your area. You will lead large, cross-cutting backend initiatives, drive our modular architecture strategy, and define the standards that let teams move faster without compromising quality, security, reliability, or operability.
This is a technical leadership role that combines deep backend expertise, systems judgment, product judgment, and influence across organizational boundaries. You will work with Product, Frontend, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Engineering Managers, and engineers across product groups, bringing subject matter expertise, and you will do it without relying on formal authority.
Why you’ll love this role
Leverage:
Your work multiplies across teams. The platforms, standards, and architectural decisions you lead determine how quickly everyone else can ship.
Genuinely Hard Problems:
You’ll lead the modernization of a large monolith toward modular, reusable, appropriately independent systems — at the scale of a platform used by millions of users.
Influence Without Bureaucracy:
You’ll shape technical direction across teams through clear written proposals and decision records, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform roadmap and investment trade-offs.
Frontier AI Work:
You’ll lead adoption of AI-assisted and agentic engineering workflows and define the review, quality, security, and privacy guardrails that make them safe to rely on.
Autonomy:
You’ll thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
What you’ll do
Lead Cross-Cutting Initiatives:
Lead the technical design and delivery of large backend initiatives that span teams, and identify and remove systemic bottlenecks across product and infrastructure groups.
Own Architecture Strategy:
Drive modular backend, service, data, and platform architecture. Lead modernization of the monolith and legacy backends toward modular, reusable, and appropriately independently operated systems — while preventing fragmentation and service sprawl.
Set the Standards:
Define and improve standards for APIs, contracts, compatibility, schema evolution, testing, security, performance, observability, operability, and maintainability — plus the build, test, deploy, release, rollback, and production-readiness practices needed to operate modular features safely.
Establish Shared Patterns:
Create the patterns for dependency management, data ownership, eventing, failure isolation, service maturity, and operational documentation. Establish Go service patterns and Kubernetes operating practices where they matter to our production estate, and guide Rust adoption where it solves a real systems, security, performance, or supply-chain problem.
Own What You Build in Production:
Take part in on-call and incident response for the systems your teams own, act as a technical escalation point during complex incidents, and turn what you learn into architectural and operational improvements that prevent recurrence.
Influence and Partner:
Shape technical direction across teams without formal authority, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform-level roadmap decisions and investment trade-offs.
Grow Engineers:
Mentor Senior and Intermediate engineers, shepherd technical debt reduction and reusable patterns that improve throughput, and raise the technical capability of the wider team.
Lead AI Adoption:
Lead team-level adoption of AI-assisted and agentic workflows, including the quality, security, privacy, and operational guardrails, and help engineers direct, validate, reject, and course-correct agent output.
What you’ll bring
Cross-Team Technical Leadership:
A sustained record of technical leadership across more than one team or a broad product area.
Deep Architecture Experience:
Deep backend architecture and production experience in complex applications, services, or platforms, including scaling or governing APIs, service platforms, data systems, modular monoliths, or shared backend components.
Modularization in Production:
Experience modernizing a monolith or legacy backend architecture in production, and with modular architecture such as bounded contexts, package encapsulation, ports and adapters, service extraction, event-driven boundaries, or an equivalent approach.
Influence Without Authority:
A strong ability to create alignment through clear written proposals and decision records, so decisions are documented, understood, and adopted without constant escalation.
Product Judgment:
The ability to balance customer outcomes, delivery speed, technical health, reliability, and long-term platform investment.
Mentorship:
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping standards through code review, documentation, and example.
Agentic AI Leadership:
Production experience with AI-assisted or agentic engineering workflows, including the ability to evaluate and improve how a team adopts them.
Helpful experience
Go services and APIs at scale.

An overview of this role
The Pricing Strategy team owns the end-to-end pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategy across GitLab's product portfolio, from Premium and Ultimate tiers to GitLab Duo and our expanding artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. As a Staff-level pricing and commercialization expert, you'll design, scale, and drive GitLab's enterprise monetization and commercial buying programs as an individual contributor at the top of our individual contributor track. You'll serve as the architect of our Enterprise Agreements, cloud marketplace and channel pricing structures, and competitive commercial programs, partnering across Product, go-to-market (GTM), Finance, Sales, Renewals, Product Marketing, Partners, and Deal Desk to turn pricing decisions into scalable programs that work for customers and the field.
What you'll do
Drive competitive pricing programs and tactical deal plays, including promotions, competitive replacement offers, and deal support, that help the field win and displace competitors in the DevSecOps and AI tooling market.
Own list-to-net price realization strategy across products, geographic regions, GTM segments, and routes to market.
Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, and GTM leaders to shape new packaging and pricing proposals, evaluate monetization models as GitLab's AI and platform capabilities evolve, and bring data-backed recommendations to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
Act as the go-to expert for pricing enablement by building training, playbooks, and battlecards that give the field confidence in pricing conversations and help them explain commercial value.
Put commercial programs into practice in partnership with Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Data teams, staying hands-on with execution as well as strategy.
Define, launch, and scale Enterprise Agreements and marketed bundling strategies that simplify transactions, encourage multi-product and GitLab Duo adoption, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Define channel and marketplace pricing strategy, including tiering, discounting frameworks, and margin structures, across resellers, global systems integrators, independent software vendors, and cloud marketplaces such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
Document decisions and frameworks in the GitLab handbook and default to asynchronous, written communication as part of GitLab's all-remote, globally distributed team.
What you'll bring
Extensive experience across strategy consulting, pricing, strategic finance, or corporate or deal strategy, ideally at a software as a service or enterprise software company.
Deep experience in monetization or pricing strategy, including direct ownership of pricing waterfalls, enterprise buying programs such as Enterprise License Agreements or Enterprise Agreements, or channel and marketplace pricing models.
A track record of operating as a go-to expert without formal authority. Other teams bring you difficult pricing questions, and your recommendations carry weight with senior stakeholders because of the thinking and evidence behind them.
Hands-on work with AI agents and automations that real teams used in production
A bias toward iteration and shipping. You're comfortable making a strategic call, documenting the reasoning, and adjusting as new data comes in instead of waiting for perfect information.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently in an asynchronous, all-remote environment while driving cross-functional agreement.
Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Finance, including vice president and senior vice president levels, as an individual contributor.
About the team
The Pricing Strategy team shapes how GitLab packages, prices, and commercializes its product portfolio. The team works across Product, GTM, Finance, Partners, Deal Desk, Renewals, and Data to create pricing frameworks and buying programs that can scale. In this role, you'll help connect product and monetization strategy with the practical programs used by customers, partners, and the field.

Pink Elephant builds infrastructure of products at the frontier of mental health on EU&US markets.
Mental health is a global crisis hiding in plain sight. Nearly 1 in 8 people live with a mental disorder. Depression and anxiety alone strip $1 trillion from the global economy every year. Conventional treatment leaves most patients cycling through mediocre solutions for years - undertreated, undersupported, and underinformed. Progressive therapies are showing results up to 10 times more effective than standard care. Yet fewer than 5% of people can access them.
We're here to close that gap.
Our portfolio spans two fronts. The first is psychedelics - building the media, vetted practitioners directory and education for both therapists and end users. Such a synergy is designed to make evidence-based psychedelic care a real option for the millions who need it, not just those lucky enough to know the right person. The second part is everyday mental healthcare - mental health diagnostics, antidepressant journeys, the unmet clinical touchpoints, the patients who leave a 20-minute appointment with a prescription and no roadmap.
As CMO of Pink Elephant's Mental Health portfolio, you will own full-stack marketing across the portfolio, from go-to-market and positioning to performance-driven growth. Pink Elephant's Mental Health portfolio has strong products and no connecting logic. withClaro, our flagship companion app for people on antidepressants, sits next to several other products that do not yet add up to a single proposition. We know there is demand. We do not yet know precisely who we serve, what we promise them, or what makes them stay.
This role owns that. You will work as a partner to the CEO and the CPO, not as a service function downstream of them. The mandate is to define the segments, the positioning, and the portfolio architecture that everything else is built on. Channels and spend follow from that work; they do not lead it.
Key expectations & responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Find and sharpen PMF (primary focus)
Run structured discovery: user interviews, retention curves, cohort analysis, to identify the segments where Claro and the other portfolio products genuinely stick;
Own positioning and messaging, validated through live tests rather than internal debate;
Define what differentiates our products from general-purpose AI tools, which is currently our hardest communication problem;
Close the loop with product on what actually drives retention, and make that loop a standing process rather than a one-off project.
Portfolio architecture
Build the connecting concept for the portfolio: a single proposition into which each product fits, or an explicit decision that a product does not belong;
Make and defend calls on each asset: scale, merge, reposition, or retire;
Define how one product feeds the next, so that an audience acquired once can be served across the ecosystem;
Design the ladder across price points and commitment levels, from low-cost subscription to higher-touch, clinician-adjacent services.
Activation, retention & monetization
Own the full funnel: install, activation, trial, subscription;
Establish a reliable retention benchmark and improve against it;
Partner with product on paywall, pricing, and trial mechanics;
Run lifecycle marketing: onboarding, CRM, win-back.
Route to audience
Define who reaches our users and through whom. Our medical advisers, currently 4 therapists and 4 psychiatrists in the UK and EU, are an underused asset and a likely route to market;
Design and test the b2b2c motion through clinicians and partners, including what we sell them and how;
Shape channel strategy and hypotheses for the growth team to execute, and validate channel-message fit before spend is scaled;
Grow organic share through ASO, content, and referral loops.
Experience: What You Bring
Product marketing operator profile
7+ years in marketing for early-stage B2C or B2B2C digital products, with product marketing at the centre: segmentation, positioning, messaging, pricing;
Proven track record of taking products from zero to one, where the audience and the proposition were not yet obvious;
Demonstrated results in retention and monetization, not only in acquisition;
Strong data fluency: you think in cohorts, retention curves, and CAC-to-LTV;
Comfortable specifying and reading the analytics you need rather than waiting to be given them.
Ecosystem mindset
Experience marketing a portfolio or a multi-brand structure rather than a single product;
Comfortable holding several products at different stages, from pre-launch to scaling, and zooming in and out between them;
Experience with venture builders, accelerators, or startup studios is a plus.
Partner, not executor
You argue with the CEO when you disagree and commit once a decision is made;
You are comfortable being the person who decides what we stop doing;
You bring structure to ambiguity rather than waiting for it to be resolved for you.
Values & domain alignment
Deep interest in or experience with mental health, wellness, digital therapeutics, or other mission-driven consumer products;
Understanding of what responsible marketing looks like in mental health, where claims, tone, and user trust are under scrutiny;
Experience with regulated categories or with b2b2c motions through professionals is a major plus.
Compensation: TBD

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Every request that hits Claude — from
claude.ai
, the API, our cloud partners, or internal research — depends on a set of decisions made before it ever reaches a model: where each request should be served and how much capacity each model needs right now. Getting those decisions right is crucial to satisfying throughput, reliability, and latency constraints. This group builds the control plane that makes those decisions for Anthropic's inference fleet and own the inference request path.
This is a deeply technical group. The engineers here design placement and load-balancing algorithms, build quantitative models of demand, capacity, and system performance, improve latency across kernel, network, and framework boundaries, and reason carefully about how a change to the fleet ripples through everything that depends on it.
You'll lead a strong group of ML platform, infrastructure, and distributed-systems engineers working alongside the teams that build our ML internals and cloud infrastructure. You need enough systems depth to make architectural calls, hire people who go deep, and see when a proposed change will ripple across the fleet. You're accountable for the health of the whole path from request to model: its efficiency, its reliability, and how well it evolves as models, hardware, and clouds change underneath it.
Key responsibilities
Own the technical roadmap for how the inference fleet is coordinated — where traffic goes, where capacity lives, how caches are placed, how fast the system reacts to demand, and the protocols that keep the control plane and the inference engines in sync
Partner with the product, inference engine, performance, and capacity teams to identify throughput, latency, utilization, and cost wins, then turn those into shipped improvements with measurable results
Build the group's habit of quantitative modeling: claim a win only when you can measure it, and know before you ship what the expected effect is
Set technical strategy for how the control plane evolves across heterogeneous hardware, across multiple cloud providers, and across all our serving surfaces
Run the group's operational backbone — on-call rotations, incident response, postmortem review, deploy safety — so the teams can ship aggressively without the system becoming fragile
Create clarity at a seam: this group sits between the API surface, the inference engines, capacity planning, and the cloud deployment teams
Develop and retain strong existing teams, and hire against a high technical bar
Coach engineers through a roadmap where priorities shift
Shape team structure as the scope grows: decide where the boundaries between problem areas should sit, and grow leads who can own each
Pick up slack when it matters. These are small teams on a critical path; sometimes the EM is the one unblocking a stuck initiative or synthesizing a design debate
Minimum qualifications
Engineering management experience leading teams on critical-path production infrastructure at scale
A deep systems background — load balancing, scheduling, cluster orchestration, autoscaling, cache-coherent distributed state, high-performance networking, or similar — with enough depth to make architectural calls about how a large fleet is coordinated and to evaluate candidates who go to the kernel and framework level
Experience shipping performance or efficiency improvements in large-scale systems, and the ability to explain, with numbers, what the impact was — including the cost side, not just the latency side
Experience running production infrastructure with real operational stakes: on-call, incident response, capacity events, deploy discipline
A results-oriented, impact-driven approach, and comfort working in a space where throughput, latency, cost, stability, launch timelines, and feature velocity all pull in different directions
Ability to build strong relationships across team boundaries — this is a seam role, and much of the job is making sure other teams can rely on yours
Curiosity about machine learning systems — you don't need an ML research background, but you should want to learn how transformer inference actually works and how that shapes the systems problems
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of engineering management experience
Experience with LLM inference serving — KV caching, continuous batching, request scheduling, prefill/decode disaggregation
Background in cluster schedulers, autoscalers, load balancers, service meshes, or fleet control planes at scale (Kubernetes internals, Borg-style systems, or equivalents)
Experience running workloads across multiple clouds or partner platforms, and the reliability and cost trade-offs that come with it
Familiarity with heterogeneous accelerator fleets and how hardware differences affect workload placement and rollout sequencing
Experience leading teams at supercomputing or hyperscaler infrastructure scale
Experience leading multiple teams or a group through rapid-growth periods where hiring, onboarding, and team splits competed with roadmap delivery

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We're looking for a copywriter to lead organic content production at GoMining, with the end goals of growing brand visibility for prospective users and supporting the people who already trust us.
You'll write on complex crypto, technical, finance, and investment topics — content that needs to be accurate, well-sourced, and compliant. You'll work closely with the organic acquisition team to keep content strategy and search/AI visibility tightly connected.
What you'll do
Write in-depth, insightful longform content on relevant topics (crypto, finance, investments) and types (comparisons, product review, how-to, and similar), grounded in accurate, verifiable information.
Write product descriptions for store listings, market data aggregators, etc.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in anything touching financial claims: work with compliance/legal where needed, avoid promissory or misleading language.
Create briefs for designers on infographics, illustrations, and other visual content to make text more appealing and easier to digest.
Develop and improve processes for using the corporate AI to simplify and streamline content production — while keeping a human editorial layer that catches inaccuracies, hallucinated claims, and AI-sounding copy before publication.
Generate ideas for repurposing and reusing content across different channels and platforms.
Own the content calendar, and work out suggestions for recurring content-pruning and update procedures based on assets’ performance metrics.
Analyze existing data on content's business performance to generate new ideas and prioritize what to update, expand, or retire.
Subtly weave product CTAs into the complex context of a given topic without the text sounding like advertising or a sales brochure.
Apply content distribution and content marketing know-how to get published assets in front of the right audience beyond organic search.
Understand and apply the techniques and factors that affect how a content asset is optimized for search and AI applications, so content is easy for both search engines and AI assistants to rank, extract, and cite.
Maintain and evolve GoMining's editorial voice and content guidelines, and review content from other contributors — freelancers, translators, or other writers — for tone, quality, and consistency.
Partner with the SEO specialist on keyword and entity targeting, so content briefs stay aligned with the broader search and AI-visibility strategy.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience working with different types of content for various channels and platforms, with a deep, demonstrable understanding of what's working and what's not.
Experience writing different types of content — from a short social media post to long, data-heavy research.
Excellent written English (C1 and above), with a genuine interest in continuing to further sharpen it.
Experience using AI for copywriting, paired with the editorial judgment to know when to lean on it and when not to.
Working understanding of SEO fundamentals such as keyword intent, on-page basics, enough to write content that's both human-first and discoverable.
Familiarity with responsible publisher principles: accuracy, sourcing, transparency, and the extra care financial and crypto content requires compared with other verticals.
Comfort working with content performance data (traffic, engagement, conversions) to inform editorial decisions.
A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating range across formats and topics.
Would be a plus
Prior experience writing about crypto, blockchain, or fintech topics specifically.
Experience with GEO/AEO, writing or restructuring content specifically to be cited by AI assistants and services such as AI Overviews.
Experience managing or editing other writers or freelancers.
Multi-language content experience, or comfort working with translators/localization.
Hands-on experience with a specific AI writing or research stack.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This isn’t the type of in-house counsel position where you will be siloed into a few narrow workstreams or deal with the same issue day after day. At Clipboard, you’ll be tasked with tackling novel legal challenges, flexing different muscles across various areas of law, and making high-impact decisions in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be tasked with building internal processes and systems, not simply managing a docket of individual cases.
You have both the sharp instincts of a high-stakes litigator and an entrepreneurial spirit. You crave a creative and collaborative—rather than purely adversarial—experience in the law. You are a skilled and concise writer and communicator, and excel at and enjoy detail-oriented tasks, fact-finding, and investigative work. You have a strong degree of curiosity and are particularly adept at identifying subtle clues which may be indicative of a much wider and important universe of issues you need to dive into. You can navigate fairly esoteric internal databases to collect and digest complex sets of data. You are eager to bring your experience with litigation and investigations to an in-house role on a small and supportive team that affords opportunity for professional growth. You look forward to channeling your skills as a litigator into supporting and advocating for a mission-driven and groundbreaking business. You embrace and are not daunted by ambiguity or a challenge, have a perennially positive attitude, and are eager to help build a legal department and support the business in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy taking the lead on projects, and naturally take the initiative to solve problems and improve and streamline systems and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage various litigation workstreams relating to independent contractor classification, including but not limited to matters relating to unemployment insurance claims and disputes with users of the Clipboard marketplace.
- Manage other litigation workstreams, including but not limited to professional negligence and data privacy matters.
- Partner with both internal and outside counsel on managing high-stakes litigation matters, including by drafting responsive pleadings, briefs, and other important documents.
- Work closely with outside counsel on developing and participating in the company’s eDiscovery strategy, including custodial document collection, review, and production.
- Manage the company’s third-party subpoena response strategy.
- Provide legal guidance to a wide range of cross function teams, including the Company’s product and operations teams.
- Support other legal workstreams depending on the needs of the team and company.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE 90 DAYS IN:
- You are deeply familiar with all pending litigation and investigation matters and have taken over leadership of at least one high-stakes matter, including communicating and coordinating with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
- You have a deep understanding of the company’s internal databases and can quickly collect and analyze complex sets of data, both for the purposes of developing proactive risk mitigation strategies and responding to high-stakes litigation document requests.
- You fully own the unemployment response workstream, third-party subpoena response process, and a docket of other litigation matters, including a subset of the company’s medical malpractice matters, and can operate completely independently on these fronts with minimal supervision.
- In at least one litigation matter, you worked with outside counsel to develop an eDiscovery plan that minimizes the costs related to custodial document collection and review while still meeting our discovery obligations.
- You proactively and quickly jump in to respond to requests for legal guidance from other business functions, and provide high quality legal advice that incorporates the risk tolerance of the business.
- You are contributing to legal strategy decisions made by the Head of Legal.
NEED TO HAVE:
- JD with at least 5 years of experience
- Bias toward action and solving (not just spotting) problems
- Ability to take ownership of your work and manage projects independently
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Comfort and skill in navigating complexity and ambiguity, and working on a leanly staffed team
- Willingness to quickly dive into new and “unfamiliar” legal issues
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously, and meet tight deadlines
- Agility and flexibility to take on new tasks and responsibilities when necessary to support the business and legal team’s needs in a fast-moving, rapidly scaling, and dynamic tech company
- Willingness and ability to engage with and interpret data, especially from unfamiliar sources
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience handling arbitrations and class actions
- Experience with eDiscovery issues, including large-scale custodial data collection, review, and production
- Clerkship experience
- Government experience
- Experience working cross-culturally and with diverse, global teams
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
- Application Review
- Case Study
- Case Interview with a member of our Legal team
- Hiring Manager interview with our Head of Legal
- Executive Interview with our Co-CEO
SALARY:
The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000. This role will also be eligible for discretionary annual bonus (paid on a quarterly basis) and/or equity compensation.

And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
We are building Alan's Care function in Saudi Arabia, and you will be the person who makes sure every member trusts Alan when they need us most. You'll build the function from zero: process, tooling, quality bar, then scale it, while handling the conversations that matter most yourself.
Founding the function
- Handle directly the member contacts that stay in-house: admin requests, escalations, complex cases.
- Write the scripts, guidelines, and documentation that make Care work in Saudi from day one.
- Shape the operating model on the ground together with the GM Saudi and the global Care community: opening hours, shift coverage, tooling setup (Intercom and others), and how traffic splits between in-house and externalized support.
What success looks like: a documented, working Care operation that can pass regulatory scrutiny and handle real member conversations from launch.
Owning quality on externalized support
- Own the quality bar for everything we externalize: review calls and tickets in Arabic, coach our outsourcing partner's agents, and close the loop between what members experience and what we improve.
What success looks like: externalized conversations meet Alan's quality bar, and gaps get caught and fixed before they become member complaints.
Owning regulatory accountability
- Own the complaint-handling policy and the regulatory SLAs on complaints.
- Prepare the documentation and readiness for the Insurance Authority inspection.
What success looks like: Alan passes Insurance Authority inspection with a clear, accountable answer on every complaint-handling question asked.
You won't be building this alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team on process design, tooling, forecasting, and planning, the same team behind our Care launches in France, Belgium, and Canada. You bring the on-the-ground execution and Arabic-language expertise; they bring the playbooks and cross-market experience.
👀 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are a founding operator. You've built an operational function from scratch before, or you're ready to do it for the first time with real ownership.
- You are hands-on in ambiguity. You're happy to answer tickets yourself on day one while designing the system in parallel. Some decisions on coverage model and tooling are still being finalized, and you'll help make them.
- You are AI-first. You're excited to work on automation and tooling, not just process.
- You lead with ownership and directness. You hold an outsourcing partner accountable to a quality bar without hesitation.
- You are genuinely energized by great customer experience. When a member is frustrated, you don't just close the ticket, you make sure they walk away feeling cared for.
- You understand the member's stakes. Ideally, you've seen pre-authorization, claims, or member frustration points up close, in health insurance, health services, or a comparable regulated environment.
⭐️ REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Must-haves
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Both are mandatory: Arabic for the QA work on Arabic-language conversations, English for collaboration with the global Care community and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity: building the system and doing the work at the same time.
- Strong ownership and directness, including holding an external partner accountable to a quality bar.
- Genuine interest in AI-first tooling and automation.
Nice-to-haves
- Health insurance, health services, or financial services background; understanding of pre-authorization, claims, and member frustration points in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience building or scaling an operational/support function from scratch.
- Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory environment (Insurance Authority requirements).
Level target: B1-C1 on Alan's level grid.
⭐ WHAT WE OFFER
- A world-class team to lean on: you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team, and the full team's playbooks from launching Care in France, Belgium, and Canada.
- Real ownership and impact from day one, on a function you build yourself.
- As the team scales, this role has the potential to grow into leading a local team.

Lead discovery conversations across early research, clinical development, HEOR/RWE, market access, and commercial analytics

What You'll Get
Arcadia brings a rare advantage to Life Sciences: a
market-leading, scaled payer and provider platform
as its foundation
For more than a decade, Arcadia has been the trusted data and analytics partner to health systems, physician groups, and payers nationwide. That core business provides deep, longitudinal clinical and claims data, embedded clinical workflows, and durable relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
Building on this foundation, Arcadia has assembled a large, de-identified real-world dataset combining claims and clinically rich EHR data sourced directly from provider systems. The result is a longitudinal, research-grade asset with depth and clinical context that is difficult to replicate through aggregation alone
Life Sciences is a strategic pillar built on this foundation. Arcadia has made a deliberate, multi-year investment in:
Purpose-built real-world data assets
Clinically connected solutions that link insight back into provider workflows
A growing research and collaboration ecosystem to expand data use rights
Dedicated leadership, product, data, and operational resources
The opportunity is to sell—and help shape—solutions that connect
data, analytics, and real-world clinical activation
across the pharma development lifecycle, backed by enterprise credibility and executive commitment
This role is a
founding, hands-on commercial leadership role, accountable for building the direct Life Sciences revenue engine, and deeply involved in shaping deals, messaging, and market positioning
This role is not a
channel-only or account maintenance role, a narrowly scoped quota-carrying role with a fixed playbook, and insulated from product, delivery, or execution realities
