From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role

Design enterprise-grade data transformation and analytics architectures using dbt
Partner with Sales to communicate the technical and business value of the dbt platform
Lead customer evaluations and technical validation, including trials and proof-of-value engagements when appropriate
Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners, data leaders, and executive stakeholders
Guide customers through technical architecture, security, governance, and deployment considerations
Partner across the customer lifecycle to support successful adoption and identify opportunities for expansion
Bring customer and field insights to Product and Engineering to help influence product strategy and roadmap
Build strong relationships with technology and consulting partners, including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and other members of the modern data ecosystem
Contribute technical expertise, reusable best practices, and thought leadership to the broader Field Engineering organization and dbt community
Skills We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role within data, analytics, or BI
Strong technical foundation in SQL, data transformation, ETL/ELT, and data modeling
Strong understanding of modern cloud data warehouse, lake house, and analytics architectures
Ability to uncover and translate technical and business requirements into concrete solutions and measurable outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to establish credibility and build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from data practitioners to senior executives
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams
Bonus Skills
Experience with dbt or analytics engineering
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or other modern cloud data platforms
Experience with data modeling methodologies such as dimensional modeling, Kimball, Data Vault, or 3NF
Experience with enterprise data integration or ETL platforms such as Informatica, Boomi, or Talend
Experience supporting complex enterprise technical evaluations, migrations, or transformation initiatives
If you are excited about this role and know that you could get there, but don’t have 100% of the qualifications listed above, please still apply! We value diverse perspectives and want to build the best team we can, and acknowledge that sometimes the right people won’t check every box on a list.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

About the Role
Fivetran's mission is to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity — with dbt Labs now part of Fivetran, that mission extends from moving data into the warehouse to transforming and modeling it for trusted, governed analytics.
We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise sales team. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales to understand Enterprise customers' complex data requirements — spanning ingestion, transformation, and data modeling — and demonstrate how the combined Fivetran + dbt platform helps them build reliable, end-to-end data pipelines. You'll own technical evaluations across the full data lifecycle: from replicating data into the warehouse to transforming it into governed, analytics-ready models with dbt Cloud.
Technologies You'll Use
AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Kafka, Grafana, Linux, Windows, Python, Java, Iceberg, dbt Cloud, SQL, data catalogs
What You'll Do
- Work with Enterprise customers to understand their business, use cases, and requirements across data replication, transformation, and modeling
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences on the full Fivetran + dbt value proposition
- Ensure the technical win by running a tight proof-of-value process spanning ingestion through transformation
- Guide customers through dbt Cloud proof-of-concept implementations, including private-cloud deployments for enterprise clients where applicable
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to align solutions with Enterprise customer needs and inform the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Enterprise customers and partners (including Snowflake, AWS, Databricks)
- Own the technical relationship across the full customer lifecycle — pre-sale evaluation through adoption and expansion
- Stay current on trends in data movement, transformation, and analytics engineering; be an active participant in the dbt community
Skills We're Looking For
- 7+ years in data replication, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting in data operations, analytics, or BI
- Strong technical background covering database replication, cloud infrastructure, and modern data warehousing architectures
- Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling
- Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses/lakes, transformation tooling (dbt or similar), data catalogs, and BI tools
- Ability to gather and translate technical and business requirements into concrete solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Optional Bonus Skills
- Prior experience at an analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software company
- Hands-on experience with dbt Cloud or dbt Core
- Experience with data modeling methodologies (dimensional, data vault, Kimball, 3NF)
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or traditional Enterprise ETL tooling (Informatica, Boomi, Talend)
- Experience with self-hosted software applications and supporting infrastructure
- Hands-on networking experience, cloud and on-premise

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them
This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.
The position will be based at the Madrid office with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Build the iOS platform that helps engineers ship confidently. As Notion’s mobile team grows, we’re turning the first generation of mobile foundations into a durable platform: clearer architecture, ergonomic testing, dependable observability, and faster CI/CD. This role is broad—you’ll shape the iOS stack end to end, from shared frameworks and build systems to release quality, with opportunities to work across our shared Rust layer and AI infrastructure for mobile development. You’ll pair with mobile AI and core product engineers to understand friction, evaluate new iOS capabilities, and decide what should become part of the platform.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Make the iOS platform agent-ready: Give engineers and agents dependable ways to build, run, test, screenshot, and iterate through the app so mobile teams can move faster without lowering the quality bar.
- By the end of your first year, define how iOS features are built: establish architecture and ship developer tools, then partner with product engineers to adopt them.
- Raise the bar for iOS reliability and release quality: Improve the systems that catch regressions, prevent incidents, and help engineers understand issues quickly across builds, tests, observability, and CI/CD.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Deep iOS engineering experience at scale: You’ve helped build and deploy mobile applications used by millions, and understand the reliability, performance, and operational practices required at that scale.
- Platform or infrastructure experience: You’ve worked below the product-feature layer on mobile CI/CD, testing platforms, build systems, developer tooling, or shared frameworks—and can turn recurring friction into durable systems.
- Strong architectural judgment: You’re familiar with multiple approaches to iOS architecture and can explain the trade-offs clearly, choosing patterns that make features easier to build, test, and maintain.
- Cross-functional influence: You can partner closely with product engineers, understand their pain points, and earn adoption for new platform APIs, workflows, and standards without relying on authority.
- AI-native engineering practice: You use AI tools and agents as real collaborators, framing tasks clearly, reviewing generated changes, testing behavior, and designing workflows that make the broader team more effective.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $168,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Do you care about keeping developer tools running reliably, enjoy digging into the systems and infrastructure behind them, and know that reliable tools make all the difference for development teams? If you are calm under pressure, enjoy diagnosing complex systems, want to help developers overcome technical hurdles, and thrive on deep problem-solving across diverse tech stacks, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
About TeamCity
TeamCity is a highly scalable CI/CD server that integrates across the modern software ecosystem. Because it supports complex server-side setups and SaaS deployments, issues can stem from the product itself or the surrounding infrastructure.
What you’ll do
As part of our Support Engineering team, you will act as a crucial link between global engineering teams and our internal product developers. You will take ownership of incoming technical issues, pinpoint root causes, and provide working resolutions or clear escalations. You'll work American-timezone hours to give our global community timely, effective support.
Day to day, you will:
Identify whether an issue stems from the product, infrastructure, or third-party integrations.
Provide workarounds, submit bug reports, or escalate issues directly to development.
Capture insights and publish solutions following KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) principles.
Share user feedback with internal product teams to shape future tool improvements.
What you’ll bring
A systematic and structured, but flexible approach to troubleshooting complex software and infrastructure issues.
A clear, direct communication style that explains technical details in ways others can understand.
Comfort working independently across distributed teams and time zones.
Curiosity about how different build systems, VCS providers, and clouds operate together.
An inclination to leave documentation and systems better than you found them.
What you’ll need
Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
The ability to work aligned with American time zones.
Practical experience troubleshooting web servers and applications (such as Tomcat and Java-based environments).
A working knowledge of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL).
Hands-on experience with version control tools and hosting platforms (such as Git or Perforce, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Familiarity with build automation tools (such as Gradle, Maven, or .NET build systems).
An understanding of containerized environments or cloud infrastructure (such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure).
What success looks like
Success in this role means resolving complex support cases efficiently while maintaining clear communication with developers. You build trust by accurately diagnosing underlying infrastructure or application bugs rather than addressing symptoms alone. Over time, your contributions to the knowledge base reduce repeat issues, and your feedback helps product teams make TeamCity more resilient.

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join Systems Engineering and own the roadmap for the capabilities and technology that power Fivetran’s global Customer Support organization.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Support and Engineering, partnering with Support leaders to understand their biggest challenges, define what we should build, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll work across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and automation, with Zendesk at the center of a broader ecosystem of APIs, integrations, and custom services.
You’ll work with a diverse, global group of stakeholders and need to build trust quickly, flex your communication style, and confidently guide teams toward the right solution rather than simply taking requests at face value. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, asks great questions, and can bring structure to loosely defined problems. You’ll need strong technical instincts and the confidence to go beyond the initial request, understand the underlying problem, and recommend a simpler or more scalable approach.
Technologies You’ll Use
Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Slack workflows, APIs and integrations, Lucidchart, SQL, Looker, Google Workspace, AI and automation technologies, and other systems supporting Fivetran’s customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As a TPM for our Support systems, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, shaping how we deliver it, and driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Product Management
Partner with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain the Customer Support systems roadmap.
Intake, evaluate, and prioritize requests across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and support automation.
Own requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution scoping for prioritized initiatives.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product, process, and systems requirements, asking the right questions to uncover the broader problem behind the request.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve agent and customer experiences, and increase Support efficiency through automation and better systems.
Technical Leadership
Partner with Systems Engineering to design scalable solutions across Zendesk and its broader integration ecosystem.
Develop deep expertise in Support processes, Zendesk capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows to support solution design, systems analysis, testing, and implementation.
Shape technical tradeoffs that balance business value, customer experience, delivery effort, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Evaluate opportunities to use AI, automation, and evolving support technologies to improve service delivery while thoughtfully incorporating human oversight where needed.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations through active participation in testing and validation.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
Build trusted partnerships across a diverse, global stakeholder group spanning Support, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and other teams.
Adapt your communication and working style across stakeholders while confidently providing recommendations and constructively challenging ideas when needed.
Drive alignment on priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches.
Partner with technical and business teams throughout design, testing, rollout, enablement, and adoption.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Skills We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Technical Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Implementation Consulting, or a related technical role.
Experience working with customer support, customer experience, or other complex business workflows in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong technical foundation with experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, automation, and interconnected business systems.
Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined stakeholder requests, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear problems, requirements, and scalable solutions.
Strong product judgment with the ability to look beyond a requested solution, understand the underlying need, and recommend simpler or more effective approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt your approach across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests and competing priorities.
Strong execution skills with experience carrying initiatives through requirements, design, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can improve customer and employee experiences.
Bonus Skills
Hands-on experience administering Zendesk or building applications and integrations using the Zendesk API.
Experience with AI-enabled customer support, agent-assist, or workflow automation technologies.
Experience with workforce management, premium support, or differentiated service models.
Experience supporting Professional Services or other post-sale customer workflows.
Experience integrating or consolidating customer support platforms, portals, or processes.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🤖 THE HOPPER CREW
🎯 Mission:
- Hopper is Alan's internal agentic AI platform and every Alaner's AI companion: one unified productivity tool for coding, data, automation, research, and everyday work.
- It is a platform with a product on top. The product is the first and most demanding user of reusable components for agent orchestration, isolated execution, skills, connectors, permissions, audit, and evaluations.
It started as a coding agent. Watch how we built its first version and enabled anyone at Alan to ship code https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAu7Ngfd0ys. Coding remains its most mature use case and the foundation we are expanding from.
🔭 Scope:
1. Product experience - durable AI sessions available from the web, Slack, Linear, and GitHub for coding, data analysis, automation, and general work
2. Agent runtime and orchestration - control plane, harness, model routing, long-running execution, recovery, and isolated sandboxes
3. Secure connectors - an MCP Gateway that manages identity, credentials, permissions, confirmations, sensitivity, and audit
4. Skills, automations, and artifacts - reusable workflows, scheduled or event-driven work, dashboards, and hosted tools
5. Trust and review - evaluations and product experiences that expose tests, screenshots, previews, queries, sources, and tool actions
👀 Focus for 2026:
Coding proved that Alaners want to delegate meaningful work to agents. Our 2026 focus is to make it the AI companion every Alaner can rely on: faster and more durable sessions, safe access to company tools and data, HDS-compatible infrastructure for sensitive workloads, stronger evaluations, and results people can inspect before acting on them.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're moving from "AI tools you monitor" to "AI agents you trust." That means scaling Hopper — Alan's own background coding agent — alongside the infrastructure that makes it reliable: managed agent pools, sandboxed environments, autonomous testing, and CI auto-fix. Engineers will routinely offload tasks to agents. Non-engineers will open pull requests after having easily tested their changes. Agents will validate their own work before it ships.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles
- Experience building products, internal platforms, frameworks, or infrastructure used by other people
- Depth in at least one relevant area: AI agents and evaluations, developer platforms, high-quality product UX, distributed systems and runtimes or security and authorization
- Ability to own work end to end, from a React interaction or API contract to reliability in production
- Experience with LLM APIs, agent harnesses, MCP, or AI-assisted coding tools is a strong plus
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You think in terms of both product and platform experience: Alaners across engineering, product, data, sales, and operations are your customers
- You care about whether people can understand and verify what an AI system did
- You make concrete tradeoffs between speed, reliability, cost, security, and user experience
- You simplify complexity with clear abstractions and maintainable code
- You are collaborative, humble, and motivated by enabling others
- You are excited about AI changing who can build, investigate, and automate work
- You are fluent in English (no French required)
- Above all, we look for high potential and curiosity. Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.

🤖 OPS AI PLATFORM TEAM 🔀
We're building something that doesn't exist yet.
Imagine a platform where AI agents autonomously handle operational work - connected to every internal and external tool, trained by operators themselves, running safely at scale. No engineers needed. No bottlenecks. Just agents that work.
That's what we're building. The Ops AI Platform will let our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor their own AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks. We aim to crack problems no one has solved at this scale.
The project just launched. You'd join at ground zero - shaping the architecture, the product, the entire foundation.
If building the future of work from scratch excites you, this is it.
⭐ OUR NORTH STAR
We’re building ops agents that work reliably and safely, without putting the engineering team on the critical path.
You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering. Our mission is to create the platform that enables building accurate and reliable AI agents, delivering an outstanding experience to our internal Ops team for the creation, iteration and monitoring of their agents, without requiring hard technical skills. Things we’re working on:
- 💬 Integrate agents at the heart of internal tools - UIs where Ops monitor and take action on concrete business situations. We want AI agents to become first-class citizens in this ecosystem, with context-aware chat modals, allowing users to review agents' reasoning, actions, and provide follow-up instructions - with instant impact on business data.
- 👥 Empower non-technical users to become autonomous in the creation and maintenance of agents to automate operational tasks at scale: prompting, tools configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, evaluations
- 🔧 Build a complete set of tools made available to AI agents, connecting to internal and external capabilities: internal business data, external servers, external web dashboards without API, etc.
- 💯 Safety and accuracy at the core: robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop to validate sensitive actions, fine-grained permissions and limits
In 6 to 12 months, we plan to increase our scope by owning the AI platform that will power all agentic use cases at Alan - creating economies of scale thanks to common infrastructure and tooling.
If you’re excited by the idea of building the future of work, this is the team for you - we're at the start of the journey.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in operations.
- You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop, internal tools UX, multi-agent architectures, and see your work deployed in production, used by our ops team
- You’ll implement new capabilities for AI agents, as well as tooling to make ops autonomous on the creation, evolution, monitoring and evaluation of their agents
- You’ll work on making our system scale, going from a few dozen to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily
- You’ll have significant influence on system architecture and code quality
- You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including participating in hiring).
You would be a good fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Strong background in full-stack software engineering, systems architecture, with a spike in back-end engineering.
- Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus
- Product-minded: you want your solutions to be used, and impactful
- Self-directed and pragmatic
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French!)
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
In this role, you own the engagement outcome. You will lead our most complex, multi-workstream engagements in Korea, decide when Forward Deployed Engineers are needed for code-intensive work, and coach others to raise the bar across our Services practice.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead Notion’s most complex, multi-workstream customer engagements in Korea end to end, from scoping and discovery through launch, adoption and handoff, often where the future state and success measures are not yet defined.
- Shape Services scope, effort estimates and implementation strategy with account teams during pre-sales, then deliver against the agreed scope, timeline and outcomes, recovering engagements that go off track.
- Drive executive alignment on ambiguous, high-stakes decisions: facilitate discovery and architecture workshops, frame tradeoffs clearly and deliver hard messages directly.
- Decide where Notion should own, complement or connect to existing systems, and design scalable architectures and AI-native workflows to a production quality bar, including permission design, AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls and operational ownership.
- Orchestrate Forward Deployed Engineers, partners and internal teams: define when deeper engineering is required and set clear scope, ownership and handoffs.
- Lead change management and adoption through stakeholder alignment, champion programs, phased rollouts and enablement, so customer teams sustain usage and realize measurable value.
- Coach other architects and partners, and scale the Korea Services practice through reusable reference architectures, packaged solutions and localized enablement.
- Turn field patterns into evidence-backed product signals (customer pain, business impact, expected outcome and frequency) that influence Notion’s roadmap.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-powered workflows or agents in production for customers.
- Hands-on technical depth in data modeling and permission design, API and integration patterns, agent design and evaluation, enterprise security and governance, and data validation with SQL or scripts. You do not need to write production code.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Experience scoping Services work, estimating effort and delivering within agreed commercial boundaries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Experience coaching consultants or architects, and building methods, reference architectures or packaged services that others adopt.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience delivering for large Korean enterprises and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Experience enabling or co-delivering with implementation partners.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

Develop segment and region level views of marketing performance to support resource allocation decisions
Design and maintain models to quantify the impact of marketing programs across the buyer journey
Conduct ad hoc deep dives to diagnose pipeline trends, marketing channel performance, or funnel conversion issues and proactively surface recommendations
Executive reporting & Cross-functional Alignment
Support the weekly and monthly business review process: prepare data and partner with leadership to build a narrative that converts data into actionable insights
Drive alignment on ICP across product marketing, product, sales, and marketing so targeting, messaging, and investment point at the same accounts
Scope dashboard needs and partner with the Analytics team to build them out
Commercial Pipeline model
Own the Growth pipeline model, aligning sourced and influenced contribution across partner, sales, BDR, and marketing
Work with Field Ops for Commercial and the BDR org to ensure marketing's pipeline contribution supports the coverage needed to hit the business target
Maintain the coverage, conversion, and velocity assumptions the model runs on, and reconcile them with Field Ops and Finance
Experimentation and Optimization
Analyze marketing experiments (landing pages, email sequences, ad creative, offers) to drive continuous improvement
Partner with our Head of PLG Revenue to identify friction in the self serve funnel and recommend interventions
Design experiments that help optimize the marketing spend and pipeline ROI
Capacity & headcount planning
Own capacity and headcount planning for the Growth marketing organization, tying resourcing to targets and coverage requirements
Model the trade-offs between headcount, program spend, and pipeline output to inform investment and org decisions
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, GTM/marketing strategy, revenue operations analytics, FP&A or business intelligence within a B2B SaaS environment
Strong planning and financial-modeling skills: comfortable building target, budget, and pipeline-coverage models from ambiguous inputs
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, move quickly, and drive them to clear, actionable recommendations
Clear point of view and the confidence to challenge assumptions and bring data-backed perspectives to senior stakeholders, including a VP

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Business Partner to support our AI team and other business functions. Our Strategic Finance Business Partnership team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, driving our financial planning, forecasting, and review processes, and guiding critical decisions through insightful analyses and strategic thought partnership.
This is a high-impact role on a lean team: you’ll partner deeply across Engineering and Product to strengthen executive-level visibility into financial performance, improve forecast accuracy, and evaluate strategic investments across our product.
This role is based San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Embed deeply within the AI team and broader business as a trusted financial partner. Understand key cost drivers and the product roadmap to proactively surface financial implications, risks, and opportunities.
- Own weekly and monthly AI cost reporting end to end, delivering clear visibility into spend, usage, key trends, and anomalies for executives and functional leaders.
- Deliver thoughtful analyses to support strategic decisions with strong judgment, speed, and attention to detail.
- Support the monthly close and reporting process with Accounting, vendor and PO tracking, budget-versus-actuals cost analyses, and flux reviews
- Partner with the AI team, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts and budgets.
- Strengthen AI cost data and reporting infrastructure by identifying data gaps, improving recurring workflows, and using AI and automation to make reporting more durable, scalable, and timely.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, and/or Corporate Finance
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, financial close, and reporting (budget vs. actuals, etc.)
- Data fluency and the ability to navigate complex datasets, including identifying anomalies or data gaps.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to move from detailed data to a clear point of view on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Comfortable partnering directly with senior leadership and building strong cross-functional relationships
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail — “get it done” attitude
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with a high-growth tech company, including native AI, SaaS, or consumption-based businesses
- Experience with NetSuite, Workday, Zip, and planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan)
- Working knowledge of SQL

A NOTE ON AI

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Global Head of Land Revenue, you’ll be the global owner for technical new-business strategy, pipeline, and conversion—a customer-facing, technical revenue leadership role, not a RevOps or sales operations role. You’ll own Notion’s Land number (net-new and upgrade iARR across regions), work closely with EPD and Product, and step into high-stakes technical conversations with customers and partners as Notion shifts from product-led to sales-led selling in an AI-native world.
This role is the global owner for new business standards, pipeline programs, and operating cadence. You’ll set the way for landing new business revenue globally, partner with Regional GMs who own regional P&L outcomes, and ensure consistent execution through scalable programs, playbooks, enablement, and governance.
You’ll partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Partnerships, Sales leadership, and regional teams to improve pipeline quality, win rates, conversion, and time-to-productivity. You’ll also design operating standards that balance regional accountability with global program consistency.
You’ll be measured on qualified pipeline creation, coverage, conversion, program ROI, velocity, handoff quality, and BDR/SC ramp outcomes—requiring you to operate with strong systems thinking, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build and lead the global net-new business motion: define strategy, program portfolio, operating cadence, governance, and performance standards across regions
- Own the global net new business strategy for Land, including ICP and segmentation guardrails, plays, coverage model assumptions, annual and quarterly planning, sequencing, and investment trade-offs
- Establish global definitions and standards for stages, qualification, handoffs, pipeline math assumptions, and reporting integrity
- Build and run global pipeline generation programs in partnership with Marketing and regional leaders, including campaign-to-pipeline motions, partner-sourced pipeline programs, ABM or named-account plays, and field event program standards
- Define the measurement framework for new business programs, connecting inputs to outputs and outcomes across cost, pipeline, iARR, velocity, and win-rate lift
- Own the Land-side technical selling motion and set the technical bar for sales: SC plays, discovery and demo standards, scalable demo environments, certification paths, and ramp mechanisms
- Run the global new business operating cadence, including weekly program reviews, monthly pipeline health inspection, quarterly planning, escalation paths, and decision-rights models
- Partner with Regional GMs, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Product, and Partnerships to align new business programs, systems, content, enablement, feedback loops, and change management
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deeply technical SaaS background with meaningful customer-facing experience—solutions engineering, solutions consulting, field or customer engineering, or technical sales—plus ownership of a revenue, quota, pipeline, or conversion outcome
- Deep understanding of pipeline mechanics and how to influence conversion levers end-to-end, including qualified pipeline creation, coverage ratios, lead response, handoff quality, stage progression, win-rate lift, and velocity
- Strong program-building instincts: you can design scalable plays, instrument them with data, and run an inspection cadence that drives behavior change
- Experience building operating systems for global teams, including cadences, dashboards, governance, playbooks, definitions, and change-management mechanisms
- Executive presence and cross-functional leadership: able to align and influence Regional GMs, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, EPD, Partnerships, and regional teams without relying on direct reporting lines for every dependency
- Ability to balance regional autonomy with global craft excellence: you set the bar, create standards, and drive consistency while enabling local execution
- Strong enablement and role-design instincts, with the ability to define expectations, onboarding paths, certification standards, and time-to-productivity mechanisms for BDR and SC motions
- Builder orientation and comfort in ambiguity: you create the playbook while the org is executing, and you iterate quickly based on market, customer, and performance signals
- Hands-on with AI tools, and able to credibly explain how AI and agents change workflows for technical teams
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with solution-led selling motions and technical or product-adjacent go-to-market
- Track record building global programs that still allow regional adaptation
- Experience partnering deeply with Marketing, Partnerships, RevOps, and Enablement to create measurable net new business impact
- Experience designing partner-sourced pipeline programs, ABM or named-account motions, or field event program standards at scale
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you're excited about a role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you're a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Lauren, Senior Manager of Customer Success at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market, APAC or EMEA team.
You'll own the success of a dedicated portfolio of roughly 40-60 Mid-Market customers — acting as their strategic advisor from onboarding through long-term adoption, and driving commercial outcomes across your book of business. You'll partner closely with Account Management, Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to help customers realize real value throughout their lifecycle.
We don't need you to be a marketing expert or a deeply technical one. We need someone who's an expert at asking the right questions — someone who digs until they find the real problem, not just the reported one, and who can influence a customer to make progress and move through blockers. You'll be curious and eager to understand our app well enough to take a customer's use case and turn our features into outcomes that matter to them.
What we value
Curiosity about the business behind the customer:
You're genuinely interested in how companies operate and enjoy learning your customers' industries and goals. You ask about the
why
behind a request before recommending a solution.
Trusted advisor, not ticket-taker:
You build relationships that turn you into a strategic partner rather than someone who simply answers questions. You have well-formed opinions about customer experience and aren't shy about sharing them.
Ownership of commercial outcomes:
You see CS as a value and growth engine. You take ownership of outcomes across your book and naturally look for opportunities to create more value, partnering with AM on retention and expansion.
Comfort in ambiguity:
You thrive on complex, open-ended customer challenges — bringing together business context, technical understanding, and creativity to solve them. You're calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to juggle competing priorities across a full portfolio.
AI-forward thinking:
You're comfortable using AI tools to improve your own productivity and your customers' outcomes, and you bring a growth mindset toward experimenting with new AI-powered ways of working.
What you'll do
Manage a dedicated portfolio of ~40-60 Mid-Market customers as their strategic partner across the full customer lifecycle
Lead onboarding — running kickoffs and milestone check-ins, and guiding customers to their first measurable outcomes
Build a deep understanding of each customer's goals and translate them into measurable, mutual success plans
Provide proactive, consultative guidance through regular strategic touchpoints and value-driven conversations
Monitor customer health, spot adoption trends, and address risks before they impact success
Partner with Account Management to support retention and expansion, and coordinate with Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering when deeper expertise is needed
Own escalations end to end — from identification through resolution — keeping customers informed and confident throughout
Advocate for your customers internally by sharing product feedback and influencing improvements to the customer experience
Drive AI adoption across your portfolio — coaching customers on AI-powered solutions and modeling what AI-native Customer Success looks like
Contribute to the broader CS organization by sharing best practices, improving playbooks, and participating in webinars and enablement initiatives
What we're looking for
2+ years as a Customer Success Manager for technical products, in a SaaS environment
Experience communicating with software developers in a technical capacity
Opinionated about customer experience — you should have well-formed views in order to give customers strategic advice
Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish (we are prioritizing multilingual candidates for this role)
Located in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom or Ireland
Bonus: experience designing lifecycle messages
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. The salary for this role is
$80,000 USD
(or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.
