About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for repeatable, high-volume roles across supported DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt businesses.
You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.
About the Role
You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health for Wolt Market across the North region. You'll translate business needs into hiring plans, validate demand against strategy and cost, coordinate Marketing and sourcing partners, activate roles when requirements are complete, and monitor progress against hiring dates.
You'll advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow and maintain clear stakeholder communication and portfolio documentation.
You're excited about this opportunity because ..
Own the business partnership for Wolt Market hiring across the North region.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, and sourcing partners for top-of-funnel strategy.
Use historical funnel performance to establish the sourcing and application volume required for delivery.
Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates and provide proactive business updates.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Escalate recurring friction with evidence, volume, impact, and a recommended path to resolution.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their effect on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Platform Hiring operating model through practical feedback and evidence from the Wolt Market portfolio.
We're excited about you because
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role.
You have 3+ years of experience working with, managing, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
You have experience translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies.
You are comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and proactively managing its hiring risks and priorities.
You have confidence using hiring data and funnel performance to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You communicate clearly and proactively, with strong business judgment and a focus on candidate experience.
You can coordinate effectively across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You're comfortable with Fountain, Greenhouse, dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide.
But that's not all! We're not just about numbers, we're about people. With a team of over 1400 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe and Asia, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.
Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Armenia!
About the role:
We are looking for a senior generalist engineer. You will work across PHP, AngularJS, Go, Node, and SQL. Strong in PHP, able to pick up Go and Node as needed, able to work in a system you did not write.
You own features from design to production, write short design docs before non-trivial work, and work directly with product and QA. You already use agentic coding tools daily.
Senior here is not about years of experience. It is about how you operate, technically and with people:
Takes the hard tasks.
Picks up the unclear, risky, or unpopular problem and drives it until it is working in production for real users. Done means live, not a ticket status.
Flexible in solutions.
Has more than one way to solve a problem and chooses based on constraints, not habit.
Moves fast when it matters.
Knows when to ship quickly and when to slow down, and can tell the difference.
Communicates.
Explains decisions clearly, keeps people informed, raises problems early instead of late.
Gives and takes feedback.
Direct, specific, constructive. Not defensive when the feedback comes back.
Owns outcomes.
Not just the code, but whether the thing actually works for the people using it.
What you'll get to do:
Build and ship features across the stack: data model, API, UI.
Help split the monolith into services: define service boundaries, plan data migrations, roll out changes step by step without downtime.
Modernize legacy code where it pays off.
Write short design docs for non-trivial changes.
Own what you ship: monitoring, alerts, fixes.
Design schemas, write efficient queries, build reports operators depend on.
Review code and mentor.
What we're looking for:
Solid experience building and running production software at a senior level.
Strong in PHP; able to pick up Go and Node as needed.
Solid with relational databases: schema design, query performance, migrations on live data.
Experience improving a large legacy codebase incrementally.
Usage of agentic AI coding tools daily. You can show us how you plan work for an agent, where you trust it, and where you don't.
Writing tests and treating correctness especially seriously where money, commissions, and reporting are involved.
Writing clear design docs, tickets, and PR descriptions.
Communicating directly with product, QA, and non-technical stakeholders.
Working English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
Splitting a monolith into services in production.
Kubernetes and Cloudflare in daily operations.
LLM-backed features: pipelines, evaluation, self-hosted open-weight models, MCP servers.
Applied ML in production (recommendation or scoring).
Payments, fintech, or iGaming.
Web scraping at scale, anti-bot handling, proxies.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business, and a budget for external training.
Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.
Private Medical Subscription.
Gym allowance.
Parking
Team-building activities in various locations.

The role and its impact
As our Data Science Manager, you will look after a small team of 3 Data Scientists within Marketing Data Science, and you will stay close to the data yourself. You will be the people manager for data scientists based in Australia, the UK and South Africa, while personally owning marketing measurement for North America, including campaign and event measurement, churn analysis and funnel effectiveness.
Your work shapes how quickly and how confidently marketing decisions get made at Xero. You will bring AI-driven insight generation and agentic analytics into everyday delivery, so the pod spends less time assembling reports and more time on the questions that move the business. You will also set the operating rhythm that helps a team spread across timezones prioritise well, share the load and keep delivery sustainable, and you will present complex analysis simply so that insight turns into decisions people act on.
The team and how they connect
Marketing Data Science helps Xero deliver digital, customer and marketing outcomes through insight that is increasingly AI-augmented. The wider team sits across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, South Africa and North America, so async ways of working, shared documentation and rotating meeting times are part of everyday life. You will work alongside other Data Science leads and partner closely with regional marketing teams, who rely on the pod as a thinking partner rather than a reporting service.
Initially, you will focus on
➤ Working across SQL, Python, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and GTM, with dashboards and visualisation tools that people genuinely use.
➤ Campaign and event measurement for North America, so marketing teams can see what is working and where to invest next.
➤ Churn analysis and funnel effectiveness work that shapes acquisition, retention, engagement and personalisation.
➤ Embedding AI-driven insight generation and agentic analytics into the pod's day to day delivery, reducing time to insight across regions.
Where and how you can work
This role is based in Vancouver, where our office is set up for collaboration, focus work and connection, with meeting rooms, quiet spaces and desks ready whenever you drop in. We work flexibly and take a hybrid approach, and Boost Days are our weekly in-office days with catered meals and activities that support local small businesses.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
➤ You will bring practical marketing measurement experience across campaigns, events, churn and funnel effectiveness, and you will Go Further by turning findings into recommendations people can act on.
➤ Working knowledge of SQL, solid Python, and a strong foundation in statistics, experimentation and causal thinking, with familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel and BigQuery, form part of your everyday toolkit.
➤ You will Go Fast by using AI-driven and agentic analytics to cut the time it takes to get from question to insight.
➤ Coaching people you rarely share a timezone with comes naturally to you, and you will Go Together by creating rhythms that keep everyone connected and supported.
➤ Your communication flexes easily between technical and non-technical audiences, and between local and global ones.
➤ Comfort with ambiguity and loose direction will help you Go Bold, shaping what the team looks at next rather than waiting for the brief.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - ensuring your value is recognized through a holistic lens that includes base salary, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $190,000 CAD.
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.

You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.

- Manage contracting SLAs, proactively flag delays, and maintain clear visibility into open matters.
Ironclad & Contract Operations
- Co-own the build and ongoing administration of Ironclad, including intake workflows, approval logic, templates, clause libraries, metadata, permissions, repository structure, and reporting.
- Translate Higgsfield’s contracting playbooks into standardized clauses, approved fallbacks, escalation rules, and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain self-service intake workflows and templates across B2B and non-B2B agreements.
- Maintain permissions, record types, legacy agreements, and repository hygiene so Ironclad remains the single source of truth.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and partner with workflow engineers when technical support is required.
- Build reporting around contract volume, cycle times, SLAs, and bottlenecks.
- Support integrations and automation across Finance, Security, Slack, AI-assisted review, and other systems.

- Apply approved templates and playbooks independently while escalating exceptions early.
- Continuously improve contracting processes through better workflows, automation, reporting, and AI tooling.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
