About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on product manager to own and scale our Affiliate and KOL marketing channels, with a primary focus on
EEA
(Europe) and other onshore regulated markets. Your mission is to drive measurable user acquisition and transaction volume through data-driven optimization and ecosystem building across multi-jurisdictional environments. If you have a proven track record of driving growth at a leading crypto exchange or a hyper-growth platform, we want you.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the affiliate product strategy for EEA and other regulated onshore markets (AU, SG, UAE, BR, TR), aligned with company-level acquisition, activation, and ROI goals.
Build data-driven systems to measure and optimize affiliate quality, retention, and ROI — giving BD teams real-time visibility into which partners drive sustainable value vs. short-term volume.
Own the affiliate product infrastructure — dashboard,
attribution
, commission calculation, campaign management, and partner lifecycle tooling across mobile, web, and APIs.
End-to-end ownership of affiliate program operations: onboarding, campaign design, incentive experimentation, and cross-market execution.
Design and run scalable affiliate programs — onboarding flows, incentive experimentation, promotional campaigns, and cross-market performance benchmarking.
What We Look For In You
5+ years in growth, affiliate/partnerships, or product-led growth roles, preferably at a crypto exchange or hyper-growth consumer platform.
Strong product mindset — you think in systems, funnels, and scalability, not just campaigns and deals.
Strong analytical capability — you can design affiliate quality scoring, cohort retention analysis, and ROI models, not just read reports.
Experience driving growth in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, ideally across European or multi-jurisdictional markets.
Bilingual: fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

What does the role look like?
The Senior AI/ML Engineer (Applied AI Lead) will have the chance to:
• Design, develop, and productionise machine learning models end-to-end (training, validation, deployment, monitoring, retraining), ensuring reliability in real-world environments.
• Lead the development of AI use cases such as client lifetime value (CLV), churn prediction, and fraud/abuse detection, with clear alignment to business outcomes and measurable impact.
• Build and establish robust MLOps practices, including model deployment pipelines, CI/CD, environment promotion (dev/stage/prod), and lifecycle management.
• Implement model monitoring frameworks to track performance, data drift, data quality, and business impact, with clear retraining and escalation strategies.
• Ensure model explainability and transparency using techniques such as SHAP, feature attribution, and other interpretability methods appropriate for business-critical and regulated contexts.
• Define and enforce best practices around model governance, documentation, versioning, and auditability, proportional to model risk and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure high-quality data pipelines, feature engineering, reproducibility, and scalable data foundations.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Commercial, and other stakeholders to translate business problems into pragmatic AI solutions, balancing speed and robustness.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, monitoring insights, and model retraining strategies, rather than one-off model delivery.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in production AI, MLOps, and applied machine learning delivery.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
• 5–8+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments (not just experimentation).
• Strong Python programming skills and solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code quality, modular design, maintainability).

• Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing (Spark / PySpark).
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow or similar) for experiment tracking, model management, and reproducibility.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for ML or data workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets in real-world environments.
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact, not just model performance improvements.
• Experience working with model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies in production systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating trade-offs clearly.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements, imperfect data, and delivery pressure, balancing MVP speed with production robustness.
The below are considered as a plus:
• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services environments, particularly where models influence business-critical decisions.
• Experience with real-time or streaming ML systems.
• Familiarity with modern AI approaches such as LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), particularly where applied to business workflows or integrated with structured data.
• Experience working in regulated environments and implementing model governance frameworks (e.g. auditability, explainability, approvals, documentation standards).
• Experience contributing to team standards, mentoring, or leading applied AI delivery.

About The Role
Müller's Solutions is looking for a senior, hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation for a major trading group based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will take full ownership of a multi-legal-entity Finance and Supply Chain transformation — from Fit-to-Standard workshops through go-live and hypercare — working at the intersection of our client's leadership and a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery team.
This is a high-visibility role within our Middle East practice. You will report directly to the Managing Director and act as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
What You'll Own
— End-to-end delivery of the S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition program using SAP ACTIVATE methodology, from Prepare through Run.
— A delivery team spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, Data Migration, and Training — coordinating onsite and offshore workstreams as one team.
— The project plan, RAID log, budget tracking, and resourcing decisions across all phases.
— Executive-level reporting and steering committee facilitation with client leadership across 4 legal entities.
— Scope governance and change request management, protecting both project quality and commercial margin.
— Cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare oversight — ensuring the client lands the system successfully.
— Coordination of ZATCA Phase 2 compliance milestones with the Finance workstream lead.
Requirements
— 8+ years of SAP project management experience, with full lifecycle accountability.
— A minimum of 3 completed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition go-lives as lead Project Manager.
— SAP ACTIVATE methodology certification.
— Demonstrated experience managing multi-legal-entity SAP deployments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
— Confident, polished stakeholder management with C-level and finance leadership in Arabic-speaking business environments.
— A track record of holding scope, budget, and timeline discipline on fixed-price or milestone-based engagements.
Preferred
— PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
— Prior experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing client environments.
— Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and BTP-based integration landscapes.
Benefits
— Work on flagship Cloud ERP transformations for some of the region's most respected enterprises, backed by a multi-vendor partner ecosystem spanning SAP, ServiceNow, OpenText, BMC, Boomi, and Red Hat.
— A Berlin-headquartered firm with genuine regional depth — offices in Riyadh, Dubai, Cairo, and Casablanca, and an offshore delivery model that lets you focus on what matters most: the client.
— Direct visibility and access to senior leadership — your impact on client outcomes is seen and valued, not buried in a large delivery hierarchy.
— A culture that rewards ownership: you scope it, you lead it, you're credited for it.
