Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
Our global Legal team has built a strong reputation within the company for our highly collaborative and supportive approach to counseling, always with a bias for action. We are a diverse group of lawyers and legal professionals with a shared passion for providing creative, best-in-class service to our business partners. The Competition & Litigation team advises DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo on antitrust, competition, and litigation matters across every market we operate in.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Counsel, Competition & Litigation to join our growing Legal team and work globally across the DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo brands. Reporting to the Director, Competition & Litigation, you’ll be a generalist antitrust attorney who can move fast: advising product and business teams in real time, supporting M&A and strategic investments alongside our Corporate Development team, and driving forward regulatory investigations and inquiries, with a particular focus on Europe. This is a hybrid role that will require you to work from our London HQ or Brussels office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Serve as a trusted antitrust/competition advisor to product, business, and corporate development teams, delivering fast, practical counsel that lets the business move with velocity while properly managing risk.
Advise on the competition and antitrust dimensions of M&A transactions, strategic investments, and commercial partnerships, partnering closely with Corporate Development and our sales teams.
Manage antitrust and competition regulatory investigations and inquiries globally.
Help build out DoorDash’s international competition compliance program, partnering with the Director, Competition & Litigation on training, policies, and processes across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
Support competition-related litigation matters as needed, including document collection and review, witness preparation, and responses to third-party subpoenas.
Partner with policy and government relations teams to track legal and regulatory developments that could affect the business.
We’re excited about you because…
You are a qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or bring similar qualifications in another European jurisdiction) with significant experience providing strategic legal advice to international businesses.
You have 7+ years of experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house legal department, with a strong grounding in antitrust/competition law as a generalist — spanning M&A counseling, litigation, and regulatory/government investigations.
You have experience advising on competition issues in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments, including regulatory filings and clearance strategy.
You have experience handling antitrust/competition regulatory inquiries or investigations, ideally including direct engagement with regulators such as the European Commission, UK CMA, DOJ, FTC, or other competition authorities.
You’re comfortable operating as a generalist across a broad portfolio — you don’t need deep pre-existing expertise in every sub-area, but you can quickly get up to speed and give practical, business-minded advice.
You’re an excellent product counselor: able to translate complex antitrust concepts into clear, fast, actionable guidance for product and business teams.
You’re comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and legal systems, and can navigate the added complexity of advising across three global brands (DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo).
You have strong organizational skills and can juggle multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving environment, both independently and as part of a team.
You’re an outstanding communicator, both orally and in writing, with sound judgment on when to escalate and when to move forward independently.

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work

Capital.com is hiring a UA Manager (PPC) to own paid acquisition performance across our Asia and Australia markets. You'll join a team of regional specialists with day-to-day accountability for campaign performance, budget efficiency, and growth against regional revenue and ROAS targets.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: you will manage live campaigns directly, not oversee an agency at arm's length. Google Ads is the core of the role; paid social experience is a valuable bonus but not a requirement.
What you'll do:
Own and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC, Display, YouTube) campaigns across Asia and Australia markets — this is the primary focus of the role.
Where capacity and skillset allow, extend into paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) to support the broader regional media mix.
Manage budget pacing and reallocation across markets and channels within your regions.
Deliver against regional KPI targets: ROAS and CPA per first-time deposit.
Run structured A/B tests on creative, bidding strategy, and audience targeting; report results with clear before/after evidence.
Monitor and account for iOS attribution limitations (ATT/SKAD), PMax's lack of placement-level visibility, and regional regulatory constraints (e.g. licensing regimes across Asia markets) when planning campaigns.
Localise campaign strategy to market nuance: language, competitive landscape, regulatory regime (e.g. ASIC in Australia; varied licensing across Asia markets), and payment/funding behaviour.
Partner with regional marketing and compliance stakeholders on creative sign-off and go-to-market timing.
Liaise directly with Google (and, where relevant, Meta/TikTok/Snapchat) account teams on platform features, budget commitments, and escalations.
Maintain a weekly reporting cadence on spend, revenue, ROAS, and CPA for your regions, flagging anomalies before they show up in monthly numbers.
What we're looking for:
3+ years of hands-on PPC management,
with fintech, trading, or regulated financial services
experience is a must have. You understand compliance-driven creative constraints, deposit-based KPIs, and CFD/trading audience behaviour — this is not transferable from a generic e-commerce or app-growth background without a steep ramp-up.
Direct, deep platform experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC) — this is the core requirement.
Paid social platform experience (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat Ads Manager) is a strong bonus, not a requirement.
Working knowledge of mobile attribution constraints (iOS ATT/SKAD, modelled vs deterministic conversion data).
Comfort operating across multiple markets and currencies simultaneously; prior exposure to APAC or ANZ paid media specifically is a strong plus.
Analytical fluency: able to read a performance dashboard and turn it into a budget or bidding decision without hand-holding.
Experience working within a regulated advertising environment (financial promotions rules, regional ad standards bodies) is a plus; willingness to learn the company's compliance doctrine is a requirement.
Fluent written and verbal English
; additional Asia-region language skills (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bahasa) are a plus but not required.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work

- Significant experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related role, including ownership of production-grade data solutions
- Proven track record of building or substantially improving a modern data platform or analytics stack

Problem Space
Logistics operations today are still largely:
manual
reactive
fragmented across tools
running on incomplete or late data
full of conflicting constraints
under real-time decision pressure
driven by evolving business rules
a mix of legacy and new systems
Much of this is unstructured: emails, documents, free-text updates, exceptions nobody modelled. That is where AI changes the game.
We’re building a system that:
ingests real-time operational data, structured and unstructured
supports planning and execution decisions, with AI agents that act where it’s safe and hand over to humans where it isn’t
adapts to constantly changing constraints
What You’ll Work On
AI in production.
Building LLM- and agent-powered features into production .NET services: tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval over operational data, document and message understanding.
The seams.
Designing the boundaries between deterministic business logic and probabilistic AI: validation, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop.
Trust.
Making AI measurable and trustworthy: evals, test sets, observability, guardrails and cost/latency budgets.
Ownership.
Owning features end to end, from problem framing with product to running them in production.
Design Principles
keep things simple before scalable
prefer explicit logic over magic abstractions, and that includes AI: deterministic where you can, model where you must
optimize for change, not perfection (models, prompts and providers will change)
measure AI behaviour, don’t trust vibes
avoid “framework-driven architecture”
accept that some parts will be ugly, temporarily
Tech Stack
.NET · Vue.js · service-oriented architecture · relational + operational data storage · cloud-based infrastructure · LLM APIs and agent tooling (e.g. Semantic Kernel / Microsoft.Extensions.AI, MCP) · vector/semantic search · eval and tracing tools
How We Build
AI-native development is the default. You use coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot) every day.
You own what you ship, whoever typed it: you review AI-generated code critically, test it and understand it.
What We Expect
Strong, senior-level .NET engineering
Ability to navigate uncertainty and work in ambiguity
Willingness to challenge decisions
Focus on outcomes, not just code
Understanding of trade-offs and complex systems, including when not to use AI
Preferring ownership over comfort
Strong Plus
Having shipped LLM/AI features to production and kept them running
Experience with evals, prompt/version management or AI observability
Python for prototyping and data work
Logistics or other real-time operations domain experience
What You Won’t Find Here
over-engineering everything upfront
unnecessary microservices
“clean architecture” for the sake of it
process-heavy development
AI demos that never reach production
wrapping a chatbot around a problem and calling it solved

Role Purpose
The AI Product Stream Lead defines and delivers AI-powered supply chain solutions that solve real customer and operations problems on the Cargoo platform. You own a product stream end to end, from framing where AI creates value (automation, decision support, agents) to shipping it and proving it works in production.
You lead a cross-functional team, balancing customer value, technical and data feasibility, AI quality and cost, business priorities and delivery timelines. You also help set how Cargoo builds product in an AI-native way.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Vision & Strategy
Shape the stream’s product vision and strategy with stakeholders, in line with Cargoo’s AI strategy and customer needs.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across freight operations (e.g. exception handling, quoting, document processing, planning and execution support) by value, feasibility and risk.
Decide where AI should automate, where it should assist, and where a human must stay in control.
Own product decisions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, AI quality, cost, business priorities and delivery timelines.
Leadership & Delivery
Lead the development team through the whole product lifecycle, from discovery to rollout and adoption.
Decide scope, schedule and quality, including when an AI feature is good enough to ship and when it needs another iteration.
Run fast discovery loops: prototype with AI tools, validate with real users and data, then commit.
Make sure the team meets internal policies, data protection rules and responsible-AI standards (incl. EU AI Act awareness).
Product Management & Requirements
Create clear Use Cases, Requirements and Business Rules. For AI features, add expected behaviour, edge cases, failure modes and escalation paths.
Define success and evaluation criteria for AI features with engineering: accuracy, latency, cost per task and acceptable error rates, backed by representative test sets.
Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that cover both deterministic logic and probabilistic AI behaviour.
Work with engineering and data owners on data readiness: which data we need, its quality, and who owns it.
Own and continuously refine the Product Backlog so the team always works on the highest-value opportunities.
Track adoption and impact after release (time saved, automation rate, user trust) and feed the learning back into the roadmap.
AI-Native Ways of Working
Use AI tools every day for research, specs, prototyping, data analysis and feedback synthesis.
Help the team and wider product org adopt AI-assisted delivery practices.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
5+ years managing software development projects, strongly preferably as a Product Owner.
Proven managerial skills: team leadership, decision-making and conflict resolution.
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Informatics or a related field.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Deep understanding of Agile values, principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the ability to apply them well.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to make product decisions.
Solid working understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work, what they are good at, and where they fail (hallucinations, non-determinism, cost, latency).
Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong Plus
Having shipped at least one AI/ML or LLM-based feature to production.
Experience defining evaluation criteria or test sets for AI features.
Logistics background or experience with logistics solutions.
Experience with data products, workflow automation or decision-support systems.
Behavioral Traits
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, executives, managers and subject matter experts. Able to explain AI trade-offs in plain language.
Strong leadership and decision-making, able to guide teams and resolve conflicts.
Analytical, structured and value-driven in prioritization. Evidence over hype.
Curious and fast-learning, comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration.
