OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

4. Maintenance, Asset Lifecycle, and Risk Management
Define, review, and improve preventative maintenance standards for critical mechanical equipment across the operating portfolio.
Ensure maintenance practices align with OEM recommendations, warranty requirements, contractual uptime commitments, and site-specific operating conditions.
Support reliability-centered maintenance and predictive maintenance programs where appropriate, using asset condition, failure history, service records, and operating data.
Develop mechanical asset criticality frameworks to prioritize inspection, maintenance, testing, spare parts, capital replacement, and engineering oversight.
Partner with finance, operations, and reliability leadership to support long-term capital replacement forecasts tied to equipment degradation, age, risk, and lifecycle cost.

Develop and maintain mechanical engineering standards, operating playbooks, troubleshooting guides, technical bulletins, and review frameworks for the operations organization.
Support management of change processes to ensure mechanical modifications are reviewed for reliability, redundancy impact, maintainability, documentation, training, and operational readiness.
Translate site-level incidents, near misses, asset performance issues, and commissioning findings into portfolio-wide improvements.
Help establish engineering competencies, technical training content, and qualification expectations for mechanical operations support.
Reduce single points of technical dependency by documenting knowledge, coaching site teams, and strengthening internal engineering capability.
Promote disciplined risk evaluation, technical documentation, and cross-functional decision-making across design, construction, commissioning, and operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the first BDR Manager in our London office, you will lead the onsite team building Ramp’s presence across the European market. In this high-velocity front-line manager role, you will develop and coach a team of Business Development Representatives, and work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the executive team to define and scale Ramp’s BDR motion across the UK and Europe.
This is a player-coach role: you will lead from the front, contribute directly to key prospecting initiatives, and help recruit and develop the team. If you are excited by building high-performing teams, embracing challenges, and playing a defining role in Ramp’s European growth, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead from the front as a hands-on player-coach, modeling best-in-class prospecting and qualification.
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team focused on building qualified European pipeline.
- Build and evolve Ramp’s European BDR playbook, from ICP and competitive positioning to qualification and handoff standards.
- Create and refine collateral, including messaging, sequences, call scripts, discovery frameworks, and objection handling.
- Set clear activity, conversion, and pipeline goals; use data and coaching to improve team performance.
- Partner with AEs and cross-functional counterparts to sharpen targeting, messaging, and pipeline conversion.
- Experiment with new campaigns and outreach approaches.
- Help define Ramp’s go-to-market motion and build the BDR organization.
WHAT YOU NEED
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- 1+ Minimum of year of quota-carrying sales experience as an IC
- History of consistent quota over-attainment
- Evidence of helping individuals and/or peers improve performance and progress in their careers.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 5x a week in office, in London, United Kingdom
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Experience leading BDR teams with a proven track record of exceeding goal
- Experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or other analytically intensive environments
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Channel Partner Manager to build one of Avoca's most important revenue engines: partnerships with the HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors that sit upstream of every contractor. Avoca has established itself as the leading brand and AI partner in the home services industry through partnerships across several channels, and this role owns distribution through the OEM and supplier layer. These partnerships put Avoca in front of thousands of home services operators at once, with the credibility of brands they already know and trust.
You'll own a revenue goal and a portfolio of these relationships, from OEMs like Trane, Daikin, and Carrier to their distribution networks. You'll take partnerships end to end: finding the opportunity, structuring the relationship, and turning it into repeatable pipeline and revenue. This is a small, fast-moving team, so you'll wear many hats and help build the playbook as much as run it.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority partner initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to signed partnership to revenue
- Build partnerships across HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and their territory managers, including the co-op programs that fund and shape how these partnerships work
- Structure partnerships that create real distribution: co-marketing, referral motions, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, and go-to-market
- Turn relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and own those numbers
- Represent Avoca with partners and at industry events, with travel as needed, heavier during conference season
- Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to convert partner introductions into closed business
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Direct experience in the home services industry building channel partnerships with HVAC manufacturers and distributors like Trane, Daikin, Carrier, or Ferguson
- Existing relationships you can activate quickly, with manufacturer channel leaders and distributor territory managers, plus an understanding of how co-op works
- Experience with channel, co-marketing, or partner-sourced revenue motions
- 4+ years of professional experience, with 6 to 10 years the ideal range
- A track record of building and closing partnerships or commercial relationships, not just managing existing ones
- Strong commercial instinct and clear communication with both field operators and executives
- High agency and pace: you build the playbook and move at the speed of a high-growth startup, not a legacy player
WHO YOU ARE
- You know the home services world well enough to bring a point of view and a network with you, not build both from scratch
- You're a relationship builder who's equally comfortable in the field and in a boardroom
- You think in systems: you can look at a fragmented landscape and quickly see where the leverage is
- You want to own a book of partnerships, carry a number, and shape what this function becomes
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$220,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for a Design Manager to lead Figma's internal Design Systems and Design Infrastructure as the company transforms and expands. This is a rare opportunity to become the steward of the system behind how Figma designs and builds Figma: the foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, tooling, governance, and shared infrastructure that help our teams create with quality and coherence at scale. The work will shape every Figma product and, through them, the experience of millions of people.
This is a senior people leadership role with meaningful scope. You'll lead designers across multiple Design work streams, set direction through a complex transformation, and partner deeply with Design, Product, and Engineering to turn strong foundations into greater quality, speed, and leverage across Figma. If you believe the best systems create coherence without limiting the autonomy teams need to do exceptional work, this is the role for you.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow designers across Figma's internal Design Systems foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, governance, and adoption
Set an ambitious vision and quality bar for how Figma's internal design system evolves, translating the company's transformation into coherent, durable foundations for the product suite
Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leaders on strategy, resourcing, technical direction, adoption, and execution across a complex organization
Bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous, cross-functional work, balancing system coherence with the autonomy product teams need to solve distinct problems well
Evolve the Design Systems operating model, including governance, contribution paths, critiques and reviews, documentation, feedback loops, and adoption practices
Hire, coach, retain, and develop an exceptional team, helping designers grow their craft, judgment, and leadership across multiple workstreams
Represent the Design Systems perspective in broader organizational decisions and ensure Figma's design infrastructure evolves with its expanding product suite
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of design management experience, including direct people leadership across multiple workstreams and a strong track record of hiring, coaching, retaining, and developing designers
Technical fluency with design foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, and system architecture, plus direct experience applying or leading AI-enabled Design Systems workflows
Experience evolving an internal design system at scale, earning trust across a sizable product organization, and leading the change required to drive meaningful adoption
Deep, hands-on Figma expertise, high agency, end-to-end ownership, and a track record of creating clarity and momentum through organizational change
Experience connecting coded component systems with design libraries and design-to-code workflows
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Building token pipelines and maintaining reliable synchronization between design foundations and code
Creating internal tooling and automation that improves system maintenance, contribution, and adoption
A track record of building shared platform or infrastructure services that other teams depend on
Leading large-scale system migrations or design-infrastructure transformations across a multi-product organization
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

As Senior Staff Product Manager, Device Security, you’ll define the strategy and roadmap for the device security capabilities that help organizations understand, control, and govern access across their environments. How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Required qualifications
• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), endpoint, or access-control products.

• Experience contributing to product vision and strategy across multiple engineering teams or product areas.
• Strong written communication skills, with experience creating PRDs, PR/FAQs, and other artifacts that align teams and support decision-making.
• Experience defining Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), success metrics, and measurement frameworks connected to business outcomes.
• The ability to communicate complex security and product concepts clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior customer stakeholders.
• A customer-centered approach to prioritization that combines qualitative insight with quantitative data.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with endpoint security, device management, zero-trust, least-privilege architectures, or related security technologies.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
• Experience working with enterprise administration consoles and IT buyer or administrator personas.
• Experience taking AI or machine-learning products from concept to initial launch.
• Experience prototyping with AI-enabled developer tools and curiosity about how AI agents operate.
• Familiarity with device compliance frameworks, endpoint telemetry platforms, or related security systems.
What you can expect:
Own and evolve the Device Security product roadmap, partnering with engineering leadership to define priorities and deliver key capabilities.
• Shape the role of Device Security within 1Password Unified Access and contribute to cross-company product strategy.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with an 18–24 month product vision.
• Represent the customer perspective through discovery, feedback loops, recorded and live demos, and structured product artifacts such as Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Product Requirements/FAQs (PR/FAQs).
• Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) across adjacent product areas, as well as Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Establish success metrics that connect customer outcomes and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) contribution to product progress.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check that may consist of prior employment verification, reference checks, education confirmation, criminal background, publicly available social media, credit history, or other information, as permitted by local law.
1Password uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics, to assist in the initial screening of employment applications and improve our recruitment process. See here https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf for the latest third party bias audit information. If you prefer not to have your application assessed using AI/ML features, you may opt out by completing this form https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/1password/automation-notice. For additional information see our Candidate Privacy Notice https://1password.com/files/candidate-privacy-notice.pdf.
