Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
ABOUT MYSTEN LABS
Through Sui and our financial products, we’re building infrastructure and experiences for trading, liquidity, and asset management. Alongside that work, we’re developing the infrastructure and products AI agents need to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
As agents take on more responsibility, they need more than intelligence. They need persistent context, trusted access to information, and clear boundaries around what they can do. Mysten brings together capabilities across storage, memory, privacy, and policy-controlled interactions to help make that future possible.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Lead to turn our emerging agentic technologies into products customers can understand, adopt, and buy.
Your role is to translate our product capabilities into useful experiences and commercially viable offerings—for example, a commerce-focused product that helps retailers manage agent-driven shopping, returns, or refunds.
Working closely with our CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering, you’ll identify customer problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and help bring the strongest opportunities to market. You’ll connect customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization, staying close to the work from the first concept through launch.
Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and prioritize customer problems our other agentic products are well positioned to solve.
- Lead customer discovery alongside our CTO, developing a clear understanding of buyer needs, user workflows, and adoption barriers.
- Rapidly create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
- Test concepts with customers and use their feedback to refine the experience, scope, and value proposition.
- Define product requirements and work with engineering to turn validated prototypes into reliable, production-ready offerings.
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and GTM strategy in partnership with sales and the broader team.
- Design experiences that make agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight understandable to users.
- Balance customer-specific needs with opportunities to build reusable capabilities and repeatable products.
- Define success measures across customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue, using results to guide iteration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Product Management, Product Design, or related experience
- A track record of taking new products from an ambiguous opportunity through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience, with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty.
- Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to build and iterate on functional experiences.
- Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations.
- Commercial judgment, including experience contributing to packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions.
- Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints.
- Enough technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and the path from prototype to production.
- A hands-on working style and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products.
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or other mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product.
You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:

- Translate security requirements into enforceable technical controls, including approved configurations, and continuous checks for configuration drift.
- Track internal and vendor security findings to closure with accountable owners and deadlines, validate remediation, and escalate unmet requirements. Document any approved exceptions with compensating controls and expiration dates.
Cloud & Platform Security
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls across Linux, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networks, and third party datacenter environments.
- Secure infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and access to third-party infrastructure providers. Restrict and audit vendor and administrator access to cluster management interfaces and production systems.
- Implement least-privilege access, workload identity, secrets management, encryption, and auditable access controls.
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities and configuration risks across production systems, including GPU hosts, drivers, and container runtimes, coordinating changes with infrastructure owners to maintain service reliability.
Security Operations & Risk Management
- Develop and maintain detection and response capabilities for infrastructure and AI-specific security threats, including unauthorized GPU workloads, privilege escalation, and suspicious data transfers.
- Investigate and respond to potential credential compromise, unauthorized data access, model theft, and compromised workloads.
- Partner cross-functionally to implement practical security improvements that account for the performance, scalability, and reliability requirements of GPU workloads.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Security Engineering, Infrastructure Security, Platform Security, or a related technical discipline.
- Deep understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and cloud infrastructure security.

- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, workload isolation, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege principles.
- Experience conducting technical vendor security assessments, evaluating supporting evidence, and driving remediation with external providers.
- Ability to identify, investigate, and remediate security vulnerabilities and infrastructure threats.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
- Experience partnering with Infrastructure, Platform, or ML Engineering teams to implement security solutions.
- Strong technical ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize security risks in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to independently drive security initiatives from design through deployment, verify that controls work in production, and hold internal teams and vendors accountable for agreed security requirements.

: At the intersection of technology and human potential, we are pushing the boundaries of what is possible, crafting a future where innovation and human capabilities merge in powerful, unprecedented ways.
Why Join Us?
Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR

ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE:
We’re hiring a Developer Advocate to own the Pinecone community—online and in-person—with a particular focus on building a strong SF/Bay Area presence. This role is for a senior, hands-on technical communicator who can build developer relationships at scale, run high-signal programs, and translate community needs into product feedback and compelling learning experiences.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to build and teach with Pinecone’s AI products—showing developers how to create reliable, scalable AI applications where knowledge and retrieval are central. You’ll translate best practices into practical learning experiences through tutorials, short-form videos, docs contributions, hackathon mentorship, and social posts. Because the team and customer base are scaling quickly, you should be comfortable operating with high autonomy and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment.
If you’re excited about:
- Learning new technologies and helping others succeed with that technology.
- Playing a central role in an exciting and rapidly expanding community.
- Shaping the course of a fast-growing company and product category.
- Working with colleagues who value clarity, creativity, passion, initiative, and thoughtfulness.
Then we want to talk to you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community Programs (Global)
- Lead and grow Pinecone’s Discord: drive engagement, improve onboarding, set norms, and keep the space high-signal.
- Run recurring office hours that consistently help developers unblock, learn best practices, and ship.
- Support and scale community programs that create real builder outcomes (templates, challenge weeks, help channels, expert AMAs).
Events (SF/Bay Area)
- Own Pinecone’s SF-area community presence: local meetups, hackathons, and larger Bay Area events.
- Develop event programming (themes, speaker selection, talks/workshops), run promotion and attendance growth, and ensure each event produces reusable assets and follow-on engagement.
Technical content + assets
- Create and maintain hands-on technical assets (sample apps, demos, code walkthroughs) aligned to Pinecone’s core developer use cases:
- RAG systems and retrieval quality
- Knowledge management patterns using Assistant and other incubating products
- Platform/infra patterns for scale and reliability
- Publish content across Pinecone channels and external platforms, grounded in what the community is actually trying to build.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering, solution engineering, or machine learning.
- Proficient in 2+ programming languages.
- Owned and grown a technical developer community.
- Ran in person developer events end to end.
- Shipped demos and sample code and taught them clearly.
- Strong writing and live speaking and Q&A.
- Fluent in LLM apps and RAG and strong API instincts.
PERKS & BENEFITS:
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources
- 401(k) Plan
- Equity award
- Flexible time off
- Paid parental leave
- Annual Company Retreat
- WFH Equipment Stipend
