Run the T2 platform day to day: work in the T2 GUI (U2A/A2A), maintain CRDM reference data, and set up four-eyes controls and the manual-vs-automated split.
Manage the migration: move traffic from BNP Paribas to direct participation, with every payment traceable by BIC and path, and define when each BNPP-dependent step can be retired.
Cover reconciliation and liquidity: be the Payment Ops link to the reconciliation team (funding and defunding stay with Finance Ops/Treasury).
Handle incidents and contingency: build the incident process around DNB, FIS and TARGET escalation routes, own Payment Ops’ role in DNB reporting, and define the ECONS II contingency approach.
Coordinate with others: work with the Eurosystem, DNB, SWIFT/NEXI, FIS and correspondent banks, and partner with Product and Engineering to specify how the platform should behave.
What success looks like
Every direct-participation process has an owner, documented procedures, and passing UAT evidence.
The migration causes no impact on customers, and Customer Support has clear guidance.
After go-live, T2 runs as stable BAU with no remaining BNPP operational dependency.
What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience with T2 / TARGET Services (RTGS, TIPS), including the GUI and U2A/A2A actions
Around 2-3+ years in payment operations at a bank, EMI or PSP, ideally with SEPA schemes (SCT, SCT Inst)
Familiarity with investigations, recalls, returns and SWIFT / ISO 20022 messaging
Experience writing SOPs and controls, or the ability to pick it up quickly
Comfort working with regulators, partners and technical teams
Enough ownership to make sign-off and escalation decisions with support from the team
Fluent English
Nice to have
Experience with CRDM reference-data maintenance
Involvement in a direct-participation onboarding or sponsor-bank migration
Knowledge of DNB / TARGET-NL conditions, IPR, PSD2, or ECONS II contingency processes

About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO
to join our
Intelligence & Performance (IP) team
.
This role sits at the intersection of
finance, data, and technology
. You will drive Finance’s digital and AI transformation, connecting finance, business, product, data, and engineering teams, and turning operational and financial management needs into workable processes, data products, and system solutions. Your goal is to raise financial operating efficiency and data quality, give management reliable BI and actionable insight, and help build the financial systems and internal controls the company needs as it scales.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not just coordinate. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance transformation programs end to end.
Build the roadmap for finance digitalization and AI transformation, prioritize projects, and define scope, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria. Run cross-functional delivery from requirements through launch, training, and continuous improvement.
Own financial BI and decision support.
Build a unified financial and operational metrics framework with consistent definitions and dashboards covering revenue, cost, profit, budget execution, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Turn data into action.
Explain business changes and anomalies to management, identify opportunities in cost, efficiency, and resource allocation, and work with business teams to execute and track the results.
Design finance solutions and automate processes.
Map finance processes, business rules, and system requirements into clear process designs, data models, and functional specs. Drive automation across bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and management analysis, and coordinate integration across ERP, finance platforms, data platforms, and business systems.
Improve data quality and control.
Strengthen reconciliation, exception handling, and data lineage so that definitions are consistent and key numbers are traceable.
Land AI and Agent applications in Finance.
Identify high-value AI use cases across finance, business analysis, internal control, and audit support. Take them from prototype to production with product, data, and engineering teams, including intelligent analysis, anomaly detection, document processing, and knowledge retrieval. Define success metrics, human review, permissions, and audit trails.
Build compliance and internal control foundations.
Work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Audit on gap assessments and remediation plans. Drive SOX-related controls, ITAC, and ITGC, and embed key controls into finance processes, systems, and data flows (access, segregation of duties, change management, data integrity, audit trail).
Keep leadership informed.
Give clear executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs, and act as a force multiplier by driving alignment and execution clarity across teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles, with a track record of turning finance requirements into system or data solutions and getting them adopted.
Solid understanding of finance operations: general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit, with the ability to identify business rules and key control points.
Strong data analysis capability.
Independently use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data, and know at least one mainstream BI tool. Able to define metrics, analyze performance, and turn findings into recommendations that management understands and teams can execute.
Experience designing solutions and building, integrating, or optimizing ERP, finance platforms, BI platforms, or automation systems, with the ability to work effectively with product and engineering.
Strong cross-functional project management: able to align multiple stakeholders, manage priorities and dependencies, and push through complex problems.
Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems, and the ability to judge where AI fits in finance scenarios and help validate and roll it out.
Independent thinking and high ownership.
You challenge assumptions constructively, form your own point of view, and operate with a strong bias toward action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IPO preparation, SOX, ITAC, ITGC, or internal control build-out at a listed company.
Experience building management-oriented business analysis and financial BI systems, and explaining how analysis drives decisions.
Hands-on experience implementing LLMs, AI agents, enterprise knowledge bases, or finance intelligence applications.
Background in banking, payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other high-volume businesses. Familiarity with trading, fund and asset flows, reconciliation, and finance operations in the digital asset industry is a plus.
Bilingual (English + Mandarin) to collaborate across global teams.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
ElevenLabs moves fast - and behind every high-performing leader is someone who makes sure nothing slips. This is a high-trust, hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, holds themselves to a high standard, and takes genuine pride in making their lead's life easier - down to the small, considered details that others overlook.
You'll be the operational backbone for senior leadership - managing calendars, coordinating across time zones, handling logistics, and owning the day-to-day administrative tasks that let leadership focus on what matters most.
In this role, you will:
- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars and provide scheduling and coordination support across multiple time zones and geographies
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, acting as a trusted partner in both professional and operational contexts
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders across teams, as well as external partners and senior leaders
- Work closely with other EAs across the organisation to align schedules, share context, and keep cross-functional coordination running smoothly
- Anticipate needs before they arise: managing follow-ups, flagging conflicts, and keeping the right people aligned
- Build structure, processes, and systems that scale with a fast-growing AI company
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline repetitive work, using AI tools and productivity tooling to improve quality and speed
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders and their broader teams in a fast-moving environment, including coordinating with other EAs across the organisation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, shifting timelines, and multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives and partners to vendors and office guests
- High emotional intelligence and discretion - trusted with sensitive information
- Comfortable supporting not just an individual but a wider team at times - able to flex between high-priority senior leadership support and broader operational needs as the situation demands
- Personable and easy to work with - someone who builds genuine relationships across the organisation and is trusted by the people around them
- A natural reflex to reach for tooling and automation; fluency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and quick to adopt new systems
- High personal standards - the kind of person who cares about the quality of their output and holds the bar
- A valid passport and willingness to travel globally ~40% of the time

About the Team
Cloud Infrastructure Engineering is a critical engineering discipline and a job function in the company. Its charter is to build tools and infrastructure that promote early detection of production failures, leading to a stellar customer experience.
Our work is to drive safety, health and uptime of our platform, and the ability to remedy unforeseen problems. By removing some of the complex burdens on how to scale and maintain uptime in distributed systems, Cloud Infrastructure Engineer allows development teams to focus on feature development instead of the nuances of achieving and maintaining service level commitments.
About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a creative and driven individual that can spearhead our effort to push “outside the box” infrastructure implementations, that will have a tremendous impact on our platform’s stability and scalability.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the deployment, maintenance and scaling of big data and machine learning platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Aliyun DSW) to enable data processing and model training workflows
Own the Databricks platform on AWS end to end: workspace provisioning, account/workspace configuration, cluster policies, instance pools, and SQL warehouses, managed as code via the Databricks Terraform provider
Monitor and optimize Databricks cost and performance, including cluster sizing and autoscaling, Photon/serverless adoption, DBU usage tracking via system tables, and job reliability tuning
Automate the provisioning, scaling, and configuration of infrastructure resources using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving production database issues during incidents
Monitor company services and handle alerts in a timely manner to ensure service stability and uptime
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features
Design, build and maintain internal platforms and tooling to improve operational efficiency, and support unified multi-cloud management across AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and other providers
What We Look For In You:
Bachelors degree or above, major in Computer Science or relevant domains, with over 6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, DBA or related positions
Proficient in AWS distributed management, large-scale clustering, fault tolerance, backup, load balancing and other technologies

Have solid Linux platform operation and maintenance and debugging capabilities, and be proficient in troubleshooting, configuration tuning, and performance analysis
Familiar with Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration and management
Familiar with the functional features of AWS products and core products, and have rich practical experience in deployment and tuning of EC2, EKS, VPC, or big data products
Experience with microservices architecture, including deployment, scaling, and maintenance
Experience in monitoring, O&M and management of AWS large-scale servers and containers
Experience in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL or big-data storage systems (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, HBase) is a plus
Hands-on experience with big data / machine learning platforms such as Databricks, AWS SageMaker, or Aliyun DSW, including supporting data pipelines, notebook environments, and model training/deployment workflows
Familiar with the deployment, configuration and maintenance of Nginx, kong and other software
Proficient in using Python/Go/shell for development
Strong engineering skills, proficient in at least one infrastructure sub-area, public cloud networking, SRE, DevOps or cloud-native
Experience with internal developer platforms and proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to improve engineering efficiency
Working knowledge of Terraform or similar IaC tools is a plus
Excellent business analysis ability, system architecture ability, and problem-solving ability. and strong self-drive

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE RETAIL TEAM
- Sierra is partnering with a large and growing number of retailers - spanning apparel and beauty, grocery and big-box, home and auto, consumer services, marketplaces, and consumer technology. Our agents help millions of shoppers and members every day: tracking and returning orders, finding the right product, booking services, and resolving issues in each brand’s own voice.
- Retail is also where AI agents go beyond support to generate revenue. From product discovery and personalized recommendations to cart recovery, win-back campaigns, and in-store support that turns unanswered store calls into visits and sales, our team is redefining what an agent can do for a brand’s top line - not just its cost line.
- Join us to transform how the world’s most-loved consumer brands engage their customers - and help build technology that makes shopping more personal, effortless, and delightful for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go deep on a few accounts. Learn each customer's business well enough that you could be wearing their badge in their hallways
- Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process by scoping customer use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra’s incredible platform, leading technical and architecture reviews, and serving as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle
- Decide when to bring in Agent Development, Product, Security, Legal, and Sierra leaders, and what each of them needs to do. You keep everyone aimed at the same goal
- Raise the bar for the SE team: mentor others, set standards for demos and pilots, and write the playbooks for Strategic deals and GTM processes
- Stay with the account after the sale, through the Agent Development handoff, launch, and expansion to new use cases
- Share what you see across your largest accounts with Product leadership and inform roadmap
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales
- Experience in leading the sales process with Strategic customers with deal sizes of $1M+ consistently
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function
- Strong experience in relationship-building with prospect stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leaders
- Experience leading architecture, integration, and security discussions with enterprise architects, engineering leaders, and security teams
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion — discovery prep, solution design, demo and prototype building, technical proposals. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it
- Experience growing accounts past initial sale and defining customer roadmaps to facilitate growth
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements
- Selling a technical AI product
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
