About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Regional Research Economist at Anthropic, you will collaborate with governments, academia, industry, and civil society in your region to measure and understand AI’s effects on the economy and explore research-driven policy interventions. You will contribute to the development of the Anthropic Economic Index and its extension to generate regionally relevant insights, establish new methodologies to measure the usage, diffusion, and impact of AI throughout the economy, and work to broaden access to and usage of the insights generated by the Index. You will use frontier methods in econometrics, machine learning, and structural estimation. Such rigor will drive impact, shaping both policy discussions externally and informing Anthropic’s internal business and product decisions.
Our team combines rigorous empirical methods with novel measurement approaches. We’re building first-of-its-kind datasets tracking AI’s impact on labor markets, productivity, and economic transformation. Using our privacy-preserving measurement system (
Clio
), we
analyze millions of real-world AI interactions
to understand how AI augments and automates work across different occupations and tasks.
For this role, we’re looking for candidates who can combine rigorous economic analysis with novel measurement approaches to understand AI’s transformative effects on the economy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at the intersection of empirical economics, technological change, and policy impact.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, policy think tanks, and other research partners as the primary point of contact for these organizations on economic impact work in your region
Advance research collaborations that answer country- or regional-specific economic impact questions
Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for policy discussions
Make fundamental contributions to the development and expansion of the
Anthropic Economic Index
, including country- and regional-specific analysis
Design and collaborate on empirical research on AI’s economic effects with governments, academia, industry, and civil society in your region
Develop new methodological approaches, in collaboration with partners in your region, for studying AI’s impact on labor markets and the future of work; productivity and task transformation; economic inequality and displacement; industry-specific disruption and adaptation; and aggregate economic trajectories (GDP, productivity, unemployment) under varying AI-adoption scenarios
Work cross-functionally with other technical teams to improve our measurement infrastructure and data collection
Amplify external engagement through research publications, policy briefs, and presentations to diverse stakeholders
Minimum qualifications
PhD in Economics
Strong track record of empirical research, particularly studies combining novel data sources and economic theory or implementing frontier methods in causal inference and machine learning
Demonstrated experience working in, and relevant relationships across, the region
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools for large-scale data analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from conception to publication
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across academic, policy, and industry communities
Preferred qualifications
Experience relevant to the study of AI’s impact on the economy, such as labor market analysis and occupational change; task-based approaches to technological transformation; large-scale data analysis and econometric methods; large language models for social science research; policy-relevant economic research; experimental and quasi-experimental methods for causal inference; macroeconomic modeling and time series forecasting; or agent-based modeling and large-scale simulation
Experience working with novel datasets and measurement systems
Comfort learning new technical tools and frameworks
Strong interest in ensuring AI development benefits humanity
Comfort working with AI systems and ability to think critically about their capabilities and limitations

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior CMF Designer to own colour, materials, and finish across our robot programmes.
As the Industrial robot moves from Beta into Gamma production, CMF definition becomes a dedicated, full-time responsibility.
Your primary focus will be the Industrial wheeled robot, covering tooling-ready specification, supplier management, and production sample governance. You will also contribute early CMF thinking to our other robot platforms as they develop at the early stages.
You will be the first dedicated CMF hire at Humanoid, working within a multi-discipline Design Team across multiple robot platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Own CMF direction across all robot programmes, from early concept through to production-ready specification.
- Develop CMF strategy as an integrated part of the team's overall design direction; working with design leads to ensure material and finish decisions reflect and reinforce the product's broader design intent.
- Develop and maintain material libraries, finish standards, and sample archives relevant to robotics manufacturing contexts.
- Define and document CMF specifications with the precision required for engineering handoff, colour, texture, durability, finish codes specifications etc…
- Work closely with Industrial Designers, Fashion Designers and UX Designers to ensure material decisions reinforce, not contradict, the product's form language and functional context.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners and suppliers to validate material feasibility within programme timelines and cost envelopes.
- Lead CMF reviews, presenting direction clearly to design leads and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to garment/soft goods material decisions where CMF and wearable design intersect.
- Build the CMF process from the ground up ; standards, workflows, review cadences & governance.
We’re Looking For
- A designer who treats material choice as a communication decision.
- 7+ years of CMF experience, ideally with complex manufactured products: robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
- Deep knowledge of materials, surface finishes, coatings, and manufacturing processes relevant to high-spec electromechanical products.
- Experience producing CMF specifications for engineering teams, not just mood boards for stakeholders.
- The confidence to defend a material direction and the rigour to back it up with process, technical trade offs and physical evidence.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity as you'll be defining the function as much as executing within it.
- Familiarity with soft goods or wearable materials is a plus, not a prerequisite.
- Based in London, 5 days a week.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Provisioning helps organizations of all sizes deploy and manage 1Password through scalable provisioning and organization-management experiences. We build the workflows that help admins onboard people, manage access, and support long-term adoption, with a focus on reliable, secure, and intuitive experiences. As an intern on the team, you’ll work on frontend web experiences in React and TypeScript alongside engineers, product managers, and designers. Our current roadmap includes improving activation, invitation and provisioning-pipeline visibility, error recovery, and other Admin Console workflows.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Contribute to frontend features in the 1Password Admin Console using React, TypeScript, CSS, and established design-system patterns.
- Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to turn customer and admin needs into simple, accessible experiences.
- Write maintainable code, tests, and documentation, and participate in code reviews, debugging, and quality improvements.
- Learn the Provisioning domain and help improve workflows such as onboarding, invitations, user-status visibility, and provisioning error handling.
- Work with the team to investigate problems, communicate progress, and deliver incremental improvements safely.
What we're looking for:
- Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
- Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
- Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
- Technical foundations: Working knowledge of React and familiarity with TypeScript and CSS fundamentals.
- Web development foundations: Comfort with HTML, browser behavior, accessibility, Git, and learning established patterns in an existing codebase.
- Project experience: Experience building a small web project through coursework, an internship, personal work, or open source contributions.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with React and TypeScript beyond coursework, including a personal, school, or open source project.
- Familiarity with design systems or component libraries, and with Figma or a similar design tool.
- Exposure to frontend testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Understanding of API integration, asynchronous JavaScript, or backend concepts.
- Interest in security, identity, access management, or building tools for administrators.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Threat Operations is part of 1Password’s Security organization, bringing together Cyber Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, and Security Incident Response. Together we study how threat actors operate, turn that into high-quality detections, and respond quickly when something goes wrong. Interns work across all three teams, with time and focus shaped by your interests and our needs, so you see how intelligence becomes real defense. We care about turning intelligence into action, and we value blameless learning and psychological safety.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What You Can Expect:
- Analyze incoming threat intelligence, assess its credibility and relevance to 1Password, and run IOC sweeps across our environment.
- Own pieces of work across the threat management lifecycle, turning intel into recommendations for detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Join the alert triage rotation and learn how signal quality, enrichment, and response fit together.
- Develop and test detection rules and response agents, and contribute to our detection-as-code and response-as-code platforms.
- Build orchestration workflows to automate triage, enrichment, and response, using AI tools to help design and build them.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with Git and managing infrastructure or detections as code, including Terraform.
- Scripting or programming experience, such as Python or Go, and comfort working with APIs.
- Exposure to SIEM and SOAR tools, logs, or writing detection rules and queries, through coursework, labs, or projects.
- Experience using AI tools to build or automate workflows, with a healthy skepticism about their output.
- Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, plus security coursework, CTFs, home labs, or a security club.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.
Equal Opportunity Employer

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of the Data Security Team, you will be partially responsible for the underlying cryptography across our products. You’ll help build cryptographic libraries and implement the latest algorithms directly into our client applications with security, performance and usability in mind. You’ll develop proof-of-concepts and implement new industry specifications into code. You’ll also conduct code and design reviews to ensure good cryptographic hygiene and standards across our codebase.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada/US. This position will be for 4 months - January to April 2027.
What you can expect:
- You have a passion for using modern cryptographic algorithms and want to learn how to apply them in real world situations.
- You work well in a team environment with positive communications amongst a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable to work within a small team of security developers who are specialists in Rust and Golang Security
- Develop cryptographic or other security libraries to share common security-critical code across our applications
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with standards bodies (e.g. FIDO, W3C, ISO, NIST, OIDF)
- Experience with emerging industry standards and technologies (e.g. Passkeys and/or Post Quantum Algorithms)
- Experience with Rust and/or Golang, or a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. The way we bring those values to life every day is guided by our 1Password Behaviors for Success https://1password.com/blog/how-to-interview-with-confidence-at-1password.
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Operations team runs the machinery behind hiring at ElevenLabs: the systems, workflows and data that help us hire exceptional people quickly. We’re hiring at pace, with 200+ open roles across 40+ countries, and Ashby sits at the centre of all of it. We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end
REQUIREMENTS
- Ashby Power User. Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. Messy data bothers you, and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI native. Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.
- Scheduling at Scale. Interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You enjoy being the person who knows how the system actually works
- You’d rather build a template once than do the same setup ten times
- You’re comfortable moving fast without letting accuracy slip
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for United States timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
We are accepting applications through October 30, 2026. The Hiring Manager will review all applications and determine next steps. The interview process will be:
- AI Interview
- Meet the Hiring Manager
- Case Study
- Call with the Team
- Final Interview

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is looking for a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own the continued development, deployment and operation of the existing data platform within Humanoid. The role spans cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, platform engineering and data engineering, with responsibility for turning internal engineering requirements into reliable production systems.
You will also lead delivery by external contractors and act as their sole point of contact with Humanoid. You will gather requirements from our internal engineering teams, translate them into technical briefs, oversee implementation and bring completed work back for validation. All contractor questions, feedback and delivery coordination will flow through you, without requiring direct communication between contractors and other Humanoid team members.
This role combines substantial engineering work with technical leadership and delivery ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own platform delivery: Understand the existing platform architecture, identify the changes needed for Humanoid’s environment and workflows, and take those changes through development, integration, testing and deployment.
- Lead external contractors: Define work packages, priorities, technical requirements and acceptance criteria. Review designs and code, resolve technical questions, track delivery and ensure completed work meets Humanoid’s standards.
- Connect internal needs to implementation: Work with Humanoid’s engineering teams to understand requirements and constraints. Maintain a clear backlog, communicate tradeoffs and progress, and raise risks or decisions early.
- Build and operate cloud infrastructure: Manage compute, storage, networking and environments through infrastructure as code, with attention to security, reliability, performance and cost.
- Develop across the stack: Implement and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations and frontend interfaces that support internal users and engineering workflows.
- Improve the engineering platform: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, deployment processes, environment configuration and developer tooling.
- Own data workflows: Develop and maintain data ingestion, processing, storage and access pipelines. Address data quality, schema changes, failed jobs and recovery.
- Maintain production reliability: Establish monitoring, logging and alerting; investigate incidents; and maintain practical rollback, backup and recovery procedures.
- Control access and preserve knowledge: Manage contractor permissions and secrets appropriately. Ensure source code, infrastructure definitions, documentation and operational knowledge remain accessible to Humanoid.
- Verify and hand over completed work. Validate contractor deliverables against agreed acceptance criteria and ensure releases include the documentation and support needed for ongoing operation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building, deploying and operating production software on a major cloud platform.
- Strong practical knowledge of infrastructure as code, containers, Linux, networking, identity and access management, and CI/CD.
- Solid software engineering skills, including backend services, APIs, databases and the ability to work across frontend and backend code.
- Experience with data pipelines, object storage, relational databases and reliable processing of large datasets.
- Evidence of taking ownership of an existing platform: understanding unfamiliar code, diagnosing problems and delivering improvements safely.
- Experience leading external developers or contractors, including scoping work, reviewing implementation and holding delivery to clear quality standards.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn incomplete requirements into actionable technical work.
- Sound judgment about what to build directly, what to delegate and when to involve internal engineering specialists.
Experience with robotics, machine learning infrastructure, sensor data or internal data platforms would be valuable. We welcome engineers with particular depth in infrastructure or platform engineering who can demonstrate effective delivery across the wider software stack.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE?
The data platform is deployed reliably within Humanoid and develops in line with internal engineering needs. Contractor work arrives tested, documented and ready to integrate. Internal teams have clear visibility into progress and decisions, while you own the technical context, coordination and follow-through needed to deliver.

About Ledger
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Amazon brings Ledger to a broader audience of crypto-curious buyers on every continent, making it a key growth driver for the business. The Marketplaces team owns the Amazon channel end to end, from catalogue and inventory management to ads campaign management. You’ll lead our ads performance and bring a builder’s mindset to the whole channel: using data and AI to scale what works and automate our Amazon processes, from ads to operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Amazon advertising management: own and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns across our markets, with one goal: prove and drive incremental revenue, not just efficient spend; use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to understand our audiences and buyers and measure what our ads really bring.
- Process automation: rebuild our largely manual Amazon workflows (bid management, reporting, budget pacing, promo checks) into automated, scalable processes, leveraging AI tools and scripting rather than spreadsheets.
- Data & reporting: collaborate closely with the data team to build and maintain dashboards and trackers monitoring ads performance and promotional impact, turning raw data into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Promotions: manage promotional calendars across marketplaces to maximize conversion and defend competitive position.
- Tooling & partner evaluation: continuously benchmark and test third party tools, agencies and tech partners (audiences analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.) to identify the best stack for scale.
- Cross functional collaboration: work closely with the operations/catalog team, brand, and finance teams to align ads strategy with inventory, listings, and budget realities.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analysis, or, with a strong analytical mindset (Amazon Ads experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Strong appetite for AI is a must, with dashboards, reportings or automated processes you’ve built using AI tools
- Comfortable owning manual workflows and turning them into repeatable systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English; the role is based in Paris, and English is a prerequisite for both social and work life in our office
Nice to have:
- Hands on experience with Amazon Ads console / Seller Central / Vendor Central
- Interest in Web3/crypto
