HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

We partner with 32,000+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 700K members, and have reached €500M+ in ARR.

🚀 Your mission
Enterprise is our fastest growing market segment and represents a unique opportunity for Alan to become the health partner of millions of members by 2030.
Strengthening this segment is a high priority : we are doubling down to accelerate on the foundations set this year, increasing our reach, reinforcing our offer and positioning in order to support a growing number of larger companies in France.
As an Enterprise Sales & Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in helping us structure our approach to Very Large companies (> 3,000 employees). You will work closely with a team of 2 Senior Account Executives, 1 Business Developper and our Business Segment Lead, supporting them with closing deals and driving various growth-related projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Deal support: partnering with Account Executives on their deal strategy, account mapping, meeting preparation and pitch presentations in order to tailor our approach.
- Prospecting Support: Collaborating with Business Developers and Account Executives to build and deploy targeted prospecting strategies through account mapping, lead qualification, C-Level outreach, cold-calling and nurturing campaigns.
- Tender management and RFP (Request for Purchase) Library: orchestrating tender answers with a dedicated taskforce (ops, marketing, pre-sales, sales, top management), with ownership of specific sections and content to build. Ideal to shape project management skills!
- Networking & Brand Awareness: identifying events to participate to and personas to meet for our Founders and Senior Execs to make Alan more visible among decision-makers
- Process Scaling: auditing existing sales processes (CRM, minutes of meeting automation, meeting prep framework….), identifying and implementing improvement areas
- Go to Market Strategy: along with the crew lead or the Business Segment Lead, opportunity to dig deeper into a topic to crack (Unions market in France, brokers market…)
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You would be a great fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Are fully fluent in French & English (written and spoken)
- Are analytical and think strategically : selling to very large accounts asks for the ability to map organizations to find the best interlocutor and have a clear picture of our positioning on the health insurance market
- Have a strong business sense: bringing a disruptive vision on a conventional market such as health insurance is hard. It requires the ability to convince high level stakeholders and be able to outline our product's impact at a strategic level.
- Are self-organized and autonomous: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance.
- Communicate effectively: given the number of internal stakeholders with whom Very Large Sales interact on a daily basis, the ability to communicate with clarity is essential.
- Display a growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow and take the best of this experience to set you up for success in your early professional life.
- Excel at teamwork: given the strategic implications of our Very Large business segment, volume and timeline of work, you have the ability to lead transversal initiatives towards a particular objective.
- Show versatility: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another
- Have a strong product and “Tech” sense: Alan is an innovative company offering the most high-end healthcare software on the market. In order to thrive in selling it, you need to enjoy deep diving in the technical dimension of the software industry.
Level considered for this position is between A0 and A2.
We're looking for someone to start in January 2027, ideally for a 6-month internship.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Reports to: Team Lead, Smart Manufacturing Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As a Senior Smart Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics, you’ll own the test systems that every ICEYE satellite passes through before it reaches orbit. You’ll design and standardize the production and integration test equipment used across our manufacturing sites, find the bottlenecks that would otherwise cap how fast we can scale, and set the technical standard for the engineers around you. This is a hands-on design role with organization-wide influence: what you build and document becomes how we manufacture.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Design, build and own the production and integration test systems used on the line, including the electrical ground support equipment.
- Drive standardization of test equipment across products and sites, so designs and interfaces are reused rather than rebuilt each time.
- Define test strategies: coverage, test limits, guard bands, failure modes and diagnostics.
- Produce and maintain the design documentation other engineers execute from, including schematics, test requirements, procedures and interface definitions.
- Use production and test data to find yield issues, bottlenecks and systemic weaknesses, then implement the fixes before they limit the ramp.
- Review designs from other teams and set the requirements they must meet to integrate cleanly into our production workflow.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, feedback and knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Several years of electronics design and test system development experience, ideally on high-reliability or high-complexity products (space, defence, telecom, automotive, industrial or similar).
- Strong analog and digital electronics design, including high-speed digital work (signal integrity, impedance control, power integrity) and PCBA design for manufacturability and testability.
- A track record of designing, implementing and maintaining automated test systems or electrical ground support equipment, taken from concept through to stable production.
- Hands-on RF and mixed-signal test and characterization, including S-parameters, matching networks and filters, with the instruments that go with them (spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, signal generators).
- Test automation in Python and embedded development in C/C++ on common microcontrollers such as STM32, TI or MSP430.
- Experience mentoring engineers and running design reviews, with documentation quality to match.
Nice to haves:
- Altium Designer or KiCad, and RF simulation in CST or AWR.
- Lean or Six Sigma background, and quality methods such as FMEA, 8D or fault tree analysis applied to production problems.
- Experience scaling a manufacturing line: ramp-up, multi-site rollout and continuous improvement.
- Real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, and serial interfaces including USB, CAN and RS-485.
- Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
Application Process
- Recruiter Interview
- Hiring manager interview
- Technical assessment
- Final Interview

- learn how to manage your pipeline efficiency and close deals every single day of the year, which is very stimulating.
- contribute to making our product even better by identifying and sharing product feedback, blockers, and feedback to improve the self-serve experience.
This role is a stepping stone to build a strong foundation to become a top-performing sales professional. As an Inbound Sales, you will be enrolled in Alan’s sales traineeship program, which is our extensive internal program to onboard, train and coach high potentials into our future top performers in sales. You’ll be on a continuous learning curve where you can learn from and work with a top-notch sales team, whilst gradually increasing your scope and impact on the business.

Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python services on FastAPI, async SQLAlchemy and PydanticAI, Temporal for durable execution, PostgreSQL, MCP, Daytona sandboxes, various LLM model providers, Terraform on AWS, React with Vite. Our main backend is a Flask monolith. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership: you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE AGENTIC PLATFORM AREA
In 2027, we expect to run more AI agents than we have employees.
Agents already do real work at Alan. They answer members' health questions, resolve support requests, read medical documents, detect fraud, automate operational tasks, and write a large share of our code.
But every team building an agent ends up solving the same hard problems again: how to call models safely with health data, how to give an agent tools and the right permissions, how to know whether a prompt change made it better or worse, how to debug what it did. The result: several agent frameworks and evaluation stacks, each with its own security and compliance story.
The Agentic Platform area was created to fix that. Our mission: make it cheap, fast and safe for every Alaner or crew to build, run and improve agentic products and workflows.
We own the environment agents run in (infrastructure, runtime, evaluation, observability, skills lifecycle), with security, privacy and compliance by design, and the generalist products on top: Hopper and the Agent Studio. Product teams and all Alaners own their agents, skills, and their outcomes. We give them the paved road.
Two crews, one team:
- Hopper is every Alaner's AI companion. Five months after it started, 80% of Alaners use it, 3k sessions are created each day, and about 30% of our pull requests are opened from it (watch how we built it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAu7Ngfd0ys).
- AI Product Platform builds the shared blocks every AI product at Alan runs on. For instance, our ops teams now build agents autonomously on our Ops AI Platform (read how https://medium.com/alan/how-we-bootstrapped-an-ai-agents-platform-for-operations-at-alan-fefd87ed6314, watch the talk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pg1ij8k5Rw).
🧩 PROBLEMS YOU'LL ONLY FIND HERE
Run agents at scale
- 🧠 One runtime for every AI product. A shared agent framework, from a single model call to multi-agent workflows with live streaming, and one gateway to every model: routing, failover across providers, quotas and cost per use case built in.
- ⏳ Agent sessions that last for hours. Durable sessions, started from the web, Slack, Linear or GitHub, that survive pod restarts and deploys, and pick up exactly where they left off.
- 📦 Sandboxes at scale. An isolated environment for every agent session and every evaluation, on an infrastructure compliant with sensitive data, with negligible boot overhead.
Make agents trustworthy and proactive
- 🔌 One tool gateway to the whole company. An MCP gateway that connects agents to internal tools and data, external services, computer use, managing identity and credentials.
- 🔐 Agents safely acting on critical data. We give each agent no more than the access it needs. Every tool call goes through identity, permissions, confirmations and audit. No sensitive data leaks.
- 🧪 Evals you can replay in time. Re-run an agent or skill against production as it was at a past point in time, on real data, safely isolated. Anyone can ship knowing their change is an improvement rather than a regression.
- 🔁 Agents and skills that proactively fix themselves. Every run is traced, and every human correction, failed tool call or escalation becomes a prioritized fix that Hopper can apply.
Put agents in everyone's hands
- 📚 Skills as a product. A registry where Alaners and teams publish, share and version their skills, so that nothing needs to be repeated twice.
- ✨ AI that non-engineers can own. Alaners who ship code through Hopper, Operators or Sales who build their own agents or skills in our Studio and operate them from their day-to-day tools.
- ⏰ Automations and artifacts. Agents that run on a schedule or on an event, and build the dashboards and hosted sites that become the go-to places for collaboration.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
What you'll do
- Own some of the problems above end to end, from design to production, with significant influence on architecture and code quality
- Work closely with the people who use what you build: Alaners, product teams, ops
- Own reliability, cost and security in production
- Mentor engineers, contribute to our product and engineering culture, and help build the team
Experience we value
- 3+ years in software engineering, with solid backend fundamentals
- Platform-leaning or product-leaning: both are welcome. Depth in at least one of: distributed systems and runtimes, evaluation and data quality, security and authorization, product UX
- A good sense of user and developer experience, whatever you build
- You built products, platforms or infrastructure used by other people
- Experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, evals or MCP is a strong plus; ML or MLOps experience is a plus
Mindset we value
- You measure success by adoption, not by what is available
- You make concrete tradeoffs between speed, reliability, cost, security and user experience
- You simplify complexity with clear abstractions and maintainable code
- You care about whether people can understand and verify what an AI system did
- You keep up with the latest AI technology and know the open-source AI ecosystem
- Self-directed, pragmatic, humble, collaborative, enthusiastic about learning and teaching
- Excited about AI changing who can build, investigate and automate work
Above all, we look for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply. Everything else is a bonus.
You should be fluent in English (no French required).

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

- Support new company onboardings.
- Collaborate across teams on strategic initiatives.
👷 IMPROVING ALAN
Beyond member support, you will take ownership of strategic projects to help scale Care operations in Canada and improve the member experience.
You will:
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Insurance.
- Adapt existing Care processes from France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, and Belgium 🇧🇪 to the Canadian context.
- Work with a high degree of autonomy within a small team.
- Help shape onboarding, proactive support, and cross-functional improvements.
- Contribute to hiring and, optionally, mentor other Care team members.
⭐ JOIN THE CARE TEAM! ⭐️
We are looking for someone with 3+ years of relevant experience who:
- Has a genuine passion for member support and problem-solving.
- Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Can simplify complex topics.
- Is fluent in written and spoken English and French. This is a mandatory requirement.

Think You Can Make AI Notice Us? Prove It.
At LBC Mortgage, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and unconventional thinker who is ready to experiment, challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and help make our brand visible across the rapidly evolving world of AI platforms.
The way people discover businesses is changing. More and more people are turning to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to ask questions, compare services, and decide which companies deserve their attention. We want LBC Mortgage to be part of those conversations. Not just on Google. Not just on social media. We want our brand to be discoverable, recognizable, and accurately represented wherever people search for answers, recommendations, and solutions.
Your mission is simple: help make LBC Mortgage impossible to overlook.
We’re not looking for someone who needs ten years of experience, a complicated strategy document, or permission to try every new idea. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in how AI works, enjoys exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to test an approach that nobody on the team has tried before. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, think independently, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
This is not about taking reckless risks or doing things without a plan. It’s about having the confidence to experiment intelligently, measure results, and improve continuously instead of assuming that yesterday’s methods will always work tomorrow.
You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. You’ll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
You’ll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses. From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You should be comfortable following a strategy while also recognizing opportunities to improve it. If you notice something that could work better, speak up. If you discover a promising platform, explore it. If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results. We value people who combine initiative with accountability and creativity with attention to detail.
Most importantly, we want someone who sees this role as an opportunity rather than a checklist. Someone who wants to help shape how a brand competes in a changing digital landscape. Someone who understands that there may not always be a ready-made answer and is willing to find one.
We’re not promising that every experiment will succeed. We’re offering the opportunity to explore, test, learn, and contribute to something that is evolving in real time. You’ll have a clear objective, the freedom to investigate different approaches, and the responsibility to turn what you learn into meaningful progress.
Don’t just tell us you’re different. Show us how you think, what you’re curious about, and what you would try first.
Ready to make AI notice us? Apply.

CoolGames is part of Keesing, the world’s largest Braintainment company. Keesing is a financially strong publisher of engaging sudokus, crosswords and many other puzzles & games with a presence in over 20 countries and headquartered in The Netherlands.
With the CoolGames HQ in Amsterdam, supported by our global remote teams, we offer market-competitive salaries, the chance to contribute to successful casual games that are played by millions and work directly with some of the biggest brands in the world. If you want to grow your career in a profitable, internationally recognized company, work closely with world-famous partners and be part of a highly professional international team,CoolGames is the right place for you.
About the role
As a Senior Game Designer, you will be responsible for the entire systems and LiveOps lifecycle. This includes designing new casual free-to-play games for desktop, tablets, and mobile, from initial concept through all stages of the product lifecycle. You will design and balance core loops, progression, rewards and game economy, then extend them through LiveOps: in‑game events, content drops, experiments and monetization changes that address KPI opportunities, lift retention and grow both IAP and ad revenue. Armed with analytical tools, you will translate insights into actions, weigh impact versus effort, and continuously iterate to keep our games fresh and competitive. Working side‑by‑side with developers, artists, QA and marketing in an agile environment, you will articulate strategy and results to stakeholders at every level, ensuring smooth execution. At the same time you will coach and inspire other game designers, fostering a culture of creativity, data‑driven decision‑making and constant improvement across the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and maintain the systems design for core loops, progression, rewards and economy (sources/sinks, pacing, difficulty), ensuring they align with player needs and business goals
Build and evolve a LiveOps strategy and content roadmap (events, seasonal mechanics, IAP offers and ad-driven promos) that drives engagement and revenue
Design and implement in-game experiments (A/B tests, event variations) and use the results to inform design decisions; iterate so each update measurably improves retention and monetization
Specify clear, developer-ready design documents and balancing sheets; be the single source of truth for feature scope, rationale and success metrics
Stay on top of casual F2P market trends and top-grossing competitors; pitch new content, meta features or mechanics (e.g., collections, passes, streaks, time-limited challenges) that fit our audience
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (design, engineering, art, QA, marketing) to deliver features and LiveOps smoothly; participate in agile rituals to align with development cycles and product goals
Present product vision, LiveOps plans and post-event analyses; communicate the “why” behind your strategy with data and research to secure buy-in from internal stakeholders and external partners
Mentor other game designers and raise team craft through feedback and reviews
Requirements
About You
5+ years of professional experience as a Senior Game Designer within the mobile or web F2P industry, with hands-on systems/economy and LiveOps experience
Deep familiarity with top-grossing casual games and F2P mechanics; you know what keeps players returning and spending, and can anticipate shifts in player behavior or monetization patterns
Ability to translate complex data and KPIs into actionable design changes and clear roadmaps, balancing player enjoyment with business objectives
Strong written and verbal communication in English; concise specs and clear presentation skills
Proven experience in cross-functional teams; you integrate creative, technical and commercial perspectives into a cohesive product direction
Experience in mentorship or leadership, fostering designer growth, and promoting a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Bonus: game economy design specialization; puzzle/casual background; HTML5/web distribution experience
Benefits
What we can offer you:
An international team of 80+ professionals from almost 20 different countries;
Work closely with some of the biggest (upcoming) game platforms in the world on high-quality casual games that are played by millions of gamers;
Competitive remuneration;
A flexible remote working environment;
Company events in HQ Amsterdam Office;
A very open, informal and international company culture where everyone can make a difference.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
We are looking for an experienced Economy & Balancing Game Designer who can design, model, and tune the economies, progression, and reward systems of casual HTML5 games played by millions of people worldwide.
As part of one of our multidisciplinary game development teams, you will design, model, balance, test, and iterate game economies from early concept through live operations. You understand that a great casual game economy is not just “generous” or “tight”: it paces progression, makes every reward feel earned, gives every purchase a clear purpose, and stays healthy for years.
About CoolGames
At CoolGames, we’re proud to be a leading international HTML5 game studio, working with some of the world’s biggest ‘Big Tech’ game platforms, such as Netflix, Discord, Facebook and Microsoft Play. We also work with famous games IP such as Battleship, Angry Birds and Monopoly.
CoolGames is part of Keesing, the world’s largest Braintainment company. Keesing is a financially strong publisher of engaging sudokus, crosswords and many other puzzles & games with a presence in over 20 countries headquartered in The Netherlands.
With the CoolGames HQ in Amsterdam, supported by our global remote teams, we offer market-competitive salaries, the chance to contribute to successful casual games that are played by millions and work directly with some of the biggest brands in the world. We believe in creativity, collaboration and delivering world-class gaming experiences, while giving you the choice to either join our Amsterdam studio or become part of our remote teams.
If you want to grow your career in a profitable, internationally recognized company, work closely with world-famous partners and be part of a highly professional international team, CoolGames is the right place for you.
About the role
As an Economy & Balancing Game Designer at CoolGames, you take ownership of the economies inside our casual games: the sources, sinks, progression, and reward systems that decide how players earn, spend, and advance. You will design systems that are fun, fair, understandable, and commercially effective. And you own the outcome: not just the analysis behind the numbers, but the retention and revenue they produce.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary agile team. Together, you will work on new titles, improve existing live games, and help shape the models, tools, and processes that make good economy design scalable across our portfolio. Because our games run on a range of platforms with different monetization models, you know how to make an economy work whether it is driven by in-app purchases, ads, or a subscription platform.
On new games you are involved from the very first design sessions, so that the economy, its sinks, and its progression are designed in from the start rather than balanced after the game has been built. On live games you take the economy apart per title, in enough depth to say what a change will do before it ships, and you model and simulate that change rather than shipping it and reading the result afterwards.
You are comfortable working both creatively and analytically. You can feel when a progression curve or a reward loop is right, but you also know how to validate that instinct through models, simulations, A/B tests, and player data.
About You
You are proactive and thrive on taking ownership and responsibility. You care deeply about how players feel when they play, and you know that a healthy economy and a great player experience are the same goal, not a trade-off. You know how to design systems that motivate without manipulating, monetize without frustrating, and reward without devaluing progress.
If you are:
An experienced Economy, Systems or Balancing Game Designer
Ready to work on long-lasting casual titles, and to move between them when needed
A strong believer in teamwork
Are not afraid of innovation and learning new tools on the go
Then you are on the right track to be a great match with Coolgames.
Responsibilities
Design and balance the economy, progression, and reward systems of our casual games, from the first design sessions of a new title through live operations
Own the revenue outcome of the economies you design
Build and maintain the economy models, balancing sheets, and simulations for each title, in enough depth to say what a change will do before it ships.
Use player data and A/B tests to find friction points, progression bottlenecks, and monetization opportunities, and to show, with data, where balancing proposals from game and level designers will take retention and revenue.
Design motivation loops and a cohesive ecosystem of LiveOps events that work together rather than compete for player attention
Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to the team and the studio, and take ownership of a title’s economy when moving between projects.
Research how comparable games in our genres structure, pace, and price their economies, and keep that as the reference we balance and price against.
Requirements
Requirements
5+ years designing, balancing, and operating the economies of successful, released free-to-play games on mobile and/or HTML5, including casual or puzzle titles.
Comfortable being accountable for a title’s KPIs: you make and defend decisions
Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills: balancing, simulation, and forecasting models, and fluent use of AI tools to build and analyze them faster.
Strong analytical mindset: you design and evaluate data, translating it into concrete design changes.
Deep understanding of player motivation, retention mechanics, LiveOps, and monetization design, and the empathy to feel what our casual audience will and won’t accept.
Independent and proactive, quick to get up to speed on a new game and its audience, with excellent English and experience working in remote, multidisciplinary teams.
A habit of benchmarking: you know the economies of the leading games in our genres well enough to say where ours sits against them.
Benefits
What we can offer you
An international team of 80+ professionals from almost 20 different countries;
Work closely with some of the biggest upcoming game platforms in the world on high-quality casual games that are played by millions of players;
Competitive remuneration;
A flexible remote working environment;
A very open, informal, and international company culture where everyone can make a difference.
Apply
Do you love building game economies that players find fair, motivating, and worth investing in, and that stay healthy for years?
Then we would love to hear from you. Please include your CV and, where possible, a portfolio, economy models or balancing sheets, shipped games, design documents, or examples that show how you think about progression, monetization, and player experience.

We're hiring an E-commerce Operations Associate to support the Brand Managers across our portfolio. This is a heavily operations-focused role: you'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep our brands running smoothly day to day across DTC, subscription, and Amazon.
You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll be pointed at whichever brand needs the most operational horsepower at the time, which means you'll see how three very different consumer businesses actually run, and you'll build the judgment to run one yourself.
Think of it as the
#2 seat on a small, fast-moving brand team
. You'll keep operations tight, flag risks before they become problems, and free up the Brand Manager to focus on high-leverage decisions. You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll go wherever the portfolio needs operational horsepower most, so you'll learn in one year what usually takes three.
What You'll Do
Inventory & Operations
Own inventory tracking, demand planning, and reorder cadence across DTC, subscription, and Amazon
Coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, and 3PLs to keep stock flowing and SKUs healthy
Build and maintain daily/weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts
Spot risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed
Subscription Operations
Support recurring-revenue operations: cadence, swaps, and upcoming-order management
Forecast subscription and one-time demand together so stock covers both
Report on active subscribers, churn, and retention
Amazon
Run day-to-day Seller Central / Vendor Central operations: listings, inventory, and case management
Monitor Buy Box, listing health, reviews, and account performance
Support advertising operations, promotions, and FBA inbound planning
Project Management & Marketing Support
Own task management and coordination across multiple brands at once
Help plan and execute product launches and campaigns
Coordinate influencer partnerships, draft social/email content and creative briefs, and QA landing pages and ads
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally at a consumer brand, 3PL, or manufacturer
Real inventory experience: reorder points, lead times, safety stock, sell-through, SKU-level health
Demand planning skills: building forecasts, sizing POs, balancing stock across channels
Experience managing vendors such as suppliers, co-packers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders
Comfort with ops systems: inventory platforms (Cin7, NetSuite, or similar), 3PL portals, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, subscription tools (Recharge, Skio, or similar), and heavy spreadsheet work
Strong written and verbal English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed. You see what needs to happen and you do it
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously across more than one brand at a time
Benefits
A real seat at the table.
You'll do meaningful work with visibility, not busywork.
Three businesses, not one.
You'll get broad, fast learning across very different categories.
Early-stage opportunity.
If you join now, you'll grow with the platform and get opportunities that won't exist later.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. Please note that we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
Travel:
Approximately 3-4 trips per year, including at least one to a country of operation and one to a key in-person leadership moment.
About this role
We are currently planning for a significant increase in scale, and we are building the People function that can carry it.
This is our first senior talent management role. Today we have pieces of talent management programs and processes in place, but not yet a function. You will build one: an intentional approach to how we onboard, develop, and retain our people. That covers performance management and its link to pay, manager and leadership development, learning, onboarding, talent planning and succession, employee listening and engagement, and culture and values.
The first year is weighted toward four priorities: joining the redesign of our performance system early, alongside the Head of People, and owning it as it moves into execution, as we move to pay for performance, revamping onboarding ahead of our next wave of hiring, planning our values retreat for senior leaders, and getting a read on employee listening and engagement. As those take shape, the balance shifts toward the longer-term build: the vision and roadmap for the function, a foundational manager program, talent planning and succession, and the team around you.
The reason for this weight: the performance system and onboarding are our most acute gaps today, but they should not be construed as a ceiling of the job. We are hiring a senior talent management leader who can shape the whole function over several years, not the owner of one or two programs. If your instinct on reading this is that the performance redesign is the whole job, this role probably isn’t the right fit, and the reverse is also true: if you want to set strategy but not build the first versions yourself, year one will frustrate you.
What you’ll do
Build the talent management function
Within your first 90 days, assess what exists today across these areas, recommend the sequencing for the first year, and agree to it with the Head of People.
Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for talent management across the areas it covers, and sequence the work against the People roadmap.
Propose the team around it, and decide what we build in-house and what we buy or borrow.
Connect talent management to workforce planning, compensation, and recruitment, in partnership with the Head of People, Finance, and function leaders.
Build an approach to talent and succession planning, starting with critical roles: work with leaders to identify succession gaps, assess potential successors, and put development plans in place to prepare people for future opportunities.
Own the performance system
Join the performance system redesign early, alongside the Head of People, and own it as it moves into execution: a system that produces reliable, calibrated outputs to inform merit increases, connected to our new salary bands.
Make the system worth using, not a check-the-box exercise: one that helps managers hold better performance and development conversations and gives employees clarity on expectations, feedback, and growth.
Build calibration and the data around it so ratings and merit decisions stay consistent and fair across countries, currencies, and manager quality.
Set a clear global standard for handling low performance that doesn’t default to a misconduct process, and equip managers to use it.
Ensure the performance system helps managers identify and support sustained high performance, connecting it to recognition, development, and career growth opportunities.
Iterate the system through multiple cycles, using calibration, outcome data, and feedback from managers and employees to improve it.
Build how people join, learn, and are led
Revamp onboarding ahead of our next wave of hiring: own the content and experience for new hires and their managers, working with People Ops on process and systems.
Build a foundational manager program and the tools behind it: feedback, coaching, difficult conversations, and performance management.
Extend into leadership development and broader learning as the function matures.
Shape culture and listen to employees
Plan the values retreat with an external facilitator and our executive sponsor, and own what carries into daily work afterward.
Get a read on listening and engagement today, covering what we hear, where it goes, and what should change, and use it to build our employee listening strategy.
What this role is not
Not a recruiting role. Hiring sits with our Talent Acquisition team. You partner with them on the handoff into onboarding and on how we assess and develop talent once people are here.
Not the owner of compensation design. Pay structures and bands are set through our compensation work. You own how performance is assessed and how ratings connect to pay decisions.
Not an employee relations or casework role. Cases in country belong to managers and HR Managers, supported by the People team. You own the performance system and the manager capability that helps them handle concerns well.
Not the owner of HR systems or process administration. Onboarding workflows and our HRIS sit with People Ops. You own the content and the experience.
Who we’re looking for
Required
7+ years in talent management, performance, or organizational design roles, including time leading a function or a major part of one.
You have designed a performance system, not only administered one. You can show how ratings connected to pay and what you changed after the first cycle.
You have kept a rating and pay system fair across contexts with different currencies, labor markets, and manager quality.
You are a hands-on builder. You have built talent management programs and systems from scratch, or close to it, in a start-up or scale-up: performance, onboarding, manager development, or a whole function, where what you needed did not exist and you built it while the volume was already arriving. We are not looking for steady-state operating experience, or for leaders who have overseen this work without building it themselves.
You think in systems. You can show how a change in one part of a talent system, such as ratings, calibration, pay, promotion, or onboarding, shows up in the others, and you reason from the underlying problem rather than copying another organization’s template.
You design with change management in mind from the start. You plan for how managers and employees in different countries and cultures will adopt a new program or system as part of the design, not as a rollout step afterward, and can show how you knew it stuck rather than being worked around.
You have deep experience in at least two of onboarding, manager development, and employee engagement or listening, and working experience in the third. You have built programs and content people actually used, and can show how you knew they worked.
A track record of joining a major project already in motion, taking it over, and working through disagreement with a senior partner, and of influencing without formal authority in a matrixed organization.
Judgment and prioritization. You decide what slips and say so plainly.
Preferred
Experience in a mission-driven or international organization, ideally alongside high-growth commercial or tech experience.
Experience working across multiple countries, including sub-Saharan Africa.
Experience working with external facilitators, consultants, or vendors, and knowing what to hand off and what to hold.
Comfort using data (survey, performance, calibration) to make decisions, and knowing when the numbers mislead.
Exposure to compensation design or close work with a total rewards team.
Professional French or Portuguese.
