ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Founding Sales Leader in EMEA to build our business in the region from the ground up. We already have EMEA customers and real demand — today it’s served from the US. You’ll be our first person on the ground in London, and your job is to localize that business and turn it into a region.
This is a founding-leader role, not inheriting a machine. You’ll be in deals directly while making your first hires, with a mandate to scale the EMEA team to 20+ people this year across front-line leaders and sellers.
The right person for this role is a player-coach who has managed managers, sold to technical buyers, and hired quickly — and who wants to run a region before a bigger company would hand them one. If you’re energized by ambiguity, an unformed market, and building with what’s in front of you, this is one of the most consequential GTM roles at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own EMEA: all segments, all markets, top to bottom.
- Build the team. Recruit, hire, and onboard 20+ people this year, including the front-line leaders who will run it with you.
- Carry the number. Build pipeline, run deals, and close business yourself while the team is coming together.
- Establish our presence in the region — the London footprint, our reputation with EMEA buyers, and the local playbook for how enterprise buying works here.
- Adapt the motion. Take what works in AMER and tune it to how technical buyers in EMEA actually evaluate and purchase infrastructure.
- Partner closely with a US-based org across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solutions, and Recruiting, with significant US timezone overlap.
- Set the bar for execution, forecasting rigor, and speed as the region scales.
REQUIREMENTS
- A proven hiring track record. You’ve built teams quickly and hired leaders, not just ICs, and you can point to the people you’ve developed.
- Second-line leadership experience. You’ve managed managers and owned a multi-team org.
- Enterprise selling experience against a technical line of business. You can hold your own with engineering and infrastructure buyers and want to go deeper on inference.
- Scrappiness. You’re comfortable being the only Baseten person in the region on day one — building pipeline, closing deals, and recruiting at the same time, without the bells and whistles.
- EMEA fluency. You know the regional markets and how enterprise buying differs from the US.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment. Here, that means you Slack faster than you talk.
- A builder’s mentality. You own problems and their solutions, and you’re at your best in high-change, unstructured environments.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and ramp the founding team of Enterprise AEs in London. This is your highest-leverage work in year one
- Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: multithreading across buying committees, navigating security and procurement, and closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Raise the bar on consultative selling. Your reps should be advising customers on AI strategy, not just running a product evaluation

- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration from the first hire forward

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're looking for a product marketer to join the Claude Platform Product Marketing team. You'll drive go-to-market for launches across the platform, from new API features and developer tools to the capabilities that ship with new models.
In this role, you'll partner with Product to bring new capabilities to market, write the positioning and messaging that explain what each one does and who it's for, and give Sales the narratives and materials they need to win technical deals. If you've run launches for developer platforms, API products, or technical infrastructure and want to launch new capabilities every week, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new platform products, features, and capabilities
Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions aligned with technical audience needs
Drive product launches that generate market momentum, from flagship releases to incremental feature updates
Design and implement developer marketing campaigns to drive API adoption and platform usage
Support sales enablement initiatives that equip our teams to win: battlecards, pitch materials, customer stories, and objection handling
Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities based on competitive intel, customer research, and field feedback
Work closely with Developer Relations, Comms, Creative, Marketing, and Sales to effectively bring new products to market
Minimum requirements
Have a proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for API products or developer tools, including successful product launches
Have a strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex AI features to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excel at cross-functional collaboration, particularly in aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing strategies
Possess strong storytelling skills with a demonstrated ability to create diverse marketing content, including blogs, presentations, sales collateral, website copy, and customer case studies
Have exceptional writing skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt tone, style, and complexity for diverse audiences (executives, technical users, end customers) and formats (long-form content, product briefs, email campaigns, social media)
Preferred requirements
Have 10+ years of product marketing experience and at least 5 years focused on developer platforms, APIs, or technical products
Experience in highly competitive markets requiring sharp differentiation
A background in marketing AI/ML products or developer tools to enterprise buyers
Experience working closely with Sales teams on strategic, technical deals

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Operate with Rigor
Monitor account health via usage and telemetry signals (protected vs. licensed seats, backup success rates, alert volume, admin activity) to forecast renewals and flag churn risk early.
Own regional forecast accuracy for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell, with disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting.
Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Support on onboarding and adoption, and support partner/MSP-influenced accounts alongside the Partnerships team (including Google Chrome Enterprise, Fortinet, and Menlo Security relationships).
Stay ahead of the SaaS security landscape - ransomware, shadow IT, OAuth risk, browser threats, AI governance, and competing SSPM/backup vendors - and feed insight back to Product and Marketing.
What You Bring:
6-figure deal experience:
proven track record closing and owning six-figure renewals, expansions, and multi-year commitments, and navigating enterprise procurement, security review, and multi-stakeholder approval cycles.
Track record in B2B SaaS:

Domain fluency:
working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) admin, seat, and OAuth permission models, plus the security categories SpinOne spans (backup/DR, ransomware detection, SSPM, DLP, browser security).

comfortable discussing RTO/RPO, incident response, and misconfiguration risk with technical stakeholders, then translating it into downtime cost and audit readiness for executives.

experience navigating compliance-driven renewals and vendor security reviews (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIS2, FERPA) is a strong plus.

About Niantic Spatial
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
About the Role
We're looking for our founding Sales Development Representative to introduce Niantic Spatial to the organizations shaping the future of spatial computing, autonomy, and AI. Reporting into Marketing, you'll follow up on inbound interest, open meaningful first conversations with prospective customers and partners, and build a qualified pipeline.
This role sits at the intersection of research, communication, and disciplined execution. You'll learn how organizations approach their operational and technical challenges, understand their use cases, and assess where our products can help. Your conversations do double duty: they build pipelines, and they give Product real signals about where we are finding product-market fit.
You'll work closely with marketing, product, business development, and operations to turn market interest into pipeline, and help build the systems, messaging, and feedback loops that make a growing go-to-market team more effective.
What You'll Do
- Build Early-Stage Pipeline - Respond quickly to inbound interest, qualify initial fit, and uncover business and technical priorities. Develop outbound campaigns with Marketing and Business Development, testing audiences, messages, channels, and calls to action, then use the results to sharpen how we approach the market.
- Create Qualified Conversations - Research target accounts across industries such as oil and gas, defense and the public sector, and embodied AI. Build an informed point of view on each prospect's business, technical environment, and potential need for spatial intelligence.
- Reach Prospects Thoughtfully - Run personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and other channels. Lead with a clear reason for reaching out and make every interaction useful, whether or not it produces a meeting.
- Explain the Opportunity - Learn our products and point of view deeply enough to explain them clearly to technical and executive audiences. Connect our capabilities to real customer problems without overstating what the products can do.
- Surface Product-Market Fit Signal - Ask thoughtful questions about how organizations build, deploy, and operate systems that need to understand the physical world. Recognize promising use cases and route the right context to product, sales, and technical teams so they can test where fit is strongest.
- Hand Off Cleanly - Translate discovery notes into a clear articulation of the customer's need, the proposed solution, initial scope, and next steps. Partner with Business Development on the first proposal and make sure the opportunity moves into the sales process with its context intact.
- Strengthen the Go-To-Market Motion - Capture patterns from prospect conversations: recurring pain points, objections, terminology, competitive context, and emerging use cases. Share them with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Operations. Improve our processes, data quality, and tooling, using automation and AI to remove repetitive work while keeping judgment and personalization at the center of the prospect experience.
What You'll Bring

Perplexity is hiring an experienced Communications & Marketing Recruiter to help build the teams responsible for how our company and products are positioned, launched, explained, and experienced.
You will lead searches across Communications, Marketing, Social, Editorial, Content, Events and related functions. These disciplines require different networks and different ways of evaluating talent. A strong product marketer may need deep technical fluency and launch experience. A communications leader may be judged by the quality of their counsel and writing. A growth marketer needs to show measurable business impact.
This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role. You will work closely with Communications and Marketing leaders to define each search, build the market, assess candidates, and close the people who can raise the quality of the work. You should be comfortable reading portfolios and writing samples, digging into campaign results, and separating individual contribution from team output.
You will also help us use AI more effectively across recruiting. That means applying it to research, talent mapping, outreach, and workflow automation while maintaining a high bar for judgment and candidate experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting across the Communications & Marketing team.
- Partner with Communications and Marketing leaders from intake through close. Turn early or ambiguous briefs into clear candidate profiles, interview plans, and sourcing strategies.
- Build talent maps across technology companies, consumer brands, enterprise software, media organizations, and agencies.
- Develop sourcing strategies specific to each discipline. Know where strong writers, communications operators, product marketers, and performance-minded marketers build their reputations.
- Evaluate candidates beyond titles and company names. Review portfolios and writing samples, understand campaign context, clarify individual ownership, and probe for measurable results.
- Help hiring teams build structured work-sample and portfolio reviews that reflect the actual work of each role.
- Give leaders direct, useful reads on pipeline quality, candidate tradeoffs, compensation, and the state of the market.
- Represent Perplexity clearly and credibly. Explain the product, the pace of the company, and the opportunity without relying on a generic AI pitch.
- Run a thoughtful candidate process from first conversation through close, including senior candidates with competing offers and high expectations for the recruiting experience.
- Use AI tools for research, sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations. Identify where automation improves speed and where recruiter judgment needs to stay central.
- Track pipeline health and search performance, identify gaps early, and adjust the strategy before a search stalls.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful depth across Communications and Marketing.
- Experience hiring across several of the following areas: Product Marketing, Corporate or Executive Communications, Editorial, Content, Social Media, Brand, Growth, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, or Events.
- A track record of partnering closely with senior Communications or Marketing leaders on important and difficult searches.
- Strong functional judgment. You understand the differences between product marketing, communications, editorial, brand, growth, and field marketing, including which backgrounds transfer well between them.
- Comfort evaluating portfolios, writing samples, campaign work, and business results alongside the hiring team.
- Strong writing and communication skills. You can sharpen a search brief, write credible outreach, and communicate clearly with candidates and executives.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, research, outreach, or recruiting workflows.
- Fluency with modern ATS and recruiting systems. Experience with Ashby is preferred.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the willingness to push back when the market or candidate evidence does not support the original brief.
- The ability to manage several distinct searches without giving candidates or hiring teams a generic experience.
