adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, challenging the status quo of adtech by redefining how apps acquire users and generate revenue. Our two products, Playtime Arcade and adjoe Ads, sit at opposite ends of the mobile advertising spectrum: rewarded engagement and programmatic in-app advertising. Together they run on 13% of the world's smartphones, connecting advertisers, publishers, and hundreds of millions of users, with one goal: making mobile advertising work better for everyone in the ecosystem.
Next-Gen Machine Intelligence for Scalable Discovery & Engagement
The Data Science Research team builds foundational ML representations and advanced AI capabilities that enhance both Playtime and adjoe Ads. Operating as a horizontal deep-tech layer, the team leverages advanced AI and deep learning approaches—specifically generative approaches —to deliver critical systems such as high-dimensional user embeddings, general content understanding and sequential recommendation. These frameworks scale adjoe's products beyond standard industry limitations, utilizing behavioral and transactional data from over 770 million users.
The team operates at the intersection of bleeding-edge R&D and high-scale production engineering, acting as the company’s internal science bar raiser and primary consulting layer for complex ML bottlenecks. The stack is optimized for deep learning and heavy data throughput: PyTorch and [Ray/Hugging Face] for training and fine-tuning foundation models, Trino and Athena for querying massive user-behavior data lakes, and dedicated GPU infrastructure for heavy workloads. The full lifecycle of these AI capabilities is owned by the team—from academic paper translation and offline prototyping to deploying core algorithmic frameworks built to sustain high-throughput, realtime production environments.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- PhD or equivalent research depth, with a production track record. You have a PhD in CS, Statistics, Math, or Physics, or an MSc with extensive industry research, and publications in top-tier venues like SIGIR, KDD, NeurIPS, or ICLR. You've spent 4+ years building large-scale recommender systems in high-throughput environments: AdTech, e-commerce, or social.
- You translate research into production, not just prototypes. You distill SOTA research into robust, production-ready code optimized for sub-millisecond latency. At adjoe, that means architecting multi-stage recommendation pipelines, Generative Retrieval, Deep Ranking, and Re-ranking, serving millions of requests across a stack built on 770 million users' behavioral data.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch and large-scale model optimization. You have hands-on experience with high-concurrency optimization, model quantization, and distillation, the engineering side of getting large generative models to run under extreme production constraints, not just in research environments.
- Content understanding and embeddings are core to your work. You research and develop information-rich user and ad embeddings using unsupervised and generative approaches, directly improving the quality of predictions across both Playtime and adjoe Ads.
- Raises the technical bar around them. You lead architectural debates, mentor junior scientists, and drive the team's research direction without needing a roadmap handed to you.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.

You'll join Platform Hiring Operations, PHT's business-facing team. This team owns demand, market context, and pipeline health: translating business needs into hiring plans, keeping stakeholders ahead of risk, and clearing blockers before they reach the execution team.
About the Role

When pipeline volume declines, you'll coordinate targeted sourcing interventions and ensure the execution team has sufficient pipeline. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption. You'll own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow and maintain clear stakeholder communication and portfolio documentation.
You're excited about this opportunity because ..
Own the business partnership for Wolt Market hiring across the North region.
Collect, validate, and translate hiring demand against workforce strategy, timing, and cost expectations.
Set up approved headcount and role requirements in the active hiring platform.
Own relationships with Marketing, Employer Brand, and sourcing partners for top-of-funnel strategy.

Activate roles with the Platform Hiring team and maintain clear handoffs, service expectations, and priorities.
Monitor pipeline health, conversion, drop-off, and hiring dates and provide proactive business updates.
Advise business leaders on hiring strategy, attraction, market conditions, location, timing, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence.
Deploy targeted sourcing interventions or coordinate specialist sourcing support when pipeline volume declines.
Partner with low-volume recruiting teams and business leaders where work crosses operating-model boundaries.
Coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Escalate recurring friction with evidence, volume, impact, and a recommended path to resolution.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their effect on manual work and decision speed.
Maintain accurate portfolio documentation, decisions, risks, and source-of-truth reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the Platform Hiring operating model through practical feedback and evidence from the Wolt Market portfolio.
We're excited about you because
You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program role.
You have 3+ years of experience working with, managing, and influencing stakeholders across functions.
You have experience translating hiring demand into practical hiring plans and coordinating sourcing, conversion, offers, and onboarding dependencies.
You are comfortable owning a defined business portfolio and proactively managing its hiring risks and priorities.
You have confidence using hiring data and funnel performance to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You communicate clearly and proactively, with strong business judgment and a focus on candidate experience.
You can coordinate effectively across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You're comfortable with Fountain, Greenhouse, dashboards, workflow automation, continuous improvement, and light program management.

Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Armenia!
About the role:
We are looking for a senior generalist engineer. You will work across PHP, AngularJS, Go, Node, and SQL. Strong in PHP, able to pick up Go and Node as needed, able to work in a system you did not write.
You own features from design to production, write short design docs before non-trivial work, and work directly with product and QA. You already use agentic coding tools daily.
Senior here is not about years of experience. It is about how you operate, technically and with people:
Takes the hard tasks.
Picks up the unclear, risky, or unpopular problem and drives it until it is working in production for real users. Done means live, not a ticket status.
Flexible in solutions.
Has more than one way to solve a problem and chooses based on constraints, not habit.
Moves fast when it matters.
Knows when to ship quickly and when to slow down, and can tell the difference.
Communicates.
Explains decisions clearly, keeps people informed, raises problems early instead of late.
Gives and takes feedback.
Direct, specific, constructive. Not defensive when the feedback comes back.
Owns outcomes.
Not just the code, but whether the thing actually works for the people using it.
What you'll get to do:
Build and ship features across the stack: data model, API, UI.
Help split the monolith into services: define service boundaries, plan data migrations, roll out changes step by step without downtime.
Modernize legacy code where it pays off.
Write short design docs for non-trivial changes.
Own what you ship: monitoring, alerts, fixes.
Design schemas, write efficient queries, build reports operators depend on.
Review code and mentor.
What we're looking for:
Solid experience building and running production software at a senior level.
Strong in PHP; able to pick up Go and Node as needed.
Solid with relational databases: schema design, query performance, migrations on live data.
Experience improving a large legacy codebase incrementally.
Usage of agentic AI coding tools daily. You can show us how you plan work for an agent, where you trust it, and where you don't.
Writing tests and treating correctness especially seriously where money, commissions, and reporting are involved.
Writing clear design docs, tickets, and PR descriptions.
Communicating directly with product, QA, and non-technical stakeholders.
Working English, spoken and written.
Nice to have
Splitting a monolith into services in production.
Kubernetes and Cloudflare in daily operations.
LLM-backed features: pipelines, evaluation, self-hosted open-weight models, MCP servers.
Applied ML in production (recommendation or scoring).
Payments, fintech, or iGaming.
Web scraping at scale, anti-bot handling, proxies.
Here's what we offer:
Start with 24 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
Benefit from two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter.
Access online learning platform like Udemy for Business, and a budget for external training.
Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance.
Private Medical Subscription.
Gym allowance.

ABOUT HIGGSFIELD
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a highly operational, systems-minded Contract Manager to own and scale our commercial contracting processes. Sitting at the intersection of Legal, Finance, and GTM, you’ll help ensure contracts move quickly and accurately while maintaining the right level of process, visibility, and risk management.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex or manual processes into simple, scalable systems. You’ll manage the day-to-day contracting lifecycle while owning the infrastructure behind it—from intake and approvals to Ironclad workflows, templates, reporting, and automation.
You’ll be successful in this role if you’re highly organized, comfortable operating with autonomy, and constantly looking for ways to make contracting faster and easier for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Contracting
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including creator and influencer agreements, agency MSAs, PR and sponsorship agreements, content licensing, referral agreements, contractor and consulting agreements, NDAs, order forms, amendments, and vendor agreements.
- Own contract intake across Growth, Marketing, PR, Recruiting, Finance, and B2B; route, prioritize, track, and drive requests through completion.
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate NDAs within approved playbooks and fallbacks.
- Prepare first drafts and markups of commercial agreements using Higgsfield templates and playbooks, escalating exceptions to Legal with clear recommendations.
- Conduct final quality checks and coordinate Legal, Finance, and executive approvals before signature.
- Route approved agreements through Ironclad and DocuSign and ensure executed agreements are properly filed.
- Manage contracting SLAs, proactively flag delays, and maintain clear visibility into open matters.
Ironclad & Contract Operations
- Co-own the build and ongoing administration of Ironclad, including intake workflows, approval logic, templates, clause libraries, metadata, permissions, repository structure, and reporting.
- Translate Higgsfield’s contracting playbooks into standardized clauses, approved fallbacks, escalation rules, and automated workflows.
- Build and maintain self-service intake workflows and templates across B2B and non-B2B agreements.
- Maintain permissions, record types, legacy agreements, and repository hygiene so Ironclad remains the single source of truth.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and partner with workflow engineers when technical support is required.
- Build reporting around contract volume, cycle times, SLAs, and bottlenecks.
- Support integrations and automation across Finance, Security, Slack, AI-assisted review, and other systems.
- Onboard teams to Ironclad and create lightweight documentation that drives adoption.
Operational Excellence
- Own matters from intake through execution, filing, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain accurate trackers and provide concise, proactive updates without requiring follow-up.
- Identify gaps in templates, workflows, or processes and take ownership of resolving them.
- Apply approved templates and playbooks independently while escalating exceptions early.
- Continuously improve contracting processes through better workflows, automation, reporting, and AI tooling.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations, ideally at a high-growth technology company.
- Deep hands-on Ironclad experience building and launching workflows, templates, approvals, permissions, playbooks, and reporting. This is a must.
- Experience scaling or cleaning up a CLM, including legacy migrations, record consolidation, and workflow rollouts.
- Ability to independently negotiate NDAs and prepare first-pass commercial agreement markups using established playbooks.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial agreements and contracting lifecycles; a law degree is not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
- Strong judgment around applying playbooks, meeting SLAs, and knowing when to escalate to Legal.
- Collaborative, clear communicator who works effectively across Legal, Finance, Growth, Recruiting, PR, and leadership.
- Familiarity with automation and AI tools such as n8n and Claude, with an interest in using technology to scale legal operations.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is available to enterprises through Microsoft Foundry, and the Microsoft partnership has become one of our most important paths to market. Many of the largest enterprises in financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and the public sector buy Microsoft first, and we want Claude to be the obvious choice when they do.
As Partner Manager for Microsoft Co-Sell, you will turn that partnership into pipeline and closed revenue. You will build and run joint sales plays with Microsoft's field organization, connect Anthropic account executives with their Microsoft counterparts on shared target accounts, and make sure deals that start in a co-sell conversation actually close through Azure Marketplace. You will own your work end to end, from the details of a single stuck deal to the executive readout on how the partnership is performing.
Key responsibilities
Own the co-sell engine day to day: design joint sales plays with Microsoft around the strongest enterprise use cases, run account mapping with Microsoft sellers, and turn introductions into working groups and joint opportunities that show up as pipeline
Keep deals moving through Azure Marketplace, including private offers, billing setup, and partner attribution; track every opportunity through that process, know where it is stuck and who needs to act, and work with both sides until it closes
Run the regular pipeline and escalation rhythm with Microsoft
Give Anthropic and Microsoft leaders a clear view of what is working and what is blocked
Bring field insight back to our product and go-to-market teams
Own at least one major joint initiative with Microsoft, such as a flagship event, a product workstream, or deal operations
Minimum qualifications
Experience owning a revenue or pipeline number through a partner or co-sell motion, with results you can point to
Working knowledge of how enterprise deals transact through a cloud marketplace, including hands-on experience unblocking stuck deals
Strong attention to detail and operational rigor, with the ability to turn that detail into a clear, concise story for executives
A record of taking full ownership of your work: closing loops and keeping stakeholders informed proactively
Ability to keep a stalled deal or program moving through repeated blockers until it is resolved
Ability to build trust across a large, matrixed partner organization, with field sellers and their leaders alike
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling or partnering around AI, ML, or developer platform products
Direct experience with Microsoft's partner ecosystem, such as Partner Center, Azure Marketplace, and the co-sell program
Experience selling into financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or the public sector
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$215,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
