ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the go-to deal desk and pricing expert for ElevenLabs' North American sales team -- the person that the sales team comes to when a deal is complex, competitive, or needs to move fast. You'll own pricing strategy and deal structuring for our most critical customers, partnering with stakeholders to get non-standard terms across the line, and build the processes that make the whole machine run faster.
- Own the pricing and deal structure for complex enterprise deals, advising sales on commercials and trade-offs in real time to keep things moving toward close.
- Work closely with engineering to maintain and evolve our Configure Price Quote tool.
- Translate customer requirements into deal structures that work commercially and operationally, knowing where to flex and where to hold firm.
- Own the path through internal complexity, aligning Finance, Legal, Product, and leadership so deals don't stall on process.
- Partner with Finance to build deal-level P&L models and communicate pricing trends back to the business, informing strategic pricing decisions at the leadership level
- Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, discount guardrails, and approval policies that scale with the business.
- Build the analytics and feedback loops that surface where deals are slowing down and why — and fix it.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining CPQ rulesets, price books, and approval workflows.
- Experience in finance or deal pricing at a company, or experience within investment banking or management consulting
- Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven track record of process optimizations or automation.
- Ability to make value judgements that balance business, financial, and legal priorities.
Bonus:
- Knowledge of AI/ML industry pricing models and competitive landscape

Position Summary:
The Strategic Finance Analytics Manager is a newly created role that builds and leads the financial modelling and analytics capability at the core of PointClickCare’s strategic finance function. The role delivers the models, tools, and decision support that enable leadership to drive profitability, optimize commercial strategy, and allocate resources with precision — with work that is highly visible to executive leadership, the Board, and investors. Positioned at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Go-to-Market, the near-term focus is Pricing & Monetization Analytics, while the broader mandate is to build scalable analytical frameworks applicable across any strategic finance domain the business identifies. A defining attribute of the role is the hands-on application of AI/ML to modernize and accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis.
Build and maintain in-house financial and profitability models that evaluate the revenue and margin implications of strategic decisions, beginning with pricing and commercial strategy and expanding to other strategic finance domains. Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on packaging, pricing changes, GTM strategies, and investment trade-offs, measured against NRR, ARR, and contribution margin.
AI-Led Modernization of the Analytics Toolkit.
Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting, raising the speed and sophistication of decision support across the function. Build scalable, self-serve analytics tools that give Finance, Pricing, Sales Ops, and business unit leaders consistent, decision-ready intelligence.
Pricing & Monetization Analytics.
Evaluate pricing changes through quantitative modelling of customer, revenue, and margin impact across segments and geographies. Track pricing and monetization KPIs (discount compliance, revenue realization, contribution margin) against targets, and quantify the financial impact of commercial governance decisions including pricing policies, discount frameworks, and packaging structures.
Executive & Profitability Reporting.
Deliver regular profitability and commercial performance reporting to ELT and GTM leadership, including a measurement framework that tracks strategic initiative effectiveness, monetization outcomes, and contribution margin across products, segments, and geographies. Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops to integrate pricing and profitability analytics into the forecast and planning cycle, and with Revenue Assurance and Finance Ops to remediate pricing-related revenue risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support.
Act as the primary analytical partner to Pricing, Sales Enablement, and business unit leaders on profitability decisions, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Present findings, models, and recommendations to senior leadership in executive-ready format, and contribute to Board and investor materials covering pricing strategy, monetization performance, and platform progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment.
Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills, with a demonstrated track record building revenue, profitability, or pricing models and translating them into decision support (the core qualification for the role).
Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools (including LLMs and predictive modelling) to accelerate and modernize modelling and reporting workflows — a defining attribute of the role, not a nice-to-have.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Pricing or monetization experience (an asset, not a requirement)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and executive-grade data visualization.
Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), including Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re building a platform that covers the whole life of an LLM: training it, deploying it, and observing it in production. We already run multi-node training, elastic inference, sandboxes, and distributed volumes, and we control the infrastructure underneath. We’re looking for research depth in post-training to sit alongside our systems and product work.
We are looking for research scientists with a strong track record in reinforcement learning, machine learning, and foundation models, including large language and multimodal models, to join our research team.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Improve existing methods and develop new techniques for large-scale model training, optimization, and inference
- Extend models to long-context and long-horizon tasks
- Improve inference-time efficiency, reliability, and robustness in high-stakes real-world deployments
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have a PhD in computer science, machine learning, or a related field
- You have a demonstrated record of research accomplishments in reinforcement learning, machine learning, foundation models, or related fields
- You have experience with large-scale training and inference infrastructure, including distributed systems and multi-node GPU clusters
- You’ve developed, trained, optimized, or deployed state-of-the-art large-scale models
- You have first-author publications at leading venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CoRL, CVPR, UAI, JMLR, or TMLR
- You have a mission-driven mindset and a strong desire to translate research advances into meaningful product impact
- You have a collaborative spirit and can work effectively across research and engineering teams
Candidates with a master’s degree and significant research or industry experience will also be considered.
Location: New York; San Francisco

THE ROLE:
Most of the value of owning a model shows up at serving time. We’re building a platform that covers the whole life of an LLM (train it, deploy it, observe it), and inference is where teams feel the difference every day. We already run elastic inference, sandboxes, distributed volumes, and multi-node training, and we control the infrastructure underneath, so the serving stack is ours to shape rather than something we resell.
You will do hands-on inference research at Modal, working with the research lead to pick high-impact bets and owning them end to end. The bets that matter most are the ones that move cost per token and tail latency on the workloads our customers actually run.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own end-to-end inference research bets: speculative decoding, disaggregated prefill/decode, quantization (FP8, INT4), KV-cache and memory management, autoscaling for spiky serverless traffic, and whatever else the research agenda calls for
- Train custom speculators against real production traffic and feed what you learn back into target models; acceptance length is the metric that decides the win
- Work directly with customers alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy and tune models, and bring what you learn back into the research
- Carry and expand collaborations with outside research labs, for example:
- our work with ZLab on DFlash https://modal.com/blog/spec-is-all-u-need, a speculator design built on KV injection and blockwise parallel drafting
- our work with SGLang on specdec https://modal.com/blog/host-overhead-inference-efficiency and multimodal inference https://modal.com/blog/boosting-multimodal-inference-performance-by-greater-than-10-with-a-single-python-dictionary performance
- our work on Flash Attention 4 kernels https://modal.com/blog/flash-attention-4-faster
- Work with engineering to turn frontier serving techniques into products: primitives for disaggregation, fast weight refresh for models that keep training after deployment, observability for quality and latency in production, or even a next-generation inference engine
- Help shape the research agenda
None of the above is prescriptive; your work will help guide our future.
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have a research-leaning or systems background in LLM inference, with work you can point to
- You’re fluent in the LLM serving stack, from kernels and quantization up to schedulers and autoscaling
- You have a record of shipping research or systems that other people build on, whether in a lab or in industry
- You have the drive to independently take a research bet from idea to result, working in the open with the rest of the team
- You’re able to work in person in our NYC or San Francisco office

This is a unique opportunity to build a scalable, compliant, and innovative security model that sets the standard for Mistral's expansion across Europe.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define and implement a unified physical security strategy for Mistral AI’s France facilities, aligning global policies with local regulations.
- Lead the consolidation and management of security vendors under SLAs, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
- Establish a regulatory compliance program to achieve 100% adherence to French/EU laws (CNIL, RGPD, NIS2) and industry standards (ISO 27001/28000).
- Deploy state-of-the-art security technologies, including AI-powered surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Develop and test crisis response frameworks, including emergency protocols for evacuations, lockdowns, and high-impact incidents.
- Formalize liaison protocols with French authorities to enable threat intelligence sharing and collaborative security measures.
- Optimize the France security budget (€1M–3M/year) through vendor consolidation, efficiency gains, and risk-based prioritization.
- Measure and report on security performance, ensuring zero major incidents and continuous improvement of safety standards.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience designing and implementing physical security programs for large, high-stakes facilities or multi-site operations.
- Vendor management expertise with a track record of consolidating, negotiating, and optimizing security service contracts (e.g., guard services, CCTV, access control).
- Crisis leadership with hands-on experience developing and testing emergency response protocols for incidents like protests, cyber-physical threats, or natural disasters.
- Deep knowledge of French/EU compliance frameworks (CNIL, RGPD, NIS2, ISO 27001/28000) and a history of leading audits or certifications.
- Builder mentality—thrives in ambiguous environments, turning strategy into scalable, operational security solutions.
- Data-driven decision-making—uses KPIs, risk assessments, and metrics to continuously improve security posture.
- Resilience under pressure—maintains clarity and effectiveness in high-stakes, fast-evolving situations.
- Uncompromising integrity—upholds the highest ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and trust in sensitive contexts.
