Making videos is easy. Making them work for your business? That is where Wistia shines. Our end-to-end platform gives businesses the tools to create, host, share, and analyze videos and webinars, all in one place.
Our mission? To be the go-to video and webinar platform for businesses. And we know that mission starts with a team that feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Our Head of Sales will play a critical role in accelerating Wistia's revenue growth. You will build and manage a top-notch sales team, strengthen our inbound sales motion, stand up a brand-new outbound sales strategy, help us gain ground in the mid-market, and turn our comparatively new webinar product into a commercial success story. Working alongside Growth, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership, you'll sharpen our acquisition strategy and dial in the relationship between self-serve and sales ensuring the two motions compound rather than compete. You’ll also collaborate with GTM leaders to deliver a seamless customer experience and become a leading voice of the customer, shaping what we build
Who You'll Work With: You will lead a team of Account Executives and partner closely with Marketing, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Growth, and our People team.
What It's Like Working on This Team: This is a hands-on, in-the-work leadership role. You will spend real time coaching reps, reviewing calls and outreach, and building the playbooks and systems that help the team perform consistently. The team values operational rigor paired with sales instinct, and collaborates closely with Marketing and GTM Operations rather than working in a silo. In addition to ensure top notch sales execution, you will also be crafting new sales strategies, as we move into the mid-market and focus on growing our webinar business.
- Why is this role exciting? You will be responsible for leading our Sales organization as we work to accelerate our revenue growth, by growing our mid-market business, gaining share in the webinar market, and launching new Creation products. You will get to build something from scratch. Our outbound motion does not exist yet, so you will design the playbook, the targeting, and the messaging, and then build the team's skills to execute it well.
- How does it directly support Wistia's mission? Wistia's mission is to be the go-to video platform for businesses, and this role directly drives the new business acquisition that fuels that growth, including helping our webinar product become a bigger part of our story.
- What interesting challenges will candidates tackle? You will uplevel our team's strategic selling skills, build outbound sales from the ground up, figure out where AI can genuinely make the team more effective, and help shape which customer segments we go after next.
Work Environment: Hybrid with In-Office Requirement: This role is based in the Boston area, with an expectation of being in our Cambridge office at least one to two days per week.
Preferred Time Zones: Eastern Time
Travel Requirements: 1-2 days/week in our Cambridge, MA office. Team and company gatherings 3-4 times per year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and grow a team of Account Executives selling into small and mid-market companies, coaching performance and holding a high bar.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Strengthen our existing sales funnel through coaching, sharper playbooks, and operational rigor across the full sales cycle, with a particular focus on discovery and value-based selling.
- Evaluate sales performance and diagnose where the biggest opportunities / challenges are.
- Build a brand-new outbound sales strategy from the ground up: define who we target, build the playbook, and develop the team's outbound skills.
- Partner with Marketing and our Commercial Leadership Team to sharpen our acquisition strategy, including lead sources, target segments, and messaging.
- Bring AI into the sales motion in ways that make the team more effective and more efficient, from prospect research to personalized outreach.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven B2B SaaS sales leader with a track record of selling to mid-market companies through both inbound and outbound motions.
- A strong coach and manager who has not just led a high-performing team, but has measurably improved one, through coaching, performance management, and the systems that make results repeatable.
- Deep fluency in value-based, strategic selling methodologies (think SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, MEDDICC), with a track record of instilling those approaches in a team.
- A customer-centric leader who genuinely understands buyers' needs and buying processes, and builds that mindset into the team's culture.
- Bonus: experience selling MarTech or a broader GTM tech stack, and experience building an outbound motion from scratch.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT WISTIA
At Wistia, we are building the leading video platform for small and medium B2B businesses, and we know that starts with our team. We support, challenge, and celebrate one another, and we invest deeply in connection. Why? Because strong relationships drive better outcomes, and because work is more meaningful when we genuinely care about the people we do it with.
We care a lot, so our benefits are actually benefits, not just the fun stuff like swag and snacks in the office (though we have lots of those too!). We know the biggest investment we can make is in our employees, so we provide:
- A competitive compensation package that includes employee stock options
- 401k with 3% company contribution, regardless of whether you contribute (Roth 401k available)
- Fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision insurance premiums (family plans included)
- Pre-tax FSA and Dependent Care Account
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Flexible Time Off. Everyone should get out of their office to recharge and reboot.
- Annual professional development stipend (courses, conferences, and more)
- New hire bonus to enhance your home office setup
- Pet insurance discount
Wistia provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
We believe in being transparent about compensation, which is why we share salary ranges in our job postings. We also recognize that every candidate brings a unique set of experiences and expectations. If you're excited about this opportunity but the range gives you pause, we'd still love to hear from you.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea. As our Reseller Operations Manager for Japan and Korea, you'll own how resellers in both countries get onboarded, transact, get paid, and get supported, across both of our resale motions: hyperscaler resale, where partners resell Claude through the cloud marketplaces (AWS Bedrock today, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry to follow), and direct resale, where partners resell on Anthropic paper through our own quote-to-order and billing systems. The global team builds the program; you make it work for Japanese and Korean partners and feed back what has to change.
This is an operator role, not a partner manager role. In the first months you'll be validating deal registrations and answering partner tickets yourself; by the end of the first year the volume should be running on documented process, service levels, and vendor or system coverage that you set up.
Key responsibilities
Own reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea end to end: application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, and activation, and keep the partner record in Salesforce decision-grade for both regions.
Run hyperscaler (3P) reseller operations: deal-registration intake and validation within SLA, marketplace authorizations and private-offer processing with the cloud alliance teams, and end-customer reporting on every reseller transaction so partner-sourced revenue can be attributed.
Run direct (1P) reseller operations: partner quotes and order forms, order booking and provisioning, and commit tracking and true-ups with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting, and work with Finance and Tax on local invoicing, currency, and consumption-tax handling for each transaction route.
Run the regional side of reseller incentives: eligibility, validation of quarterly payouts, and partner disputes, in partnership with the global incentive operations team and Finance.
Stand up first-line operational support for resellers in Japanese and Korean during local business hours, inside the global partner support queue rather than alongside it, and localize the onboarding, deal-registration, and ordering content partners depend on.
Manage any outsourced or contracted operations capacity used in region (scope, quality, service levels) and coordinate with Enablement on the logistics of local-language certification and training.
Own reseller reporting for Japan and Korea: registration volume and cycle time, activation, attach, and attributed revenue by partner and by motion, and use it to tell the regional teams and the global program what to fix next.
Adopt the global Partner Operations playbooks where they fit, write the in-region variants where they don't, and represent Japan and Korea requirements in partner systems and automation work so manual volume doesn't grow with partner count.
Minimum qualifications
Several years in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company, ideally touching both a cloud-marketplace motion and a direct or contract-based resale motion.
Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English. You'll run operational relationships with partners in both countries and work daily with a US-based team; proficiency doesn't need to be identical across all three, but you need to be able to work with partners in both regions.
Practical knowledge of how at least one major cloud marketplace's reseller program works (authorizations, private offers, deal registration), or deep experience in one motion and a track record of picking up the other quickly.
Hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing, and the Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal coordination that comes with it.
A track record of taking a manual process and turning it into documented workflow, service levels, and reporting, including managing vendors or contractors who execute part of it.
Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, data maintenance), and comfort being the only operations person in the region while working with a team many time zones away.
Preferred qualifications
Experience inside the Japanese or Korean enterprise reseller and systems-integrator ecosystem, including local invoicing, credit, and consumption-tax conventions.
Experience with partner incentive or rebate operations, or with a partner program during its launch phase.
Experience with PRM or deal-registration tooling, or building automations with Claude or similar tools to run operational workflows at volume.
How this role works with the team
You'll report into Partner Experience and work day to day with two groups. The global Partner Operations team in San Francisco owns the reseller program's systems, and playbooks; our reseller operations owner there is your direct counterpart, and you'll split work along a simple line: they own the global process, you own its execution and adaptation in Japan and Korea. The Japan and Korea go-to-market teams own the partner relationships and the commercial conversations; you're the operational layer underneath them, and the person they come to when something about a partner's onboarding, order, or payout needs to move. You'll also be the regional voice into Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, and the cloud alliance teams on anything that has to work differently in these markets.

Candidates may come from:
Futures execution technology at a bank or FCM.
An exchange or clearinghouse.
An OMS or market-access technology provider.
A futures-native brokerage or regulated digital-asset platform.

Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase is scaling its AWS partnership across multiple go-to-market motions, and gaming is one of the fastest-moving. This role owns the AWS gaming segment end to end, driving adoption of Supabase within game studios building on AWS, and managing the technical and commercial relationship with AWS's gaming ecosystem (GameLift, gaming ISVs, and gaming-focused SI/SA teams).
You'll work closely with our SI partner ecosystem (including gaming-focused system integrators) on feature enhancements, run co-sell motions with AWS gaming account teams, and build the pipeline that proves out gaming as a durable growth motion for the AWS relationship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AWS gaming segment strategy and roadmap
- Manage relationships with AWS's gaming team (GameLift, gaming ISV/partner org) and gaming-focused AWS SAs
- Drive the SI partnership motion with gaming systems integrators -- including scoping technical gap analyses (SDK coverage across Unity, Unreal, Godot), negotiating MNDAs/agreements, and managing joint GTM plans
- Build and run co-sell pipeline with AWS gaming account teams through ACE
- Identify and close gaps in Supabase's gaming-specific product story (SDK support, real-time/multiplayer patterns, missing feature parity vs. incumbents)
- Represent the gaming motion in AWS SCA/funding conversations, providing data and narrative to support investment asks
- Partner with product marketing on gaming-specific content, case studies, and launch narratives
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-5+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally with AWS or another hyperscaler
- Experience working with or in the gaming industry (studios, publishers, or gaming-focused ISVs/SIs) a strong plus
- Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships (SI partners, hyperscaler field teams, internal product/eng)
- Comfortable operating with technical ambiguity -- you don't need to write code, but you need to understand SDK gaps, integration patterns, and technical GTM stories well enough to be credible with SAs and engineers
- Strong program management instincts -- this role is equal parts relationship-building and disciplined execution (gap analyses, joint plans, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline tracking)
- Proven ability to execute co-marketing and co-sell initiatives that impact the bottom line, paired with a deep understanding of partner attribution and reporting
- High degree of autonomy and external credibility—you lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently
- Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanics is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Driven by our mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, Intellect combines technology, clinical care and local expertise to deliver meaningful outcomes across diverse markets and populations.
The Role
You will help build this business: identify where Intellect can create the most value, develop compelling propositions and secure the partnerships that bring them to market.
Working closely with our Australia leadership and commercial, clinical, product and operations teams, you will turn customer needs into viable services and commercial agreements. Opportunities may include early intervention, psychological injury support and recovery programmes, with priorities shaped by customer demand and delivery feasibility.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial ownership. You will lead opportunities from initial discovery through proposals, negotiation and launch, then help successful programmes grow.
You will initially operate as an individual contributor, with access to Intellect’s existing capabilities and specialist teams. Appointment at Manager or Senior Manager level will reflect your experience, track record and readiness to take on broader ownership. As the business develops, there is potential to expand your remit and leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Identify opportunities and develop propositions
Identify and prioritise opportunities across insurers, workers’ compensation schemes, claims-service providers, brokers, employers and self-insurers, understanding their needs, funding models and buying processes.
Lead customer discovery and develop propositions that address meaningful gaps in mental health, psychological injury and recovery support.
Build commercial cases, pricing and partnership models with input from clinical, operations, finance and other relevant teams.
Build partnerships and win business
Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and partners across the Australian insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline, with clear priorities, next steps and visibility of potential revenue.
Own proposals, tenders, negotiations and commercial agreements, converting opportunities into paid pilots, programmes and longer-term partnerships.
Launch, learn and grow
Coordinate programme launches with Clinical, Product and Operations, translating customer commitments into clear requirements while specialist teams lead the design and delivery of their respective services.
Track commercial performance and work with delivery teams to demonstrate outcomes, strengthen the proposition and expand successful partnerships.
Recommend the capabilities, partnerships and investment needed to support repeatable growth, informed by validated demand and practical delivery experience.
Requirements
Relevant Australian sector experience. You understand insurance, workers’ compensation or closely related areas such as occupational rehabilitation, injury management or healthcare services working with these sectors.
Evidence of commercial execution. You have originated or materially advanced opportunities through to commercial commitment—for example, winning partnerships, securing contracts or tenders, or commercialising a new service.
Strong strategic and commercial judgement. You can identify attractive opportunities, develop a credible business case and shape offerings and commercial models in response to customer needs.
Credibility with senior stakeholders. You can build relationships, navigate complex buying processes and negotiate across organisations with different priorities.
Hands-on ownership. You are comfortable working through ambiguity, progressing opportunities personally and coordinating across teams to deliver what has been agreed.
Clear communication and analytical ability. You can turn complex information into persuasive proposals, practical decisions and focused action.
Your background may be in partnerships, business development, proposition development, commercial strategy or an industry operating role. We also welcome consultants with substantial relevant sector experience and evidence of driving commercial outcomes and implementation.
Existing industry relationships and experience in mental health or psychological injury are valuable, but we are equally interested in what you have built, delivered and learned.
Why Join Intellect
Help shape Intellect’s next phase of growth in one of its most important markets
Expand and commercialise a meaningful opportunity across Australia’s insurance and workers’ compensation ecosystem
Take ownership across the full journey from market strategy and proposition development to revenue, implementation and scale
Build on Intellect’s existing Australian presence, enterprise relationships, technology platform and clinical capabilities
Work directly with senior leaders and experienced teams across Australia and the broader Intellect organisation
Influence not only how Intellect goes to market, but also the capabilities and operating model required to deliver successfully
Build a platform for broader commercial or operating ownership as the opportunity develops
Apply your experience to improving access, recovery and outcomes for people experiencing psychological injury

Unlike traditional outsourcing, you’ll be placed directly with a client as a core member of their team—giving you real ownership, career progression, and long-term stability.
Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Job Summary
We are looking for a relentless, self-generating "Hunter" to lead the full-cycle B2B sales engine for a global creative production and pitch consultancy. In this role, you aren’t just following a script—you are running your own engine within a proven system. You will own the "Tier 2" service category from first touch to close, working with executive producers, top-tier agencies, and premium global brands. If you are a high-autonomy salesperson who prefers naming your own price and owning your outcomes over being managed into action, this seat is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Tier 2 services ($2,000–$3,500 tickets), from sourcing and qualification to closing
Identify and engage high-value prospects through industry-specific channels like Shots Net and similar premium creative networks
Generate a minimum of 20 clean, qualified leads in Month 1, scaling to a consistent cadence of one Tier 2 close per day
Support high-value Tier 3 deals by opening doors and collaborating with the Director of Growth to close
Manage all CRM discipline, sequencing, and follow-ups with total precision
Seamlessly hand off closed deals to the Operations team only once the project is ready for delivery
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales specifically targeting international clients
Proven track record of high-volume outbound success with nameable, verifiable closes
Mastery of written English, with the ability to write concise, high-impact cold outreach

Radical transparency: Comfortable naming prices and anchors in the very first interaction
Technical discipline: Expert-level command of CRM management and outbound sequencing tools
Schedule flexibility: Ability to work a split-shift schedule designed around US, UK, and EU windows (40 hours per week)
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Proven track record as a hunter/closer, consistently generating their own pipeline rather than relying primarily on inbound leads or SDR-generated opportunities
Demonstrable experience closing new business with international clients, preferably across the US, UK, and European markets
Strong history of outbound sales success, including cold email, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and targeted account-based prospecting
Nice-to-Haves
Experience selling to creative agencies, executive producers, or VC firms.
Familiarity with the creative production or pitch consultancy landscape.
Experience working in a performance-based, high-accountability remote environment.
Benefits
🌎 Fully remote role with flexible working hours

Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Enterprise
Create and deliver compelling technical content tailored to different audiences. You will need to be able to spread the gamut from technical deep dives for engineering & development teams up to business value focused conversations with executives
Reproduce customer environments and problems in your own builds. Use them to prove the path to production

Guide technical architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude effectively into their existing technology stack
Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for their specific use cases
Identify common integration patterns and contribute insights back to our Product and Engineering teams
Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in roles such as Field CTO, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Product Manager, with hands-on building experience
Experience working with enterprise customers, navigating complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Experience owning named or strategic enterprise accounts through long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
