Experience with energy modeling following ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G for code-compliance, LEED and/or utility incentives. PHI or PHIUS, “CPHC” certification preferable. Familiarity with mechanical systems for high performance residential buildings. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
