As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
The Role
As part of the Product team at Offchain, you will work with leaders in the blockchain space to solve novel technical, economic, and social challenges. This is a senior player-coach role where you’ll lead client-facing technical strategy while staying hands-on with code, integrations, prototypes, and implementation details. You’ll work directly with leading application teams to improve their experience using Arbitrum technology, accelerate their growth, and help bring ambitious onchain products to market. You’ll also collaborate closely with engineering and third-party teams across the Arbitrum ecosystem, and company leaders including our CTO and Head of Product.
What you'll do:
Lead strategic client engagements by partnering directly with customers to develop bespoke solution concepts, guide onboarding and adoption, and build long-term partnerships that drive success on Arbitrum.
Proactively identify, contribute to, and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams, fostering an ecosystem of the most engaging on-chain experiences.
Work directly with the Product team to relay and incorporate feedback from projects and the developer community into our roadmap, and help shape the go-to-market strategy of new products, especially for the developer audience.
Work alongside our engineering and research teams to improve our overall platform, from core protocol customizations to application-layer improvements, based on our work with clients.
Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem, working alongside builders to solve challenges involved in using and integrating with Arbitrum technology, and accelerating their development.
What you'll need:
Direct experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions to improve, modernize, or transform core infrastructure.
8+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally across solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, or similar functions.
4+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing technical teams.
Strong experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating complex technical requirements into practical implementation plans.
A strong fundamental understanding of blockchain technology, including how decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and onchain infrastructure operate.
Proven experience working directly with clients in professional or commercial settings, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, connect them to business objectives, and guide customers through complex implementation decisions.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
The Sustainability & Community Impact team at DoorDash works across our global brands — DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo — to advance the company's approach to the issues that matter most to our business, our communities, and the world we operate in. We sit within the Policy and Communications function and work closely with other teams on a daily basis.
We're hiring a
Lead, Global ESG Reporting Strategy
to build and lead DoorDash's global ESG reporting function from the ground up. This is a new role: the first dedicated strategic owner of ESG disclosures across the company. As regulations proliferate across jurisdictions (from the EU's CSRD to California's SB 253 to Australia's Modern Slavery Act), DoorDash needs someone to bring clarity, structure, and strategic thinking to a landscape that is growing in both volume and complexity.
The role spans more ground than a traditional ESG reporting function: alongside disclosure strategy and regulatory compliance, you'll own our GHG measurement program and Scopes 1 & 2 emissions strategy, and manage the growing volume of ESG data requests we receive from enterprise partners.
What you’ll be doing
You'll set the strategy, build the infrastructure, and become the internal expert on all things ESG reporting and disclosure.
Own DoorDash's
global strategy for ESG-related disclosures
— determining how, when, and at what level of ambition we respond to mandatory regulations, voluntary frameworks, and reputational expectations across all jurisdictions including the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia
Act as the internal expert and cross-functional DRI on ESG reporting, aligning Legal, Finance and Technical Accounting, IR, Communications, Policy, HR, and Operations around a coherent approach and holding the narrative and numbers together across all external-facing disclosures
Build the reporting infrastructure, processes, and governance needed for the company to meet its disclosure obligations efficiently and consistently — establishing what doesn't yet exist and improving on what does
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise partner ESG data requests, building processes to address a growing volume of vendor questionnaires, framework-specific data fields, and merchant-facing disclosures in a scalable way
Oversee GHG measurement — working closely with a measurement vendor, coordinating data collection across the business, and ensuring our approach is audit-ready as assurance requirements mature
Own DoorDash's Scopes 1 & 2 emissions strategy — building a forward-looking plan to drive operational efficiency across our facilities
Our humble expectations
Meaningful experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, or a closely related field — with hands-on ownership of major reporting frameworks such as CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, GRI, SASB, Modern Slavery, and/or CDP
A genuine builder mindset: you've created reporting infrastructure or processes from scratch before, not just maintained what someone else built (and you're energized by that kind of work)
Strong cross-functional influencer who can align stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IR, and Operations without direct authority, and who is comfortable being the person others look to for direction rather than waiting to be told what to do
Excellent written communication skills — you can draft a regulatory disclosure, write an internal strategy memo, and brief a senior stakeholder, all with equal fluency and appropriate calibration to your audience
A principled, business-grounded view of ESG: you take compliance seriously, bring genuine expertise to the space, and can advise leadership on where to invest and lead versus where meeting requirements is the right call
What we offer
This is a rare opportunity to build a new function and strategy, with real visibility across a global company. You'll be joining at an exciting moment: before the wave of regulatory requirements fully lands. The work is substantive and growing — from CSRD groundwork to enterprise partner data requests to our Scopes 1 & 2 strategy — and the cross-functional network you'll build (Legal, Finance, IR, Comms, Ops) means you'll have meaningful exposure from day one.
Next steps
Our process includes a short screener after resume review, followed by a series of interviews.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at

You will work alongside engineers, researchers and product managers to ensure security is built into every stage of the product lifecycle—from early design and architecture decisions through implementation, production deployment and continuous evolution.
Your mission is to help engineering teams build secure products without slowing them down. Rather than acting as a gatekeeper, you will enable teams to make sound security decisions through secure-by-design principles, pragmatic engineering guidance and scalable security automation.

- Drive security throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design and architecture reviews to production deployment and ongoing operation.
- Lead threat modeling, security architecture reviews and risk assessments for new features, APIs and major architectural changes.
- Define pragmatic security requirements and secure-by-default patterns that enable engineering teams to ship safely at high velocity for a specific product.
- Review critical designs and code, focusing on authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, data protection, cryptography and other high-impact security controls.
- Design product-specific security validation strategies, including targeted testing, abuse-case development and guided agent-based security assessments tailored to each product's architecture and workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities identified through code reviews, penetration testing, bug bounty programs and automated security testing.
- Collaborate with Security Engineering to improve reusable security platforms, developer guardrails and security capabilities integrated into the SDLC.
- Champion secure software engineering through coaching, technical leadership, reusable design patterns and Security Champion programs.
- Define Product Security metrics, continuously improve the security posture of your products and help shape Product Security practices across the company.

- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, distributed systems, APIs and cloud-native applications.
- Demonstrated experience performing threat modeling, architecture reviews and secure design assessments.
- Deep understanding of modern software security, including authentication, authorization, cryptography, secrets management, tenant isolation, secure data flows and common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE).
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, TypeScript or similar languages, with the ability to review production code and build security automation.
- Experience with application security testing techniques, including manual code review, penetration testing, bug bounty programs.
- Experience designing product-specific security testing approaches, including security automation or agent-based testing, is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of Secure SDLC principles from product design through production deployment and long-term maintenance.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to earn trust across engineering organizations and balance security, product delivery and developer experience.

About the job
As part of the Technology Distribution team of Tether Data, we are seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the implementation of AI-driven initiatives powered by QVAC, Tether’s SDK for local AI and delegated inference. The role focuses on orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions across enterprise, government, and institutional environments.
This position combines client engagement, technical coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure successful onboarding and execution of AI use cases, ranging from edge AI deployments to privacy-preserving inference systems. The Engagement Manager plays a central role in aligning client objectives with product capabilities, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and driving implementations from initial scoping through production rollout.
Responsibilities
Client & Partner Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners during AI implementation initiatives, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and structured execution.
Guide clients in translating business requirements into AI deployment strategies leveraging QVAC capabilities (local inference, delegated compute, privacy-preserving architectures).
Support Expansion team in shaping AI-related opportunities by providing input on feasibility, integration complexity, and delivery approach.
Identify opportunities to extend implementations across additional use cases, geographies, or Tether technologies.
Implementations Oversight
Lead end-to-end coordination of QVAC-based implementations from kickoff through production deployment.
Define implementation roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across AI models, infrastructure, and integration layers.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and actual product capabilities, avoiding scope drift or mispositioning.
Track progress across multiple concurrent AI deployments, ensuring timely delivery and readiness for production environments.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities, limitations, and roadmap evolution.
Facilitate integration between client systems and QVAC components, including model deployment pipelines, APIs, and compute environments.
Work with legal and compliance teams where required, particularly in sensitive AI deployments involving data locality or privacy constraints.
Maintain structured communication flows across all stakeholders involved in the implementation lifecycle.
Governance & Reporting
Establish and maintain governance frameworks including implementation plans, risk tracking, and decision logs.
Produce executive-level updates summarizing progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
Ensure documentation of implementation architectures, deployment patterns, and key learnings for reuse across future projects.
Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of technical or operational challenges.
Core Experience
5+ years of experience in program management, technical account management, or delivery roles within AI, data infrastructure, or complex technology environments.
Proven experience managing cross-functional implementations involving multiple stakeholders (internal teams, clients, external partners).
Strong ability to operate at the intersection of technical and business domains.
Technical Understanding
Familiarity with AI/ML deployment concepts, including model inference, edge/local AI, and distributed compute architectures.
Understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and system architecture patterns.
Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams while maintaining business-level clarity with clients.
Communication & Execution
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with enterprise or government entities.
Structured approach to project tracking, documentation, and governance.
Ability to manage ambiguity and operate in fast-evolving, early-stage environments.
Nice to Have
Experience with decentralized technologies, blockchain, or privacy-preserving systems.
Exposure to AI infrastructure tooling or MLOps workflows.
Experience in regulated industries or public sector projects.
Basic familiarity with programming or scripting environments (Python, APIs, CLI tools).
