ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As Sierra's first Physical Security Lead, you will build and own our global physical security program from the ground up, protecting our people, offices, events, and information as we grow across North America, Europe, and Asia. You'll partner closely with Workplace Technology, IT Engineering, Workplace, Security Engineering, People, and Legal, and set the strategy, standards, and operating model for the function as it scales.
- Program strategy and standards: Assess risk across every Sierra site and set a global baseline for physical security, including policies, standards, and site-tier requirements, prioritized into a practical roadmap with a budget and clear metrics.
- Access control and security systems: Own the strategy and governance for badge access, video, intrusion detection, and visitor management, in partnership with Workplace Technology, who operate our office access and network systems. Make sure access follows least privilege, is reviewed regularly, and is removed promptly when people leave. Make sure these systems are monitored and have backup power.
- Office openings and build-outs: Define security requirements for new offices and build-outs as we open new sites, and partner with Workplace, landlords, architects, and integrators from design through commissioning.
- Sensitive spaces, insider risk, and threat assessment: Secure executive areas, boardrooms, and conference rooms where confidential customer and company discussions happen, including technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) sweeps, recording-device policies, and controls for hosting visitors and guests. Build a workplace violence prevention and behavioral threat assessment program with People and Legal, and partner with Security Engineering and IT Engineering on insider risk so that physical and digital signals are reviewed together.
- Policy, compliance, and customer trust: Own Sierra's Physical Security Policy and the physical controls behind our compliance programs. Represent physical security in customer security assessments and audits, and drive findings to closure.
- Incident response and emergency preparedness: Own physical security incident response, investigations, and emergency plans for every office. Run drills and tabletop exercises, and set up monitoring and escalation through an in-house function or a GSOC partner. Issue safety advisories and coordinate with building security and local authorities when employees are at risk near our offices.
- Events, executives, and travel: Plan security for all-hands meetings, customer events, and off-sites. Coordinate executive protection and travel risk management with trusted vendors, and own guard and security services contracts across our sites, including post orders, staffing, and performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience: 8+ years in corporate physical security, global security, or security operations, including building or substantially scaling a program at a fast-growing technology company. Law enforcement, military, or government experience is valued alongside corporate experience.
- Program building: A track record of standing up a physical security function at an early stage, including policies, vendors, budget, metrics, and team, with sound judgment about what to tackle first.
- Security systems: Hands-on experience with modern, cloud-based access control, video, and visitor management platforms (for example Verkada, Brivo, Avigilon Alta, Genetec, or Envoy), and how they integrate with identity systems such as Okta.
- Risk and threat assessment: Experience conducting site risk assessments, threat assessments, and investigations, and handling sensitive matters with discretion alongside People and Legal teams.
- Incident leadership: Calm, decisive leadership during incidents and emergencies, including serving as incident lead and running after-action reviews.
- Multi-site and international: Experience securing offices across multiple regions, including Europe and Asia, and managing guard, integrator, and executive protection vendors.
- Partnership and communication: Able to build security programs that employees welcome rather than work around, and to explain risk clearly to executives, engineers, and building partners.
- Work model: This role is based in our San Francisco office, with regular travel to our other offices.
EVEN BETTER…
- Professional certifications such as ASIS PSP or CPP.
- Experience running TSCM programs or protecting sensitive R&D or AI research environments.
- Experience with GSOC operations, mass notification, or travel risk management platforms.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave

BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About The Role
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Principal Partner Solutions Architect (GSI) to be Fivetran + dbt Labs' global technical advisor to our priority Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) — comfortable operating at executive level, leading the conversation, and directing execution of the joint business plan by combining technical depth with business insight. You are the ecosystem peer to the GSI's lead architects and delivery leads. You will own the technical capability, overarching solution architecture, and multi-year bets of the GSI partnership you support.
This role partners closely with the global alliance leads for these GSIs to articulate the true total value of each technical solution and execute impactful engagements across regions and countries. Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, and partnerships. Your closest counterparts are the GSI's practice and delivery leadership, the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships teams who run the day-to-day motion, and product managers across both Fivetran and dbt Labs. Operating at the Principal level, you will report directly to the Global Head of Partner Solutions Architecture.
This is a full-time position based in the US.
What You’ll Do
Build a trusted advisory relationship with priority GSIs and engage with their senior technical stakeholders and practice leads to secure multi-year technology bets with Fivetran and dbt Labs.
Own the joint technical narrative and capability messaging for the combined Fivetran + dbt Labs platform as it applies to this GSI's delivery practice — reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story their consultants use with mutual customers.
Provide domain expertise around modern data platforms and enterprise technology, and effectively promote Fivetran + dbt Labs with partners, at conferences, and online.
Make recommendations on integration strategies, partner-side enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement complete solutions for complex GSI mega-agreements.
Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps, and opportunities across the combined platform (ingestion, transformation, semantic layer, catalog/metadata, agent and MCP interfaces) as it affects this GSI's delivery methodology, and collaborate with Product to drive the right outcomes.
Co-develop intellectual property with GSI partners — enterprise-grade, replicable joint solutions and accelerators built with product management and technical teams — and evangelize that IP with partners, customers, and the field to drive adoption.
Run the standing technical cadence with the GSI's practice and delivery leadership as their primary technical counterpart.
Drive and influence GSI audiences, identify expansion engagements within partner accounts, and ensure accelerated agreement velocity with zero partner-delivery escalations on GSI-led mega-agreements.
Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so the global GSI relationship turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room.
Travel to partner and customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed.
Skills We’re Looking For
Direct experience with technology and/or systems integrator alliances, or having sat on the delivery/practice side of a GSI or similar consulting organization — with a track record of shaping and scalingtechnical partner GTM.
10+ years of experience as an enterprise/solutions architect or in an equivalent customer- and partner-facing role.
Fluency across the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses/lakehouses, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, and the agent/MCP layer) and the ability to explain how the pieces fit for a systems integrator's delivery practice.
A demonstrable understanding of how GSIs operate, build, deploy and monetise Intellectual Property with technology partners.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, senior technical stakeholders and executive leaders, with the business acumen to translate technical solutions into partner and customer value.
Experience with modern AI paradigms, generative AI, and data technologies, including experience evaluating and reviewing technical solutions.
Ability to drive and influence GSI audiences, identify expansion engagements within partner accounts, and ensure accelerated agreement velocity with zero partner-delivery escalations on GSI-led mega-agreements.
Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally to position and orchestrate joint solutions spanning multiple products
Bonus Skills
Verticalized knowledge of data and analytics technology solutions, with the ability to learn and work with new and emerging tools, methodologies, and platforms.
Experience with structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration roadmaps.
Ability to influence product roadmap: gathering requirements from a partner, building a prioritization case, and getting it accepted by product leadership.
Hands-on experience with dbt and with Fivetran.

This role operates as a senior individual contributor within People Technology Services (PTS), owning end-to-end program delivery and serving as the hands-on Scrum Master for the team’s established two-week sprint cadence. The role creates the governance, alignment, and delivery discipline needed to coordinate multiple workstreams, strengthen predictable sprint execution, and ensure strategic priorities translate into clear, executable plans.
Working within a globally consistent Agile product delivery model, the Senior Technical Project Manager partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Product Leads, Managers, Technical Leads, IT, Data, Security, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to align portfolio priorities, capacity, scope, timelines, decisions, and delivery outcomes. The role uses Jira, integrated delivery plans, dashboards, and sprint and program metrics to identify trends, advise leaders on trade-offs, and drive continuous improvement.
This role is suited for individuals who combine deep Agile, Scrum, and technical program management expertise with systems thinking, technical fluency, executive communication, and the ability to lead across teams, mentor others, and influence decisions without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
Agile & Scrum Leadership
Serve as the hands-on Scrum Master for the People Technology Services Team, leading a consistent two-week sprint cadence and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews or demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Own and continuously improve the team’s Agile operating rhythm, working agreements, backlog readiness standards, and sprint governance to strengthen focus, transparency, accountability, and predictable delivery.
Partner with Product Leads, Managers, and Technical Leads to align priorities, capacity, dependencies, and sequencing across project work, operational support, intake demand, and unplanned work before sprint commitments are made.
Facilitate clear sprint goals and realistic commitments; monitor progress, impediments, scope changes, carryover, and unplanned work, and lead timely resolution or escalation when outcomes are at risk.
Use retrospective insights and delivery data to identify systemic bottlenecks, ensure improvement actions have accountable owners, and measure whether changes improve flow, quality, and predictability.
Coach Product Leads, team members, and delivery partners on practical Agile and Scrum practices, reinforcing role clarity and shared accountability while adapting the framework thoughtfully to enterprise needs.
Technical Program Delivery Leadership
Lead large, complex technical programs and high-impact initiatives from discovery and business case through planning, execution, testing, deployment, stabilization, transition, and closure.
Establish program outcomes, scope, success measures, integrated roadmaps, milestones, governance, decision rights, delivery plans, and communication rhythms in partnership with sponsors and stakeholders.
Maintain integrated schedules, RAID and decision logs, dependency maps, resource plans, and action trackers, surfacing issues early and assigning accountable owners.
Orchestrate delivery across Product, Integrations, Data, Security, Architecture, Human Resources, Payroll, vendors, and other teams, ensuring workstreams remain aligned to shared outcomes.
Partner with technical leads to evaluate estimates, sequencing, architecture and integration dependencies, technical risks, and delivery options; drive resolution while respecting technical ownership.
Strategic Planning, Capacity & Dependency Management
Translate strategic priorities and portfolio commitments into realistic program, release, and sprint plans aligned with capacity, business value, technical sequencing, and operational needs.
Advise leaders on scope, sequencing, capacity, and trade-offs; establish governance for changes and prevent unplanned demand from destabilizing committed delivery.
Identify and manage complex cross-program dependencies, resource constraints, sequencing conflicts, and decisions; bring forward clear options, recommendations, and impact assessments.
Contribute to portfolio planning and governance by assessing initiative health, challenging assumptions, and recommending reprioritization or corrective action when needed.
Delivery Analytics & Executive Communication
Define and maintain Jira boards, integrated dashboards, and reporting standards that provide a reliable view of sprint execution, program health, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
Use sprint and program metrics—including sprint goal achievement, committed versus completed work, carryover, throughput, cycle time, blocked work, milestone performance, and trend data—to improve forecasting and delivery decisions.
Translate complex technical progress, delivery risk, and cross-functional impacts into concise executive updates, decision materials, and data-backed recommendations for senior leaders and governance forums.
Identify systemic delivery trends and emerging risks across initiatives, leading practical improvements to planning, workflow, governance, and team predictability.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of technical project or program management experience leading complex software, platform, integration, or infrastructure initiatives.
Extensive experience as a hands-on Scrum Master for technical teams operating in recurring sprints and facilitating all core Scrum ceremonies.
Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum, including backlog readiness, story decomposition, estimation, capacity planning, sprint goals, impediment management, retrospectives, team coaching, and continuous improvement.
Proven ability to lead large, complex, multi-workstream programs encompassing scope, roadmaps, schedules, governance, risks, dependencies, decisions, testing, change readiness, and release delivery.
Advanced planning tool (i.e. Jira) experience, including board and workflow design, sprint administration, queries, dashboards, roadmaps, and program-level reporting.
Demonstrated use of delivery data and sprint or program metrics to improve forecasting, influence priorities, communicate risk, and drive measurable improvement.
Strong technical literacy across the software development lifecycle, enterprise platforms, cloud services, and release practices, sufficient to lead technical delivery and understand complex dependencies.
Executive-level stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical teams, business leaders, and senior decisionmakers.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or comparable certification.
Experience within People Technology or HR Technology, including Workday or comparable enterprise platforms.
Experience with Jira reporting extensions or visualization tools such as eazyBI, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
Demonstrated success mentoring others, resolving conflict, and influencing outcomes without direct authority in global, matrixed environments.
Experience coordinating globally distributed teams, strategic vendors, or enterprise programs with significant organizational change and cross-functional complexity.
Profile
Senior delivery leader and hands-on Scrum Master who creates structure, clarity, and momentum across complex initiatives without adding unnecessary process.
Operates as a senior individual contributor, owning high-impact outcomes while aligning teams to governance, strategy, and broader People Technology priorities.
Strong systems thinker and facilitator who connects portfolio priorities, sprint execution, technical dependencies, and business outcomes.
Practical and delivery-oriented, balancing disciplined Agile execution with the judgment and flexibility required in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Data-informed and skilled at turning Jira and program data into credible forecasts, executive insights, decisions, and improvement actions.
Technically fluent and able to engage credibly with architects and technical leads, challenge delivery assumptions constructively, and respect technical ownership.

You will begin by personally leading and scaling an initial "pod" of 8 to 10 representatives. Once you have identified, tested, and nailed the repeatable processes, you will rapidly scale the organization to a team of 40+ remote representatives across the U.S., hiring and mentoring a layer of Sales Managers to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Incubation:
Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Enterprise segment.
Full-Cycle Ownership:
Drive the entire revenue engine, including outbound prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and closing.
Hands-on Leadership:
Act as a player-coach, joining discovery calls and demos to ensure the business is rock-solid at the 10-rep level before scaling.
Rapid Scaling:
Lead the aggressive expansion from 10 to 40+ remote reps, identifying and hiring internal Managers as the team grows.
Data-Driven Operations:
Establish KPIs and a rigorous, data-backed forecasting model to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Messaging & Positioning:
Master the technical value proposition of our DevOps and Data security tools, coaching the team on how to move from "feature selling" to "value selling."
Culture Building:
Create a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a 100% remote workforce.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven Track Record:
8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a documented history of building teams from the ground up.
Ecosystem Expertise:
Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries is highly preferred.
The "Builder" DNA:
You must be a hands-on problem solver who prefers "doing the work" over high-level observation.
Scaling Experience:
Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people and a history of developing "leaders of leaders."
Operational Excellence:
Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
Residing in the USA:
This role is remote but requires residency in the United States to manage the domestic market.
Why join us?
Autonomy:
You own the Enterprise P&L and have the authority to build the team in your image.
Impact:
Your processes will become the blueprint for our global expansion.
Complexity:
Work with a sophisticated, technical product suite that solves real-world engineering and security challenges.
