About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a People Systems, Analytics and AI Manager to be our subject matter expert on HR systems and to turn People data into insights that help business leaders make better decisions. You will build the reports, analytics, and dashboards that tell the story of our workforce, and you will use AI tooling to make those stories faster to create, easier to understand, and more compelling.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics. You will work closely with People Operations, Finance, and leaders across the business, and you will own your work from question to insight to action.
We are looking for someone who combines deep HR systems knowledge with strong analytical skills, creativity in how data is presented, and sound judgment about people data and AI.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for our HR systems (HRIS, applicant tracking, performance, compensation, and learning platforms), including configuration, data integrity, security roles, integrations, and release management.
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, compensation, and workforce planning that leaders use to make decisions.
Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate questions into clear metrics, definitions, and analyses, and to recommend actions based on what the data shows.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create compelling data stories and visualizations, including automated insights, natural-language summaries, and executive-ready narratives.
Establish and govern People data standards: metric definitions, data quality checks, documentation, and a single source of truth across systems.
Protect employee data by applying privacy, confidentiality, and access controls, and by partnering with Legal and Security on responsible use of AI with People data.
Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of system and reporting requests, balancing quick turnarounds with scalable, self-service solutions.
Automate recurring reports and manual workflows to reduce effort and errors, and identify new opportunities where systems and AI can improve the employee and manager experience.
Support system projects such as new module rollouts, integrations, data migrations, and annual cycles (performance, compensation, and engagement), including testing, training, and documentation.
Enable People Operations teammates and managers through training, office hours, and clear guides so they can use data and tools with confidence.
Stay current on HR technology, analytics, and AI trends, and bring practical recommendations to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics.
Qualifications:
8+ years of related experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations, with hands-on ownership of reporting and dashboards in a technology or high-growth environment.
Expert-level knowledge of at least one major HRIS (for example, Workday, Rippling, or similar), including report writing, calculated fields, and security configuration.
Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (for example, SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tooling to analyze data, generate insights, and build visualizations and narratives, with sound judgment about accuracy and appropriate use.
Ability to translate business questions into metrics and communicate findings clearly to non-technical leaders.
Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality practices for employee data.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently and deliver on time with attention to detail.
Curious, pragmatic problem solver who enjoys simplifying complex processes and data.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, or scripting (for example, Python or dbt).
Experience with integrations and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of workforce planning, compensation, or engagement analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Developer Relations team builds developer tooling and creates awareness through events, social channels, and community activity. In this hands-on role, you’ll turn that attention into active users by owning the journey from first touch through signup, installation, first success, and continued engagement, while also owning the Developer Hub as the main conversion surface. By helping more developers discover and adopt 1Password’s developer tooling, you’ll contribute to the company’s mission and growth.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in developer marketing, lifecycle or customer relationship management (CRM) marketing, or growth marketing for a technical or developer-facing product.
• Proven experience building lifecycle programs that improved activation and retention, with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable, as well as product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
• Experience owning or substantially improving website conversion performance, including A/B testing.
• Strong writing skills, with an instinct for what developers find useful and credible.
• Comfort working with engineers and developer advocates and with technical concepts such as application programming interfaces (APIs), command-line interfaces (CLIs), software development kits (SDKs), and documentation. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be able to try the product yourself.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly team. Preferred: Experience with product-led growth, free-to-paid conversion, open source adoption, event and community programs, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), scripting, search engine optimization (SEO), docs-led growth, or developer communities such as GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, X, or LinkedIn.
What you can expect:
• Build capture-to-activation flows for leads from conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and social channels, including QR codes, event-specific landing pages, follow-up sequences, and starter kits.
• Work with Developer Relations teammates so every event, talk, and social moment has a clear call to action, tracking, and post-event nurture plan.
• Turn social engagement, including launches, threads, demos, and community moments, into measurable traffic and signups through the right landing pages and offers.
• Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and expansion using email, in-product messaging, and community channels.
• Define activation for the product, build programs around milestones such as a first application programming interface (API) call, successful build, or integration, and segment messaging by behavior, role, language, technology stack, and source.
• Own the Developer Hub’s strategy, messaging, and conversion across its homepage, product pages, community pages, and events pages. Run continuous testing across copy, calls to action, page structure, and signup flows, and partner with Design, Engineering, and Documentation to improve time-to-first-value.
• Write or direct tutorials, quickstarts, sample applications, changelogs, and email content; build reporting from first touch through activation and retention; and share findings that help shape the roadmap and messaging. Early success will include auditing the funnel, launching event follow-up and onboarding programs, and improving signup-to-activation, event-to-user, and Developer Hub conversion.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven
Field Marketing Manager
to lead and execute field marketing initiatives across our portfolio of brands, including Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl.
In this role, you'll own the planning and execution of high-impact events and field marketing programs, including major cybersecurity conferences, industry summits, trade shows, executive roundtables, customer gatherings, and regional experiences. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners to create memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, build brand awareness, and contribute to measurable pipeline growth.
We're looking for someone who combines
strong event management expertise with a strategic, business-minded approach to field marketing
. You should be comfortable managing every aspect of an event, from initial planning and budgeting to onsite execution and post-event follow-up, while understanding how each initiative supports broader marketing and revenue objectives.
This is a role with real ownership and autonomy. We value people who bring fresh ideas, take initiative, work independently, and find smarter ways to get things done.
What You'll Do:
Run a full annual calendar of 35+ events across the US, EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM, ranging from major flagship conferences and regional shows to community meetups, executive dinners, and partner sessions, while stretching the budget by running events remotely through local partners and vendors.
Own the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing programs across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, including conferences, trade shows, industry summits, executive roundtables, regional events, and customer experiences.
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, sponsorships, vendors, contracts, budgets, registration, booth design, collateral, promotional materials, and onsite execution.
Collaborate with Sales teams on target accounts, pre-event outreach, meeting scheduling, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
Work with Marketing to align field marketing initiatives with integrated campaigns, messaging, promotional strategies, and broader GTM priorities.
Coordinate event marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, partner communications, and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, industry partners, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Track event performance, including attendance, engagement, meetings generated, qualified opportunities, pipeline influence, and return on investment.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, optimize spending, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify new and creative opportunities to engage cybersecurity and technology audiences through meaningful, differentiated experiences.
Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows to streamline event planning, research, reporting, data analysis, vendor management, and operational processes.
Continuously evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and apply learnings to improve future programs.
Experience We're Looking For:
10+ years of professional experience, including 3–5+ years owning B2B events end to end, from strategy, budget, and vendor selection through onsite execution and post-event pipeline follow-up, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Hands-on experience setting up international events (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), including successfully running and supporting events remotely when you can’t be there in person, by working through local vendors, partners, and in-region teams across time zones.
Proven success with innovative, out-of-the-box approaches that drive outsized results from modest budgets. You know how to make a scrappy activation, a creative partnership, or a small, well-targeted event punch well above its weight, and you have the numbers to show it.
AI-first in how you work, not just AI-curious. You already use AI as a major multiplier on your own productivity, going well beyond chatting in a browser to building AI projects, custom workflows, and automations (e.g., Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT) that handle research, planning, content, reporting, and follow-up. Be ready to walk us through how you’ve set it up.
Proven experience managing conferences, trade shows, executive events, roundtables, and other B2B field marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
Strong understanding of how field marketing supports brand awareness, customer engagement, sales enablement, demand generation, and pipeline development.
Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams, marketing leadership, executive stakeholders, and external partners.
Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing event budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating logistics, and overseeing onsite execution.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate event performance, report on results, and make data-informed recommendations.
AI-native proficiency, with demonstrated experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, and other AI-enabled platforms to improve productivity, research, analysis, and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and onsite execution, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but a strong understanding of B2B technology marketing and the ability to learn quickly are equally valuable.
What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role means delivering exceptional events that contribute to meaningful business outcomes. You'll be responsible for building a field marketing program that strengthens our presence in the cybersecurity market, creates valuable customer and prospect experiences, and supports revenue growth.
We'll measure success through event execution and attendee experience, qualified meetings and opportunities generated, target-account engagement, event-sourced and influenced pipeline, budget efficiency, event ROI, and strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Just as importantly, success means continuously improving how we operate: identifying better opportunities, streamlining processes, applying new technologies, and creating repeatable, scalable field marketing programs across our brands.
How We Work:
You have a startup mindset.
You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone telling you what to do throughout the day. You can take an objective, build a plan, coordinate the right people, and make it happen. You're resourceful, curious, organized, and a fast learner.
We trust your expertise.
We hire great people because we want their ideas, judgment, and experience – not because we want someone to simply execute instructions. If you see a better way to approach an event, improve a process, or create an opportunity, we genuinely want to hear it. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, take ownership, and execute in the way you believe will deliver the strongest results.
You're collaborative and dynamic.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners. You're comfortable working across teams, bringing new ideas to the table, and building strong relationships. You value feedback, communicate openly, and understand that the best results come from working together.
You move fast.
We're a fast-moving company in an even faster-moving industry. You know how to prioritize, solve problems, adapt to changes, and keep things moving. If something doesn't work, you learn from it, adjust, and try again.
You're a team player.
We care about the work we do and the people we do it with. You take pride in producing great work, celebrate team wins, support your colleagues, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others.
You're adaptable.
Technology changes, priorities shift, and the cybersecurity landscape is constantly evolving. You're comfortable with change and excited by the opportunity to learn, grow, and improve.
You care about outcomes.
A successful event isn't just one that runs smoothly. It's one that creates value for our customers, prospects, partners, and business. You take pride in understanding the impact of your work and continuously finding ways to improve it.
And we genuinely enjoy working together.
Across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, we believe great work and a great life should go hand in hand. We respect work-life balance, trust people to manage their responsibilities, and value positive, healthy working relationships. We work hard, move quickly, and care deeply about results – but we also want people to enjoy the work they're doing and the life they're living while doing it. A positive attitude, mutual respect, and being someone others genuinely enjoy working with matter here.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the RL teams
Our Reinforcement Learning teams lead Anthropic's reinforcement learning research and development, playing a critical role in advancing our AI systems. We've contributed to all Claude models, with significant impacts on the autonomy and coding capabilities of Claude Fable 5.1 and Claude Opus 5.5. Our work spans several key areas:
Developing systems that enable models to use computers effectively
Advancing code generation through reinforcement learning
Pioneering fundamental RL research for large language models
Building scalable RL infrastructure and training methodologies
Enhancing model reasoning capabilities
We collaborate closely with Anthropic's alignment and frontier red teams to ensure our systems are both capable and safe. We partner with the applied production training team to bring research innovations into deployed models, and are dedicated to implementing our research at scale. Our Reinforcement Learning teams sit at the intersection of cutting-edge research and engineering excellence, with a deep commitment to building high-quality, scalable systems that push the boundaries of what AI can accomplish.
About the role
We're hiring for the Code RL team within the RL organization. As a Research Engineer, you'll advance our models' ability to design silicon. Hardware design is difficult and unforgiving – exactly the sort of domain we want Claude to excel at.
You'll leverage your chip design expertise and turn it into tasks and signals for models to learn from. Specifically, you will:
Invent, design, and implement RL environments and evaluations for agentic RTL generation, design (including formal) verification, physical design optimization.
Work on cross-cutting RL considerations such as EDA-tool latency optimization and proxy rewards.
Conduct experiments and shape our roadmap.
Deliver your work into research and production training runs.
Collaborate with other researchers and engineers across and outside Anthropic.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have expertise in ASIC or FPGA design: RTL, design verification (UVM, formal methods, coverage-driven), physical design (synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure), PPA optimization, DFT, ECOs.
Are fluent with industry EDA tools and processes.
Have taped out chips and have experience going from spec to silicon.
Know how to balance research exploration with engineering implementation.
Are passionate about AI's potential and committed to developing safe and beneficial systems.
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience with reinforcement learning, evaluations or environments.
Built tooling or automation around chip design flows.
Worked on ML accelerators or high-performance compute hardware.
Familiarity with high-level synthesis or architecture simulators.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$500,000
—
$850,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
You will run the external audit calendar for our SOX 404 program as we scale toward an IPO. That means coordinating with our external auditors across the year, aligning testing windows with control owners, educating our control owners, and keeping requests and deliverables on schedule. You will also own SOX scoping and risk assessment cycles, deficiency tracking, and status reporting, and help roll out our GRC platform so the program runs from one system of record instead of spreadsheets. You will scale the program through AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual effort and speed up our SOX program.
This role reports to the Head of Business Controls and works closely with everyone on the SOX and Internal Audit team. This is an individual contributor role for someone who keeps a complex program on schedule, writes clearly, and makes the program simpler each cycle.
Key responsibilities
Own the annual SOX audit calendar, including interim and year-end testing windows, walkthrough schedules, and key deliverable dates agreed with external auditors.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external auditor requests. Triage, route, and track each request to closure, including PBC (provided-by-client) lists and evidence deliveries.
Coordinate auditor walkthroughs and fieldwork with process owners, control owners, and the SOX Testing team, so each control owner is asked for the same evidence once.
Track auditor findings, management responses, and deficiency follow-ups, and report status to Internal Audit leadership.
Prepare control owners and process owners for auditor sessions, and get evidence delivered on time without direct authority over them.
Lead the annual SOX scoping and risk assessment, including quarterly refreshes, and support the annual Fraud Risk Assessment, so the program has appropriate scope and coverage under COSO.
Monitor BP and IT SOX testing and report status to leadership and share status with external auditors
Lead work with the business to improve control documentation, including education of templates and SOX guidance.
Find optimization and automation opportunities across the SOX lifecycle through the use of AI.
Support the rollout of the GRC tool for SOX, including control libraries, workflows, evidence requests, and testing templates.
Define the data and reporting requirements the platform must meet, and test that it produces what the program needs.
Run the quarterly sub-certification process and report results to leadership
Own SOX program status reporting: dashboards and metrics for leadership, audit calendar progress, and deficiency and remediation status.
Own status reporting for the full SOX lifecycle: scoping and risk assessment, testing, deficiencies and remediation, segregation of duties (SOD), SOC 1 report reviews, the fraud risk assessment, and audit calendar progress.
Minimum qualifications
Big 4 audit firm experience on SOX 404 or ICFR engagements, including managing audit calendars, PBC requests, and fieldwork with external audit teams.
Experience working directly with external auditor teams on requests, testing schedules, and findings, from the company side.
Several years of hands-on SOX 404 experience, including scoping, risk assessment, control documentation, testing, and deficiency evaluation.
Working knowledge of the COSO framework, ICFR, and PCAOB standards.
Experience developing or maintaining Risk and Control Matrices and process documentation or flowcharts.
Experience implementing or administering a GRC systems
Experience reporting program status, metrics, and issues to senior leadership.
Ability to get control owners to deliver on time without authority over them.
Clear writing and calm coordination under deadline pressure.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred qualifications
In-house SOX experience at a pre-IPO or newly public company.
Experience running a fraud risk assessment.
CPA, CISA, or similar certification.
Comfort with SQL or data tools for reporting, and experience building lightweight automations, including with Claude.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90:
- Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution.
- Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements.
- Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed.
- By the end of year one:
- Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative.
- Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences.
- Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable.
- Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes.
- Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions.
- Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar.
- High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $191,000 - $225,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply.
