Role Overview
You own a shift. Not a zone of it, not a function within it — the whole thing. Roughly 140 operators, 13 Cell Leads, and 3 Operations Supervisors collecting robot demonstration data, and you are the single person accountable for what that shift produces, how good it is, and whether everyone goes home safe.
The shift you own runs whether or not the Production Manager is in the building. That's the job: your shift should be indistinguishable in output and quality from the one before it and the one after it.
What You Will Do
Own your shift's production plan end to end — accepted episodes, first-pass acceptance, utilization, and labor efficiency against target.
Manage 2–3 Operations Supervisors; own their performance, their development, and the quality of the Cell Lead bench underneath them.
Run shift start-up, mid-shift review, and a documented handoff — you receive the shift before yours and hand off cleanly to the shift after.
Make the real-time calls: redeploying staff when a cell goes down, resequencing work when a task type stalls, flexing coverage when attendance comes in short.
Own safety on your shift — daily walks, protocol enforcement, incident response, and the expectation that your supervisors use: their stop-work authority.
Partner with Data Quality on your shift's acceptance rate; drive root cause into retraining and process rather than into a rework queue.
Escalate equipment and rig issues to Lab Engineering and keep staffed-but-idle hours visible.
Handle performance management and employee relations escalations from your supervisors, partnering with HR.
Hold California meal, rest, and overtime compliance across every non-exempt employee on your shift.
Report your shift's performance and variance daily, with the explanation and the fix, not just the number.
What Good Looks Like
Your shift hits plan without overtime surprises or last-minute heroics.
Handoffs are clean enough that the next shift starts producing immediately.
Your supervisors make decisions without calling you, and your Cell Leads are being prepared for supervision.
Quality on your shift doesn't vary from the other shifts — consistency is the whole point of this layer.
Problems reach the Production Manager as "here's what happened and here's what I did," not as an open question.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or lab operations, including 2+ years managing supervisors or team leads.
Experience with full accountability for a shift or a production area of 75+ hourly employees.
Track record owning daily output and quality targets, and explaining variance credibly.
Experience with performance management, attendance, and employee relations for a non-exempt workforce.
Working knowledge of California wage and hourly requirements for non-exempt employees.
Available to own an assigned shift (day, swing, or night) onsite in Santa Clara.
Preferred Qualifications
Robotics, hardware, AI data collection, advanced manufacturing, or technical lab background.
Experience in a quality-gated operation where output is inspected before it counts.
Promoted from a supervisor role, or has promoted supervisors from their own team.
Comfort pulling and interpreting your own shift data from dashboards or spreadsheets.
Continuous improvement background — Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite robotics lab and warehouse environment; the majority of your shift is spent on the floor.
Assigned shift, with occasional cross-shift coverage during ramps, launches, and handoff issues.
Must be able to stand and walk the floor for extended periods.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Why This Role Matters
Consistency across shifts is what turns a lab into an operation. This role is the reason the third shift produces like the first one, and the reason problems get solved on the floor instead of escalating.
Benefits Included in the Offer:
- Friendly Working Environment
- IT Equipment
- Social Activities
- Global Mobility Policy
- Employee Referral Program
- Employee Assistant Program
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- HSA & FSA
- 401(k) retirement
- Short & Long Term Disability Insurance

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry is looking for a Manager, Design Engineering to lead the team behind Scraps, our design system. This role would manage a team of designers and front-end engineers that is building the infrastructure that powers our UI development.
This role lives at the intersection of design, engineering and AI tooling. The ideal candidate is comfortable reviewing a component's API in a pull request, can critique the consistency of typography across components, and has created skills to help agents use a design system more effectively. This role will set the direction for our system, grow the team, and stay close enough to the work to make design and implementation decisions.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Manage and grow a team of engineers and designers — hiring, leveling, and coaching across both crafts
- Own the strategic roadmap for the team: what components to prioritize, what tools to adopt, which parts of the web app to refactor, etc.
- Help maintain the UI quality and expression that Sentry is known for
- Keep design and code in sync — tokens, variables, component parity, and the pipeline from Figma to production
- Stay hands-on building components and the infrastructure to enable fast, accurate agentic front-end development and prototyping
- Drive adoption across product teams through documentation, lint rules, and contribution workflows that don't slow anyone down
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Consider yourself a design engineer, or a designer who codes
- Are passionate about design systems as the context layer for agentic frontend development, and want to build tools and skills that enable product teams to ship faster
- Nerd out over component APIs, variant structures, and tokenization and naming conventions
- Care deeply about consistency but know when a pattern needs to flex for a specific use case
- Care deeply about interface quality, and want to build world class front-end infrastructure you can be proud of
- Get as much out of growing people as you do out of building things
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in a full-time design system or design engineering team
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for spacing, hierarchy, and micro-interactions
- Deep fluency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and the DOM
- Familiarity with Figma's design systems tooling — components, variants, variables, auto layout, shared libraries, and branching workflows
- Able to balance long-term system thinking with the practical needs of product teams shipping on tight timelines
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $200,000 – $270,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATES AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: This role is part of Ramp’s UK-based overnight coverage strategy. Team members will work a set 40-hour/week schedule designed to support customer needs outside US business hours. Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- This is a fast-changing environment: Ramp’s product and customer needs evolve quickly. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and a willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and product surfaces continuously.

ABOUT THIS JOB
We're looking for a Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations to run the business side of marketing. Our marketing team went from two people to 25 this year, organized around four functions: product marketing, brand and consumer, enterprise, and growth. This is the first operations hire on that team. You'll own the marketing budget with Finance, run our planning cycle and operating cadence, keep hiring aligned with the plan, and partner directly with the CMO on how marketing sets priorities and tells its story to the executive team and the board.
It's a role for someone who has sat close to a CMO and a CFO, likes turning ambiguity into a plan people can execute, and is comfortable building the function themselves before building a team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Budget & Financial Operations
- Own the marketing budget end to end with Finance: allocation across teams and channels, tracking against plan, forecasting, variance flags, and the tradeoff conversations that follow
- Build the layer of visibility leadership needs (spend by team, channel, and program) on top of the spend-tracking tools we already have, so decisions get made with numbers
- Run quarterly, half-year, and annual budget planning, and make marketing's case to Finance and the executive team
- Own marketing's vendor and agency contracts end to end: evaluations, procurement, renewals, and a clear view of what we pay for and why
Planning & Operating Cadence
- Own marketing's planning cycle: translate company goals into marketing objectives, OKRs, and resourced plans, and keep them current as priorities shift
- Bring a point of view. Pressure-test plans, frame the tradeoffs, and help the CMO decide where marketing places its bets
- Design the lightweight processes and internal tools (planning, intake, reporting) that let a 25-person team operate like a much bigger one
- Run the operating rhythm for the marketing leadership team: meetings, all-hands, team-wide readouts, agendas, decisions, and follow-through
- Keep the marketing functions connected so plans, launches, and budgets move together
Executive Partnership
- Partner directly with the CMO on board materials, executive readouts, and strategy documents. Own first drafts and make them data-backed and on-message
- Extend the CMO's reach across the team: surface risks early, chase decisions to closure, and keep priorities clear week to week
- Represent marketing in cross-functional planning with Finance, Sales, and Product
Hiring & Org Operations
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and marketing leads on headcount planning, requisition tracking, and interview process, and keep hiring plans aligned with budget and org design
- Standardize the basics across sub-teams (job descriptions, interview loops, scorecards) and help new leaders land well
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years in marketing strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance, management consulting, or a similar role supporting a CMO, GM, or business unit leader
- You've owned a sizable marketing or departmental budget end to end and can talk about spend, forecast, and variance the way Finance does
- You've built or run a planning cycle (annual or half-year, OKRs) and an operating cadence for a leadership team
- You've drafted board or executive materials for a senior leader and know the difference between a readout and a narrative
- Experience with headcount planning and hiring operations alongside a Talent team
- You've run vendor evaluations and procurement alongside Finance and kept a clean view of contracts and renewals
- Comfortable as an individual contributor. This is the first ops hire; you'll do the work before you have a team
- You scope light and move fast. We plan in weeks, not quarters, and you build just enough process to keep a fast team aligned
- You build trust quickly, from individual contributors to the C-suite
- Bonus: you're comfortable building your own tools with AI. We use Replit to run Replit
This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office. The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-performing strategic finance professional to join our growing Product Finance team. Training is one of Baseten's fastest-evolving businesses and it won't be the last new product line we launch. You'll own the economics of Training end to end and be the finance owner for new products as they go from idea to launch to scale, partnering directly with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and GTM leadership on the pricing, margin, and capacity decisions that shape each business. This is a builder role: much of what you'll own doesn't exist yet as a model, a dashboard, or a process.
This role is ideal for someone with 5 to 8 years of experience across strategic finance, investing, and/or investment banking who wants broad exposure to company-building inside a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company. Experience at a usage-based company is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain cost-to-serve models for Training engagements across compute, delivery time, and reserved capacity
- Own Training pricing and recommend structures across committed engagements, usage-based pricing, and packaged offerings
- Track training capacity utilization and tie capacity plans to pipeline
- Run the monthly Training business review across bookings, utilization, margin, pipeline, and renewal and expansion trends
- Own the Training forecast and annual plan, including compute needs, unit costs, and multi-year P&L
- Partner with Product on new products from concept onward, building pre-launch business cases, cost-to-serve views, and go/no-go recommendations
- Set launch pricing and packaging for new products
- Define success metrics and scale criteria at launch
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
- 5+ years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, including building unit economics or cost-to-serve models from raw usage and cost data
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives
- Comfortable building from scratch and making decisions with incomplete data in a fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High intellectual curiosity and interest in AI / infrastructure / developer tooling
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with GPU compute economics or cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with how ML model training and fine-tuning work
- Experience with product-led growth economics, such as free tiers, credits, and conversion
- Experience pricing or launching a new product line
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position based in New York City.

Lead customer evaluations and technical validation, including trials and proof-of-value engagements when appropriate
Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners, data leaders, and executive stakeholders
Guide customers through technical architecture, security, governance, and deployment considerations
Partner across the customer lifecycle to support successful adoption and identify opportunities for expansion
Bring customer and field insights to Product and Engineering to help influence product strategy and roadmap
Build strong relationships with technology and consulting partners, including Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and other members of the modern data ecosystem
Contribute technical expertise, reusable best practices, and thought leadership to the broader Field Engineering organization and dbt community
Skills We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role within data, analytics, or BI
Strong technical foundation in SQL, data transformation, ETL/ELT, and data modeling
Strong understanding of modern cloud data warehouse, lake house, and analytics architectures
Ability to uncover and translate technical and business requirements into concrete solutions and measurable outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to establish credibility and build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from data practitioners to senior executives
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams
Bonus Skills

Experience with enterprise data integration or ETL platforms such as Informatica, Boomi, or Talend
Experience supporting complex enterprise technical evaluations, migrations, or transformation initiatives
If you are excited about this role and know that you could get there, but don’t have 100% of the qualifications listed above, please still apply! We value diverse perspectives and want to build the best team we can, and acknowledge that sometimes the right people won’t check every box on a list.

We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
Fivetran's mission is to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity — with dbt Labs now part of Fivetran, that mission extends from moving data into the warehouse to transforming and modeling it for trusted, governed analytics.
We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise sales team. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales to understand Enterprise customers' complex data requirements — spanning ingestion, transformation, and data modeling — and demonstrate how the combined Fivetran + dbt platform helps them build reliable, end-to-end data pipelines. - Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences on the full Fivetran + dbt value proposition
- Ensure the technical win by running a tight proof-of-value process spanning ingestion through transformation
- Guide customers through dbt Cloud proof-of-concept implementations, including private-cloud deployments for enterprise clients where applicable
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to align solutions with Enterprise customer needs and inform the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap
- Develop and maintain relationships with key Enterprise customers and partners (including Snowflake, AWS, Databricks)
- Own the technical relationship across the full customer lifecycle — pre-sale evaluation through adoption and expansion
- Stay current on trends in data movement, transformation, and analytics engineering; be an active participant in the dbt community
Skills We're Looking For
- 7+ years in data replication, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting in data operations, analytics, or BI
- Strong technical background covering database replication, cloud infrastructure, and modern data warehousing architectures
- Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling
- Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses/lakes, transformation tooling (dbt or similar), data catalogs, and BI tools
- Ability to gather and translate technical and business requirements into concrete solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Optional Bonus Skills
- Prior experience at an analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software company
- Hands-on experience with dbt Cloud or dbt Core
- Experience with data modeling methodologies (dimensional, data vault, Kimball, 3NF)
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or traditional Enterprise ETL tooling (Informatica, Boomi, Talend)
- Experience with self-hosted software applications and supporting infrastructure

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join Systems Engineering and own the roadmap for the capabilities and technology that power Fivetran’s global Customer Support organization.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Support and Engineering, partnering with Support leaders to understand their biggest challenges, define what we should build, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll work across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and automation, with Zendesk at the center of a broader ecosystem of APIs, integrations, and custom services.
You’ll work with a diverse, global group of stakeholders and need to build trust quickly, flex your communication style, and confidently guide teams toward the right solution rather than simply taking requests at face value. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, asks great questions, and can bring structure to loosely defined problems. You’ll need strong technical instincts and the confidence to go beyond the initial request, understand the underlying problem, and recommend a simpler or more scalable approach.
Technologies You’ll Use
Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Slack workflows, APIs and integrations, Lucidchart, SQL, Looker, Google Workspace, AI and automation technologies, and other systems supporting Fivetran’s customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As a TPM for our Support systems, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, shaping how we deliver it, and driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Product Management
Partner with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain the Customer Support systems roadmap.
Intake, evaluate, and prioritize requests across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and support automation.
Own requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution scoping for prioritized initiatives.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product, process, and systems requirements, asking the right questions to uncover the broader problem behind the request.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve agent and customer experiences, and increase Support efficiency through automation and better systems.
Technical Leadership
Partner with Systems Engineering to design scalable solutions across Zendesk and its broader integration ecosystem.
Develop deep expertise in Support processes, Zendesk capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows to support solution design, systems analysis, testing, and implementation.
Shape technical tradeoffs that balance business value, customer experience, delivery effort, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Evaluate opportunities to use AI, automation, and evolving support technologies to improve service delivery while thoughtfully incorporating human oversight where needed.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations through active participation in testing and validation.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
Build trusted partnerships across a diverse, global stakeholder group spanning Support, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and other teams.
Adapt your communication and working style across stakeholders while confidently providing recommendations and constructively challenging ideas when needed.
Drive alignment on priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches.
Partner with technical and business teams throughout design, testing, rollout, enablement, and adoption.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Skills We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Technical Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Implementation Consulting, or a related technical role.
Experience working with customer support, customer experience, or other complex business workflows in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong technical foundation with experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, automation, and interconnected business systems.
Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined stakeholder requests, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear problems, requirements, and scalable solutions.
Strong product judgment with the ability to look beyond a requested solution, understand the underlying need, and recommend simpler or more effective approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt your approach across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests and competing priorities.
Strong execution skills with experience carrying initiatives through requirements, design, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can improve customer and employee experiences.
Bonus Skills
Hands-on experience administering Zendesk or building applications and integrations using the Zendesk API.
Experience with AI-enabled customer support, agent-assist, or workflow automation technologies.
Experience with workforce management, premium support, or differentiated service models.
Experience supporting Professional Services or other post-sale customer workflows.
Experience integrating or consolidating customer support platforms, portals, or processes.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Want to know more? Read this article https://blog.alan.com/tech-et-produit/engineering-organisation-at-alan if you want to discover how life as an Engineer at Alan and this article https://medium.com/alan/engineering-career-path-at-alan-e5de5c2e740c on our Engineering career path.
🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, React, React Native, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE HOPPER CREW
🎯 Mission:
- Hopper is Alan's internal agentic AI platform and every Alaner's AI companion: one unified productivity tool for coding, data, automation, research, and everyday work.
- It is a platform with a product on top. The product is the first and most demanding user of reusable components for agent orchestration, isolated execution, skills, connectors, permissions, audit, and evaluations.
It started as a coding agent. Watch how we built its first version and enabled anyone at Alan to ship code https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAu7Ngfd0ys. Coding remains its most mature use case and the foundation we are expanding from.
🔭 Scope:
1. Product experience - durable AI sessions available from the web, Slack, Linear, and GitHub for coding, data analysis, automation, and general work
2. Agent runtime and orchestration - control plane, harness, model routing, long-running execution, recovery, and isolated sandboxes
3. Secure connectors - an MCP Gateway that manages identity, credentials, permissions, confirmations, sensitivity, and audit
4. Skills, automations, and artifacts - reusable workflows, scheduled or event-driven work, dashboards, and hosted tools
5. Trust and review - evaluations and product experiences that expose tests, screenshots, previews, queries, sources, and tool actions
👀 Focus for 2026:
Coding proved that Alaners want to delegate meaningful work to agents. Our 2026 focus is to make it the AI companion every Alaner can rely on: faster and more durable sessions, safe access to company tools and data, HDS-compatible infrastructure for sensitive workloads, stronger evaluations, and results people can inspect before acting on them.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're moving from "AI tools you monitor" to "AI agents you trust." That means scaling Hopper — Alan's own background coding agent — alongside the infrastructure that makes it reliable: managed agent pools, sandboxed environments, autonomous testing, and CI auto-fix. Engineers will routinely offload tasks to agents. Non-engineers will open pull requests after having easily tested their changes. Agents will validate their own work before it ships.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles
- Experience building products, internal platforms, frameworks, or infrastructure used by other people

- Ability to own work end to end, from a React interaction or API contract to reliability in production
- Experience with LLM APIs, agent harnesses, MCP, or AI-assisted coding tools is a strong plus
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You think in terms of both product and platform experience: Alaners across engineering, product, data, sales, and operations are your customers
- You care about whether people can understand and verify what an AI system did
- You make concrete tradeoffs between speed, reliability, cost, security, and user experience
- You simplify complexity with clear abstractions and maintainable code
- You are collaborative, humble, and motivated by enabling others
- You are excited about AI changing who can build, investigate, and automate work

🤖 OPS AI PLATFORM TEAM 🔀
We're building something that doesn't exist yet.
Imagine a platform where AI agents autonomously handle operational work - connected to every internal and external tool, trained by operators themselves, running safely at scale. No engineers needed. No bottlenecks. Just agents that work.
That's what we're building. The Ops AI Platform will let our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor their own AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks. We aim to crack problems no one has solved at this scale.
The project just launched. You'd join at ground zero - shaping the architecture, the product, the entire foundation.
If building the future of work from scratch excites you, this is it.
⭐ OUR NORTH STAR
We’re building ops agents that work reliably and safely, without putting the engineering team on the critical path.
You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering. Our mission is to create the platform that enables building accurate and reliable AI agents, delivering an outstanding experience to our internal Ops team for the creation, iteration and monitoring of their agents, without requiring hard technical skills. Things we’re working on:
- 💬 Integrate agents at the heart of internal tools - UIs where Ops monitor and take action on concrete business situations. We want AI agents to become first-class citizens in this ecosystem, with context-aware chat modals, allowing users to review agents' reasoning, actions, and provide follow-up instructions - with instant impact on business data.
- 👥 Empower non-technical users to become autonomous in the creation and maintenance of agents to automate operational tasks at scale: prompting, tools configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, evaluations
- 🔧 Build a complete set of tools made available to AI agents, connecting to internal and external capabilities: internal business data, external servers, external web dashboards without API, etc.
- 💯 Safety and accuracy at the core: robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop to validate sensitive actions, fine-grained permissions and limits
In 6 to 12 months, we plan to increase our scope by owning the AI platform that will power all agentic use cases at Alan - creating economies of scale thanks to common infrastructure and tooling.
If you’re excited by the idea of building the future of work, this is the team for you - we're at the start of the journey.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in operations.
- You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop, internal tools UX, multi-agent architectures, and see your work deployed in production, used by our ops team
- You’ll implement new capabilities for AI agents, as well as tooling to make ops autonomous on the creation, evolution, monitoring and evaluation of their agents
- You’ll work on making our system scale, going from a few dozen to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily
- You’ll have significant influence on system architecture and code quality
- You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including participating in hiring).
You would be a good fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Strong background in full-stack software engineering, systems architecture, with a spike in back-end engineering.
- Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus
- Product-minded: you want your solutions to be used, and impactful
- Self-directed and pragmatic
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French!)
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range.
