As Senior Product Manager for Billing and Marketplaces, you will own a key area of that work and report to the Director of Product Management, Billing and Marketplaces.
YOU WILL:
- Own the roadmap, execution, and launches for a key area of billing or marketplaces (for example metering and pricing, prepaid commit, or a cloud marketplace), working alongside engineering leads, Finance, and Sales Ops.
- Scope features with engineering, turn them into a clear near-term roadmap, and track them through to launch.
- Improve our prepaid commit capabilities, including customer-specific rate cards, contract changes and rollovers, customer-facing balance visibility, and spend alerts.
- Drive our cloud marketplace integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including private offers, usage reporting, and subscription linking.
- Improve payment and collections flows, including dunning and delinquency handling, so customers are billed accurately and service is not interrupted by avoidable billing issues.
- Lead billing launches for new products and pricing models in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on how customers are billed across the company.
YOU BRING:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning billing, metering, payments, or commercial platforms for a cloud or usage-based product.
- Solid understanding of usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and committed spend contracts, and how they translate into systems, invoices, and revenue.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure marketplaces, including private offers, co-sell, and metering APIs.
- Familiarity with payments across card, invoice, and marketplace channels, including dunning and delinquency flows.
- Working knowledge of order-to-cash, including invoicing, tax, multi-currency, and revenue recognition.
- Experience with third-party billing and payment platforms, such as Stripe or a usage-based billing vendor.
- A track record of independently leading complex projects across engineering, Finance, and go-to-market teams, from scoping through launch.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting trade-offs to product and engineering leadership and explaining billing concepts to non-technical audiences.
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience at an infrastructure, database, or developer platform company.
- Comfortable going deep with engineers on event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and idempotency, and fluent enough in SQL to analyze billing data yourself.

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a Research Software Engineer on the Sandboxes team, you will design, build, and operate the platform that runs isolated environments for untrusted code at massive scale. Our work spans distributed systems, low-level virtualization, and product-minded platform design. Engineers on this team move between deep infrastructure work and understanding how researchers actually use the platform.
This is a software engineering role, not an ML research role. You do not need prior ML experience; what matters is writing clean, reliable systems code that scales. You will join a small, senior team where the wrong hire is worse than no hire.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, build, and operate the sandboxing platform that runs untrusted code at scale across multiple Kubernetes clusters, from our own bare metal data centers to hyperscalers.
- Develop the sandbox runtime leveraging Firecracker, enabling fast startup, snapshotting, and efficient scheduling without blocking expensive hardware.
- Obsess over performance and latency optimisation allowing us to reach millions of concurrent sandboxes.
- Write robust, well-tested systems code in Rust and Python; review code, CI/CD, and observability across the platform.
- Own cross-cluster networking, security boundaries, isolation guarantees and monitoring for suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with researchers and ML engineers who use sandboxes for synthetic data generation and RL training, turning their needs into platform features.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong background in software engineering and distributed systems, with experience building and operating large-scale infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: Kubernetes and cluster operations, cross-cluster networking, observability, or low-level virtualization.
- Fluency in Python or Rust; comfortable writing systems code where performance and security matter.
- Strong software-design instincts: modular code, testing, CI/CD, observability, and a bias for reliability.
- A self-starter who learns fast. Core skills matter more than specific tools — we value meta-learning ability and motivation highly.
- Low-ego, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity in a small, high-ownership team.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with Firecracker, microVMs, or similar virtualization technologies.
- Product-mindedness: understanding of how sandboxes are used for synthetic data generation or RL training.
- Experience with GPU clusters, CUDA, or ML workloads.
- Prior SRE or platform engineering experience at scale.
- Open-source contributions or widely used internal tools.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

Langfuse is hiring its first Product Manager. You will work with the founders to define the product vision and set the strategic direction. You will also work with Solution Architects, sales, and marketing. Your input will help shape product decisions.
Engineers at Langfuse own delivery from start to finish. They help find solutions and turn them into technical requirements. They implement and launch the work. They support each launch with documentation and changelogs. They also speak directly with customers to receive feedback on features and educate the roadmap. The whole company helps shape the quarterly roadmap. The engineering team then delivers it.
As Product Manager, you will look beyond the current quarter. You will build a deep understanding of our market and emerging trends. You will also study how engineers use AI to build agentic applications. You will use these insights to create clear product artifacts. They will define the user problems we want to solve and how we want to solve them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AT LANGFUSE:
- Shape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.
- Turn customer, community, and market insights into decisions about what to build and what not to build.
- Lead new product areas from research and scoping through launch.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation.
- Align founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without introducing unnecessary processes.
- Make the product-engineering team more effective through clear context, strong judgment, and concise written briefs.
- You will own the quarterly roadmapping process and propose in which direction we should develop Langfuse.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO:
- Project Management for engineers. Everyone here can organize themselves, you do not need to do this.
- Slice large projects into Linear tickets. Single engineers execute on large projects in Langfuse.
- Communicate between customers and engineers. Engineers talk to customers daily.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- An experienced PM from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product.
- Technical enough to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.
- You are hands-on: you test products, you talk to users, you maybe build a small prototype.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment.
- Pragmatic, calm, organized, and focused on shipping.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Deeply interested in AI and already using AI tools extensively.
- Experience with open source, enterprise software, or major platform shifts is a plus.
