ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE DESIGN TEAM
Experience Design at OnePay shapes how millions of people interact with their money. The product touches saving, spending, borrowing, and growing wealth – often for people the traditional financial system has underserved. That weight raises the bar on what we ship and how we ship it.
We’re a small, senior team with roots at Apple, Meta, Ford, Airbnb, and leading fintechs – low ego, high craft, and genuinely collaborative. AI is a baseline part of how we work, not a future we’re talking about.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Design Engineer to help define what modern design-to-code looks like at OnePay. This is a first-class engineering role with design fluency. You’ll generate production-ready components directly, use AI coding tools aggressively, and help push the team past traditional spec-based handoff. You’re not executing the current model – you’re shaping what comes next.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You ship in code. Figma is part of how you communicate, but you’re most fluent in the codebase. You generate production-ready work, not just specs.
- You’re AI-native at production velocity. Cursor, Claude Code, v0, similar tools – they’re already how you move. You ship more in a day than most teams do in a week.
- You’re rethinking handoff. The traditional model is breaking down, and you’re excited to define what replaces it.
- You translate fluently. You speak both languages. Designers trust you, engineers trust you, and you make the gap between them disappear.
- You sweat the implementation. A two-pixel drift in production matters to you. So does a token that doesn’t quite map. You catch what others miss.
- You operate in motion. Process is fluid here, and you help shape it as you ship.
TOOLS WE USE
We use Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS. On the client side, we build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native. We also embrace AI-assisted development, so engineers have their choice of Claude Code or Cursor to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
YOU BRING
- Fluency in both Figma and code (React Native or React).
- Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or similar) at production velocity.
- Fluency in design tokens, component architecture, and how design systems map to code.
- Experience shipping on cross-functional teams where design and engineering overlap.
- Strong communication across both disciplines.
- A track record of operating in fluid environments and helping define how teams work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner
- Technical or Hiring Manager Interview
- Team Interview
- Executive Interview
- Offer!
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
To build technology and products that are used and loved by people and solve real-world problems, we need to build a team with many different perspectives and experiences. We are an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Applicants in need of special assistance or accommodation during the interview process or in accessing our website may contact us at talent@onepay.com.

Experience with intellectual property, licensing, or external partnerships.
Comfort working through ambiguity, testing new ideas, and changing direction when evidence supports a better approach.
Empathy for new players and an understanding of the barriers that can affect learning, participation, and belonging.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
We are hiring a Senior Risk Associate to run Lithic's risk assessment function: the client risk assessment program, the third party risk management program, and the enterprise risk assessment. You will execute the assessments, own the operations that keep them on schedule and defensible, and continuously improve the rubrics, questionnaires, registers, and SOPs that govern them. You will also own program underwriting: the criteria, limit and reserve recommendations, and periodic reassessment that follow a client from diligence through scale.
This is an AI-forward role. Lithic is deploying agentic tooling across diligence and documentation workflows, and this role owns that build in the assessment domain: testing, tuning, and documenting the tooling so routine collection, review, and drafting are absorbed by automation, while you own the judgment calls, the exceptions, and the written product that goes to partner banks and examiners.
This role operates with limited guidance and owns its programs end to end. It is sized for ownership, orchestration, and judgment rather than queue/ticket processing.
What you'll do:
Execute client risk assessments end to end: document collection, interviews, scoring against the weighted risk typologies, written assessment, tier determination, and pre-launch conditions.
Own program underwriting: apply and maintain underwriting criteria, recommend spend, transfer, and reserve limits, and reassess programs as volume, product mix, and financial condition change.
Run third party risk operations: vendor intake and tiering, due diligence and certification report review, control effectiveness ratings, the vendor risk register, annual reviews, and vendor issue and incident tracking.
Support the enterprise risk assessment and the risk register: maintain the assessment inventory and calendar, collect and test control evidence, apply the enterprise rating methodology consistently across sub-assessments, and prepare Enterprise Risk Committee materials.
Continuously improve the programs: refine rubrics, weights, questionnaires, and templates based on observed outcomes, and author and maintain the SOPs that make each assessment repeatable by someone other than you.
Test, deploy, and tune agentic tooling across the assessment workflows, including document review, questionnaire analysis, vendor due diligence, and drafting, and document the context that makes the output repeatable and defensible.
Define and report the KPIs and KRIs for the assessment programs, and surface concentration, trend, and thematic findings to leadership and oversight forums.
Serve as the evidence owner for partner bank, audit, and examiner requests touching client, third party, and enterprise risk assessment.
Mentor and cross-train teammates on assessment methodology, scoring discipline, and the tooling.
What you'll bring:
Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments in fintech, payments, or banking, across client or counterparty, third party or vendor, and enterprise or operational risk.
Working knowledge of underwriting fundamentals: financial statement review, liquidity and runway analysis, loss and exposure monitoring, and limit setting.
Fluency with rubric-based scoring methodologies and the discipline to apply them consistently and defend a rating.
A track record of owning discrete risk programs end to end with limited guidance, including authoring the SOPs and defining the metrics that govern them.
Ability to read control reports (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS AOC) and translate findings into a residual risk position and a remediation ask.
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate
Clear, concise writing under a compliance standard: assessments, memos, and committee materials that hold up in front of a partner bank or an examiner.
The annual US salary range for this role is
$86,000 - $144,000,
plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States, Canada (Ontario or British Columbia), Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
Benefits for Full-Time US Employees:
Unlimited PTO
12-weeks fully paid parental leave

RELOCATION TO MANILA PH Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region. 7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors. Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
About the role:
You'll own the NPV and unit economics model behind Salmon's credit card business — the core logic behind how we price, size, and monitor profitability across the portfolio.
What you'll do:
— Work directly with the Head of Economics to turn model logic into production-ready Python/SQL code
— Build and maintain the datasets that feed the model — cohorts, cashflows, losses, funding, fees, revenue — with help from other analysts
— Automate scenario and sensitivity runs so pricing, limit, and product decisions are backed by real numbers
What you'll own:
— Own the end-to-end NPV / unit economics model for credit cards — clean, testable, versioned logic
— Validate model outputs against actual portfolio performance and investigate gaps when they don't match
— Translate model logic into clear, implementation-ready specs when other teams need to build on it
— Step outside your immediate scope when the work calls for it — we value ownership over rigid roles
What makes you a strong fit:
— 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics
— Strong Python (pandas) and SQL — for data exploration and for implementing analytics logic in production
— Solid understanding of unit economics / financial modeling — cashflows, NPV, cohorts — through direct modeling experience or hands-on work with such models
— High attention to detail — small errors break economics in production
What we offer:
— Ownership and flexibility
— Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
— Hybrid-first work environment
— Company-provided tools and equipment
— Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
— Health and time off
— Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
— Access to an internal mental health support specialist
— 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
— 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
— Relocation and family support
— Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
— Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
— USD 2,500 per year for flights home
— Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000/month per child under two, USD 500/month per child aged two to 18
— Growth and team experience
— Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
— Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
— Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
— High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia
