ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents at ElevenLabs.
Our ambition is to make agents a primary way people create across ElevenCreative. We are building systems that turn ideas into high-quality audio, image and video, bringing models and creative tools together without requiring users to become prompting experts.
The creative agent is already live. You will join a small team where engineers own complete problems across the full stack: frontend, backend, agent architecture and infrastructure. You should be equally comfortable building a user-facing feature, designing the services behind it, and deploying and operating the system in production. You will combine strong engineering with product judgement, taking ideas from early prototypes through to reliable features and using real customer feedback to guide what we build next.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and building complete agent-powered features, from frontend interfaces and application state to backend services, APIs and data storage.
- Developing agent capabilities and integrations, including model orchestration, creative tools and reliable asynchronous workflows for audio, image and video generation.
- Building and operating the infrastructure behind these features, improving quality, performance, scalability and security through evaluations, monitoring and testing.
- Owning a problem area from discovery and prototyping to deployment and ongoing operation, working closely with product, design and engineering.
You will help shape both what the agent can do and how people use it across ElevenCreative. The work combines substantial greenfield development with improving a live product, with room to experiment and directly influence the product's direction.
Location:
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
#LI-Remote
REQUIREMENTS
We care about evidence of exceptional engineering: products you have shipped, difficult problems you have solved, and systems you have owned.
We are looking for:
- Strong engineering skills across both frontend and backend, with a track record of independently building complete production applications.
- Confidence designing user interfaces, backend services, APIs and data models, and understanding how these components work together as a system.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, asynchronous processing, testing and observability, with the ability to debug and resolve problems across the full stack.
- Evidence of end-to-end ownership, strong product judgement and clear communication, taking ambiguous problems from technical design through to shipping and ongoing operation.
You should be excited about creative agents and comfortable learning quickly as models, tools and user needs evolve.
Hands-on experience building production agents, evaluations, MCP integrations, creative editors or multimodal products would be particularly valuable, as would experience building in a small, fast-moving team.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a backend-leaning full-stack engineer to help build the next generation of Creative Agents at ElevenLabs.
Our ambition is to make agents a primary way people create across ElevenCreative. We are building systems that turn ideas into high-quality audio, image and video, bringing models and creative tools together without requiring users to become prompting experts.
The creative agent is already live. You will join a small team shaping its capabilities and architecture, with ownership from backend systems and agent infrastructure through to the customer-facing experience. You will help discover what works, turn experiments into reliable features, and use real customer feedback to guide what we build next.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building production agents and expanding their capabilities through prompts, tool use, orchestration, new models and MCP integrations.
- Designing and operating reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation and long-running tasks, with strong performance, observability, scalability and security.
- Developing shared evaluations and live quality monitoring, including model-based assessment of image and video outputs.
- Owning features end to end, from identifying user needs and prototyping to shipping across the stack and supporting them in production, alongside product, design and engineering.
You will help shape both what the agent can do and how people use it across ElevenCreative. The work combines substantial greenfield development with improving and operating a live product.
REQUIREMENTS
We care about evidence of exceptional engineering: products you have shipped, difficult problems you have solved, and systems you have owned.
We are looking for:
- Strong backend engineering skills, experience operating production systems, and sound fundamentals in APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience developing agents, with an understanding of prompts, tools, execution logic, evaluations and the challenges of reliable, secure operation.
- Evidence of independent, end-to-end ownership and confidence working across the stack, including frontend delivery when needed.
- Good product judgement, clear communication and enthusiasm for creative agents.
We may also consider exceptional engineers with closely relevant experience. Familiarity with HTTP, WebSockets and asynchronous workers will help you build reliable communication between services and recover from failures.
Experience with multimodal generation, creative editors, MCP, or building products in a small, fast-moving team would be particularly valuable.

About us:
At Praktika.ai we are on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors.
We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series-A funding, we are growing and looking for a Account Executive, to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.
In this fast-paced environment we like independent self-starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early-stage startup.
About the role:
You will be the first person at Praktika whose whole job is selling to companies. You run the full cycle yourself: find the account, open it, run the demo, set up the trial, answer the security questionnaire, price it, close it, then go back for the other sites in the same group. No SDR feeds you. No solutions engineer joins your calls.
The languages matter as much as the selling. Our buyers are local HR and training managers at sites where the working language is English and daily life is not. They buy in their own language. You will work primarily in Spanish or French, with English internally.
You report to the CRO.
We are hiring a full-cycle Account Executive rather than an SDR or a BDR on purpose. At this volume, splitting prospecting from closing creates a handoff that costs more than it saves. One person who owns a deal from first touch to signature will learn faster and close more than two people passing leads between them. We will revisit that once inbound volume makes your time the bottleneck. What you'll do
What you will own
Pipeline.
Work the inbound queue in hours rather than days, and build outbound into the markets where we have customers but no coverage. Around half your pipeline should be self-sourced by month six.
The full cycle.
Discovery, demo, trial setup, seat sizing, pricing, security review, contract, signature. You complete security questionnaires yourself, from a canonical answer sheet we maintain.
Expansion.
Most of our accounts are one site of a larger group. Winning the second and third site of a company already paying us is the highest-yield motion we have, and it is a formal part of your number.
CRM discipline.
Attio is the system of record. Deal value, seat count and stage current on every deal. Our data quality today is poor and you are the person who fixes it.
Market feedback.
You will be the only person hearing objections daily. We expect you to tell us what is breaking and what to build.
Who we are looking for
Professional fluency in French or Spanish, plus English.
Three or more years closing B2B software full cycle, with a median deal size under $20,000.
Evidence of 25 or more deals closed in a single year.
You built your own pipeline.
Strong signals
You have sold to HR, L&D or operations buyers.
You have worked somewhere small enough that you also wrote the sequences, built the list and argued about the pricing page.
You have sold into Latin America from Europe and know what that does to a calendar.
You have worked alongside a self-serve funnel and understand that some deals should never get a call.
Please skip this role if any of the following describes you.
You have only sold six-figure contracts on six-month cycles.
Your last three years came with an SDR, a solutions engineer and a deal desk.
You want a named account list handed to you.
You want to manage people within a year. This role has no reports and will not have any for some time.
You need a defined process. You will be writing it.
Why should you join Praktika:
We expect dedication and hard work—but we also believe in rewarding it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring to the table.
Top-tier salary to match your top-tier skills
Equity that grows with your impact: Equity growth via stock options
26 days holidays plus bank holidays. (34 days per year)
Yearly off-sites: Last year was in Dubai!
Health and wellness benefits to support your overall well-being through Safetywing
Access to an AI toolkit including ChatGPT, Copilot, and other productivity tools
Annual educational budget of up to $1,000
Interview Process:
We will provide you with feedback throughout the interview process.
Join Praktika and lead the charge in driving exponential growth and innovation. Apply now to be part of a team that is redefining language learning for millions of users worldwide.

Partner with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales to develop compelling event assets and presentations
Oversee registration flows, pre-event communication, and the attendee experience from first touch to follow-up
Step in wherever needed to keep events running smoothly, calmly, and on-brand
EMEA webinars (about one per month)
Run our monthly EMEA webinar end to end - topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up - timed and localized for a European audience
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly
Manage attendee communication throughout the event lifecycle
Performance & optimization
Track EMEA event performance - pipeline, revenue, deal acceleration, and event engagement
Share insights and recommendations to continually improve ROI and attendee experience across the region
Maintain documentation, templates, and repeatable workflows that make running EMEA events smoother and more scalable
Partner with ops to ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting across systems

EMEA Sales and Marketing feel tightly connected and supported by event-driven pipeline

You're comfortable owning a region end to end - you stay grounded under pressure, thrive in a distributed environment, and enjoy the cross-market collaboration required to make EMEA events exceptional.
Based in the UK or Ireland
(London or Dublin ideal)
4+ years in event marketing within B2B SaaS
Experience running in-person events across formats (field events, hosted experiences, conferences), ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience running webinars, and real excitement about doing both: a busy in-person calendar plus about one webinar a month
Strong project management skills - you juggle timelines, tasks, and teams (and time zones) with ease
Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (
Customer.io
, Marketo, etc.) and Salesforce
Familiarity with webinar platforms (Livestorm, Zoom, Sequel) and event management tools
Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, and event pipeline attribution
Ability to partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to troubleshoot data flows and ensure clean reporting
Comfortable with 15%+ travel

- Familiarity with infrastructure tradeoffs relevant to inference performance and cost (for example GPU selection and latency versus throughput tuning).
- Experience serving as a cross-functional technical lead for customer POCs, including coordination across Sales and Engineering.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)

About the job
QV.AC is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices, it gives users greater control over their data and how they use artificial intelligence. Our focus is on local, on-device, and privacy-preserving AI, with opportunities to connect these experiences across Tether’s peer-to-peer ecosystem.
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong interest in AI and a practical understanding of how to turn emerging capabilities into useful products.
You will work closely with the Product Lead to help advance the QV.AC vision: identifying valuable use cases, defining AI features, exploring product concepts, and working with engineering and design to bring them to users. You’ll contribute to product direction and take responsibility for moving assigned features from discovery through delivery and iteration.
This role suits someone who knows how to leverage AI to the maximum and enjoys experimenting with new AI technologies, understands its possibilities and limitations, and cares about making complex technology easy to use.
Responsibilities

Work with the Product Lead to translate the
QV.AC
vision into concrete use cases, feature proposals, and product requirements. Bring ideas grounded in user needs, research, and hands-on experimentation.
Understand users and their problems:
Gather feedback, conduct research, and explore how people use AI in their everyday workflows. Identify where AI can solve a meaningful problem and where a simpler solution may work better.
Turn ideas into clear specifications:
Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user flows that help engineering and design understand the intended experience, constraints, and measures of success.
Prototype and explore:
Create wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes to test ideas and communicate product behavior. Use AI-assisted tools to explore concepts quickly and refine them with the team.
Collaborate on technical trade-offs:
Work with engineers to understand what is feasible across devices and models. Help assess the impact of response quality, latency, memory usage, battery consumption, and privacy on the user experience.
Support prioritization and planning:
Help the Product Lead evaluate opportunities, clarify scope, identify dependencies, and maintain a focused backlog aligned with product priorities.
Drive feature delivery:
Follow assigned features through development, resolve product questions, review the experience, and coordinate feedback and release readiness with relevant teams.
Stay close to AI developments:
Explore new AI products, models, tools, and interaction patterns, and explain their practical relevance to
QV.AC
. Share clear recommendations about what is worth testing or adopting and why.
Mandatory:
7+ years of product management experience, ideally working on AI software products with technical engineering teams.
Practical experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features, with the ability to explain your contribution and what you learned.
A working understanding of AI concepts such as inference, harnesses, model capabilities and limitations, context, and evaluation, alongside an interest in local and on-device AI.
The ability to translate an ambiguous idea into a clear user problem, proposed solution, and actionable requirements.
Strong product judgment, with attention to usability, scope, and measurable user value.
Confidence creating prototypes using design or coding tools
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers and explain them to non-technical colleagues.
A proactive, collaborative approach: comfortable taking responsibility for your work, asking questions early, and incorporating feedback.
Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development.
Preferred:
Experience with local AI, on-device inference, or open-source models.
Experience building AI assistants, conversational interfaces, or multimodal features.
Familiarity with desktop or mobile product development.
An understanding of peer-to-peer technologies and decentralized applications.
Experience evaluating AI output quality and designing user experiences that account for uncertainty and errors.
Experience working in a distributed team.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team. This is a partner-facing role: you'll support nonprofits, research institutes, academic medical centres and public-sector funders as they use Claude to get treatments to patients with rare and neglected diseases, where there is little or no commercial incentive to fund development.
The role focuses on clinical development, where we think Claude can help these partners today. Trials in these diseases have small patient populations, investigator-led or nonprofit funding and little operational support, and they often stall on protocol quality, operational risk and site start-up. Claude can help teams design better trials and start them sooner. Much of this work is drug repurposing: testing new uses for approved, usually off-patent or generic medicines, whose known safety profiles can let a good hypothesis reach patients years sooner than a new molecule.
You'll advise and embed in partners' teams, building alongside their engineers, scientists and clinicians.
Responsibilities
Work with partners' trial teams to design, review and prioritise clinical trials with Claude: drafting and reviewing protocols and statistical analysis plans, and flagging enrolment and operational risks.
Build and validate tools that help partners find new uses for approved, mostly off-patent medicines in rare and neglected diseases, from literature, omics and patient data, and assemble the evidence so the partner can decide the next step.
Build reusable infrastructure other institutions can adopt (MCP servers for biomedical data sources, agent skills, benchmarks grounded in real clinical questions), and feed what you learn in the field back to product, engineering and research.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
Hands-on clinical development experience: designing, running or analysing clinical trials, or assessing clinical evidence to decide which programmes go forward (for example due diligence or asset evaluation). Drug repurposing work as part of that is a strong plus, as is having contributed to a regulatory submission for a trial.
Comfort with biomedical data: literature, omics, and real-world patient data (health records, registries, claims), ideally inside secure or trusted research environments.
Strong engineering skills: you can take an LLM-powered tool from prototype to production code, and write evals to measure it.
Experience working directly with external partners or customers in a technical role.
Clear written and verbal communication: docs other institutes can use without you, and results clinicians trust.
A scrappy mentality: you're comfortable in ambiguity, wear several hats, and do what it takes to get a result for a partner.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£225,000
—
£255,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

You will:

- Act as a player-coach: directly manage priority accounts, join key customer conversations, and model best-in-class success practices.
- Lead by example in complex post-sales and renewal cycles, unblocking issues, driving adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Set strategic direction for the team, aligning customer success initiatives with company goals and market trends.
- Monitor and optimize delivery quality across all accounts, ensuring consistency, excellence, and predictability in customer outcomes, implementing scalable processes that improve accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement repeatable playbooks for renewals, upsells, and adoption; automate workflows and tools to scale team impact.

- Partner with Europe GTM & cross functional leadership to align organizational objectives, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure cohesive execution across customer success, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in Account Management or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally some of this within UK&I accounts.
• Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to upskill and enable the team — fostering confidence in navigating product capabilities, integrations, and data insights to strengthen customer outcomes.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience — managing AMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for developing people and building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability, learning, and customer impact.
• Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing key accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding renewal, expansion, and NRR goals through effective customer engagement and strategic account management.
• Expertise in CS methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling, executive alignment).
• Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimise workflows, and forecast outcomes.
• Strong builder mindset - you thrive in building from scratch, redefining processes and playbooks, and operating with an AI-first mindset
• Bonus: Hands-on with tools (Salesforce, Gong, Sigma, Pylon) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere within UK&I. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London and Dublin.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on and shape the team building it.
THE ROLE
A datacenter is not a cloud until software makes it one. You will lead the team that turns arriving hardware into accepted clusters.
Cabling validation, burn-in, firmware, deployment validation, software stack install — all of it automated, none of it click-ops. Your KPI is time to acceptance: the hours between a rack being physically installed and it serving customer workloads. Across the industry that number is measured in weeks. You will drive it toward days, then hours, as we scale toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe.
This is a founding leadership role at the intersection of hardware and software. Early on it is deliberately hands-on: most of your time in the code and the architecture, some of it on datacenter floors, because the automation has to survive contact with the machines it runs on.
But the job is building and leading a team from day one — hiring your first engineers, coaching them, setting their growth paths, and running the rituals that keep quality high. As the team grows, the balance shifts toward people leadership, and you decide how fast. You shape this new team's charter and set the standard for how every future Mistral datacenter comes online.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build the delivery pipeline in Go: provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, network bring-up, software stack install.
- Build the team from scratch: make the first hires, onboard and coach them, own their performance and growth paths — and set the tooling standards and the playbook every future site reuses.
- Own time-to-acceptance and drive it down relentlessly — measure it, break it down, kill the slowest step first.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Hardware Design and Fleet Health — reliability starts at delivery.
- Handle GPU fleets at scale: H100 and GB200-class nodes, InfiniBand and RoCE fabrics, and the failure modes they bring.
- Partner with Product Managers and the datacenter org to plan delivery waves against capacity commitments.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have automated bare-metal fleets — you have written the software that turns racks into clusters. If you have done it by hand, you resented it and scripted it.
- Hardware fluency: servers, GPUs, NICs, switches, firmware — you can read a parts list and a topology diagram.
- 8+ years building backend or infrastructure systems, with at least 2 years leading engineers — real people leadership: you have hired, coached, and grown engineers, not just set technical direction.
- Deep Linux: you are comfortable well below the application layer.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- Willing to travel to datacenter sites when the work demands it.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

ABOUT MISTRAL

We run it all on our own metal, our own network, our own datacenters — which means when something breaks, the fix is ours to write.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on and shape the team building it.
THE ROLE
This is a people-leadership role from day one. You will manage the team — hiring, coaching, performance, growth paths, honest feedback — while staying close to the code: roughly half your time in architecture decisions and the hardest technical problems the team faces, the other half leading your squad. If you are looking for a senior IC role, this is not it.
You will own our Kubernetes product end to end: a metal-to-on-demand platform built on in-house infrastructure, with GPU support for training, inference, and general-purpose compute.
Kubernetes is our product, not just our platform — we run it on infrastructure we own end to end. You will decide how the control plane scales, how GPUs get scheduled, and how quickly a rack of bare metal becomes an on-demand cluster a customer can use. The decisions you make here shape how our infrastructure scales from today's footprint to a gigawatt, and how we turn frontier AI research into production systems used by millions.
This is a role for an engineer who leads from the front because that is where the work is, not because management was the next rung on the ladder.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and ship the control plane. You build alongside your team and own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions — scheduling, operators, provisioning, node lifecycle.
- Grow the engineers, not just the software. You set the standard for ownership, remove the obstacles in their way, and coach them past their comfort zone until the work they ship surprises them.
- Own the reliability of the Kubernetes control plane. It is the team's headline KPI. You make the calls when it breaks at 3am, and your engineers learn from how you do it.
- Shrink the distance from metal to on-demand. Provisioning a cluster should be minutes of automation, not weeks of tickets.
- Partner with Product Managers to set priorities, scope initiatives, and make the technical and business tradeoffs.
- Own people management for the team: hiring, performance, growth paths, and honest feedback — the leadership work that never becomes someone else's job.
- Define the team's processes and execution rituals as it grows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of real people leadership. You have managed engineers — hired, coached, given honest feedback, and grown them. Hands-on contribution matters here, but this role is judged on the team you build and lead, not just the code you write.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You have run Kubernetes in anger — and ideally built parts of it: operators, schedulers, controllers. You understand what happens underneath it, and you have worked on Linux directly, not just on managed services that sit on top of it.
- You have run GPU workloads on Kubernetes, or you are confident you can own that domain fast.
- You think like a developer who happens to build infrastructure, not an operator who manages it. You write code other engineers depend on.
- Extensive experience building backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
