This is not a role for someone who simply installs WordPress templates; we need a builder who leverages the latest AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, v0, etc.) to deploy high-performance landing pages and funnels at scale. You will be responsible for turning high-level concepts into responsive, SEO-friendly, and conversion-optimized web experiences that turn traffic into measurable revenue. If you are a developer who thinks like a marketer and obsesses over page speed, tracking accuracy, and user behavior, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Build and maintain business websites, lead-generation funnels, sales pages, and multi-step forms that are mobile-responsive and lightning-fast.
AI-Workflow Integration: Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly generate components, refactor code, and build reusable architectures while maintaining full manual control over code quality and debugging.
Conversion Optimization: Implement above-the-fold designs, sticky CTAs, and trust signals to maximize lead generation and appointment bookings.
Advanced Tracking & Analytics: Deploy and troubleshoot Meta Pixels (CAPI), Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy for advertising campaigns.
SEO & Performance: Ensure every site meets strict Core Web Vitals standards, utilizing semantic HTML, schema markup, and optimized assets for maximum search and AI-engine discoverability.
Technical Integrations: Connect front-end assets to CRMs (specifically GoHighLevel), email systems, and third-party APIs via webhooks and automation tools like Zapier/Make.
Multi-Client Management: Simultaneously manage multiple project lifecycles, from domain/DNS configuration to staging and final production deployment.
Requirements
Technical Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js).
AI-Native Workflow: Documented experience using tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Bolt to accelerate development cycles.
Tracking Mastery: Deep expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Conversions API; ability to troubleshoot attribution errors.
SEO Foundations: Strong understanding of technical SEO, including schema markup (LocalBusiness, FAQ, Service) and crawlability.
CRO Mindset: Ability to design for "the click," understanding landing page hierarchy and lead-capture friction.
Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Vercel, Cloudflare, and DNS management.
Communication: Excellent written English and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote agency environment.
Nice-to-Haves
GoHighLevel Expertise: Deep knowledge of GHL funnels, workflows, and CRM integrations.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Consultant Relations VP, you’ll be embedded in the Strategic Alliances team and report directly to the Vice President of Consultant Relations.
As VP of Consultant Relations, you’ll own Garner’s most strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms and set how Garner shows up with advisors. You’ll be a known, trusted name to practice leaders across the industry, define the business-development plan for a national portfolio, and be accountable for turning those relationships into closed distribution at scale. It’s a role for someone with an existing rolodex who is seen as an educator and thought partner in the space.
What you will do
Own Garner’s relationships with the largest, most complex national broker and consulting firms, becoming the trusted, go-to name for practice leaders and SMEs and setting how Garner shows up with top distributors.
Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio, consistently converting consultant relationships into closed distribution and firm-level data-licensing deals.
Orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale — Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations — behind the biggest partnerships, and channel consultant insight into Garner’s go-to-market strategy.
Design the data-driven approach for the whole portfolio — contracting targets, timing, and closure rates — and use it to steer where the team invests.
Bring deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader benefits ecosystem, reframing Garner’s value to each firm’s priorities as a credible educator and thought partner in the market.
What we're looking for
8+ years in employee-benefits consulting / broker or channel-alliances roles with national-firm scope, and your own senior rolodex across the major firms — you build and own trusted relationships end-to-end and set how Garner shows up with top distributors.
You operate with data rigor at portfolio scale: you design the goals, metrics, and tooling that track contracting targets, timing, and closure rates and steer where to invest.
You know the benefits-consulting and broker landscape cold — deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader ecosystem — and are seen as an educator and thought partner to sophisticated buyers.
You orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale (Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Ops) behind the biggest partnerships and channel partner insight into go-to-market strategy.
You drive national business development — targeting the right firms, generating and advancing pipeline across the portfolio, and closing distribution with little hand-holding, accountable for the number.
You influence at the executive level, synthesizing a market point of view and securing buy-in from senior external and internal leaders for cross-functional bets.
You bring hunger and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias at scale in a fast-moving environment, operating with accountability and authentic feedback.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Public Sector Account Executive to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI across governments in Southeast Asia, establishing and growing Anthropic's presence in this strategic region. Based in Singapore, you'll leverage your consultative sales expertise and deep understanding of public sector landscapes across ASEAN markets to grow revenue while becoming a trusted partner to government customers, helping them embed and deploy AI and uncover its full range of capabilities. Own the full sales cycle for public sector opportunities across ASEAN, from initial outreach through to successful deployment, with a focus on building long-term strategic partnerships
Navigate the procurement requirements, security standards, and compliance frameworks specific to government technology adoption in each market—including GeBIZ procurement and IM8 security requirements in Singapore—and prioritise markets based on opportunity and readiness
Collaborate with policy teams to ensure alignment with national AI strategies and digital government initiatives across the region, such as Singapore's National AI Strategy and Smart Nation programme and the ASEAN Guide on AI Governance and Ethics
Design and execute sales strategies tailored to each public sector environment, meeting and exceeding revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers
Provide market intelligence and feedback to product teams to ensure our offerings meet regional public sector requirements, including data sovereignty, data residency, and localisation considerations that vary by country
Build and maintain relationships with systems integrators, in-country partners, and technology partners across ASEAN markets
Develop and document best practices for public sector engagement in each market, creating playbooks that scale our presence across the region
Serve as a leader within the broader public sector team, sharing insights and collaborating on cross-market opportunities
Minimum qualifications
12+ years of enterprise sales experience in public sector markets across ASEAN, with a proven track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies
Deep understanding of government procurement processes, security requirements, and technology adoption frameworks in Singapore (including GeBIZ and IM8), and familiarity with equivalent frameworks in other ASEAN markets
Strong track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals in the public sector
Experience navigating multiple stakeholders across ministries and agencies in culturally diverse markets, building consensus and providing innovative solutions
Experience working with in-country partners and channel ecosystems to reach markets where direct presence is limited
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to all levels, from technical teams to senior government officials
Eligibility to handle classified government information as required
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams, with willingness to travel regularly across the region
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Experience working with agencies such as GovTech, and familiarity with national digital transformation initiatives across the region
Demonstrated ability to build and grow new market segments across multiple countries, with potential to develop into a leadership role
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
Proficiency in a regional language beyond English
A passion for safe and ethical AI development, with the ability to articulate its importance in the public sector context
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join the foundational team introducing Anthropic's frontier AI to large enterprises across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, you will drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with major corporations across industries including financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and telecommunications throughout the ASEAN region. You'll leverage your consultative enterprise sales expertise to grow revenue while becoming a trusted partner to C-suite and senior technical stakeholders, helping them embed Claude across business operations, research, and administration. As Anthropic's senior in-market commercial presence for ASEAN, you'll shape our regional go-to-market strategy and lay the groundwork for a dedicated Southeast Asia footprint.
Key responsibilities
Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new enterprise accounts and expanding existing relationships across ASEAN countries.
Serve as senior regional coverage for Anthropic's most strategic ASEAN enterprise accounts, building executive relationship depth and commercial momentum through consistent in-market engagement
Build and execute territory plans that identify high-value opportunities across key ASEAN industries, accounting for differences in market maturity, regulatory environment, and buying behaviour between countries
Lead consultative sales processes with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders, positioning AI as a strategic business transformation driver
Orchestrate internal teams—Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships—to deliver tailored solutions for complex enterprise requirements
Translate technical AI capabilities into compelling business value propositions suited to the needs of Southeast Asian enterprises
Identify new use cases and contribute to ASEAN go-to-market strategy, providing feedback that shapes product roadmap and regional approach
Represent Anthropic across Southeast Asia, building executive relationships with enterprise, partner, and government stakeholders and raising Anthropic's profile within the regional technology community
Minimum qualifications
12+ years in enterprise sales, GTM, business development, or account management with direct, in-market Southeast Asia operating experience
A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and securing strategic deals in ASEAN markets by translating multifaceted technical requirements into tailored solutions
Existing commercial network across enterprise and partner communities in Singapore and at least one or two additional ASEAN markets
Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify, prioritise, and advance high-value opportunities without heavy oversight
Comfort operating as a generalist regional presence—equally effective in an enterprise sales conversation, a partnership discussion, or a government stakeholder introduction
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with cultural fluency across ASEAN business environments
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Singapore, with eligibility to work in Singapore and the ability to travel frequently across Southeast Asia
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling AI/ML, cloud, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS to regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
Experience working with hyperscaler or channel partners to co-sell into regional enterprise accounts
Prior experience establishing or scaling a new market or region for a high-growth technology company
Working proficiency in a Southeast Asian language in addition to English (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese)
Familiarity with regional data residency, AI governance, and procurement frameworks relevant to enterprise buyers
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, and a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI is developed safely
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
WHO WE ARE:
This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for Germany, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution.
- Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions.
- Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to German customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making.
- Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion.
- Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across Germany.
- Embed Notion’s AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger “build with the customer” motions.
- Make agentic transformation central to the German GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption.
- Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value.
- Build “sell with” partner motions in Germany, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning.
- Establish Notion as a visible force in the German ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy.
- Represent the voice of German customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics.
- Create a talent destination in Germany by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent.
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in Germany and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent.
You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow.
You are excited by Notion’s shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in Germany.
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams.
- Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of the German enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
- Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products.
- Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes.
- Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process.
- Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative.
- Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
- Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building.
- Fluency in German and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes.
- Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation.

Our platform supports more than 200 organizations and 40 million attributed lives across value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's commercial team depends on consistent process, clean pipeline data, and forecasts to help manage and grow the business. As a fast-growing company, we need to scale our infrastructure, systems and operating model to one that aligns to the pace of the growth. This role owns the systems, tools, and cadences that make pipeline reviews, forecasting, and reporting consistent and accurate across the entire commercial team.
Part of the initial mandate is understanding the current ecosystem of tools and technology that support commercial and revenue operations today, and making recommendations on the optimal tech stack for the function going forward — one that is AI native. This person will be the accountable owner of that stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation.
This person will run point on sales operations and the forecasting cadence, and will build the AI-powered operating layer (dashboards, briefings, and workflow tools) that gives the entire commercial organization — not just its leadership — real-time visibility and leverage.
This is role is for someone who is execution oriented. You'll work in the tools yourself — not just direct others to — while also setting the strategy, systems, and rigor that let Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance move as one aligned, predictable engine.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the revenue operating system, designing and scaling the processes, metrics, and infrastructure that drive consistent, predictable performance across the business
Partner with Systems Engineering to drive end-to-end improvements and scalability in Salesforce, including structure, data hygiene, workflow automation, and adoption across the sales org
Evaluate the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and make recommendations on the optimal, AI-native tech stack for the function
Serve as the accountable owner of that tech stack and roadmap, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build the AI-native operating system rather than building it in isolation
Own pricing strategy, SKUs, and the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring pricing structures and deal execution are clean, consistent, and scalable
Own the forecasting cadence and develop robust, repeatable forecasting models (pipeline, bookings, ARR) that improve accuracy and predictability
Build the AI-powered operating layer — automated briefings, pipeline intelligence, meeting prep, and reporting dashboards — that gives the commercial organization real-time visibility
Establish and maintain a unified KPI framework, ensuring alignment on definitions, visibility, and accountability across the funnel
Act as connective tissue across live opportunities, coordinating Marketing, Finance, the RFP team, Value Enablement, and Sales Engineering so they're effectively leveraged
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to align execution with company goals and financial plans
Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales efficiency to identify opportunities and drive improvements
Design and manage sales compensation and incentive plans that align with business objectives and drive desired behaviors across GTM teams
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Build a deep understanding of Arcadia's GTM model, revenue streams, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, NDR, GDR, pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycle)
Assess current RevOps infrastructure, CRM configuration, reporting, and forecasting methodologies
Map the current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations, and begin forming a point of view on the optimal, AI-native tech stack
Establish trust across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership
In 6 months
Own the CRM and forecasting cadence end-to-end, with a unified KPI framework giving clear visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and GTM efficiency
Ship the first version of the AI-powered operating layer (automated briefings, dashboards, and reporting tools) that reduces manual reporting burden for commercial leadership
Improve forecast accuracy through enhanced pipeline modeling and data-driven insights
In 12 months
Operate a scalable revenue operating system — process, CRM, forecasting, and AI tooling — that enables predictable growth and aligns planning across GTM and Finance
Deliver consistent, high-confidence forecasts and actionable insights that directly inform the executive team's decisions
Improve key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales productivity, retention) through data-driven optimizatio
What You'll Bring
The Role, Done Before
You have held this exact role — Head/Director of Revenue Operations or equivalent — at a company of similar growth stage, and can point to what you built and owned.
Growth-Stage Fluency
Track record of operating at growth-stage speed and ambiguity — scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable building infrastructure from scratch rather than administering something already built. Candidates whose experience is exclusively at large, mature organizations without growth-stage exposure are not a fit for this seat.
Deep SaaS Metrics Expertise
Strong command of key SaaS metrics including ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage, and sales productivity, and how they connect to business performance.
Forecasting & Modeling Rigor
Proven ability to build and operationalize forecasting models (e.g., pipeline velocity, ARR forecasting) that improve accuracy and predictability.
CRM & Systems Ownership
Deep, hands-on experience owning a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and the broader GTM tech stack — configuration, data integrity, and workflow design, not just consumption of dashboards.
Pricing & Quote-to-Cash Experience
Hands-on experience owning pricing strategy, SKU structure, and the quote-to-cash process, ideally in a company that scaled or restructured its pricing model.
AI-Forward
Comfortable using AI tools to build operational leverage — automating reporting, briefings, and workflows rather than relying solely on headcount to scale.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Track record of partnering effectively with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership to drive alignment and results.
Operator Mindset

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the Manager of Commercial Applied AI Architects at Anthropic, you will drive adoption of frontier AI across our mid-market and SMB customers by leading a team of technical architects who help companies build and deploy with the Claude API, Claude Code, the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise. Commercial is one of Anthropic's largest and fastest-moving books of business: thousands of companies, a rapidly growing sales team, and a small group of architects whose job is to change deal outcomes where technical depth matters most. Your team's leverage does not come from being everywhere. It comes from choosing the right accounts to go deep on, then turning what they learn there into blueprints, demos, tooling, and enablement that reach the rest of the book.
You will bring your own builder credibility and technical judgment to the role. Our architects ship working code: prototypes, eval frameworks, near-production examples that customers extend, and internal tooling that scales the team itself. You do not need to be the strongest engineer in the room, but you should expect to be in the work with your team, not just reviewing it from above. When an architect is deep in a hard engagement, you will often be right there alongside them, unblocking, pairing, and pressure-testing, while the account itself stays theirs.
This is a first-line leadership role reporting to the Head of Applied AI, Commercial. You will start by managing a team of architects and are expected to help grow it well beyond its current size, partnering with Commercial sales leadership on coverage, qualification, and where technical investment pays off. You will co-own the strategy for how Applied AI shows up in the Commercial segment, and you will be judged on your team's outcomes and growth, not your own.
Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and grow a team of Commercial Applied AI Architects, setting a high bar for technical credibility, customer impact, and speed
Own hiring for your team as it scales, defining the profile, running the loop, and building onboarding that gets new architects into customer conversations quickly
Set goals and run reviews for your team, and develop each architect's career with clear, direct feedback
Decide where your team's depth goes. Own the qualification and prioritization framework for Applied AI engagement across a very large book, and be comfortable saying no
Work alongside your architects on their most consequential engagements, from technical discovery through deployment and expansion, and model what great looks like without taking the work off their plate
Build and own the segment's technical playbooks for Claude API integrations, Claude Code rollouts, agentic architectures on the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise deployments, and turn account-level wins into reusable assets that scale one-to-many
Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership and Account Executives to co-build segment strategy, tighten the AE-to-architect operating model, and drive adoption across mid-market and SMB
Ensure your team consistently surfaces how mid-market companies are building with Claude, and translate that signal into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering
Represent Anthropic technically at customer sites, workshops, roadshows, and events, and contribute to thought leadership through content and speaking
Stay ahead of the AI engineering landscape, including agentic architectures, eval design, context engineering, and developer tooling, and keep your team operating at the frontier
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar), with 3+ years managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams
Know how to hire well, coach effectively, give hard feedback kindly, and create an environment where builders do their best work
Have led technical teams in a high-velocity, high-volume sales motion, where the constraint is your team's capacity rather than pipeline, and have a real point of view on how to allocate scarce technical talent across a large book
Bring builder credibility. You have built and deployed LLM-powered applications, you understand what separates a prototype from a production system, and you can hold your own with a customer's engineering leadership
Have hands-on familiarity with agentic architectures, LLM evaluation, and modern AI developer tooling, and can coach architects through the design decisions their customers face
Have a systems mindset. When you see a problem, your instinct is to build one thing that serves ten customers rather than ten things that serve one
Are comfortable in ambiguous, early-stage environments where the playbook does not exist yet, and have a track record of building structure as you go
Have strong executive presence and can build trust with technical and business leaders alike
Have a genuine passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial
Strong candidate may have:
Scaled a technical pre-sales or forward-deployed team from a handful of people to a mature function, including defining the hiring bar, onboarding programs, and coaching systems from scratch
Sold to and built for mid-market companies, with a clear understanding of how technical buying decisions differ between a 500-person company and a Fortune 500
Rolled out AI coding assistants or developer tools inside engineering organizations, and know how those teams evaluate, adopt, and measure them
A visible technical presence through conference talks, written content, or open-source contributions
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
