The role
OLX is launching a new Motors and Real Estate platform in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced and hands-on
Senior Head of Business Development
to be the first on-the-ground commercial leader to build it. The launch will be seeded with OLX's existing classifieds inventory in a market that already has more than 330,000 vehicle listings and 130,000 real estate listings, and there is no existing team or playbook to inherit; you'll build both.
You'll build the supply and customer relationships that underpin the new marketplace (starting with large dealers, real estate agencies, semi-professional sellers, and importers) and create the local team needed to run and grow the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working closely with vertical leaders of Real Estate and Motors within a broader OLX Group ecosystem globally, while drawing on local market knowledge, relationships, and the existing OLX Ukraine business where appropriate.
This is a full-time role based on the ground in
Kyiv, Ukraine
.
Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with
large dealers, semi-professional sellers, vehicle importers, and real estate agencies
, converting them into active supply partners for the new marketplaces.
Recruit, structure, and lead a
new local commercial team
from the ground up, defining roles, processes, and ways of working where none exist today. All in line with global OLX policies and culture.
Own delivery of the
stage-one marketplace launch
, built as a product seeded with existing OLX Ukraine listings.
Drive
supply-side growth and listing volume
as the top priority through the first quarter after launch.
Partner with a future sales team to design and roll out a
premium-visibility (monetization) offer
for sellers once supply scale is established.
Track the competitive landscape — classifieds players, other two-sided marketplaces, and large dealer and real estate groups — to inform positioning and prioritization.
Cooperate closely with global Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, providing customer insights and market information to steer the vision and roll out of products and features
.
Key skills and experience
Based in
Ukraine
, or a Ukrainian national currently abroad who is willing and able to relocate back. Being on the ground is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Proven experience in a marketplace or classifieds business, ideally with exposure to "flywheel" dynamics (supply driving demand driving further supply). This matters more than sector-specific sales experience or prior automotive or real estate expertise.
Alternatively, strong commercial leadership, business development, or sales experience from sectors where supply-partner cooperation is central and the consumer is at the heart of the business model — for example, payments, telecom, mobility, food delivery, or other two-sided platform environments.
Strong communicator with a demonstrated track record of
building relationships
with local business owners, dealers, and partners.
Comfortable
building from zero
: energized by defining process, hiring a team, and creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Experience in the automotive or real estate sector, prior experience in a
founder, country-launch, or “zero-to-one”
commercial role will be a plus.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "desire to win".
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; Belgrade, Serbia; Berlin, Germany; Paphos, Cyprus; Remote, Germany; Warsaw, Poland
Founding Tech Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you a hands-on engineer who loves zero-to-one challenges? Do you want to build systems with real context and memory that do more than reason, use tools, and drive actual business outcomes?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. Business context usually gets fragmented across CRMs, documents, dashboards, and people's heads. GrowthBricks brings that context together so agents and people can make decisions and execute effectively across the sales, marketing, and product stack.
About GrowthBricks
GrowthBricks is a shared business brain for GTM teams and AI agents.
It brings together the context that usually lives across CRM, docs, dashboards, tools, and people’s heads: who we sell to, why customers buy, what matters now, what we tried, and what worked. Agents and people use that context to decide what to do next and execute across the GTM stack.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Founding Tech Lead to build GrowthBricks from zero.
You’ll work directly with the product founder and own the technical side of the product: architecture, core systems, integrations, and the agent layer.
The core challenge is turning fragmented, changing business context into reliable memory and agent actions across tools and measuring whether those actions actually drive business outcomes.
You’ll write a lot of the early code yourself, make the key technical decisions, and shape the product as we learn what works.
What you’ll work on
Design the core architecture: business context, agents, tools, integrations, and feedback loops.
Build agentic workflows that can reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
Build context extractors from GTM team artifacts like sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM state, marketing campaigns, etc.
Work on prompting, context management, memory, tool use, and orchestration.
Connect GrowthBricks to the existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding everything around it.
Decide where to use MCP, APIs, frameworks, or third-party tools and where a custom solution is worth it.
Prototype fast, discard weak ideas, and turn the useful ones into product primitives.
We expect that you
Are a strong hands-on engineer who enjoys zero-to-one work.
Have built with LLMs, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people, and improved them based on failures, evaluations, and user feedback.
Understand how context, prompting, tools, and agent behavior fit together.
Can design backend systems, APIs, data models, and integrations.
Are comfortable making decisions before all the answers are known.
Prefer simple, pragmatic solutions over unnecessary complexity.
We’re especially interested if you
Have worked in solution engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales, or built software for GTM teams.
Understand the modern GTM stack: CRM, enrichment, outbound, automation, and product signals.
Have automated sales or marketing workflows, ideally with agents or LLMs.
Have owned a technical product from a blank repo to something people actually used.
GTM experience is not mandatory, but if you already understand how sales and marketing teams work, that is a strong advantage.
What we offer
A competitive salary and strong benefits package.
The runway and resources of an established company, with startup-level autonomy.
A founding role with direct influence over both product and architecture.
Real users and real workflows from day one.
Freedom to choose the stack, tools, and technical approach.
A chance to help define what an agent-native GTM product should look like.

You will take ownership of a broad portfolio of Supply Chain responsibilities, including inventory and availability management, demand forecasting, supplier performance and operational supplier management. You will use data and strong commercial judgement to balance availability, inventory, shrinkage, and profitability, ensuring that Supply Chain decisions support both our customers and the overall performance of the business.
The role requires a high degree of independence and ownership. You will identify opportunities and challenges, translate analysis into actions, and drive complex Supply Chain initiatives from problem definition through implementation and follow-up with limited guidance.
You will work particularly closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst and act as an experienced sparring partner to the Finland Category and Store Operations teams. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the regional Supply Chain team and the wider Wolt Market Supply Chain community, sharing knowledge, contributing to common initiatives and supporting the continuous development of our Supply Chain capabilities.

Analyse demand, inventory, availability, shrinkage and supplier performance and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.
Own and continuously improve demand forecasting and replenishment processes, including forecasting around promotions, seasonal events and other changes in demand.
Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps and root causes, and independently develop and execute actions to improve performance.
Work closely with Category to evaluate the Supply Chain implications of supplier, assortment, promotion and commercial decisions and provide constructive challenge where required.
Partner closely with Store Operations to identify and solve Supply Chain-related operational challenges and ensure processes work effectively from supplier through to store.
Manage operational relationships with suppliers and collaborate on topics including ordering, delivery performance, lead times, order conditions, availability and Supply Chain improvements.
Identify structural supplier or assortment-related Supply Chain challenges and develop commercially sound solutions together with relevant stakeholders.
Own complex projects and larger workstreams from analysis and problem definition through implementation, stakeholder alignment and measurement of results.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain tools, systems, automation and processes.
Use data, analytical tools and AI to diagnose complex problems where multiple factors need to be considered and exercise sound judgement in determining the appropriate solution.
Proactively identify new business needs and improvement opportunities and develop proposals for how Supply Chain can address them.
Work closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst, sharing expertise, providing guidance and supporting development through informal mentoring and collaboration.
Collaborate with the regional Supply Chain team and wider Supply Chain community, contributing to cross-country projects, exchanging best practices and helping develop scalable ways of working.
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Category, Store Operations, Finance, Product and other relevant functions.
Manage several priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high level of quality and follow-through.
Take a hands-on approach and be willing to move between strategic analysis, problem solving and operational execution as required.
Demonstrate excellent business judgement and a practical, solution-oriented approach to getting things done.
Contribute positively to Wolt's culture and ways of working and be an active member of both the local and regional team.
Qualifications for the role
Strong experience in Supply Chain, inventory management, replenishment, demand planning or a closely related field, ideally within grocery, retail, e-commerce or another fast-moving environment.
Strong understanding of inventory and replenishment principles and the trade-offs between availability, stock levels, shrinkage and profitability.
Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex Supply Chain and business problems using data, structured analysis and commercial judgement.
Experience working with demand forecasting and translating forecasts into inventory and replenishment decisions.
Strong commercial understanding and the ability to assess Supply Chain decisions in the context of broader business performance and profitability.

High level of autonomy and the ability to determine the appropriate methods and approach when faced with new or ambiguous assignments.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build credible working relationships across different functions and levels of the organisation.
Ability and willingness to share expertise, provide guidance and informally mentor less experienced colleagues without formal people-management responsibility.
Highly analytical, structured and detail-oriented while maintaining a strong understanding of the bigger commercial picture.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with several competing priorities.
Advanced skills in analytical and productivity tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; experience with BI and Supply Chain systems is an advantage.
Passion for analytical excellence, continuous improvement and using data to make better decisions.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
