About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Product
In a rapidly evolving world, trust in AI depends on AI agents being grounded in fresh, verified real-world data. Search is the foundation that makes this possible.
We are building an agent-native search platform designed specifically for AI systems rather than human users. Our product provides programmatic, low-latency, and observable search APIs that AI agents use to retrieve, filter, and reason over real-world information at scale.
The Role
We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to work on the indexing and data processing layer of a novel search engine tailored for agentic AI consumption.
In this role, you will focus on building systems that ingest, process, and organise massive volumes of data into efficient, queryable structures. You will work primarily on offline and nearline pipelines, ensuring that data is fresh, complete, and efficiently accessible by downstream retrieval systems. You will operate in an environment where throughput, scalability, and correctness are critical; designing systems capable of handling tens of gigabytes per second across continuously evolving datasets.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
Design, implement, and operate large-scale indexing systems and data pipelines that sit at the core of our search infrastructure
Develop and optimise indexing strategies balancing performance, freshness, and resource efficiency
Work on storage formats, compaction strategies, and update mechanisms to keep data accessible and current
Ensure reliability and predictability of pipelines under high-throughput conditions
Build well-tested components with clear responsibilities and interaction contracts, while remaining flexible as the system evolves
Define and implement observability primitives, including structured logs, metrics, and data quality signals across offline and nearline pipelines
Monitor throughput, resource usage, and cost, and drive optimisations when business needs require it
Collaborate with runtime and ML teams to ensure indexing outputs meet retrieval and ranking requirements
Enable safe experimentation on indexing strategies and data processing logic through controlled rollouts and clearly defined quality signals
You may be a good fit if you:
8+ years of experience building production backend or data infrastructure systems
Strong Go experience (C++/Rust is a plus)
Experience with large-scale data processing systems (10+ GiB/sec throughput, petabyte-scale datasets, etc.)
Experience building or operating databases, storage systems, data planes, or indexing pipelines
Strong understanding of distributed systems, fault tolerance, consistency, and scalability
Experience running production systems and handling operational incidents
Systems-thinking mindset and ability to reason about end-to-end data flows
Strong candidates may also have experience with:
Distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark, Flink, MapReduce, or Beam
Content systems including, scraping, proxying, or anti-bot infrastructure
Ad tech, social networks, or other large-scale content platforms
DBMS internals (open source or SaaS) and cloud infrastructure
Open-source contributions or active involvement in the engineering community
Competitive programming or CTF participation (ICPC, IOI, or similar)
SHAD or similar advanced technical programmes
Conference talks or technical publications
We conduct coding interviews as part of the process.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams

Our product provides programmatic, low-latency, and observable search APIs that AI agents use to retrieve, filter, and reason over real-world information at scale.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on the rendering infrastructure of a novel search engine tailored for agentic AI consumption.
In this role, you will focus on loading modern web pages in a browser that we patch and build ourselves, so that content is rendered completely and reliably at a cost that works across billions of pages. You will work inside Chromium to remove what we do not need, make the rest faster and cheaper, and keep our build current as Chromium moves. Your work ensures that high-quality content is consistently available to the indexing and retrieval systems downstream.
In this position, your responsibility will be to
Change Chromium in its heavy core (Blink, the V8 integration, the compositor, the network service) to cut CPU, memory and startup cost per page
Strip Chromium down for agent workloads: skip what nobody needs, such as image and media decoding, web font downloads, and rasterization and GPU work where no one needs pixels, while keeping what page scripts depend on to run correctly (style, layout, animation frames, observers), and work out what breaks, or renders differently, when you do
Keep the browser compatible with the web: make sure that what we remove does not change how the sites we load behave or render
Profile and tune fleets of browsers: the process model, memory per renderer, startup, isolation and crash handling
Build the production system around it: how browsers are launched, pooled, recycled and monitored
You may be a good fit if you
Have 5+ years of experience building production systems, and are an expert in several of the following areas.
Inside the browser
Strong C++ in a large, performance-critical codebase, ideally Chromium, Blink or V8, or a comparable browser engine (Rust is a plus)
Chromium architecture: the process model, Mojo IPC, the rendering pipeline (DOM, style, layout, paint, compositing), and the network service
Building, debugging and shipping custom Chromium builds: the build system, tracing, crash analysis, and maintaining patches across releases
Performance and systems
Profiling CPU, memory and I/O for browser fleets, with tools such as perf, tracing and flame graphs
Linux process isolation and resource management, concurrency, and memory management
Have run browsers in production, or built the infrastructure that does, and can describe where the time and memory went
Strong candidates may also have experience with
Contributions to Chromium, Blink, V8, Firefox, WebKit or another browser engine
Building or maintaining a patched browser that you wrote the patches for
Browser instrumentation, including the Chrome DevTools Protocol
Working familiarity with how modern frontend frameworks render (SSR, CSR, streaming, hydration)
Distributed systems, Kubernetes, and Go or Python
The kind of problems you will work on
Cut the cost of loading a page in half. Where do CPU and memory go, and what would you change in the browser?
Turn off the GPU and image decoding for agent workloads. What breaks, and what changes in how pages load and render?
A page runs a script that never yields. How do we detect and stop it without help from the page?
Chromium ships a new version. How do we bring a large set of patches forward in days, not weeks?
Decide when a page is finished, for pages with analytics beacons, long polling and endless scrolling.
We conduct coding interviews as part of the process.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects

We build production AI systems for enterprises. Financial services, healthcare companies, PE-backed operators. We are a Select-tier partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, among the first integrators selected.
Every one of those systems has two stories. What we built, and why it changed the economics of the business that bought it. Most technical marketing tells the first and bores the buyer.
We want one person who can tell both, and build things themselves. Not a marketer who uses AI tools. Not an engineer who writes copy. Someone who moves between the two without noticing the border.
What you will do:
Tell both halves of the story. Sit close to the teams shipping these systems, understand what was actually hard, and translate it into video, writing, and demos that travel. Then go a level up: what the system changed for the operator, what it cost, what it replaced, why the CFO signed.
Shape how Provectus is positioned. Not just the case studies but the argument above them. What we stand for, which problems we claim, where we say no. You will have a real hand in that, not a style guide to follow.
Build the tools that make the marketing work. A scraper that watches what our market is saying. An agent that drafts case studies from delivery artifacts. A microsite for a launch. A dashboard showing which stories moved pipeline. You write the code. You do not file a ticket and wait.
Own channels outright. Write, publish, and measure across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and whatever channel matters six months from now that does not matter today.
Run experiments and kill the ones that lose. Real budget, real autonomy, in exchange for showing your numbers.
What we are looking for:
You have shipped things people used. A side project, a channel with an audience, a tool, a launch. We care more about what you made than where you worked.
You write well, and you have a point of view. You can hold attention for 90 seconds on video and 900 words on a page.
You are curious about how companies make money. You can read a business case and find the part that actually matters. You can sit with a CFO or a PE operator and not reach for features.
You code. Python or TypeScript, comfortably. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent every day and you have opinions about them. You have built something agentic that does actual work.
You are interested in AI for real. You read the papers, or the people who read the papers, and you have changed your mind about something in the last six months.
You are anywhere from your first job to your tenth year. Three levels, one bar: what have you made. If you are early, show us an internship where the bar was high and a portfolio with range. If you are senior, tell us what you built with your own hands in the last 90 days.
You are in New York or San Francisco, or you will be.
What we offer:
Base salary of $80,000 to $180,000 depending on level and location, plus a performance bonus.
Direct access to the people building the systems and the executives selling them. Small team, no layers between you and the work.
A budget for tools, models, and experiments, with no approval chain under a threshold.
Promotion tied to output, not tenure.
401(k) profit sharing plan after probation period
Unlimited PTO policy
Medical, Visual and Dental insurance
How to apply:
No cover letter. Send three links: something you wrote, something you built, and something you posted that got a reaction. One paragraph on why the third one worked.
Then, two sentences on a company whose positioning you think is wrong and what you would change.
Base salary depends on level and location, plus a performance bonus.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
👩💻 THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within UTC−6 to UTC+3.
Oyster’s Data Engineering team is building the foundational AI platform layer that will enable teams across Oyster to develop, deploy, and operate secure, production-grade AI capabilities. As a Senior Data Engineer focused on AI Platform, you’ll work at the intersection of data engineering, platform engineering, and applied AI. You’ll build the data pipelines, services, integrations, and reusable platform capabilities that power AI use cases across Oyster.
You’ll leverage Oyster’s existing AWS and Snowflake data platform to make enterprise data accessible, reliable, secure, and useful for AI, supporting capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, tool calling, and AI workflows.
This is not a traditional data engineering role focused primarily on analytics pipelines or reporting. You’ll help define and build the data and platform foundations that let AI systems move from experimentation to reliable production, working closely with Engineering, Product, IT, and other teams across Oyster.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build data pipelines and platform capabilities that support AI applications, knowledge systems, and AI workflows.
- Build and maintain data and knowledge pipelines for ingestion, transformation, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, vector search, metadata, and knowledge management.
- Develop secure, reusable ways for AI systems to access enterprise data and systems using APIs, MCP, tool calling, and similar patterns.
- Build reusable services, libraries, frameworks, and developer tooling that make it easier for engineering teams to build and productionize AI capabilities.
- Apply strong data engineering practices around data modeling, data quality, lineage, access, reliability, and governance to AI-related data and systems.
- Help establish patterns for AI deployment, observability, evaluation, and lifecycle management, including quality, latency, reliability, security, and cost.
- Partner with engineers and stakeholders to take AI use cases from prototype to production, ensuring the underlying data and infrastructure are scalable and maintainable.
- Ensure AI platform capabilities meet Oyster’s security, privacy, access control, and data governance requirements.
- Evaluate emerging AI and data technologies and determine where they can create meaningful value for Oyster.
Core Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, backend engineering, ML engineering, or a related discipline, with experience building and operating production systems.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Strong data engineering fundamentals, including data pipelines, data modeling, data quality, orchestration, and secure data access.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable modern data platforms, and tools such as dbt, Airflow, or similar.
- Hands-on experience building or supporting production systems using LLMs / generative AI.
- Practical experience with one or more of RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI agents, or enterprise knowledge systems.
- Experience building data or platform capabilities that are reusable across teams, rather than only developing one-off solutions.
- Experience taking systems from experimentation to reliable production, including considerations around scalability, observability, performance, and maintainability.
- Solid understanding of security, authentication/authorization, privacy, and data governance, particularly in the context of enterprise data.
- Strong communicator who can work across Engineering, Product, and IT to turn ambiguous AI and data problems into practical engineering solutions.
Bonus
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or other managed foundation-model platforms.
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar approaches for connecting AI systems to enterprise tools and data.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, monitoring, or AI quality.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases or search technologies.
- Experience implementing AI security, governance, or responsible AI practices.
- Experience building internal developer platforms, SDKs, APIs, or reusable infrastructure for engineering teams.
- Experience working across data engineering and AI/ML platform environments.
YOU'LL ALSO NEED
- A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one).
- Fluent English language skills.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE DATA FOUNDATIONS TEAM ⭐
At Alan, every decision we make about our members' care, contracts and claims is a data decision. The Data Foundations team builds the platform that makes those decisions possible in a safe way.
- Being part of the Data Foundations team means you’ll build, maintain, and improve the Data Platform used by everyone at Alan.
- We enable Alan’s data-driven nature and help our colleagues make the most of their data.
- Partner closely with people across Alan (technical and non-technical) to understand their needs and build data solutions they can trust and use effectively.
- We own and manage all data-related tools that power Alan.
- AI is changing the way companies work with data: agents are becoming first-class users of our data warehouse. It opens a world of new usage and exciting features, as well as concerns around security, data quality and governance. We are building the foundations that allow Alan to make the most of this exciting new paradigm.
- Alan is expanding quickly: we went from 4 to 6 countries this year and we won’t stop there. Our objective is to onboard new countries in weeks, not months. Having strong data foundations is a cornerstone of that expansion, allowing our teams to make sense of a patchwork of insurance systems, regulations and reporting rules.
- Examples of our missions:
- improve the developer experience when building and maintaining data pipelines,
- enable reliable and secure access to our data warehouse for Alaners and AI agents,
- strengthen security and governance around our data assets,
- define and implement standard data practices across Alan,
- maintain and evolve our core data infrastructure to accommodate Alan's international expansion and growing product breadth…
- Our core tools include Python, Airflow, Snowflake, AWS/GCP, Metabase, Terraform, dbt, and others.
- Who you'll work with: Data Foundations is a small, high-leverage team inside the Tech Foundations area, whose mission is to enable product crews through world-class infrastructure, developer experience, operational excellence, and built-in security. You'd be joining as one of its core engineers, working daily with the whole Data community at Alan.
🎯 EXPECTED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
You would thrive at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions for them.
- 3+ years of experience demonstrating impact in Data positions. We welcome candidates from early-career to highly experienced profiles. You may already have strong expertise in Data Engineering, or be an experienced data or software engineer looking to deepen your specialization in this area.
- Experience building and operating production data infrastructure: orchestration (Airflow or similar), a cloud data warehouse, infrastructure as code.
- Experience designing systems, tools or libraries used by other engineers, scientists or analysts.
- Proficient in Python and SQL. Setting a high standard of rigor and precision for yourself, interested in your craft.
- Curious about AI and eager to use it thoughtfully to increase your impact.
- Great listening and communication skills.
- Humble, kind, collaborative, and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!).
- Fluent and clear in English, both oral and written (no need to speak French!).
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

, and

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead the next phase of OKX's growth in Australia. This is a leadership role: you will build and lead our sales and partnerships function to win customers, grow trading volume and deliver revenue in the Australian market.
You will have direct impact and responsibility for business metrics including revenue, AUM and growth in key customer segments. That means generating a robust pipeline, closing deals, signing partnerships, and leading a team that turns opportunities into trading activity. As part of a global exchange, you will also connect our global capabilities with the needs of the Australian market, working closely with local and global Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Legal & Compliance to make sure commercial priorities turn into strong execution.
This is a builder role. We are looking for a hands-on seller and sales leader, comfortable building the sales playbook, opening doors, closing deals and building the team required to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Australian Sales Plan & Revenue Targets
Responsibility for Australian revenue and trading volume targets, with clear accountability for pipeline, forecast and delivery.
Identify and prioritise the highest-value customer segments and accounts.
Set clear KPIs and operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, forecasting, win/loss analysis), and adjust focus based on results.
Build and Lead the Sales Team
Develop and execute strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and trading activity.
Identify opportunities to strengthen OKX's positioning and competitive differences in Australia.
Build scalable commercial models and growth channels rather than relying solely on short-term campaigns or individual relationships.
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Growth teams to improve customer journeys, propositions and conversion across the funnel.
Lead Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Coach and lead a high-performing sales team in Australia, with clear targets and incentives.
Build a repeatable sales process: prospecting, qualification, closing and account management.
Drive customer acquisition, activation and retention through direct sales and account management.
Feed market and competitor insight back to Product and Marketing.
Build a scalable pipeline, not one that depends on a few individual relationships.
Win and Grow Key Accounts
Personally support with closing high-value customers, including institutional and VIP/high-net-worth clients.
Work with Operations, Product and Marketing to tailor propositions for each segment - including localisations of products and segment specific campaigns.
Develop
Strategic Partnerships
& Distribution
Originate, negotiate and close strategic partnerships that materially accelerate OKX's growth in Australia.
Explore new distribution channels (fintech, payments, brokerage, wealth, exchanges and other platforms) beyond traditional crypto acquisition.
Own partner relationships after signing and track the revenue from each.
Navigate a Global and Regulated Environment
Partner closely with Compliance, Legal and Risk teams to ensure commercial strategies and market initiatives are developed within applicable regulatory requirements.
What We Look For In You
8+ years in sales, business development or partnerships, including experience leading a sales team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or sales targets, and of building or scaling a sales function, ideally within crypto, fintech, trading, brokerage, financial services or another competitive, regulated business.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results: revenue, trading volume, new customers won and AUM.
Strong understanding of the Australian market, including local customer behaviour, competitors and growth opportunities.
Hands-on seller who can still lead from the front.
Proven experience closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to originate and negotiate strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements.
Comfortable using CRM and pipeline data to forecast and manage performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix organisation.
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment where leaders are expected to build rather than simply manage.
Genuine interest in blockchain technology, digital assets and the evolution of financial markets.
Nice-To-Haves
Existing book of clients or partners in Australia's crypto, fintech, institutional or payments ecosystem
Experience at a crypto exchange or platform, or other regulated financial services business
Understanding of crypto trading products, customer segments and market structure.
Experience in trading, brokerage, derivatives or other transaction-driven businesses where success is measured by customer trading activity and AUM.
Experience working across global and cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with Australia's regulatory environment for digital assets and financial services.
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

An overview of this role
As a Technical Program Manager in GitLab’s R&D organization, you’ll lead cross functional initiatives that help teams deliver reliably, efficiently, and at scale. You’ll own programs that cut across multiple product stages and engineering teams, turning strategic priorities into clear plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. You’ll use GitLab issues, epics, and handbook-first documentation to create visibility, remove blockers, and keep complex work moving across time zones, while partnering closely with Engineering Leadership at all levels. In your first year, you’ll be expected to independently run a portfolio of programs from scoping through delivery and retrospectives, and to improve how R&D programs operate by contributing to and evolving Technical Program Management best practices.
What you’ll do
Lead 1–3 strategic technical programs at a time spanning multiple engineering teams and product stages, ensuring clear scope, priorities, and outcomes.
Partner with engineering leaders and other key stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and delivery milestones for cross functional initiatives.
Own end-to-end program planning and execution, from initial discovery and scoping through delivery, measurement, and retrospectives.
Drive asynchronous collaboration using GitLab issues, epics, and handbook updates so globally distributed teams stay aligned and informed.
Identify risks and blockers early, coordinate resolution across teams, and escalate when needed to maintain momentum.
Facilitate working group meetings and async discussions to support decision-making, surface tradeoffs, and keep programs on track.
Track and communicate program health through metrics, dashboards, and regular status updates to provide visibility to the Engineering Division and partners.
Contribute to evolving Technical Program Management practices by documenting processes, sharing learnings, and improving how R&D programs run across GitLab.
What you’ll bring
Experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, or similar technical roles.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile ways of working, including how engineering teams plan, build, and ship.
Skill in coordinating programs across multiple engineering teams or departments, aligning stakeholders on goals, timelines, and milestones.
Strong written communication skills for asynchronous, documentation-first collaboration in a fully remote environment.
Ability to work independently in a distributed setting, set priorities, and make progress with minimal supervision.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying blockers, and proposing practical solutions to keep programs moving.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or platforms like GitLab, with interest in deepening this knowledge over time.
Openness to learning, iterating based on feedback, and applying transferable skills from varied backgrounds to technical program management.
About the team
You’ll join the R&D organization as part of the Technical Program Management function, a small, cross-functional team that leads high-impact programs spanning multiple product stages and departments. The team focuses on driving clarity, alignment, and predictable delivery for complex initiatives that touch many parts of GitLab, using a handbook-first, asynchronous way of working with stakeholders across regions and time zones. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering leaders and partners in other functions to improve how programs are planned, executed, and communicated, helping evolve shared practices, templates, and tooling for program governance across R&D.

Regulatory Compliance:
Collaborate with AML/Compliance partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in risk control strategies.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of product or operations strategy experience in the risk management area, familiar with risk decision engines, modeling services, and risk analytics tooling.
Proven experience designing operational frameworks and SOPs for a review or investigation function at scale - not only documenting existing processes, but architecting the workflow, decision matrices, and escalation paths behind them. Experience with AI-assisted or human-in-the-loop operations is a strong plus.
Ability to translate operational strategy into detailed product requirements, and communicate those requirements clearly to cross-functional teams - including but not limited to engineering, business, partnership, operations, and merchant tech. Comfortable working closely with engineering on system and workflow design.
Track record of owning quality and throughput outcomes for a review or investigation function — defining QA standards, calibrating reviewer decisions, and driving measurable improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
Experience planning and managing review capacity, including in-house and outsourced/BPO teams, across multiple regions and time zones.
Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking, and acting upon impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment.
Nice to Haves
Personal trading experience or education in financial or payment risk management.
Exposure to dispute, chargeback, or representment operations at a payment provider, acquirer, or issuer.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added bonus, as you may cross-functionally collaborate with technical colleagues who primarily speak Mandarin.
