ABOUT THE COMPANY
Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world.
You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We are hiring a VP of Engineering to own the craft, quality, and technical direction of our roughly 50-person engineering organization as we enter our next stage of growth. We expect to approximately double the size of the team, and we’re looking for a leader who has successfully scaled a high-performing engineering organization while maintaining an exceptionally high technical bar.
This isn’t a role focused on adding headcount for the sake of growth. We want someone who can thoughtfully scale the team, strengthen the systems that move real money, and make our engineers significantly more effective as the organization grows. This leader should be deeply technical and genuinely engaged in the code, architecture, and engineering decisions—not operating adjacent to them.
You will lead through a mix of direct reports and a small group of engineering managers and tech leads, partnering closely with Product, Risk, and Compliance. You will spend your time on design reviews, incident retros, hiring, and the handful of technical bets that determine whether we can support the next order of magnitude of transaction volume.
If your ideal week is entirely calendar blocks and roadmap decks, this is not the right role. If your ideal week includes a hard design debate, a code review that changes someone's mind, and a coaching conversation that raises a manager's ceiling, keep reading.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own engineering strategy and architecture across card issuing, wallets, ledger, money movement, onchain settlement, and integrations with card networks and banking partners — including the multi-year technical roadmap that gets us there.
- Set and own Rain's engineering quality bar across system design, code review, testing, observability, documentation, and technical decision-making, ensuring correctness is treated as critical for systems that move customer funds.
- Go deep where the risk is. You won't own day-to-day code, but you will review critical designs, weigh in on the highest-consequence architecture and build-vs.-buy decisions, and be technical enough that no one can hand you a bad design and have it pass.
- Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence by establishing SLOs, improving incident response, capacity planning for 10x growth, and designing resilient systems with graceful degradation, idempotency, and replay capabilities.
- Build security, compliance, and correctness into the platform by design, partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, and Security to meet PCI, SOC 2, fraud-control, regulatory, and blockchain infrastructure requirements.
- Increase engineering velocity without sacrificing quality through improvements to CI/CD, developer tooling, local environments, technical debt management, and architecture that enables teams to ship safely and independently.
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization by hiring and coaching engineering managers and technical leads, establishing clear team ownership and boundaries, and owning headcount planning and the performance bar.
- Operate as a member of the leadership team — translating company strategy into technical plans, partnering across Product, Design, Risk, Compliance, and GTM, and representing engineering to the board, banking and network partners, and customers.
YOU ARE LIKELY TO SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- 15+ years building production software, including 8+ years leading engineers and meaningful time leading managers.
- Current technical credibility. You have written or reviewed meaningful production code recently enough that an architecture review is a place you add value, not a place you nod along.
- Deep experience with distributed backend systems at scale: data modeling, consistency and idempotency, queues and event-driven design, and the operational reality of running all of it.
- A track record of raising an engineering bar. You can point to specific practices you introduced and the measurable change in quality, velocity, or reliability that followed.
- Real reliability ownership — you have carried a pager, run incident command during a serious outage, and built the follow-through that kept it from recurring.
- Experience in payments, fintech, banking infrastructure, or another domain where money, ledgers, or regulatory obligations made correctness non-negotiable.
- You have hired and developed engineering managers, not only engineers. There are leaders you grew who would come work for you again.
- Clear written communication. You can make a complex technical tradeoff legible to a CEO, a compliance officer, and a partner's engineering team in the same week.
- Executive range. You are as comfortable in a board or partner conversation as you are in a design review, and you can hold a technical position under commercial pressure.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You would rather ship something correct this quarter than design something perfect for next year.
BONUS ATTRIBUTES:
- Hands-on experience with card issuing, processing, or the Visa and Mastercard network stack.
- Working knowledge of stablecoins, onchain settlement, custody and key management, or EVM and Solana infrastructure.
- Experience operating under SOC 2, PCI DSS, or bank and program-manager oversight.
- Experience leading distributed or multi-region teams.

PlanetScale is growing rapidly and reinventing the database space. The PlanetScale platform offers both PostgreSQL and Vitess clusters. Vitess is an open-source database clustering system for horizontal scaling of MySQL that enables businesses to efficiently handle large-scale data workloads — without sacrificing developer experience. We're bringing the same scaling power to PostgreSQL with Neki, our sharded PostgreSQL product.
We're hiring a software engineer to build the internal tools that run PlanetScale. You'll automate the manual work that slows a growing company down: incident response, on-call, support workflows, onboarding, and the dozens of other small things that take up our time.
Location
This role is in-office only at our San Francisco headquarters. You must already live in the SF Bay Area and be able to work from the office most days.
This is not a remote role. We do not offer relocation. We do not sponsor visas.
If you need to relocate, work remotely, or need visa sponsorship, please do not apply.
What You'll Do
Build AI-enabled tools and agents that automate manual work across engineering, support, and operations
Write bots and integrations for Slack, PagerDuty, and the other systems we run the business on
Build internal dashboards that give the team visibility into what's actually happening
Integrate LLM APIs and AI coding tools directly into the internal systems you build
Ship small, useful things fast. Iterate based on what people need
Work directly with senior engineers and leadership to find friction and fix it
Own your projects end to end: design, build, ship, support
For example, you might:
Automate our incident response process
Build automations for customer support
Build internal dashboards that measure our service quality
What We're Looking For
Required:
0-2 years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent project or internship work
Solid fundamentals in at least one of TypeScript, Ruby, or Go
Comfortable building with AI coding tools and LLM APIs. This role is AI-enabled work, not just AI-assisted
Comfort writing scripts, small services, or automations that solve a real problem
Clear written communication
Already based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We do not relocate for this role.
In-office at our San Francisco headquarters most days. This is not remote.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. We cannot sponsor visas.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Slack's API, GitHub Actions, or similar automation platforms
Exposure to Terraform or Kubernetes
A side project, bot, or tool you built to automate something in your own life
About You
You fix the annoying thing to save time. You'd rather ship something small this week than plan something big for next quarter. You ask good questions, take feedback well, and want to learn from engineers more senior than you. You want to be in the room with your team, not on a call. You're excited about AI tools not just to write code faster, but to design and ship whole systems.
Why PlanetScale
We're redefining how high-growth companies manage data at scale—and we work with some of the most exciting brands in gaming, consumer tech, and B2B SaaS. As a Software Engineer, you'll be at the core of building the platform that powers world-class apps used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide. PlanetScale is a profitable company with a philosophy centered around building small teams of p99 individuals and is recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America.
At PlanetScale we believe in supporting people to do their best work. Our mission is to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company. We strive to build an inclusive environment where all people feel that they are equally respected and valued, whether they are a candidate or an employee. We welcome applicants of any educational background, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, citizenship, socioeconomic status, disability, pregnancy status, and veteran status.
If you have a disability, please let us know if there's any way we can make the interview process better for you; we're happy to accommodate!
Total Compensation and Pay Transparency
An employee's total compensation consists of base salary + variable comp where appropriate + benefits + equity. A member of our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any further questions when we engage with you to begin the interview process.
Base salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD
Location: USA (Remote)
Workplace: Remote

Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped
Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
Direct sourcing as a real skill. You can build a market map from scratch and write outreach a senior engineer actually answers.
You already use AI in your own workflow. Come ready to show us what and how. This is one place where being early in your career is often an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team
Based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to be onsite [2-3] days a week
Nice to have:
experience at a consultancy or embedded delivery model, GTM or sales hiring, prior event or community building.
Where this goes:
This is a growing US function. The person who does this well takes on more of the community mandate, more senior searches, and a path toward owning the US talent function. We'll talk about that trajectory.
What We Offer:
Direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market with direct visibility to leadership.
Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and access to Anthropic's frontier models as part of our Strategic Partnership
Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
B2B contract model or Full-time W2 model.
Base $120-150k. Final offer reflects experience, skills, and market data.
Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; unlimited vacation; 401(K) matching plan (in case W2).
About Provectus:
Provectus
is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner working at the front edge of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory work. We focus on Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences, with offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Hiring process:
30-minute intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
60-minute deep dive into your experience and a conversation about one of our live reqs and how you'd approach that market
30-minute call with a Head of People Operations
On-site meeting with the CEO
Location: Berlin, Germany; Helsinki, Finland; Stockholm, Sweden
About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Who We Are
Global Marts builds the technology behind DoorDash's own grocery and retail operations across DashMart, Wolt Market, and Deliveroo Hop.
Our systems decide what products our stores stock, how much inventory to purchase, which vendors to source from, how warehouses execute orders, and what prices customers see.
We build everything from forecasting and replenishment systems to vendor management, warehouse execution, labor scheduling, space optimization, and pricing. Our in-house forecasting platform has replaced third-party solutions and now powers production globally.
This isn't a traditional CRUD backend environment. Much of our work involves designing new systems that solve complex operational problems at global scale.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll work primarily with Go or Kotlin and take end-to-end ownership of production systems and complex technical initiatives.
You'll:
Design, build, and operate backend systems that support inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, pricing, and fulfillment.
Own technical solutions from problem definition and design through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and production operation.
Work on data-heavy systems where software engineering meets forecasting, optimization, and operational decision-making.
Turn complex and sometimes ambiguous business problems into pragmatic, scalable technical solutions.
Make and influence architectural decisions, balancing scalability, reliability, development speed, and long-term maintainability.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and operations teams to shape solutions and technical direction.
Improve the reliability, observability, scalability, and operational excellence of the systems you own.
Support and raise the engineering standards of the team through technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively while applying strong engineering judgment to validate their output, improve development velocity, and identify opportunities where AI can create additional leverage.
How We Work
Autonomy & Ownership:
Engineers have end-to-end responsibility for their services, from design and implementation to production and on-call.
Collaboration:
Architecture and technical direction are shaped together. Senior engineers are expected to contribute actively to decisions and help others arrive at strong solutions.
Scalability & Simplicity:
We value pragmatic solutions that solve today's problems while providing a sustainable foundation for tomorrow.
Impact:
We work closely with Product, Data Science, and Operations, connecting technical decisions directly to real-world retail and operational outcomes.
Our Tech Stack
Our primary backend languages are Go and Kotlin.
We also use Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, GitHub Actions, and modern cloud infrastructure.
You don't need experience with every technology in our stack. We're more interested in strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals and your ability to learn and make sound technical decisions.
Our Humble Expectations
We're looking for engineers who:
Have strong experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems.
Have professional experience with Go, Kotlin, or another modern backend language.
Have experience owning services end-to-end, including design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, reliability, and production operations.
Have strong knowledge of backend and distributed systems fundamentals, including APIs, databases, asynchronous processing, failure handling, testing, and observability.
Are comfortable working with data-heavy systems and technologies such as Kafka, Snowflake, or similar streaming and data infrastructure.
Can navigate ambiguous problems, break them into actionable steps, make appropriate technical trade-offs, and deliver incrementally.
Can influence technical decisions beyond their immediate tasks and collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional partners.
Communicate technical concepts and decisions clearly and concisely.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively in their everyday engineering workflow while critically evaluating generated solutions and taking full ownership of the resulting code and technical decisions.
Look for opportunities to use AI to improve engineering productivity and solve problems more effectively, while understanding where human engineering judgment remains essential.
Nice to Have
Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
Forecasting, optimization, scheduling, recommendation, or decisioning systems.
Grocery, retail, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse technology.
ERP, vendor management, procurement, or workforce management integrations.
Replacing third-party or legacy platforms with internally built systems.
High-throughput event-driven or streaming architectures.
Why Join Us?
You'll help build the technology that powers DoorDash's global grocery and retail business, solving complex operational challenges across inventory, forecasting, fulfillment, pricing, and supply chain.
You'll have significant ownership over the systems you build and the opportunity to influence technical direction while working closely with experienced engineers, product managers, data scientists, and operations teams across multiple markets.
📍 This role is based in our tech hub in Helsinki or Stockholm. We work in distributed teams, but may not be able to support fully remote work or relocation.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Acceleration team’s mission is to make Perplexity the best place to build and ship software with AI agents. We build the infrastructure that engineers and agents rely on, and develop new ways for agents to write, test, review, and ship code. Our work helps teams move from an idea to production faster, without compromising quality or reliability.
We own the end-to-end development experience at Perplexity, from the environment where code is written to the systems that ship it to production. That includes local and cloud coding environments, build and test infrastructure, code review, and release management. We’re also building autonomous software development systems, where agents take on increasingly complex engineering work with explicit evaluation, verification, and safety controls. We own both the infrastructure these systems depend on and the workflows that make them useful.
As an AI Acceleration Engineer, you’ll turn emerging agent capabilities into dependable systems used across Perplexity. You’ll work directly with engineers to understand where development slows down, experiment with new approaches, and take promising ideas through to production. This role combines systems engineering, developer experience, and hands-on agent development, with a direct measure of success: helping teams spend less time on delivery overhead and more time building products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver the highest-impact opportunities to accelerate how Perplexity builds and ships software with AI.
- Work directly with engineering and business teams to understand their workflows, constraints, and bottlenecks, and build solutions that address how they actually work.
- Build and operate the infrastructure that engineers and agents depend on, including development environments, build and test systems, code review, and release tooling.
- Make our codebases, systems, and internal knowledge easier for agents to navigate, understand, and use through better tooling, interfaces, documentation, and context.
- Take agent-driven workflows from prototype to production, building the evaluations, verification, and controls needed to delegate increasingly complex engineering work safely.
- Improve delivery speed and software quality together. Measure the impact of your work on development time, review effort, and production reliability, and use those results to guide what comes next.
- Evaluate emerging models, tools, and approaches through hands-on experimentation. Turn the evidence into clear technical decisions, and drive adoption of the technologies that prove useful.
- Use AI extensively in your own engineering work, share what works, and help colleagues adopt effective practices. Partner with engineering leadership and recruiting to strengthen how we hire and develop engineers who work effectively with AI.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with substantial work in infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer productivity in technically complex environments.
- Daily, hands-on use of AI models and coding tools, with practical judgment about where they perform well, where they fail, and how to verify their output.
- Strong proficiency in one of the languages – Python, Go or Rust, along with the willingness to learn other languages as the work requires.
- Broad familiarity with the systems used by AI product and applied research teams, including cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML tooling. You don’t need deep expertise in every layer, but you should understand how they fit together.
- An ability to understand how engineers and researchers across disciplines work, paired with curiosity about the needs of business and operations teams. You build tools around users’ actual workflows and constraints.
- A drive to make codebases, systems, and processes easier to understand, operate, and change. You look for ways to replace brittle workflows and implicit knowledge with clear interfaces and reliable automation.
- Sound technical judgment about when to experiment, when to commit, and when to ship a pragmatic solution. You can balance immediate delivery with investments that make future work faster and more reliable.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build the data, systems, and growth infrastructure behind Avoca’s next stage of growth.
Our ambition is to build a world-class GTM engine. We’re looking for someone excited to build AI-powered systems that give a small team enormous leverage and have an outsized impact on revenue.
You’ll build the engine behind our outbound motion: mapping and enriching our target market, finding the signals that indicate which accounts are most likely to buy, and turning those signals into relevant outreach and timely action for our Sales team. You’ll also build and scale our autonomous outbound email program from the ground up, using AI-powered workflows to run personalized campaigns to thousands of accounts, while maintaining strong sending infrastructure and deliverability.
Beyond outbound, you’ll build the data pipelines, integrations, automations, and internal tools that make our Growth and Sales teams more effective. This is a builder-operator role: you’ll put the systems you create into practice, learn from their performance, and keep improving them. We’re looking for someone with the technical ability to build complex systems and the commercial judgment to focus that work on qualified pipeline and revenue.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and work closely with Sales and RevOps to turn better data, signals and workflows into pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build, run, and scale our autonomous outbound email engine end-to-end: from campaign strategy and execution to sending infrastructure, deliverability, measurement, and optimization — turning it into a major source of qualified pipeline
- Build and ship AI agents and GTM workflows for prospect research, account prioritization, personalization, content development and other repeatable work; continuously identify new opportunities to automate and expect to launch new agents regularly
- Map and enrich Avoca’s total addressable market, building the reliable account and contact data that powers our campaigns and outbound SDR motion
- Identify, test, and activate buying signals that surface the right accounts at the right time and trigger relevant outreach or rep action
- Build the integrations, automations, and internal tools that connect our data sources, CRM, enrichment providers, outbound platforms, and Sales workflows
- Partner closely with SDRs, Sales, and RevOps to improve targeting, lead routing, rep productivity, and the conversion of signals into pipeline
- Evaluate our GTM technology stack and decide what to buy, build or automate
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth ops, outbound, or another technical GTM role in a B2B environment
- A track record of building and operating large-scale outbound email programs that generated qualified pipeline
- Deep knowledge of outbound infrastructure and deliverability, including domain and inbox provisioning, authentication, warm-up, rotation, bounce management, and sender reputation
- Demonstrated expertise building AI-powered workflows for research, segmentation, personalization or campaign execution
- Hands-on experience building sophisticated workflows in tools such as Clay, Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, Smartlead, or similar platforms
- Strong technical foundations and comfort working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and conditional logic; working knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience building, enriching, and maintaining large account and contact datasets using multiple data providers and enrichment waterfalls
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn customer, market, and behavioral data into repeatable growth systems that create pipeline
WHO YOU ARE
- You’re a builder who wants to own both the system and the business outcome
- You combine technical depth with commercial instinct and can move comfortably between building AI-powered workflows, campaign strategy, and pipeline review
- You’re deeply curious and enjoy uncovering unconventional data, signals, and workflows that create alpha
- You move quickly, test pragmatically, and make good decisions without waiting for perfect data or an established playbook
- You’re rigorous about the details
- You build for the people using your systems and work closely with Growth, Sales, and RevOps to understand what they actually need
- You’re high-agency, resourceful, and excited to work in person in NYC with an ambitious team that moves quickly and holds a high bar
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building signal-based outbound for a mid-market sales motion
- Experience supporting or working closely with a scaled SDR organization
- Experience in vertical SaaS, home services, or another market with a large, identifiable universe of target businesses
- Experience building agentic workflows, AI-powered internal tools, or autonomous GTM systems from scratch
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected on target earnings for this role is $160,000-$210,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca’s total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
