HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤖 THE OFFER AREA
We’re the engine that decides what Alan sells, at what price, and on what terms.
Every Alan member, from a 3-person startup to a public administration body with 200K+ collaborators is covered by an offer that our area designed, priced, contracted and renews every year.
We own the whole offer lifecycle for several kind of services (health insurance, life & disability insurance, employee benefits) across 4 countries. We manage an incredible business complexity and diversity in a scalable way, and most importantly, we empower others to act autonomously on it:
- Offer creation: Enabling Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes, with a real-time pricer and AI assistance, without waiting days for an actuary.
- Contract Lifecycle: Not only signing a contract in one go and writing the settings that become the source of truth for the rest of Alan, but also providing Business Ops with the tools they need to pilot over the years a portfolio of 100K+ contracts
- Enabling growth: We’re at the root of Alan’s Insurance stack. Our technical decisions have a long reach: Claims, Billing and many other teams depends on us. We are key to lift blockers and enable the opening of new segments or markets.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- 🌍 One insurance stack for every country. We're replacing country-by-country code with a shared "Core Stack": one set of shared rules, with room for local differences. Spain already runs on it, and we’re now tackling France. The architecture decisions you make will shape how Alan sells insurance for the next 10 years. (How we made our offer builder global https://medium.com/alan/how-we-refactored-one-of-our-most-used-data-models-33cadaf31313)
- 🤖 AI-native underwriting. Insurance is complex, and most insurers need actuaries on every quote. We empower our Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes. AI-assisted smart alternatives, price explanations, pitching and more are already in the Sales hands, and there’s much more to build.
- 🛡️ Life & Disability as a first-class product: We’re bringing this historically smaller product at Alan to the same level of maturity as Health, with first class member XP, Ops and enabling access to a much wider population.
- 🧑🚀 A growing team. You'll hire it, shape it, and decide what it works on. Talent density, onboarding, feedback, and the mix of skills the area needs are yours to own.
- 🛡️ Technical direction and operational excellence. Architecture calls, quality standards and shaping the organization and incident response as we scale to more countries. And you stay hands-on: at Alan, engineering leaders are expected to build.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Dual impact: Shape both technical excellence and team growth, engineers become better while building better products
- Leadership growth: Influence engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy that shapes the future of healthcare delivery
- Your users sit next to you: Hundred of Alaners use what your team ships every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is very short, which allows you to iterate and move quickly.
- Complex domain, simple software: Regulated domain, many countries, many segments… The job is to model a messy real world into a stack that stays simple and easy to extend.
- Direct business impact. We own pricing, contract lifecycle and Sales tooling. We have a direct impact on Alan’s margin and growth.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an engineering leader who gets excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
- You partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONS
- Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
- You're excited and eager to keep writing code. You still review it, and you still ship some yourself.
- Comfortable with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
WHAT WE VALUE
- Curious, self-starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
- You develop people as much as you develop products.
- Ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team.
MISSION ALIGNMENT
- Healthcare technology and innovation excite you
- You understand that great engineering teams are built on psychological safety and continuous learning
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply!
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

About the Onchain Data Team
The Onchain Data team builds the core data and technology infrastructure behind OKX Web3. We connect to diverse blockchain networks and collect, process, govern, interpret, and serve large-scale onchain data, delivering accurate, real-time, and reliable capabilities to Wallet, DEX, Explorer, Risk, CeFi, and AI products.
Our scope includes, but is not limited to:
Multi-chain data ingestion, parsing, computation, and unified data models;
Data capabilities for onchain assets, transactions, addresses, tokens, contracts, and projects;
Blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, Onchain Data APIs, bots, and agents;
Labels, risk detection, risk-control data, and security investigation capabilities;
DEX trending rankings, token scoring, and other onchain data products;
Global multi-region deployment, high-availability architecture, performance optimization, and system reliability;
Deep application of AI in engineering, data analysis, risk investigation, and intelligent operations.
You will work on challenges involving heterogeneous chains, large-scale data, real-time computation, high concurrency, high availability, data accuracy, and complex cross-functional collaboration. Your work can directly improve user experience, asset security, and business growth.
What You May Work On
This is a broad hiring track rather than a single fixed role. Your responsibilities will be matched to your strengths, experience, and interests, and may include one or more of the following:
Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, or business systems, taking ownership of the quality and outcomes of critical modules.
Build multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch computation, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities, continuously improving data accuracy, completeness, and freshness.
Contribute to blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, onchain assets, labels, risk control, DEX rankings, token scoring, and related platforms or products.
Identify critical technical and business problems, make sound judgments, design solutions, coordinate resources, drive execution, and review outcomes.
Build highly available, high-performance, scalable global systems, while continuously improving reliability, cost efficiency, delivery efficiency, and user experience.
Use AI tools deeply and explore agents, intelligent investigation, engineering automation, and intelligent operations, turning successful practices into reusable team capabilities.
Collaborate with product, data, security, algorithm, operations, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
What We Value Most
Hunger — Curiosity and Drive
You stay curious about AI, Web3, emerging technologies, and new business domains, and can learn unfamiliar areas quickly.
You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend and distributed systems;
Real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage;
High-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering;
Risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis;
AI agents, LLM applications, or engineering productivity.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
Experience in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
Proven examples of using AI tools to solve real problems and turning solutions into engineered or scalable capabilities.
Ability to work in English, or experience building global and multi-region systems.
Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.
Why Join Us
Build core onchain data infrastructure for OKX Web3, directly supporting global users and multiple strategic businesses.

This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from Canadian
EST time zones only.
Senior Software Engineer - Session Replay
The Opportunity:
The Session Replay squad is building a new Grafana Cloud product that helps our customers to understand what users actually experienced when something goes wrong.
Session Replay
connects frontend signals (errors, performance, synthetic checks) to concrete session-level evidence, enabling faster and more confident investigation of production issues.
This team works at the intersection of:
frontend observability,
backend data processing and storage at scale,
debugging workflows across products,
privacy and access control,
performance and cost constraints at scale.
Session Replay
is still early, which means you’ll help shape both what we build and how it fits into Grafana Cloud. A key part of our next phase is evolving the backend architecture of capturing sessions, including a migration toward columnar/analytical solution as a primary storage and query engine for high-volume session data.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about working with data and providing seamless experiences for our customers to join our growing team! Our stack is Golang, Typescript and React, but we build tools for people using many other stacks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will operate as a technical leader and systems thinker, driving both product direction and architectural evolution, specifically, you will:
Own end-to-end technical direction for Session Replay,
spanning frontend, backend, and data systems
Drive the evolution of our backend architecture, including:
Designing systems around columnar/analytical data storage for large-scale session data
Defining data models, ingestion pipelines, and query patterns
Lead the design of investigation workflows,
connecting replay with logs, metrics, traces and other telemetry across Grafana Cloud
Make high-leverage architectural decisions
that impact multiple teams and products
Partner with teams across Grafana (Frontend Observability, Synthetic Monitoring, Core Grafana) to build
cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers
- joining calls, gathering structured feedback, and helping customers instrument and adopt Session Replay successfully.
Improve engineering standards, patterns, and operational practices within the team
Mentor engineers and help grow technical leadership within the team
Technologies you'll work with:
Go (backend services and APIs)
Columnar/Analytical data storage (core data storage and querying)
Object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob Storage) and MySQL
TypeScript / React (user-facing workflows)
Grafana ecosystem (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, etc.)
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are
comfortable working in a remote-first company
; communication is key.
For us, working together means being
collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful
. We operate by consensus. You can contribute to a discussion, disagree constructively, and commit to the team’s decision. You are able to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.
Ability to reason about data-intensive systems
(ingestion, storage, querying, cost trade-offs)
You are
comfortable owning features in ambiguous problem spaces
. We are a small team, working remotely, on a product that will be used by engineers all over the world – the ability to work on your own is crucial.
You have a good understanding of
a software development process that takes a user-centered approach
. You easily build an understanding of the users’ context and goals which will help you build the right solution with the maximum value.
You enjoy
working on complex solutions
– Grafana is a highly technological solution and has avid followers who rely on it every day and who care deeply about their workflows. You value code maintainability, readability & automation.
You use
AI tools as a natural part of your engineering workflow
- whether for accelerating exploration, code review, or reasoning through design tradeoffs - and you're thoughtful about where they help and where they don't.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with columnar/analytical databases
Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, etc.).
Experience building debugging or developer-focused tools.
Familiarity with privacy, security, and access control in data-heavy systems
Experience working on performance-sensitive systems (large datasets, real-time queries, session data)

What you'll do at Figma:
Empower users at scale: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help customers unlock the full potential of Figma across real product workflows

A thorough understanding of modern product design workflows, development environments, design systems, tokens, and AI-assisted design or prototyping
Strong technical design skills, including experience working alongside developers or building tools that support design systems, and an understanding of how design decisions translate into development at scale
Clear, compelling communication skills, with the confidence to explain complex workflows and systems, speak publicly, and engage large audiences
A passion for contributing to the design community and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to connect with it in person
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Fluency in German or Polish

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. Video is one of the most powerful ways we bring the Figma brand to life, and we are building the function to match that ambition. As a Video Strategist, you will define what video does for this brand and build the operation that delivers it: the strategy, the franchises people come back for, the production model behind them, and eventually the team that runs it all. You will sit within Brand Marketing and partner closely with design, creative, comms, product marketing, community, and advocacy to turn complex product and customer stories into work people want to watch and share.
This is a rare combination. Figma is a beloved brand with a creative community that already wants to hear from us, and a video function that is still yours to build.
This is a full time role based in San Francisco or New York hub, or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Set the strategy: Define the role video plays across brand, social, editorial, product launch, community, and event moments. Own the format architecture and the prioritization framework that decides what we make and what we pass on
Build franchises: Create and run a portfolio of recurring video programs that compound audience over time, alongside the campaign and launch work. Own the development pipeline for new formats and the call to renew, evolve, or retire a series
Build the engine: Decide what we produce in-house, what goes to agencies and directors, and what we source from creators, with the economics behind each. Own the video budget and vendor relationships, and build the standards we are missing today around briefing, review, rights, and asset reuse
Lead the craft: Set and hold the quality bar for video made anywhere under the Figma brand. Write and approve briefs, run creative reviews, and enable cross-functional teams producing their own video with guardrails and coaching rather than gatekeeping
Measure what matters: Partner with our Brand Marketing Technologist to define what good looks like for each format and franchise, instrument it, and report it in a way that changes what we make next
Grow the team: Lead, hire, and develop the video team and the external bench, and make the case for the resourcing the strategy requires
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
10+ years across video, brand storytelling, editorial, content strategy, or production leadership, including several years leading a video function or team
A track record creating and running recurring video franchises that outlasted a single season and grew an audience
Experience owning a production model end to end: the in-house versus agency versus creator call, a real budget, and the partner relationships behind it
People leadership. You have hired, developed, and given hard feedback to producers, editors, or an external bench
Fluency across the format spectrum, from social-first short-form to long-form storytelling, launch films, and customer narratives, with clear opinions on what each format is good for
The ability to set a creative bar for work made by people who do not report to you, and to hold it without becoming the bottleneck
Comfort as the video voice in rooms with senior stakeholders, including the judgment to disagree productively and the measurement literacy to defend your decisions
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hands-on editing or motion graphics ability. We are not hiring you to sit on a timeline, but craft fluency sharpens judgment and helps you move fast
Experience with live event and conference content at scale
Familiarity with music licensing, talent releases, and usage rights at volume
Experience building creator and influencer partnerships
Experience scaling video inside a company going through rapid growth or a brand evolution
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
The Figma Research team is hiring an experienced researcher for our Rapid Research program. We're product builders who bring research expertise to the team, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to clarify problems, test ideas, and recommend what to change—often in one- to two-week sprints.
You'll rotate across product areas, ramp up quickly, and build relationships as you go, energized by unfamiliar products and ambiguous problems and ready to take initiative rather than wait for a fully scoped brief. You bring strong opinions about what makes a great experience, grounded in the needs of the people using it, spot connections across product areas, and combine deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise with a flexible, resourceful approach to moving quickly without sacrificing rigor. Beyond individual studies, you bring a clear point of view on what to build or change, tailor your communication to your audience, and are willing to challenge assumptions and say the hard thing with care—asking for help when you need it and offering it when others do.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Scope and run focused research in quick sprints, using sound methods to answer the questions most likely to change a product decision
Turn findings into specific recommendations a designer or PM can act on, working through tradeoffs and helping the team put them into practice
Present product recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, telling the story behind the data, not just reporting insights
Rotate across product areas and teams as needed, building credibility and relationships quickly without being embedded long-term
Contribute beyond research studies by using our products, joining design reviews, and helping teams recognize when they have enough information to act
Bring clarity to ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and adjust the scope or approach as you learn
Experiment with tools, templates, and workflows to make research faster and sharper
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of experience in research at high-growth product organizations, UX/design agencies, or strategic consultancies focused on digital experiences
Proficiency in mixed methods research, including qualitative approaches such as interviews and quantitative approaches such as surveys and data analysis
Strong product judgment, with examples of specific recommendations you made and how they shaped the product, backed by strong communication and storytelling skills with a track record of securing executive buy-in
Experience ramping up quickly on new projects and delivering clear recommendations in one- to two-week research sprints, turning ambiguous problems into clear questions and a practical path forward
A scrappy, flexible approach, adapting to changing priorities and tight timelines while maintaining sound research methods, including active use of AI tools to improve speed, quality, or scale
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Proficiency in designing and prototyping, ideally within the Figma suite of tools
Familiarity with researching design tools, developer tools, creative software, or other products people use to build things
A background in product design, product management, or engineering
Ability to combine product analytics with qualitative research to inform recommendations
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Marathi speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.
