WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
This role will be based in Munich, Germany. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in English and German.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
- Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle

Type: 12-month contract (with possibility of conversion to full-time permanent role)
The Role
As a Software Engineer in Test at Nex, you will own stability and reliability testing for the Motion Development Kit (MDK), firmware, and hardware modules that power Nex Playground's AOSP-based motion-sensing device. You will build automated test frameworks, stress/soak testing infrastructure, and validation tools that catch instability, regressions, and hardware-integration failures before they reach production. You will work closely with the Framework Engineering and firmware/hardware teams to embed testability across the full Android stack, from low-level sensor drivers and HAL layers up through the MDK APIs that game developers build on .
This role sits within a small, highly technical team that values both specialization and collaboration, with clear ownership of quality across core technology areas .
The Mindset
You are drawn to solving hard reliability problems in systems where hardware, firmware, and Android software all have to work together flawlessly, day after day. You care deeply about long-run stability, not just passing a test once, but proving a system holds up under sustained load, edge cases, and real-world conditions. You thrive in environments where deep systems debugging, Android/AOSP internals knowledge, and rigorous testing discipline directly shape what the platform can confidently ship .
What You'll Do
Design and build automated stability and reliability test frameworks for the Motion Development Kit (MDK), firmware, and hardware modules on an AOSP-based platform
Develop soak testing, stress testing, and endurance testing pipelines to surface memory leaks, crashes, thermal issues, ANRs, and long-running failures
Build test harnesses and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) rigs to validate sensor, camera, and motion-tracking hardware under real and simulated conditions
Create regression suites for firmware, HAL, and MDK releases, integrated into CI/CD to catch stability issues pre-release
Investigate, reproduce, and drive root-cause analysis of field failures, crashes, kernel panics, and intermittent hardware/firmware defects using Android bug reports, logcat, and kernel logs
Define and track reliability metrics such as MTBF, crash rates, ANR rates, and failure recurrence across hardware revisions and firmware/AOSP builds
Partner with firmware, hardware, and platform engineers to define quality gates and exit criteria for new hardware/firmware/AOSP releases
Write clean, well-tested test code and tooling that raises the engineering bar across the team
Build dashboards and reporting for test coverage, defect trends, and release stability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared tools, infrastructure, and cross-role projects (20% Time)
Work with the dual-leadership model (Engineering Manager and Tech Lead) to align on quality priorities and technical direction
Document test strategies, systems, and findings to support team knowledge sharing
What You Bring
3+ years of professional experience in software test engineering, reliability engineering, or QA for embedded/firmware, Android, or hardware-integrated systems
Proficiency in Python, with experience in at least one systems language (C++, C#, Java, Rust, or Go)
Hands-on experience with stability, stress, soak, or endurance testing methodologies
Experience testing Android/AOSP platforms, HAL, embedded firmware, device drivers, or hardware modules (sensors, motion tracking, cameras, or similar)
Strong debugging skills across hardware, firmware, and software layers, including logcat, kernel logs, bug reports, logic analyzers, or serial/hardware diagnostics
Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated regression suites
Preferred
Experience with AOSP build systems (Soong/Make), Android Test Harness, or Vendor Test Suite (VTS)/Compatibility Test Suite (CTS)
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test rig design and automation
Familiarity with embedded Linux, Android kernel internals, and Treble/HAL architecture
Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, BLE) used in sensor and firmware integration
Experience with reliability metrics and frameworks (MTBF, FMEA, fault injection testing)
Familiarity with motion sensing, IMUs, computer vision, or signal processing validation
Experience working in small, high-performance technical teams
Background in consumer electronics, robotics, or Android-based hardware products
Passion for pushing reliability standards and deep root-cause problem-solving
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.

An overview of this role
As SEC Manager on GitLab’s Accounting team, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q. This isn’t a collect-and-consolidate role. You’ll drive the reporting calendar, coordinate work across Accounting, Legal, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Investor Relations, and improve the quality, clarity, and consistency of our disclosures and reporting processes. You’ll report to the Director of SEC Reporting and work remotely from the Americas.
What you’ll do
Own the preparation, review, and filing of GitLab’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and S-1, along with quarterly investor materials.
Build and drive the quarterly and annual reporting calendar, coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain accountability for deadlines, and flag timeline risks early.
Lead the earnings release process, including the quarterly management reporting package and review of financial information in the earnings release and script.
Own the disclosure checklist and eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) review process, and identify ways to improve disclosure quality, clarity, and consistency.
Improve the SEC reporting process by identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and manual steps, then driving automation and standardization.
Prepare or review journal entries, reconciliations, the equity rollforward, earnings per share calculations, and provided-by-client schedules for assigned areas such as stock-based compensation and stock repurchases.
Ensure compliance with SEC and United States generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) reporting requirements, research technical accounting issues, and lead the implementation of new accounting pronouncements that affect disclosures.
Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements for relevant areas, support internal and external reporting packages, and lead or contribute to special projects such as process improvements, new disclosure requirements, and merger and acquisition reporting.
What you’ll bring
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure or active pursuit of licensure is preferred.
Experience in owning SEC reporting deliverables, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, in a public company or a public accounting environment serving public company clients.
A record of improving disclosures and reporting processes, not only executing existing processes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to own a calendar, drive accountability across teams, and manage competing deadlines independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and interpret complex accounting guidance.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and collaborating with Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, and business partners.
Proficiency with Workiva Wdesk and NetSuite is preferred.
About the team

The team works in GitLab’s all-remote environment, with an emphasis on clear ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. Our wearable technology provides personalized insights that help millions of members better understand their bodies, and make smarter decisions about training, recovery, and lifestyle.
WHOOP is seeking a Security Architect to help build and scale the Security Architecture function within the Information Security organization. This role will play a foundational part in defining how security architecture is practiced across the company by establishing standards, governance, reusable design patterns, and trusted partnerships with engineering teams.
The successful candidate will bring broad technical expertise across application, infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise security while building strong relationships throughout the organization. They will help create practical security standards, influence technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and enable the business to move quickly without compromising security. This role requires someone who enjoys working with people as much as solving technical problems and can translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable guidance. Working closely with the Security Architecture Lead and the broader CISO organization, this individual will help shape the long-term vision and operating model for Security Architecture at WHOOP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, IT, and Security teams to provide architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring security is incorporated early into design decisions.
- Help establish and mature WHOOP's Security Architecture practice by defining architecture governance, review methodologies, security standards, and engagement models that scale with the organization.
- Develop and maintain security architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and reusable design patterns that enable engineering teams to build secure systems consistently.
- Review application, cloud, infrastructure, AI, and enterprise technology initiatives to identify architectural risks, validate security controls, and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with engineering teams on threat models, trust boundaries, data flows, identity patterns, secure service-to-service communications, and security design decisions.
- Provide technical leadership across application security, cloud security, infrastructure security, API security, identity and access management, secrets management, network security, and data protection.
- Work closely with Product Security, Infrastructure Security, and Engineering teams to establish consistent security expectations across new products, internal platforms, and third-party integrations.
- Evaluate the security architecture of strategic vendors and technology solutions as part of WHOOP's Third-Party Risk Assessment process.
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements—including HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST frameworks—into practical engineering guidance and architectural controls.
- Mentor engineers and security team members on secure design principles, helping raise the organization's overall security maturity through collaboration, education, and trusted technical leadership.
- Produce clear architectural documentation, technical standards, design reviews, and implementation guidance that can be consistently applied across engineering teams.
- Partner with Security leadership to define the long-term vision, operating model, roadmap, and success metrics for Security Architecture as a strategic capability within the Information Security organization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering and business leaders, balancing security, operational efficiency, and business objectives while promoting a secure-by-design culture across WHOOP.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8–12+ years of experience in security architecture, application security, cloud security, infrastructure security, or senior security engineering roles supporting modern distributed systems.
- Demonstrated experience designing and securing cloud-native applications and infrastructure, with deep knowledge of AWS security services and modern cloud architecture.
- Strong understanding of application security, secure software development, infrastructure security, cloud security, API security, identity and access management, enterprise networking, and modern security architecture principles.
- Previous software engineering or application development experience with the ability to understand application design, architecture, implementation tradeoffs, and engineering workflows.
- Experience performing architecture reviews, security design assessments, and threat modeling for complex distributed systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare, regulated environments, or security programs supporting HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800-53, or similar regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to balance security requirements with business objectives and provide practical, risk-based recommendations that engineering teams can successfully implement.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to build trust, influence technical decisions, and collaborate effectively across engineering, product, IT, and security organizations.
- A collaborative, approachable, and service-oriented mindset with the ability to establish strong working relationships across teams and become a trusted partner to engineers and technical leaders.
- Comfortable working independently while helping establish new security processes, standards, governance models, and architectural practices in a growing organization.
- High integrity, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to solving complex security challenges.
- Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, GIAC, TOGAF, or equivalent are considered a plus.
