The R&D team at Chainalysis is inspired by solving the hardest technical challenges and building products that establish trust in cryptocurrencies. We're a global organization that thrives on challenging work and doing it alongside exceptionally talented teammates. Our industry evolves rapidly, and our mission is to build a flexible, AI-driven platform that automates entity resolution, optimizes data labeling pipelines, and creates predictive models that identify illicit patterns before they escalate.
Chainalysis data has helped solve some of the world’s highest-profile criminal and national-security cases and made it safer for people everywhere to access crypto. The Global Intelligence Team produces the attribution at the heart of that data — connecting on-chain activity to the real-world entities behind it, across the global crypto ecosystem. It’s the intelligence data moat beneath every Chainalysis product, and what investigators, sanctions authorities, and national-security agencies rely on to follow the money and disrupt threats.
Few domains demand more sustained depth than Russia and the broader Eurasian sanctions-evasion ecosystem. Since 2022, sweeping sanctions on Russian financial institutions, oligarchs, and the defense-industrial base have pushed a growing share of Russian value flows into cryptocurrency — from no-KYC exchanges and OTC desks operating across the former Soviet bloc, to sanctions-evasion networks exploiting stablecoins and cross-border payment channels, crypto-denominated procurement of restricted goods, and the financial infrastructure supporting Russian cyber and ransomware operations. Understanding how Russian actors adapt to sanctions pressure on-chain is one of the most consequential problems in crypto intelligence today.
As our Russia & Eurasia-focused intelligence analyst — the team’s subject-matter expert on Russian and Eurasian crypto threats — you’ll own that problem end to end. This is a depth role: while our analysts cover the breadth of the crypto-services ecosystem, you’ll go deep on a single, high-stakes domain — becoming the person, inside Chainalysis and increasingly across the industry, who understands how Russian and Eurasian actors use crypto to evade sanctions and can prove it on-chain. You’ll own the attribution for Russia’s crypto footprint, map how these networks operate and adapt under pressure, turn that into finished intelligence customers act on, and be the expert voice representing Chainalysis on Russian crypto threats.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll join a fast-moving, globally distributed team — analysts, threat-domain SMEs, data scientists, and engineers — collaborating across time zones, async and in real time. We move fast, hold each other to a high bar, and back each other up across regions. As the Russia & Eurasia SME, you’ll be the single point of depth for the domain and a force multiplier for everyone working adjacent to it.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own Russia & Eurasia attribution end to end — the threat-actor entities, their definitions, and the accounts, addresses, and infrastructure they operate: Russian and CIS no-KYC exchanges, OTC networks, and instant swap services, sanctions-evasion infrastructure (stablecoin corridors, cross-border payment channels, nested services), Russian-linked ransomware and cybercrime ecosystem financial flows, procurement networks for restricted and dual-use goods, and the broader financial infrastructure enabling Russian value movement outside the traditional financial system.
- Lead the attribution response to Russia-related sanctions events — when OFAC or allied authorities designate Russian entities, actors, or infrastructure, drive the rapid, high-visibility on-chain attribution that turns those designations into coverage in our data, often against the clock.
- Map the networks on-chain — trace how Russian and Eurasian actors raise, move, launder, and cash out value through regional exchanges, no-KYC swaps, OTC desks, stablecoin corridors, mixers, and off-ramps across the former Soviet bloc and beyond, and keep that picture current as they adapt to pressure.
- Produce finished intelligence — advisory notes, customer and partner briefings, and contributions to flagship publications (the Crypto Crime Report and beyond) that make the Russia & Eurasia crypto threat legible and actionable.
- Be the named external expert — represent Chainalysis on Russia & Eurasia crypto threats at conferences, on panels, with the press, and in briefings to public- and private-sector partners.
- Help set the Russia & Eurasia collection agenda — surface what data we need on Russian and Eurasian networks and feed those requirements into our collection process and priority intelligence requirements; you direct collection for the domain, but it runs through the team’s apparatus and prioritization, not you alone.
- Translate typologies into detection — turn what you learn about Russian methods and sanctions-evasion typologies into guidance that our products and our customers can operationalize.
- Build with AI — design and tune the automation that scales your analysis and the team’s, and handle the hard cases automation can’t.
- Level up the team — raise the bar on Russia & Eurasia and sanctions-evasion tradecraft broadly, and partner closely with analysts, other SMEs, data science, and engineering.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Deep, demonstrable Russia & Eurasia expertise — real command of the Russian sanctions landscape, Russian financial infrastructure and how it has adapted to sanctions pressure, the CIS/former Soviet bloc crypto ecosystem, and/or Russian illicit-finance and procurement networks. This is the core of the role, and we’ll expect you to show it.
- On-chain tracing ability against Russian targets — direct experience following Russian crypto activity on-chain (Russian exchanges, sanctions evasion, ransomware financial flows), or deep Russia threat-finance expertise paired with proven blockchain-tracing skill you can bring to bear here from day one.
- A national-security or threat-finance background — intelligence, sanctions, counter-threat-finance, or investigations, from the IC, Treasury/OFAC, law enforcement, the military, a think tank or research institution, or private-sector CTF/sanctions work.
- Regional fluency — a strong grasp of Russian and Eurasian geopolitics, the sanctions landscape, and regional financial flows. Russian language ability is a significant plus.
- Elite potential and a proven track record — exceptional aptitude, judgment, and work ethic; you’ve led hard problems end to end and you raise everyone around you.
- Excellent writing and communication — this is an outward-facing expert role; your intelligence has to land with analysts, customers, and senior audiences alike.
- AI-forward instincts — you build automation to scale your work and others’, not just use it.
- Comfort working with data; blockchain forensics experience strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant analytic, intelligence, or threat-finance experience for a Senior hire; 8+ years and recognized domain authority for a Staff hire.
You might also have:
- Russian language ability.
- Direct experience with OFAC, EU, or OFSI sanctions, sanctions-evasion investigations, or the designation process.
- A record of published research or public speaking on Russia, sanctions evasion, or crypto threat finance.
- Familiarity with Russian and CIS exchange infrastructure, stablecoin-based sanctions evasion, ransomware financial flows, or dual-use procurement networks.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
We're looking for an
Engineering Manager
for Network Infrastructure to own delivery of network infrastructure initiatives in APAC. This is not a role for someone who only coordinates tickets and status. It is a role for someone with an engineering skeleton: a person who has built, operated, broken and recovered things, and can earn the trust of SREs, SWEs, network engineers, and security and platform teams. We are at the early stage of our APAC expansion, so at first you will be hands-on: reviewing designs, stepping into incidents, and writing code or automation when the team needs it, with a high degree of independence from the European teams. As the organisation grows, the scope of the role will grow with it.
You own delivery.
You will make important cross-team initiatives land: defining scope, aligning owners, exposing risks, driving decisions, tracking dependencies, and making sure we ship useful outcomes instead of half-finished initiatives. The job is not done when the technical pieces exist. It is done when engineers trust the tool, the NOC actually uses the workflow, alerts are actionable, runbooks are real, and the new way becomes the default way.
You stay technical.
You don't need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you should be technical enough to understand real trade-offs: why rollback is not optional, why "just automate it" can create a bigger blast radius, why SLOs without ownership are decoration, and why network device CI/CD is very different from deploying a stateless service. You can read a design doc, challenge missing assumptions, notice unclear failure modes, and help the team turn a vague but important problem into an executable plan.
This is a high-leverage role in an early-stage and fast-scaling network infrastructure organisation. Many important systems are being built now: automation, observability, reliability standards, provisioning flows, operational safety, and cross-site consistency. You won't be maintaining a mature machine from the sidelines. You'll help shape how the machine works.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set the engineering bar: code quality, design review, on-call and incident management practices, and operational standards
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team network infrastructure initiatives in APAC, from a vague problem statement to an executable plan to adoption
Define scope and success criteria, align owners across SRE, SWE, network, security, platform and data center teams, and drive decisions to closure
Review designs and technical proposals, challenge missing assumptions, and surface failure modes, dependencies and risks early
Stay hands-on where it matters: step into incidents, write code or automation, and unblock the team
Drive adoption: make sure tools and workflows become the default way of working, with real documentation, runbooks and feedback loops
Keep stakeholders, including the European teams, informed with clear, honest status and coordinate across time zones
Turn operational pain and engineering input into a clear, prioritized backlog
We expect you to have:
7+ years of experience in software, SRE, network or infrastructure engineering, including experience leading cross-team technical initiatives
A real engineering background: you have built and operated production systems and can earn the trust of deeply technical teams
Ability to read design docs and technical proposals, understand trade-offs, and ask sharp questions about reliability, rollback, blast radius and failure modes
Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (Linux, networking, automation, CI/CD) at the level needed to hold your own in technical discussions
Proven ability to drive decisions and create clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication, including documenting plans and decisions and influencing smart technical people
Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment and to build processes from scratch
Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written) and comfort working across time zones
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with network infrastructure: network automation, observability, or network device lifecycle management
Experience with SLO/SLI frameworks, incident management, or production readiness processes
Experience with CI/CD or change management for network or other high-blast-radius infrastructure
Experience building a team from scratch or launching a new engineering hub
Experience with secrets and access management, firmware rollout or fleet-wide operational initiatives
Hands-on engineering contributions (code, tooling, automation) alongside management work
Knowledge of the APAC network landscape (carriers, IX, regional connectivity and regulatory specifics)
Examples of initiatives your team may own:
A user and secrets management system for network infrastructure, including robot-user lifecycle, safe key/password rotation, revocation, break-glass access, mixed agent/push-based device support, and integration with existing secrets backends
An SLO framework for network services and components, including SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, alerts, ownership, tiering, and a clear link between reliability targets and engineering investment
CI/CD for network devices, where configuration changes, validation, staged rollout, rollback, and blast-radius control become disciplined and repeatable instead of manual and risky
Fleet-wide operational initiatives such as firmware consistency, device lifecycle hygiene, observability coverage, monitoring quality, alert ownership, or production readiness for new network capabilities
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
Equal Opportunity Statement:
Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and to providing equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Operations Foundations team. The team sits within the DoorDash Client and AI Development group and is responsible for the foundation that hundreds of engineers across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo rely on to build internal operations and engineering tools. Our platform hosts 300+ micro-frontends (MFEs) used to operate every part of the business.
About the Team
Our team is focused on building a scalable, reliable, and high-quality internal tooling platform that supports Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo’s operations and business.
The team plays an important role in improving how engineers and non-engineers alike build, test, and ship software across the organization. Our biggest focus is building a software factory: the platform where AI agents take changes from task to merged PR safely and reliably, without lowering the quality bar. We do this through harness engineering: the context, tooling, verification, and evals that let agents work autonomously, built on our foundations in reusable libraries and micro-frontend architecture.
It’s an exciting time to join because the team has strong ownership and a broad technical impact.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of complex technical initiatives across frontend, backend, infra and agentic development domains. In this role, you’ll build scalable, maintainable solutions that support multiple product teams and business areas.
Success in this role means becoming a trusted technical owner who consistently delivers reliable solutions and helps the team execute more effectively. Six months into the role, we’d expect you to be independently leading technical initiatives and contributing meaningfully to architecture and delivery planning.
This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging engineering problems with visible impact across the business. It’s especially exciting for someone who enjoys combining product engineering with platform thinking, improving developer workflows, and building systems that scale across teams and domains.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning the Foundation:
The runtime, build, deployment, and developer experience that 300+ MFEs and hundreds of engineers depend on every day.
Evolving Our Micro-Frontend Architecture:
Improve composition, isolation, and shared dependency strategies so feature teams can move fast.
Product and Planning:
Independently drive projects from idea to production: breaking down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans, estimating delivery, identifying risks early, and delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
Supporting Engineering Excellence:
Champion best practices, raise the bar for code quality, and turn lessons learned into platform improvements.
Long-Term Thinking:
Balance short-term feature unblockers with the long-term health, security, and maintainability of the platform.
Software Factory / Harness Engineering:
Build the foundations that let AI agents work autonomously on our platform, including agent instructions, reusable skills, sandboxed environments, tool integrations, guardrails, evals, and the automated checks that make agent-authored changes safe to ship.
AI Fluency:
Work agent-first in your own day-to-day: delegate implementation to agents, and focus your judgment on direction, architecture, and verifying outcomes.
📍 This role can be based in our Berlin tech hub. Read more about our hybrid setup here.
Feel free to check out the Wolt Tech Blog for more insight into our culture and technology.
Must Haves
Proven expertise in building production frontend applications using TypeScript and React.
Solid backend knowledge, comfortable owning and operating Node.js or Go services.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Buildkite), deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure for frontend workloads.
Strong knowledge of frontend build tools, bundlers, and module systems, and the ability to evolve them as the platform grows.
Track record of diagnosing and resolving complex performance, reliability, or DX issues in large frontend codebases.
Experience driving technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management skills: aligning priorities, managing expectations, and communicating trade-offs clearly with partner teams and leadership.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, platform-mindset approach to working with feature teams.
Strong documentation skills, including experience writing RFCs or ADRs.
Hands-on experience working agent-first with AI coding tools, and a strong sense of how to verify their output.
Nice to Haves
Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
Frontend platform engineering experience.
Experience building shared component libraries used by many product teams.
Experience or interest in observability and reliability (SRE).
Experience building tooling or workflows for autonomous AI coding agents (e.g., agent instructions, skills, MCP servers, or evaluating agent-generated code).
Why Join Us?
Impact:
Build and shape the platform that thousands of people depend on.
Scale:
Work on real platform problems behind 300+ MFEs with hundreds of monthly contributors.
Collaboration:
Partner with talented engineers, designers, and operators across companies to make their daily work faster and better.
Growth:
Take on deep technical challenges across frontend architecture, building a software factory, DX, and improving engineering efficiency.
Culture:
Be part of a diverse, open-minded team that values creativity, autonomy, and continuous learning.

Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT YOUR TEAM
Our Customer Support operation is scaling and becoming more automated. As our first dedicated Customer Support Data Analytics Engineer, you’ll sit in Operations and work hand in hand with the Customer Support team, the Head of Operations, Product, Engineering, Payments and Risk. You’ll explain why customers contact us, measure what self-service and automation actually resolve, and help the team decide what to fix first based on evidence.
You’ll work with Databricks (SQL), Kustomer, QuickSight, Mixpanel, Jira and Slack, on top of an internal data layer with Claude integrated. Current focus: AI and automation in support, and building and optimising our support metric stack.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reusable data models: Build and maintain dbt models on Databricks across bronze, silver and gold layers, with tests, column documentation and incremental logic, so the next person can build on them.
- Data mapping and feasibility: Know what data we have, what is missing and how it connects. Join sources that were never designed to be joined, audit contact tagging so reporting stays reliable, and judge early whether a requested metric is buildable. If it isn’t, say exactly which data is missing and what it would take to get it.
- Metric design: Turn vague requests from the Customer Support team into exact metric definitions, such as repeat contact, automated deflection rate and cost per contact, and prove each one against raw data before it ships.
- Dashboards and reporting: Build dashboards end to end in QuickSight and Omni (datasets, calculated fields, filters). Deliver weekly support performance packs with actionable insights and thresholds for ops managers and leadership.
- Daily operations pulse: Monitor volumes, backlog, SLAs and CSAT to flag spikes early. Investigate “this number looks wrong” cases by tracing a visual back through the model to the source table.
- Contact-driver and feedback analysis: Identify why customers contact us by product, spot growing issues, and analyse QA and customer feedback to surface coaching themes and process gaps.
- Automation and self-service: Measure how well AI, bots and help content resolve issues, including repeat contacts and CSAT.
- Root-cause partnership: Partner with Product, Payments and Risk to quantify the impact of issues and track fixes.
- Planning input: Help forecast contact volume and capacity needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analytics Engineer in Customer Support, contact-centre or CX environments.
- Strong SQL, dbt and hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (we use QuickSight; Power BI, Looker or similar is fine).
- Solid knowledge of customer support metrics and contact-driver analysis: CSAT, FCR, handling time, repeat contact, deflection.
- Ability to turn insights into operational changes with non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity about why customers get in touch and what would stop the issue from happening again. You care more about changing outcomes than producing dashboards.
- Good written and spoken English (proficiency preferred).
NICE TO HAVE
- Python or text analytics on ticket data.
- Experience with a support CRM’s data
- Forecasting experience.
- Experience evaluating chatbots or AI agents.
- Background in digital goods or gaming.
What it’s like to work at Eneba
*Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
*Opportunity to help scale a unique product.

*Paid volunteering opportunities.

*Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
*Please attach CV's in English.
