About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working effectively across functions.
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with B2B SaaS, billing/payments infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise-scale systems.
Familiarity with technologies such as Stripe, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, SCIM, SAML, or WebAssembly.
A background in experimentation, observability, compliance automation, or internal tools development.
Prior work on extensibility platforms (plugins, APIs, widgets), or experience contributing to open source developer communities.
Passion for crafting excellent developer or user experiences, and an eye for elegant, maintainable architecture.
Enthusiasm for learning and teaching—whether mentoring teammates, leading initiatives, or sharing knowledge in code reviews or pairing sessions.
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. Little more about the team:
You’ll join a high-performing, strategic sales team focused on moving Honeycomb further into the enterprise space. We’ve proven product-market fit, closed Fortune 500 logos, and built a pipeline that’s primed for the kind of enterprise sellers who know how to multi-thread, influence the C-suite, and navigate $500K–$1M+ ACV opportunities. This is not a role for a former mid-market rep trying to stretch—it’s built for enterprise closers who know the game and want to win it.
What you’ll do in the role:
Own and drive complex, 6–12+ month sales cycles with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies
Build strategic, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement leadership
Sell consultatively, bringing deep understanding of the customer’s business, technical landscape, and buying process
Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success to shape high-value, tailored deals
Deliver predictable pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and exceed quota targets
Represent Honeycomb at key industry events, conferences, and executive briefings
What you’ll bring to the role:
5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS selling experience, ideally in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure
Proven ability to land $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders across technical and non-technical roles
Deep discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling expertise
A track record of building champions and navigating enterprise buying cycles with precision
Grit, ambition, and a bias for execution—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Experience leveraging MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales frameworks
On Target Earnings (OTE) based on level of experience (Base + Commission)
$275,000
—
$300,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...

At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
The Role
As a Senior Security Engineer at Offchain, you will emulate the real-world tactics, techniques, and procedures of sophisticated adversaries to surface vulnerabilities across our infrastructure and ecosystem tools.
You’ll run hands-on penetration tests, lead red team exercises, and work side-by-side with blue team partners to test, refine, and strengthen detection and response capabilities.
Your efforts will directly shape how Offchain designs, launches, protects, and achieves compliance for the infrastructure that powers millions of users and applications - including key standards such as SOC 2.
What you'll do:
Conduct comprehensive code audits across a variety of internal applications and infrastructure.
Conduct comprehensive penetration tests across cloud environments (AWS), infrastructure, and backend applications.
Collaborate with detection engineering, threat intelligence, and incident response groups to review security controls, uncover coverage gaps, and enhance overall detection quality.
Build, maintain, and evolve custom offensive tools, scripts, and automation frameworks to increase assessment speed.
Offer offensive security expertise during incident investigations, including log analysis and root cause reviews.
Keep up with evolving threats, vulnerabilities, and attack methods; share research internally and engage with the wider security community.
Own offensive security projects from start to finish, mentor junior team members, and cultivate a culture of ongoing learning and knowledge exchange.
What you'll need:
5+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, or a closely related field.
Extensive experience with conducting code audits to identify and remediate security issues.
Experience with binary exploitation.
Mastery of AWS & specific attack techniques and configuration weaknesses.
Strong understanding of adversary tactics and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
In-depth knowledge of web application security, including OWASP Top 10, ASVS, and common vulnerability categories.
Proficiency using offensive security tools such as Burp Suite, nuclei and similar frameworks.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages, with proven experience developing tools or automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical details as clear, risk-focused recommendations.
A natural ability to think like an attacker - creative, determined, and skilled at assessing risk across complex systems.
Nice-to-haves
Web3 / blockchain security exposure: smart contract auditing, bug bounty hunting (e.g., Immunefi, Code4rena), or DeFi protocol review.
Familiarity with Ethereum L1 / L2 node architecture and security risks.
Experience in blockchain infrastructure penetration testing.
