adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Serving 2,000+ Distinct Ad Experiences With Sub-Second Time to Interactive
The rewarded ad experience is where the value exchange becomes real, the second a user decides whether to engage or scroll past. The Catalog team owns that moment, designing how users discover and interact with the most relevant ads. With over 200 million monthly visits, there's no room for slow rendering or poor personalization. Performance and relevance have to be perfect on every request.
The system runs on AWS Spot Instances spare compute capacity that can disappear at any moment, yet our system is built to stay online without any interruption for the user. Backed by Kubernetes with event-driven autoscaling, everything is tuned for millisecond-level data retrieval so the experience never feels slow, even at 200 million monthly visits. The frontend is built on React and Vite, leveraging Code Splitting and Tree Shaking to keep core bundles lean and Time to Interactive under a second. On top of that, a config-driven engine lets the team customize the entire ad experience or run A/B experiments per more than 2000 games on the fly, ensuring the right ad reaches the right user while continuously moving conversion rates in the right direction.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Production Golang Systems Expertise: You bring 5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 3 years writing Go in production distributed environments. We strive to grow our processes, operations, and team to meet the rapidly expanding needs of the business. We seek to match the pace of innovation of the business and to deliver real time and meaningful insights to decision makers.
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to join our Finance team at a critical inflection point in the company's growth. Reporting directly to the VP Head of Finance, you will be a key thought partner to senior leadership — supporting our long-term financial model, evaluating growth opportunities, driving capital allocation decisions, creating comprehensive pricing analyses, and building the analytical frameworks that guide how we invest across the business. The position blends rigorous analytics with clear executive communication and strong stakeholder management. It is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role. You will work closely with the CFO, Finance leadership, and leadership throughout the Company on our most consequential strategic decisions.
In this role, you will:
Lead valuation work and TAM analyses and market research. Drive overall market analyses and competitive intelligence analyses
- Analyze current pricing and packaging models. Develop a deep understanding of market pricing trends related to AI and consumption. Learn the nuances of our public and private sectors, geographies, products, segments, etc. in and influence our pricing strategy
- Enhance and own the company's long-range financial model. Understand key business and industry drivers to build dynamic models that allow leadership to rapidly evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions. Lead sensitivity analysis around macro factors relevant to the blockchain/crypto industry
- Scale the model and build it into our planning tool
- Create sophisticated financial models, and drive scenario analyses that inform major capital allocation decisions, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry.
- Synthesize scenario outputs into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
- Track post-investment performance against underwriting assumptions and surface learnings back into the planning process
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on high-stakes questions. Understand the long-term impact of near-term decisions in order to make recommendations to leadership and the executive team
- Be operationally savvy. Understand the operational impacts of strategic work, and partner with the business to ensure suggestions are operationally feasible. Assist with the implementation of operational changes resulting from strategic decisions
What you need:
- 6–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
- Strong executive presentation skills - an ability to clearly and succinctly present complex topics to a C-level audience. Possess an investor mindset; ability to synthesize complex business dynamics into clear investment theses and risk-adjusted recommendations
- Strong business intuition — you connect financial outcomes to operational drivers and can tell the story behind the numbers
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making high-quality decisions with incomplete information
- Entrepreneurial orientation: eager to define and develop the strategic finance function, not just execute within it
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including the ability to work with large data sets in both Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working at a SaaS, data, or technology company preferred. Familiarity with the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 industry is a strong plus but not required
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
The Docker Sandboxes team is building the runtime that lets AI coding agents run safely on a developer's machine: disposable, isolated microVM sandboxes that each get their own Docker daemon, filesystem, and network.
This is the core of Docker's sbx product: developers can give an agent the autonomy it needs to get real work done without it ever touching the host, and tear the whole environment down when it's finished.
The successful candidate is a technical, product-minded engineer with deep experience building secure, isolated runtime environments (sandboxes, containers, or VMs) and a track record of shipping and owning that kind of infrastructure in production at scale. They think naturally about isolation and security boundaries, understand the tradeoffs involved in running untrusted or semi-trusted workloads safely, and can reason confidently about a system that spans multiple surface areas.
They can drive clarity and consensus on hard, ambiguous problems that cross team and component boundaries, raise the bar for engineering quality wherever they work, thrive in a remote-first environment, communicate clearly across time zones, work with our users, while bringing curiosity and craftsmanship to hard problems.
Please note: this role is currently prioritizing candidates currently located in the Eastern time zone (US or Canada), or in the EU.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and lead improvements to the sandboxes product across agent integration, tool permissions, and developer-facing workflows.
- Investigate and resolve correctness, performance, and stability issues in the agent integration layer across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Drive the reliability and performance of sandbox creation, session management, and teardown for AI agent workloads.
- Collaborate with peers, Product, and adjacent teams to evolve the architecture as requirements grow.
- Mentor engineers on the team and set the bar in design reviews and code reviews.
- Engage with the open source and agentic development community around sandboxing, MCP, and related ecosystems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical stability issues affecting users.
- Document your work clearly and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership on production systems at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building developer tools, desktop applications, or runtime infrastructure used directly by developers.
- Familiarity with the agentic software development ecosystem: how coding agents work and how tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar agents interact with their environment.
- Ability to reason about isolation and security boundaries: what a sandbox should and shouldn't expose, and how to make safe defaults obvious to users.
- Experience driving architecture and technical strategy across multiple engineers or teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first environment.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build an understanding of our codebase.
- Meet the people on your team and those adjacent to it.
- Build an understanding of the products we are shipping and our near-term technical priorities.
- Deliver small fixes or improvements.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Lead the design and development of a significant improvement or feature of the local sandboxes stack.
- Engage with our open source project and the relevant upstream communities.
- Shape the team's technical direction, and drive architecture discussions.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK (FIRST YEAR)
- Deliver measurable improvements to the correctness and performance of sandboxes.
- Become a recognized technical owner of key parts of the codebase and a go-to technical leader for the local runtime.
- Help us define the longer-term technical strategy for the filesystem layer in a way that fits with Product and Business goals, and rally the team behind it.
Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
_______________________________________________________________________
COMPENSATION & EQUITY
All full-time roles include equity. Final compensation is determined on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
United States: $160,900 – $260,700 base

ABOUT VOODOO
Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of Voodoo's gaming and consumer apps, keeping us at the forefront of the mobile industry. The team plays a key role in Voodoo's long-term strategy: it accelerates product diversification and provides a state-of-the-art growth engine to distribute and scale our games. We create solutions that drive growth with a pragmatic approach, ranging from simple search to complex machine learning systems.
Within Engineering & Data, the Central Data & Analytics team makes data a reliable guide for the whole company. Data engineers, analytics engineers, data analysts and a product data PM work side by side to build and grow the foundations behind every critical business and product decision at Voodoo.
This position is hybrid and requires 3 days/week in our Paris office.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide array of topics such as:
- Build and operate robust data pipelines that keep pace with ever-evolving business needs, ensuring the architecture supports them cleanly.
- Contribute to the codebase, ship and maintain your changes in production, and champion strong coding and data engineering practices.
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, and whatever comes next) as a core part of your daily workflow — to move faster on pipelines, migrations, tests and documentation — while staying fully accountable for what you merge.
- Look for opportunities to put AI inside our data platform, not just around it: LLM-assisted data quality checks, semantic layers, natural-language access to datasets, agent-driven internal tooling.
- Take ownership of projects from initial discussions to release: feature estimation and scoping, architecture design, benchmarking of new technologies, product feedback.
- Work in a very agile environment with a fast decision process.
- Collaborate directly with back-end engineers, data scientists, mobile game and consumer app teams, product and marketing.
PROFILE
- Extensive experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- A proven track record of building and optimizing data pipelines for massive volumes of data (at scale).
- Strong experience with scalability, reliability, and security topics.
- Hands-on experience coding with AI assistants and agentic tools — you know how to give them the right context, break work down for them, and review their output critically rather than trusting it blindly.
- Genuine curiosity about modern tooling and practices: you follow how the data and AI ecosystem is evolving, try new tools on real problems, and form your own opinion instead of following hype. You can explain why you adopted something — or why you dropped it.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with unstructured datasets.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Result-oriented and focused on the value your work creates.
- Curious about business needs and keen to build innovative, pragmatic solutions that grow the business through data.
- Excellent communication skills (you can speak and write English).
- Experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, evals, prompt and context engineering) is a strong plus.
- Experience in gaming, advertising, or another fast-growing company is a plus.
- Familiarity with Voodoo's ecosystem: gaming, apps, advertising, analytics.
OUR STACK
- Amazon Web Services; Python; Spark; Scala; Terraform; SQL (Athena, StarRocks); DBT;; Airflow; Kubernetes; AI-assisted development tooling (Claude Code, MCP-based internal tools)
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays
