At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER

Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.

POWER A WORLD OF TRUST
Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions that is reinventing the way humans authenticate and verify their identities online to power a world of digital trust.
Through our revolutionary identity solutions, we are unleashing the business potential of universal industries including finance, government, retail, hospitality, gaming, and more, by reducing fraud and transforming human interactions with data, products, and services.
We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. Recently named a leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we're scaling fast - and we're looking for a
Business Development Representative
who can open doors with some of the biggest names across EMEA.
The Impact You’ll Make
Fraud has changed. Deepfakes, synthetic identities, and AI-generated documents can now get past traditional checks, and every bank, fintech, and marketplace is working out how to keep up. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be one of the first people these companies hear from at Incode. You'll be talking to heads of fraud, risk, and product about one of the hardest problems on their agenda. You'll need to understand it well enough to make that conversation worth their time. In this role, curiosity pays off as much as persistence. Your work is visible from day one: every conversation you open feeds directly into our pipeline, revenue, and growth across EMEA. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives to turn those conversations into real opportunities.
Location & Work Setup
This is a
hybrid role
based in our
London office
. We're together on-site
two days a week, Wednesday and Thursday
. Your office days are fixed, so you can plan the rest of your week around your life.
What You’ll Own & Drive
Outbound Outreach -
Create qualified opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn and whichever channel your prospect actually responds to.
Real Conversations -
Pick up the phone every day and turn cold calls into genuine two-way conversations. Activity levels are high in this role, and so is the value we place on listening well.
Research & Account Planning -
Get to know your target accounts, understand who's who, and shape outreach that feels personal rather than scripted.
Discovery & Qualification -
Ask good questions, listen closely, and understand a prospect's challenges before working out together whether Incode is the right fit.
Building Pipeline -
Create and nurture opportunities that feed directly into our sales pipeline and revenue targets. Your impact will be clear, measurable and recognised.
AI-Powered Prospecting -
Use AI tools to research faster, personalise better and free up more time for the conversations that matter.
Events & Community -
Represent Incode at industry events, conferences and customer dinners alongside the wider sales team. You'll build relationships in person as well as online.
Keeping Things Organised -
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date so the whole team can see where every relationship stands.
Partnering with Sales -
Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership on account strategy. You'll help shape the plan, not just work through a list.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
You Enjoy a Good Conversation -
Picking up the phone doesn't faze you, or if it does a little, you do it anyway. You know real conversations are where great sales begin.
Self-Starter -
You create opportunities rather than waiting for them. A "no" doesn't knock you off course. You learn from it and move on to the next call.
Curious About AI -
You're already experimenting with AI tools and always looking for smarter ways to research, write and reach out.
Credible with Senior People -
You communicate clearly and professionally, and you're comfortable talking to directors and executives as a peer.
Thoughtful & Strategic -
You balance a high level of activity with real research, so every message feels like it was written for one person.
Relationship Builder -
You like meeting new people and enjoy representing a company you believe in, whether that's on a call, at a conference or over dinner with a customer.
Organised & Reliable -
You stay on top of your activity, pipeline and follow-ups, and people can count on you to do what you say you'll do.
Team Player -
You work well with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, and you celebrate shared wins as much as your own.
Your Background
3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role
Experience in B2B SaaS
A track record of creating pipeline through outbound outreach, including cold calling
Clear, natural communication on the phone and in writing
Experience using sales tools such as Cognism, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce
Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day, and keen to learn more
Happy to attend industry events and networking opportunities as part of the role
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, identity, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Why Incode?
Mission with Meaning -
Help shape how billions of people prove who they are online, safely, simply, and ethically.
A Product That Opens Doors -
You'll be introducing a three-time Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Leader to the companies that need it most, so your outreach starts from real credibility.
Growth You Can See -
Incode is scaling fast, and in EMEA the pipeline you build directly shapes how we grow.
A Truly Global Team -
Work alongside 600+ colleagues from 25+ nationalities, where different backgrounds and perspectives are the norm.
Context, Not Control -
You'll have room to test new approaches and messaging for your accounts, with continuous feedback along the way.
Ready to ignite the future of trust?
Lead the narrative. Empower the field. Join Incode and turn innovation into unstoppable market momentum.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
The Figma Research team is hiring a seasoned researcher to support Figma’s Agentic Experiences, and actively shape and execute research to drive scale, tap new opportunities, and ensure Figma continues pushing innovation in design and production tooling. Because Figma is used by so many of the leading software companies around the world, you will be uniquely positioned to advance the state of how product development works across the entire industry.
This work sits at the center of one of the most consequential shifts in our industry: how designers and developers build software alongside AI. That means researching experiences where the output is nondeterministic and “did it work?” is a judgment call rather than a pass/fail, digging into questions about trust, verification, control, and how expectations change as what is possible changes. We are looking for someone energized by that ambiguity rather than waiting for it to resolve.
The ideal candidate brings a deep passion for research and strategy, pushing the envelope with AI led experiences, and laddering key user needs to critical product decisions and broader business impact. Partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering, you will tackle our highest impact problems, influencing company strategy for both the short- and long-term. You will own your problem space end to end and you will be expected to bring a point of view on product decisions.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Help Figma grow and innovate by delivering strategic research and recommendations and materially influencing the vision and strategy for Figma’s Agentic Experiences
Partner closely with product leaders to identify opportunities, generate strategy, and define success
Break down complex business challenges into clear research plans; own the end to end research process and leverage strong storytelling skills to deliver meaningful impact to Figma’s businesses
Leverage your product mindset and storytelling chops to influence product roadmap
Move fluidly between multi-quarter strategic direction and specific, in-the-weeds recommendations a designer or PM can act on next week
Advocate for the role of Research as a strategic partner in the business process, and raise the craft bar around you through mentorship and the standards you set
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of experience in UX research or user insights at a high growth B2B SaaS company
Direct experience conducting research on AI-powered products and features, including evaluating experiences where there is no single correct output and a point of view on how users build (or lose) trust in them over time
A track record of owning significant research programs independently, including framing the question, choosing the approach, and driving the follow-through on product recommendations
Expertise in utilizing a variety of research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques, to address product challenges spanning from opportunity identification, concept testing, to feature iterations.
Comfort with product telemetry and analytics: able to form a hypothesis from behavioral data and partner with data science as a peer rather than outsourcing the numbers
Demonstrated success in identifying assumptions that underpin key challenges, prioritizing the most critical assumptions, and creating right sized research approaches to test those critical assumptions.
A proven track record of gaining buy in from executive stakeholders and cross disciplinary partners, transcending mere research mechanics and findings to articulate a larger user story, and the “so what” to inspire action
Ability to balance speed and rigor, pivot directions, seek out new perspectives, receive feedback, and seek solutions in creative ways.
Ability to balance user research, strategy, business insights, team input, and intuition in decision-making processes
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience researching design tooling, developer tools, creative software, or other products where the users are themselves building things
2+ years in product design, user centric product management, product development, and/or front end engineering
Experience partnering with model or evaluation teams, and a view on how qualitative signal and offline evals inform one another
A familiarity and depth of experience using Figma’s products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
Figma offers equity to employees, as well as a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. Exempt employees are eligible for employer‑provided paid flexible PTO in addition to flexible paid sick leave. PTO is subject to manager approval. Additional benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and a number of lifestyle spending accounts. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles. All compensation and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and may be modified by Figma at any time, consistent with applicable law.
Annual Base Salary Range:

We will work to ensure individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to apply for a role, participate in the interview process, perform essential job functions, and receive other benefits and privileges of employment. If you require accommodation, please reach out to
accommodations-ext@figma.com
. These modifications enable an individual with a disability to have an equal opportunity not only to get a job, but successfully perform their job tasks to the same extent as people without disabilities.

Holding interviews in an accessible location
Enabling closed captioning on video conferencing
Ensuring all written communication be compatible with screen readers
Changing the mode or format of interviews
To ensure the integrity of our hiring process and facilitate a more personal connection, we require all candidates keep their cameras on during video interviews. Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.

The Impact You’ll Make
As a
Senior DevOps Engineer
at Incode, you will be the backbone of our cloud infrastructure. You will be a key enabler of speed, trust, and innovation - driving how Incode builds, delivers, and scales AI-driven identity verification for the world.
On-call, up front: the DevOps team does not carry 24/7 on-call. A separate SRE team owns incident response.

Pipeline Innovator
- You have hands-on experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, accelerating delivery while ensuring quality.

Observability Builder
-
You've personally configured, tuned, or debugged a self-hosted monitoring stack (Grafana with Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics), not just consumed dashboards someone else built.
Systems & Networking Thinker
-
You understand networking fundamentals - TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S - and apply them to build reliable, high-performance systems.
Clear Communicator
-
You excel at translating technical solutions into language that resonates with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
